Jerry was my contact person/. We nave never met personally but he was very helpful over the phone. Based on what he offered to do & what he actually did ,I would
rate his service to me as 5 star. I have not made a decision yet re: the car. I am still considering making an offer.

The person I was suppose to see had left for the day. Although the 2nd salesperson "assigned" to me, got me set up to test drive the vehicle, but really didn't seem to interesed in helping after I returned. I wasn't impressed.

Great dealer
We had a signed by them purchase agreement sent to our bank and another salesman took a down payment on it from another customer several days later. The vehicle had to go in the shop due to the check engine light so I wasn't going to sign our end of the paperwork from the bank until the vehicle was to my satisfaction. Didn't find out about the "hold" from another customer until I called asking about the status of the repair. Was told the next day that the manager gave first rights to the customer that put a hold payment on it. That's sketch. Would not recommend.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about the situation with your potential purchase. We did give you a purchase agreement to take to your bank. We did offer you the opportunity to put money down to hold the vehicle while you tried to get your own financing/while the vehicle was being repaired and you declined. Putting a hold on it didn't mean that you were obligated to purchase it. Therefore, with no money down, the vehicle is still available. Another customer came in, test drove it and was told that it needed service work and they asked if they could put money down on it to hold it until the work was

detailed pictures. Got them quickly,
and salesperson was very honest
about the issues. Unfortunately the
car sold before I had a chance to
drive 350 miles to see it.

Even during a pandemic I was given exceptional service once I set foot on the lot. Justin was great and easy to work with. No questions asked when I asked about different vehicles to test drive. I would do business with them if another need arises.
