I was called repeatedly and messaged by the team there. I explained that I drove to 3 dealerships that day and really didn’t want to drive back to Greensboro because I had been to Charlotte to test drive one an was en route to Raleigh to test drive the next one. I was told if I come there I’d leave in a car no money down $575 a month. By 2 staff members. I then explained how I’d hate to drive there and that not be the case. I asked for confirmation from someone in charge and was given it. Then I get there and nobody can help me. They took one look at me and my complexion, and changed their minds completely. Easily the most embarrassing and quite honestly racist moment I’ve had in years . I was asked “did you use to work here”, “you look like our last coworker, but he was fired”, “are you him”. Etc. Later I was asked if I knew the guy they referenced. Almost every person there working laughed and after a 2 hour drive and 2 hours of THAT they asked me to put $5000 down if I wanted it.

Things Was Rushed , And Not Exactly Done Right , I was told my car would be repossessed and I haven’t had the car a full week . Now it’s just messy and unprofessional, they will do and say anything to get you into a car , and things just turn out different I’ve never had an experience like this ever coming from a dealership , I’ve bought 1 other car from another place before in the past this is my second time purchasing a car from a dealership since then . I do not recommend ! Just makes me not even want the car or another car . And I’m only 26 years old and works hard for the things I want !

Great dealer communication was excellent vehicle sold as I was shopping for it. Dealer very eager to find me another vehicle. I am a difficult purchaser with many unusual needs. Seller willing to keep me up to date on any vehicles coming in that may fulfill my needs from a four-wheel drive vehicle. The vehicle will also have to be financed which the seller said"no problem. We work with over 50 lenders". Hopefully I can fund a vehicle that fits my parameters soon. CarGurus has been a overwhelmingly assistant in shopping. They provide an sll-inckusive inventory of new and used vehicles to choose from. They lust all the features and any area of concerns that the buyer may want to address before purchase. Although I have never bought a vehicle online before, this is a most impressive way to use the internet to assist with vehicle sales. Should all of my desires be satisfied, I will soon be driving a pre-owned vehicle that has been through a multi-point safety inspection. I hope that

Only issue that bothered me was we made an appointment to look at a specific car just to find out it had been sold when we got there. I live 45 minutes away and that was a huge inconvenience.

Although they called me 15 minutes out from the appointment I set up to confirm I was coming, they did not have the car that I expressed interest in on the lot because it apparently had sold, which I would have appreciated them telling me before I drove 30 minutes in the pouring rain to go see it. They proceeded to use every sales trick in the book to try to convince me to buy a car from them, all while not ever letting me speak to the person who called me to confirm my appointment. I felt incredibly uncomfortable throughout the experience and it didn't matter what car they showed me because I felt the way that they treated me wasn't appropriate at all.

Initially they responded then gave me the run around. Wanted me to driver 3.5 hours on a whim for a possible deal. After I wouldn’t rush to them I didn’t hear anything back until 3 days later. Purchased from someone who wanted to sell.

Customer service was great! Vehicle they had on the lot for sale not so much! In the text drive the transmission slipped badly and the vibration from the road test drive was crazy. Word of advice. As a big franchise dealer, if you say so your cars get 110 point inspection said it can't make it on a text drive. It's definitely not ready to purchase! Thanks for waisting my families time

They are the best auto dealership that I have ever dealt with. They were responsive, courteous, friendly, and professional. They are the best of the best. Poor follow up from dealership. They first responded with an email asking if I wanted to schedule a test drive. I answered and said I already was familiar with the car and didn't need to take a test drive, but wanted to make an offer for the car, which I did. Kept getting emails suggesting they hadn't heard from me. Finally got an email with a person's name on it. I responded to that person and again repeated my offer for the car. Haven't heard back from the dealership since.

The representative that I spoke with completely lied about visible scratches and noticeable dings on the vehicle. I drove three and a half-hours to see a vehicle that totally disappointed me. The pictures online looked great, they didn't reveal any imperfections! And, then I was offered $500 off the quote..Disgusting!!

Never answered the question I asked, so I never went into the dealership. They responded several times with offers for me to come in and test drive. They never gave me an actual "out- the-door" price as requested.

Classic bait and switch! After I specifically told them I was ONLY interested in 1 car they had. Then they had me come there only to suddenly fine out the car was gone to auction and they gave me a lame excuse as why. Will never go there again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE - avoid dealing with these people at ALL cost. Wanted to charge me $1750 in fees, refused pre-approved financing, demanded they run my credit with their companies (I already know ALL of them... and had already bee denied).. Car was JUNK. 8 blemishes (4 knife marks on black trim), 6+ over 4 inch long DEEP SCRATCHES on trunk lid, bad right front caliper (front brakes were shot), Engine was damaged - exhaust VVT valve was not functioning at all, causing poor acceleration, and ZERO highway power. Clutch had something catching on it, that caused it to click when pushing down pedal.

I had a great experience here, the staff was very friendly which I was able to drive the vehicle home that very day. There customers service is excellent as well as there online services, which they called to make sure I was happy with the purchase of the vehicle and to see if I everything was okay or if I needed anything. Hard to find good dealer like this and I would defently recommend them.

I called to see if the car was still available and was told that it was. When I got there that evening to see it, they couldn't find it or the keys. After about 30 minutes, they finally found it in the back lot. It smelt damp and musty and was smoking. I walked away.

Everyone was really nice and appeared to be helpful. However, I feel like we were lied to on the phone just to get us to come in. The rep on the phone told us one thing and once we were at the dealership it was entirely different. We did not purchase the car because of that.

Extremely disappointed. Very poor communication from Blain and Ben, though at least Ben was gracefully apologetic. Still no follow-up from Blain. The short version is that, once I contacted the store via CarGurus, Ben responded and then handed off to Blain. Once I was given a price with my outgoing lease as a trade-in, I asked for an out the door price ignoring the trade-in (the lease had only one payment left and I could turn it in with minimal trouble, separate from this transaction). Communication essentially stopped, despite my efforts to keep the process rolling, and though the price on CarGurus was dropped twice during this period, my serious effort to shop this car was ignored. I then received a form email on December 31 offering me a test drive, desire the fact that there was no response to my request for an out the door price. I am not local, but know this model well enough that I felt comfortable with negotiating the price before traveling to Greensboro to finalize the purchase. Finally, I called on January 3 and received notification later that the vehicle had actually sold on December 30. Very disappointing; I was extremely interested and, given to what level the price has dropped, if they'd focused on me, they probably would have made more on me. Now, about the car, a CPO Kia Soul ! with the "Whole Shabang" package, in Titanium metallic with Umber Nappa leather interior, is an amazingly well equipped car, shaming a lot of luxury vehicles, with quality soft touch materials. These CPO Souls are seriously undervalued.

Overall, not a positive experience. I inquired about several Sportage, both new and used. Very slow response time, during office hours and outside. Two quotes were sent, with no indication of what car they were trying to sell. I sent a competitive quote from another dealer, after they stated that they could beat it and they were being very generous with trade-in; they came back with a quote $1,500 higher. When I asked for a breakdown of the price, all the lady could tell me is "that's all they are willing to do." Her tone of voice sent the message that she clearly didn't want to speak to me. I had a more positive experience with every other dealer I engaged.

Just shy of painful and ver frustrating; too many unknown caviates and unexpected costs that increases the actual amount required for the consumer to pay as closing nears. The internet data (color of interior, color of leather, etc., are not necessarily accurate). Words like "New" & "Used", "Test Vehicle" & "Demo Vehicle", are not defined and not transparent. Difficult to get the dealership folks to actually look at the vehicle or the odometer reading and report back to the customer. For the Optima, the internet ALWAYS states that the "Interior" is black, but KIA means the Black hardware, not the leather color (very misleading if I'm looking for White leather). In fact, I spent an inordinate amount of time looking for an Optima that didn't have a Black "Interior". Mileage on a "New" Car is not posted on the internet, and very difficult to get the true mileage without demanding a picture of the odometer. What figure (Sales Price?) is going to have State Tax applied, and what figure (Gross Sales Receipt) is going to have Tax applied. In general, the only transparency is the vehicle itself. Building trust is unlikely between customer and dealership; excessive amounts of misleading and inaccurate information, if you can get it.

Intially their follow up was right away. I scheduled a facetime tour of the vehicle at a specific time and they did not call. They did follow up afterwards like two days later but I had already made a deal on the same make and model car at another dealership.

The stuff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From minute one to driving the car from the dealership it was nothing, but positive experience. I did purchase a car, but a different one then the pictured. Financing was a breeze as I got pre-approval on line. It was 3 hour drive from my residence in Wilmington, but it was well worth it!

Waste of time, they offered me $600, for my SUV 2002, as a trade in, I refused it and then I sold it by myself for $4000, I felt insulted by them, never again!
