Excellent turn around time on my inquiry, provide transparent pricing online which was a plus. Only reason not 5 Stars is fees above doc fees which is difficult to justify on a car that has switched dealership hands 3x’s in the past couple years.

Very poor customer service. Inquired about a vehicle at 12 noon with a sales associate (DD). He sent me a video of the car. I told him I wanted to proceed with the deal, let's talk numbers. Three hours later nothing from him. Called him he didn't pick up. He called me back well after I called him to say he's busy with clients as if I was not a client READY to make a purchase. I called for another sales associate (CW) as I was not valuable enough for the first sales associate. I was then told I had to pay for an "optional" feature on the car. I asked to speak to the manager, and he tried to tell me that I had to pay $695 additional for that feature. I expressed that is an optional feature and I do not want it. I was told that if I wanted to purchase a car from his dealership, I had to pay that extra money, I told him that is totally a scam to get an extra $695 from me. He told me then I need to find another dealership. They were super unprofessional with me. Poor customer service.

Dealership Salesman (Ryan B) was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. We were driving from a distance and couldn't come for a few days. He stayed in contact with us as to the vehicle condition. When we arrived on a very busy Saturday he had the vehicle ready for us to test drive, we discussed the terms, he efficiently got the numbers we were looking for and we bought the vehicle. He had us with the finance manager to finish the necessary paperwork with an hour and we were on our way home with our new vehicle. He was our main contact in the dealership, but he was the best! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Baron BMW.

The worst car buying experience I ever experienced. I was ready to purchase the car and the sales representative made up excuses why I had to use their financing. I walked out the door and purchased from across the street. Customer service training is a must for this organization.

I was ignored in regards to the test drive appointment. I was given until September 12, 2024 to conclude the deal which was previously agreed upon by the seller. They have secretly sold the vehicle a few days ago without me knowing. I had took the initiative to contact them first hand today & I was informed of the selling of the car.

Ended up buying my vehicle from this dealership, one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. After I made the agreement to purchase the vehicle when they delivered it, there were two 1 inch scratches on top of the hood that cut to the primer coat. I know they were not there prior to me making the deal, because when I touched them, flakes of paint came off on my finger, so I know they happened that day, the finance guy was very arrogant and when asked concise and clear questions about my financing responded incorrectly and falsely and ended up putting my business loan under a personal loan and affecting my personal credit and after 30 days has done nothing to rectify the situation. The vehicle itself was never detailed because it had a fine sandy grit on it that required me to bring it back and have the entire car gray bar stripped, and the interior was never cleaned.

Dealer charging $695 for a “coating” on a 9yr old Toyota avalon vehicle is insane and the dealership already applied the coating without letting me know until after the fact. With financing being 10-12% and I’m offering cash to the sales agent/dealership. However, the sales agent is not working with me at all past a fair cash price I offered for this vehicle, it’s unfortunate. People are going to roll their heads with financing rates at the current rate of 10-12% average and vehicles sitting on the lots a lot longer, especially for a 9year old vehicle and a $695 “coating” they apply to their vehicles. At this point I would not recommend Baron BMW. Hoping to hear back from the sales agent to make things right. Like

Buying the car was a done deal in about 2 hours, including paperwork. Josh Emmons had the car washed and waiting for a drive when I arrived, then answered my questions and helped run down some service details. While I signed purchase papers, Josh topped off the gas tank and got a temporary tag installed. I left with a full tank, new tires, a fresh oil change, and a big smile. Josh followed up with a phone call yesterday to see if everything was OK. Still smiling.

We ended up buying this gorgeous car from Baron BMW. JT and Eric were absolutely wonderful to work with and now we are waiting for the car to be delivered to me here in California. JT called me right away and Eric the manager stayed involved when JT was either busy or was on his day off. I have only seen the car in pictures and video but I am very confident it will be exactly what they say it is and arrive to me in perfect condition.

Vehicle had transmission issues even though they claimed it was checked out, and was told there were no issues. Also, took significantly longer than I was told to refund my money. I will not be shopping here ever again based on this experience!!!

Salesperson seemed bothered by us and tended to her phone a lot. On the test drive, she diverted my questionable “missing” engine concerns. Not a good vibe from her. Disappointing. No follow up from her as well and the auto is still posted - most likely with respective repairs as the price increase might reflect (which would be good if the case).

Received the info i was looking for nothing else. Kind of a cold exchange when looking for some more pricing info, but received the info i was asking for. The mileage on the car is listed about 12K less than the actual mileage of the car of which you can see in the pictures of the car on the web sight. Kind of a big oversight.

They are absolutely HORRIBLE. I was an out of state buyer and they sold my dream car right from under me. They didn't even have the common courtesy to tell me the car was sold but continued to request me to send in a down payment. It was horrible. Mysteriously someone from the dealership bought the car. I can say they take care of their own, NOT the customer!!!

The experience we had with Baron BMW, specifically Brandon and Nick was absolutely amazing. Usually dealing with salesman is such a stressful situation, especially if you aren't buying there make of car. We never felt pressured or shamed by anyone. I first contacted the dealer via email about the car we were interested in. Brandon responded immediately, we set up a test drive, thought about it over night and purchased the car the next day. Brandon's communication was fast, polite and helpful and his customer service was top notch. From the test drive to the actual purchase the experience was perfect. We were introduced to Nick who handled our paperwork quick and efficiently and again, customer service was excellent. We highly recommend BaronBMW.

These guys do what they say and say what they do, which is rare in today's world. I recently purchased a 3 yr old CPO vehicle with 12k miles on it. I was hesitant to travel to view the car and relied greatly on the dealer to provide me with truthful and transparent information. They did not disappoint! After reviewing the CPO inspection report I elected to have a 3rd party inspect the vehicle. They worked closely with the 3rd party and made the minor cosmetic repairs they recommended. They also confirmed the car was flawless mechanically just as the dealer had represented it. A special "thank you" to my salesman Dante. He was great to work with. Very accessible/responsive by text msg and cell. Also, thanks to Nick K. in their finance department for being honest with me with regards to loan fees, amortization, early payments, ect. Distance buyers, this dealer group can be trusted!

Took the car for a test drive when we got back we were told a deal was already taking place. Ten minutes later the car was sold. Kinda felt used to put pressure on the other buyer.

Bottom Line up Front: I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future. Here is my reasoning: 1. Josh (my sales representative) called me within 10 minutes of showing interest on CarGurus. 2. Josh and I reached an agreement to view and test drive the car on Thursday at 11:30 am, which he was fully prepared. 3. The car was cleaned and ready to test drive upon my arrival to the dealership. 4. The test drive was smooth and reaching an agreement on the car purchase was relatively smooth (sales price compromise, trade in price for my car compromise, etc.). 5. Working with finance was easy. I told them I did not want a loan and I did not want any extra add-ons to the car, which they put no pressure on me to do either one. I wrote them a personal check, which they gladly accepted. 6. The whole experience took roughly two hours (test drive to driving off the lot). 7. The dealership is very aesthetically pleasing and is relatively warm (the people) environment.

The salesperson contacted me but send a deal sheet which had different prices than the one posted on CarGurus (even after my mentioning that I was calling about a car I found on CarGuru). Also, when I asked for the MF and Residual for the lease, his answers were not convincing and he never called me back. Not a good experience (very shady, infact), stay away!

Salesman was very accommodating, we tried working out the details before we arrived to streamline the process as we were coming from over 150 miles away and had a limited time window. Once we got there though we found out everything wasn’t ready to go and ended up running out of time before we needed to be back on the road again (over 2 hours). We couldn’t make a deal and left in the car we came in.

I was contacted right away and told a sales person would follow up shortly. After 2 hours, I replied back to the original email stating that no one had contacted me, but that I wanted to come in and look at the vehicle. They said it was available and I arrived 10 minutes later. After waiting for 30 minutes for the sales person to come greet me and find the car, he returned to inform me that it had been sold. Frustrated, I left and emailed the sales manager sharing my experience and thanking him for wasting my time. He replied back stating that the car had not been sold, and that I should return to drive it. I said no thank you. Either he's lying and wanted me to drive another car, or his salesman is an idiot. In either case, I have no interest in doing business with this dealership again.

I was interested in one of the used cars in their inventory. This particular vehicle was not available due to technical issues. I looked at yep others and found one of them to be great for me at this time. They assisted me in obtaining financing and I'm in the process of putting my resources together. I'm very satisfied with my experience. A plus in this case is the fact that this dealer is only 5 minutes from my residence.

We endd up buying the car. The sales team worked very hard to get it to the payments we needed. I really appreciated that they were not aggressive in the sale of this car. They just answered questions and worked hard to make the money work for us. A great team.

Contacted dealer since the listed price was a "Great deal", and received a reply with the price listed being raised about $1600 PLUS additional surcharge of about $600 quoted for documentation and in-house charges. Went back to the listing and saw that they had changed it to reflect the higher price. They were courteous, but I had concern about the experience.

Heard back from them the next day. Was able to test drive the vehicle a few days after being in contact with them and bought the car the same day. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the entire process.

I had contacted this dealer on a Tuesday through Carguru and got a response back. Told them I would be out that Friday. After that never heard back after sending another email with a question. Call Friday to check availability..still there so I leave work early to go to see it. Get there and she pulls the car up and tells me NOT to look at condition of car because it hasn’t been detailed. Let me tell you that this car was DISGUSTING on the inside!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t even want to sit in it. Every inch was filthy. I was PISSED. I drove 30 miles one way just to go see this car!!! In horrible traffic too!!!!!! Get back from a very short test drive and the sales lady is no where to be found. All I wanted was my keys so that I could leave. I was so mad. Finally she shows up and I straight up told her that the car is disgusting and wasn’t interested. She agreed and said she was emabarassed. Just no excuse in my book! You know the car is gross and you know I’m coming to see it in 3 days....have the car ready to be seen and have it cleaned!!!! I’m still very mad about the whole situation. She tried to get me to look at a new one. The new one I mentioned I liked didn’t really seem to be an option for some reason. So here I am very disappointed....

All is well until its time to finalize your paper work. Be ready for hard sell on unecessary products, pressure to let them find you a better loan (dont fall for it) and a Finance Manager who doesn't listen, understamd the word NO and who's office smells so bad you want to gag! I was a buyer with my own loan and ready to buy. My experience at the end made me walk!

This was as close to a perfect experience as you are going to get. We purchased this car after a relaxed, open conversation with a low key sales person, Jeff Cilek. There was zero pressure -- just open discussion. We had a budget we could afford and Baron BMW had a price point they had to meet. The negotiation part took only a half hour and we felt like we had a very fair deal. Thank you Baron!

IWENT to the Baron BMW dealership In Overland Park a Couple of weeks ago hoping to purchase this car. I spoke with Ryan in pre-owned sales. My credit score is around 625, but was told my auto score was in the 550'S or so, I understand that since I had recently filed bankruptcy, but was told that they would try and get the deal done. I understand that. I do not understand however why NO ONE called me back even after calling Ryan 2x and texting Marvin 1x. I expected a lot better from Baron BMW. My credit score may not allow for the purchase now but I will purchase a BMW before the year is out and I can guarantee it will not come from Baron. Hendrick now has BMW. I know I am only one person but I will make sure to tell any and everyone about you lack of customer service. A phone call regardless if a purchase was made or not is simple business etiquette!

We had made the deal on line and drove from Sioux Falls to Kansas City to purchase the vehicle only to find the vehicle had damage on the driver's side back door and they would not reduce the price so we did not purchase the vehicle. Very disappointing.

The Honda had a major issue with the steering - it drove like a TRUCK with Manual Steering. We asked when it was repaired, to call us to do a second test drive, but received no call. They did not offer to see what was wrong with it whether it was the tires or an accident not listed. Nor to have service check it to see what the problem was.

They backed out of the agreement after I had made and deposit and was in the process of transferring funds from my account and arranging shipping on the car. I still have not received notice my initial one thousand dollar deposit was returned. I am very disappointed in the way they have handled the situation and the lack of ethical behavior. After we had the deal they decided they needed to close the deal before 9/1. I told them the funds could not be released for 5 days and they must have resold or wholesaled the car as it is not listed any longer. No one has even had the courtesy to call me. This is this worst transaction I have ever had.
