Visit the dealership on Saturday morning Jan 20th. 4.5 hrs drive. Asked to have five vehicles available for our review (This included the 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid). When we arrived we were told that the Toyota RVA4 Hybrid had been sold and one of the others that we wanted to see was also sold. We asked about the other three vehicles and were told that they we all in Chicago at the dealership. We were not told in advance that this had occurred. The original salesperson we had worked with was not present. Didn't like the bait-and-switch tactics; however, it ended with a purchase of a newer vehicle with less mileage, a 2021 Chevy Equinox LT. The 2019 Chevy Equinox we were going to look at was in Chicago. In the end, everything worked out. The new salesperson did a good job and the financial person did an exceptional job.

We purchased a different vehicle from the dealership. The staff was friendly, informative, and definitely intelligent. There was no pressure from the staff on us to make a decision. They found the right vehicle for us and we bought it!

Great experience. Was looking at the same truck in Middleton, just 5 miles from my house. Was hoping to get $485 off to make it 27 even. I would've bought it that day. They wouldn't even return my call. Saw the truck at Baraboo Motor Group on car gurus that evening. It was $100 more. Called them the next morning at 8am. All I really asked was of they were a little flexible with the price. The sales manager immediately offered $27 even. Told him I was on the way for a test drive. Mike Wells was my salesman. He met me outside with a smile and a handshake. Truck was already out front ready to go. Compared to the same model truck I was looking at in Middleton, this truck was cleaner, better taken care of, and handled better. Nicer tires also. It was also certified used, so it came with a 3 month bumper to bumper, and 1 year powertrain warranty. No hassles, no pressure. Drove home in my new truck that afternoon. I had a very positive experience, the owner was a very nice "regular "guy. They gave me a good price on my old truck.

Didn't purchase the vehicle but dealer did respond to my questions in a adequate time frame. Would work with them again.

The customer service is absolutely great they and help you get a car that fits your budget. Just bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 convertible. They gave me a pretty good deal :-). I will recommend Baraboo Motors to anyone.

Mike was really good to work with. Easy going, friendly, not pushy but helpful. Met the owner briefly and he also seemed easy to work with. I didn't end up buying from them. I found another and they sold the Scion pretty on the same evening. I would recommend going to them. I will check in with them next time I need a car.
