Awesome friendly listened to my concerns and thiughts
I felt with two different salesman, the first one would take days to get back to me with a response. This went on for just around two weeks I think. So when I asked him what the next step in buying the truck was he told me that someone else already put a down payment on my truck and the next one would not be in till the end of the month. So for two weeks trying to buy a truck from Howard bentley they sold my truck to someone else. Not a very trustworthy company. ..The second salesman I talked to just straight out told me something about the sale you where having was not going to help me at all something about special rates for gm or something I didn't understand he was talking so fast like he didn't want to be bothered with me. So I said well what your saying is that the sale your having ain't going to help me at all..and he said yes that's right. I felt like I was pushed off and no one wanted to bother with someone out of state. So I tell everybody that the sale is a scam not to cal

Quick response to my inquiries.
I purchased the vehicle a few days ago but wasn’t able to drive it due to work. Long story short. I noticed the temperature hand wasn’t moving when I was finally able to drive it a week or so later. Called in to report the issue and the salesman said “just keep a eye on it”. I’m like I literally just got it and yo tell me to keep a eye on it instead of saying hey bring it back and we’ll see what’s going on. They are so friendly until the contract is signed then you get put on the back burner. So not cool at all
Tried to purchase 2 trucks and salesman wouldn’t respond back to me. Was in the middle of conversation about truck and they just quit responding. Then when they finally did they advised me that the vehicle I was trying to buy had sold. So I bought a new truck from a different dealer that treated me great.

Very disappointed!! Drove 2 1/2 hour one way to buy a 2017 corvette and got there and the car was dirty and had a flat tire !! The salesman never said anything about the car wasn’t ready but very disappointed
Fantastic dealer. I contacted on a Saturday and they got back with me within
30 minutes and I went and purchased the car that day. I already knew what car
I wanted and they got me in the car for the test drive almost immediately. Got
all paper work done fairly quickly and got me out of there. Would recommend
to anyone.

I didn't have an on site experience, but thier customer service and communication was good. They kept me up to date on what was going on with the listed vehicle. I had a trade in vehicle and they were unable to give me what I was looking for on my trade in. They seem to be up front and did not waste my time. The things that I did experience with them I was satisfied with and I would recommend this dealership to others.

They were amazing! Tim was so easy to work with and made the process run seamless. I am so pleased with my new Armada! It’s in excellent condition. Great great service all around! I was nervous about buying out of state and never seeing car in person but Tim sent so many pictures and things that it made the process so stress free.

Their guy Tim and I exchanged several emails. Very pleasant, but the emails were a bit "over-done" on promoting the
"Cadillac experience." Had planned to drive the vehicle, but it was sold over the weekend. Tim sent me an email to let me know.

After deciding not to buy, the constant barrage of follow up emails (after, I unsubscribed and requested multiple times in reply to not be contacted further) was more than aggressive. Don't bomb customers with requests to buy after the deal was not happening.

Not good. I get an email saying to I want to come drive this vehicle. Its
missing the lights over the cab. I would like one like this but with the running
lights. I have contracted a bunch of dealers and actually provided a list of
what Im seeking. It has amazed me in this process of me providing a list of
what I'm seeking and the dealers just "drop the ball." Guess they don't want
to sell anything.

regarding the vehicle of interest was brake spec data. Not sure why this info

They really want to help you
Had a car listed at the wrong price! Must have been a mistake...changed the ad after I told him. He looked it up and said that it was incorrect.
