Dylan and Amy sent me the information I requested, I test drove another Challenger and planned to look at there Challenger on Monday unfortunately they sold the car on Saturday.
They were both helpful in there follow up and sent me a couple of other cars but I had no interest in them.

Very responsive and friendly
Super impressed with the correspondence. I didn’t actually get to go look at this vehicle as it sold before I could make it there due to my own scheduling. However, the sales rep that I was in contact with made it a point to let me know and I didn’t waste a trip. Also, confirming Me of other things I might be interested in just in case I wanted to make the trip. I did not as it was a 2 Hour Dr. for me, but no fault of the dealership

Worse dealer experience ever! Was test driving the car I wanted and little did I know they were already sitting with someone who was buying it in the middle of driving it they tell me this car just sold after I came back twice so I was option 2 in case that deal went south which they knew they just never told me shady tactics. Then I test drove another car and in the middle of driving it car turns off ran out of gas. Terrible experience. Walked out bought my Nissan somewhere.

It was and still is a joke working with them or Phil actually. When Phil called me on Dec 2 he wanted me to come out to
the dealership to view a Tahoe had for me to look at. When Phil called me yesterday he said he had a Dark Blue
Tahoe i might be interested in. I told him to send me the Info. What you see here is what he sent me. The car ad
shows a Red Tahoe, Correct? But the write up description he sent me of this Tahoe states it is a Dark Blue colored
vehicle with all the options on it. As you see here the car ad shows a Red Tahoe, Correct? When I mentioned it to him
he said that is just a dealership misprint. I asked which was right for the Tahoe, the Description or the color. He said
Both...??? He then said I should just come in and we will straighten it out...?? Who in their right mind would want to
buy a vehicle from a place like this? Is it just me or is something screwed up with how I was treated?
Good luck dealing with this place or the Salesmen.

Dealer is a scam in more than one way , went to look at a 2020 silverado , truck had 4-5k in body damage that had already been repaired but had been done poorly (looked like someone did it in their backyard ) . I paint cars for a living so it wasn’t a deal breaker since Truck was priced $2500 below market, but when you show up to buy it they add 4500 in “accessories” that you gave to purchase but get absolutely nothing in return. Then manager offers me 3k less than everyone else has on my trade in because he sells cars “ below retail” . A lot of talking in circles from the manager and nothing he said really made sense. Had to walk away , went to another place close by and bought the same kind of truck with 8k miles less, for $7000 less ….

-Customer service. Salesman was clearly
inexperienced. A lot of time wasted due to lack of
knowledge and experience
-Overall impression. with current staff and
management, I would not recommend the dealer
to anyone. I bought two new vehicles in a one
week time frame. Bill Kay “Couldn’t” make a deal.
I was shopping for a new 2020 Buick Enclave.
After a test drive, trade evaluation, and
negotiations, I Bought a new Enclave Avenir
elsewhere. Bill Kay said we were 5k apart. I saved
$5k+ at another dealer only to be told later by Bill
Kay that they could’ve matched it. Silly games.
A week later gave them an opportunity to sell an
$80k 2020 Sierra Denali 3500. I gave them my
best offer from the other dealer and they said they
couldn’t do it. Saved $2500+ going elsewhere.
Nothing special, like any other dealer-the price listed for the car I was looking at was inflated
with various other charges that flucuated with every printout that was broughtout by the sales
manager.
When we talked about my trade in they used kbb.com to value it but was extremely nitpicky
with the condition selections, I was able to get them to come up $400 on my trade in but they
adjusted the line items to compensate to that-I wasn't going to fight it too much because the
price of the car was a good deal anyway just wish they didn't play games with numbers and
think the buyer didn't notice-it was annoying.
Make sure you go there with your own financing, they will try to offer financing thru one of their
lenders for a absurd intrest rate.

The dealership did not have the vehicle requested on site for us to see it on the day of our appointment. But they did honor we were first appointment to see and purchase. They went the extra effort to deliver the vehicle to my daughter’s house and all the paper work was signed at the same time.

They set up an appointment and promised to have the car ready and wouldn't waste my time . When i got there I had to wait for someone to tell me it was sold the day before but they had a car . The car was more than double of the car i had an appointment for. Im not sure there ever was a car . Feels like a bait and switch. A phone call before i drove an hour for ghe appointment would have been appropriate

Very good, welcoming feeling to this place. Roger only treated me with hospitality, but made sure that I had everything I needed mentally and physically for my first car. He’s a great salesman but also amazing at helping you get the best deal for you. Highly recommend, although make you don’t have anything to do when you go shopping, the process does take awhile.

Poor experience. Advertised for one price and when got to the
dealership totally different story. The manager told me error was on car
gurus although the price was listed on more than one Website. I had to
report unethical practice to BBB.
They reached out to me after to resolve the situation but I was not
going to drive 26 miles again after the way I was treated. Make sure
you verify price with dealership before driving to buy car or you may
leave disappointed like I was.

nice people and a good deal...till later when I found out that they didn't fix
everything they agreed upon! they tried to say that the brakes had "lot rot"
but said they'd look into it anyway! they kept the car for 5 days after this and
now I've been driving it for 4 days....same thumping sound when braking!
going to a mechanic tomorrow and will get a second opinion! let's see if
they're willing to make this right!

Called about a car that we wanted to look at. They said it was still available, after a 45 minute drive it turns out the car was sold a couple days ago.
Response from dealership was quick - spoke with first person on phone
and the car was ready for us to look at when we got there. We did have to
wait in the showroom for about 5 minutes or so before there was any
acknowledgment that we were there. Vehicle was in great shape, when we
decided to sit down and discuss pricing we were surprised when we were
told that there was an added recovery amount added to the price of the car
because their service guys decided to strike the year before. Why on earth
would we have to pay that. It is not our fault or problem that their service
department went on strike. Also, no wiggle room at all on the price of the
vehicle - I know it was a good price to begin with, however, there is always
a little room to haggle.

I contacted Bill Kay and verified the vehicle was available to test drive. After going thru their inspection and being told that the car had a clean Car Facts report, I showed up to test drive the vehicle. It drove great and I was ready to purchase when I noticed some chipped paint on the leading edge of the hood. I called my insurance agent so he could run the VIN thru his system. He informed me that accidents don't always appear on Car Facts, so it never hurts to give him a call. .
Turns out, the vehicle had been in an accident and a claim was filed in the amount of $1200. This was several months before Bill Kay purchased at auction.
When I brought this to the manager's attention, he was highly offended at the suggestion that his dealership knew about the accident! I contended that it should have been noticed on the inspection, even if it didn't show up on Car Facts. He seemed very adamant, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and did not write a poor review.at the time.
Now some two weeks later, I pull up the vehicle on Car Gurus again and the vehicle is still listed as having no prior accidents. I'll just leave it at that.

After my initial inquiry, the dealership reached out right away. I was
pleased with Roger the sales rep. I had the numbers worked out prior to
meeting with Roger, and after some negotiating, we were able to put
together a deal I was happy with. After the purchase, there was an issue.
The vehicle wouldn't start. The issue was with the computer system and
the key fobs. I had to have it towed back to the dealership, which was very
frustrating. I understand that these things happen. The GM Justin
Delgado made things right. I would have no hesitation purchasing from Bill
Kay in the future.

Good. asked for my "must-haves" and are sourcing a vehicle
We live 2-1/2 hours away. Talked to the salesman on the phone and told
him how much money we had to spend. He called us back and gave a
counter offer which we could work with. We arrived 10 minutes before they
closed and they had the van ready for the test drive. Van checked out good
with some minor repair they needed to do. They gave us the original price
of the car, we said we would buy it for the negated price on the phone
which they came up with. The salesman and the finance man said they
couldn't do it. They said the gereral manager would be in on Monday and
they would call us back. We have never received a call back.

I ended up not buying a car from this dealership, but received great service
as I was looking at prospective vehicles. Sales rep John Marcus in particular
was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend seeking him
out if you are looking to buy a car from Bill Kay.
I agreed to posted pricing for the car, but was then told that I didn't qualify for rebate as I was out of state. I was contacted a few days later to that I did qualify, but I had already purchased another car. We even discussed trading in another car I have to make the deal happen. In the end, we were not able to come to an agreement on my trade in value, do the deal did not happen. Good follow-up, but the deal did not happen because they didn't know the rules of the rebate initially.

Took me about 2 hours to get to the dealership. The carfax said they had
fixed a few things including a swing arm and steering damper. Got to the
dealership to find that nothing but the wiper motor was fixed and it needed a
new clutch ASAP. Pretty disappointed that I drove all that way to find out the
information was inaccurate.

Went in one week to look for a used Sienna. Talked to a short middle aged gentleman with a desk almost straight back from the main entrance. Looked at a couple, but they didn't meet our needs. He promised to keep an eye out and call us if something came in. Two weeks later I searched and found a vehicle there on my own and went in. The second guy who helped us, a taller middle aged guy with a desk in the used car dept, let us take a car on a test drive. We came back and asked if they could fix a few things. He said he would ask and get back to us. It's been a week now and nothing from him either. We used to buy all of our toyotas here. No more.

The sales rep seemed real nice, but he just kept trying to sell me on the value of the after-purchase services that they provided. Example: oil changes, checking air in tires, etc. ----I really didn't care about these services as I was just looking for a good price on a car.
