Car has water damage and they withheld the information and played it off that they didn’t know, I drove all the way over there for a possible lemon car they were trying to sell at normal car price. In my opinion the car shouldn’t even be in the market. And the information on the car should be fully disclosed
I had an awesome experience with this dealership. Very transparent, no games. Finance worked with me to ensure I got the deal I wanted in the time I needed. I could not recommend this dealership more highly!

Angel the sales Rep helped me install and gat the Ford App up and running. Leon the finance manager knew his job well and explained the extended warranty and maintenance contract well. Our appointment was at 11:00am and we drove the new truck off the lot at 1:00pm! Very happy with the Ranger!

Salesman Alejandro Lopez was responsive
to my online inquiry, friendly and
accommodating. The truck was clean with a
couple scratches in the paint and rust on the
chassis. (Not uncommon for a vehicle from
Delaware). Alejandro told me on the phone it
came from Colorado. The online info said
tow package and sun/moonroof. The truck
did not have either feature. Even with the
flaws and missing equipment the dealership
was not flexible on price. I was provided one
key and no key fob. (due to the fob working
intermittently. A fob was provided which
cost $85 to program. A new fob is $150 and
a new chipped key is $200. The truck has
dented front rims. We are negotiating a
reimbursement of the rim repair costs. The
check engine light came on after my 70 mile
trip home. It was the EVAP control valve,
$150, a minor repair. I canât say that was the
dealerships oversight. Pending the results of
the rim repair reimbursement I would likely
not do business with Bill Brandt Ford in the
future.
The best place to buy your car, they really care about what you need or what you’re looking for.easy and fast to get your new car.

Talked to Joey at the dealership, made plans for the weekend to see a car we had to drive two hours for.
We arrived for the scheduled appointment only to find out the car had sold the day before.
Would have been great to have been told before driving down and wasting time and gas to see a car that had sold.

Wasted time,very unprofessional, racist, prejudice. I’m approved through GLS. Spoke with a manager in financial department Yesterday and was told I should 100 % Be able to drive off with this Vehicle yesterday, Only 2. documents was. Needed to finish up my loan, and that I could turn in the rest of my income documents within 30 to 45 days. There was no reason I could not have driven this car off the lot. I was told by my salesman David No.. I couldn’t take the car home yesterday he wanted the rest of my documents before releasing the vehicle. He heard my conversation regarding obtaining the information. I was told it would take 1-2 Days to receive them by email. I then asked if I could put 2 thousand down to hold the vehicle until I receive my documents. He told me NO Again. I’m a 52 year old disabled Woman.. I wasn’t looking for any sympathy from anyone I never have and I never will… They asked for a certain amount for the down payment, I HAVE EVERY DIME… My rating below 0

Easy to work with, very responsive.
I went in to test drive. Had a preapproval, did a deal but they needed to verify with financial company the next morning and I waited until 5pm, never called me. I had to call them. I was given the run around for a few days, unable to reach salesman, finally called to speak to manager and was told they would not pay the fee to lender. This was only after calling at least 5 times with no call back or explination.
I was very upset with how they handled me. Very disrespectful and I had to chase them down to even get an answer of why I could not pick up my car. Never again!!!

I drove an hour to see a vehicle they assured was still in stock. Prior to leaving my home, I confirmed the vehicle was still available. When I arrived, they told me it was sold. No one seemed to care about wasting my time. Awful customer service and a HUGE waste of time.

Great team at Bill Brandt Ford
Greg emailed me about a truck that I was
interested in. We talked about it and he told me
how great the truck was and how it’s the lowest
price around and that it’s just like a brand new
truck. I drove almost 2 hours to see it and the
truck had scratches and chips all over it, no
rubber for when the fuel door closes, and
chalking to hold the antenna. Extremely
disappointed. When I text Greg back to tell him
that I’m not interested he didn’t even have the
professionalisms to tell me that he messed up by
not telling me about all that. A sorry would’ve
been the right thing to do or at least acknowledge
my text. I bought a truck somewhere else where
the trucks weren’t held together by duct tape and
glue.

Terrible. The car I was very interested on their website said it had about 6,000 miles and was a premium color (Machine Gray which cost extra) with an
excellent price. The color and the miles were wrong! Getting the color wrong is one things but the mileage was actually around 20,000 - not the 6,000 listed on their website.
Details matter if you want to build trust. I'm not buying a $25 dollar item from Target but a $25,000 dollar car. I notified them of their error - they took over 24 hours to fix it. I
wouldn't shop at a place that can't get the big details right!

Does not have inventory.
They try to make you come down to the location so they can sell you another one, so called "bait" listing.
From the initial conversation, I told them I need bank transfer information so I can wire the money, they said they would send me the information after a little pause.
2 days later, I had to call again and ask for the progress, they tried to convince me to come to the dealer, I told them I do not intend to come ; rather send the money and get the vehicle delivered,
Another long pause, they said they would send me the bank information.
Next day, I had to contact them. They said they sold it the night before. Again, tried to convince me to come to the dealership since they have 2 more similar cars they just got in. I asked for year, model, mileage, price.
Never heard from them again, sales person do not answer my call again.
Total waste of a week.

On 4/9/19 I visited Bill Brandt Ford and test drove the 2018 Ford F150
they had listed for $23,999.I informed the sales representative that I
was interested in the truck and requested that he tally the total cost of
the vehicle including tax and license.Upon supplying me with the cost
of the truck I agreed to return the next day to complete the
purchase.On 4/10/19 in the morning I called and spoke to a different
sales rep who was informed that I would be calling.I informed the rep
that I would be purchasing the truck but I needed the exact sales
figures.I agreed to come in at 4pm to close the deal.The sales rep
texted me the full price and acknowledged the agreed price.At 3pm
while enroute to the dealer the sales rep called me and told me the
truck had been sold to a friend of the dealer owner. There was no
apology and the dealer owner made did not contact me with an
apology or a comparable alternative deal.I do not recommend this
dealership.

Greg was a no pressure salesman, took the van for a test ride, explained to him that was my first ride, and I wanted to think about it, he stated that if I were to buy it after I went home, they would deliver it to me and I live 3 hours away. I found another van that had a feature that wasn't on the one he had and purchased it, and he did call me and I explained to him I had bought a different van and he thanked me for giving him the time to stop by, if I were to be in the market for another car, I would definitely call him again.

The car got sold before I could get there to see it, just my luck. The salesperson ( forgot his name) got a little more info on what I was looking
for and still kept in touch and emailed every few days for an update. I found a car at a different dealership so I can't say anything about the
sales part, but the salesman was very helpful and kept trying to find what I was looking for. Thanks for all your help.
Internet sales department of this dealership 5/5 stars. Communicative, polite, upfront and professional. If was purchasing the vehicle outright 5/5 stars.
Financing department 2/5 stars, cliche. Terrible math in the favor of large hidden fees. A 72 month loan was quoted over $150/month +$500 higher down payment than a comparably priced vehicle from another dealership. I literally had to show an example of financing done correctly. Then I was pressured into a signing the second attempt contract with an another inaccurate APR quote and a $250 non-refundable clause. I passed and went with the better deal. I am still receiving credit check letters from numerous financial institutions.
Total experience rating 4/5 stars and only because of their internet sales professional and the option of purchasing outright. If you're looking to finance, beware.

Excellent customer experience, Marc Caviglia has a polished record in car sales and came across as genuinely friendly, helpful and not the least bit overbearing in attempts to secure a sale. This dealership is highly RECOMMENDED and I especially like their niche for offering the lowest priced cars within 200 mile radius (marketing tool to draw traffic to Brentwood). I will purchase my next vehicle here!

We didn’t quite like the vehicle for
our needs. We ended finding
something we liked much better
and he was patient and didn’t try to
influence anything at all while we
were deciding. When we did finally
decide to buy the car Jason spent a
lot of time programming and
making sure we understood each
feature. After dealing with a
number of other dealerships that
insulted my wife; as one dealership
looked at her and said oh don’t look
at that car it’s manual and I’m sure
you can’t drive it his sincerity and
low key nature was refreshing. I will
definitely call Jason again when it is
time to buy another vehicle.

that I would/will never do business with. I don't appreciate someone I don't even know telling me
how to buy a car and also telling me that I have to pay a 3-4% finance rate with a perfect credit

Terrible customer service, good price. I called ahead and when I got there,
the sales rep didn't know what car it was that I told him about 2 hours
before and didn't know where it was located. After walking around both
lots to find the car, he handed me the key to let me test drive it and left.
The car had absolutely no gas in it, not even 1 mile to empty on the gas
range. When I got back, the rep was nowhere to be found. They called
for him, I waited an additional 10 minutes in the lobby while 3 other
employees sat around and didn't even ask if they could help. On top of
that, I overheard the sales manager saying mean stuff about a customer
that left as I was in the lobby. They are unable to negotiate the price of the
car at all because it was a rental car, which is why they get them so cheap.
I wouldn't buy the car based on the terrible customer experience even
though I did like the car and was prepared to buy it on the spot.

The original truck had sold by the time I got to the dealership. Corey and
Art found the exact same truck at the price they quoted me. They had new
truck at dealership the next day. I came in the next evening paperwork
only took about 1.5 hours and I was on my way. Best buying experience in

What a bummer! We found a great deal on the vehicle we were looking to purchase so the hour plus drive seemed very worth it. Especially after contacting the dealer, where they reassured me the car was in great condition and would be ready for us to drive and buy when we arrived on Sunday. Upon our arrival, the car had just returned from Napa, being used as a demo for the owners. We were so disappointed to find a filthy car, reading of cigarette smoke, and in much worse wear then had previously been disclosed. When we conveyed our feelings about not being very interested, we were merely dismissed and told more cars would be coming in later. They didn’t even try to capture our business! In a lot full of cars, they couldn’t even try to sell us one? Lame. But that’s ok, the next day we ended finding a much better vehicle, more money but I guess you pay for the experience. In my opinion, this place isn’t worth a drive.

Bill Brandt Ford dealership also did a good job of providing info on the car which included car fax, a multi point inspection on the car. & repairs they completed on the car...

Over charged me and told me there was nothing wrong with truck and one I purchased I stared finding stuff that was wrong with it didn’t want to match my trade in offer from other dealers didnt even wash or clean the car when I purchased overall the charged me as a new car wen up 28 k on the price extremely not pleased with this dealer recommend not doing business with them

Hidden charges. Hidden charges. Hidden charges.
1st they sneak in a $3000 warranty that I didn’t want, then they sneak in a $500 VIN etching/sticker thing that you can do yourself for $25, then they charge $900 for Gap insurance that you can get from your own insurance company for $100 - $200.
I tell them I don’t want the warranty and they say ok. But then when the contract still has it on there.
I tell them not to include the VIN etching and they say they have to, because they do it to all their vehicles. I say if it cannot be removed, it should be included in their advertised price.
Every time I see a document, the numbers keep changing.
I don’t trust these guys as far as I can throw them.

The guy that was e-mailing me was prompt in answering my questions but he was super annoying and pushy with his "can you come in today" "let's schedule something for today"... We decided this wasn't the dealership for us, if this is the sale tactic now what would actually working face to face be?

I asked dealership if they had the two cars that I was looking at. The
dealership stated that they had both cars and were available for purchase.
I advised dealership that I would be there in two hours to check out both
cars and I would purchase one. I arrived and dealership advised that one
car was on hold and was no to be sold. That was the vehicle I intended to
purchase. I drove home with all mt cash in my pockets. I wish they would
have save my time and told me the car was not available. It was over an
hour drive there one way. I know I will never buy a car there because they
wasted my day. So sorry for bad review, but hopefully you will do better
next time.

Met a nice salesman named Corey.
But when I pointed out the broken windshield he went to his finance manager to show him so that they could make it right.
But the finance manger walked back in from looking at it and said " its fixed, we are not fixing it anymore". they filled the hole with some putty looking stuff. and it had 2 crack lines going in opposite directions.

Great customer experience. Nice and friendly service from all departments. Price was fair. Only thing was the car wasnt detailed before I looked at it.
I had been working with the internet manager when the price was at
$26K+ and tired to negotiate the price to a lower price, but he would not
negotiate, last night the price went down to the price range and I e-
mailed first to see if the vehicle was available and I called number on
CARGURU and spoke to Chris at 925-437-8075 to see if the vehicle was
still available at this new price($24,698). He let me know that the vehicle
was still listed at higher price and would check with dealer manager and
call me back. he called and l/m and I called him back and Chris told me
that the internet price listed was a mistake and that the vehicle was still
priced at $26,167. Not very happy that in writing this review several
hours later and the internet price on CARGURU still shows $24,698. :(

The sales people are extremely rude, including the finance guy. I bought the car for my mother and got zero service from the moment we arrived. Once we found Mike, which included crossing the highway twice, he tossed me the keys and said to test the car without him. He couldn't answer a single question we had and only after we were 90% done with the purchase did we learn they couldn't find the second key. When I asked them to order it or take off the $395 that the key costs he refused. The whole experience from start to finish was horrible. I am in sales and I can't imagine being so rude to my clients...

Sent an email asking about the availability of a truck. No return email, text, or phone call-drove the next morning, 1 hour, to see the listed truck-it was sold the day before. When I arrived, the salesman was "busy" getting lunch, and no other salesman wanted to show me other options...very strange dealership. I will not be looking to them for my truck needs.
