Dan treated me with the same level of care and attention you’d expect in the dealership, making sure the car was absolutely white-glove ready before delivery and even drove it down himself. Found my dream car I'd been searching 1yr 8mo for, 2016 BMW 750i xDrive, perfect color and options, at BMW of Tulsa. The salesperson was easy to deal with and we got everything set up easily just through text. They had my deposit, I had a PPI scheduled for Friday, and intended make the 3hr trip to pick the car up Saturday. Friday rolls around. I was supposed to get a call from the PPI shop to arrange payment. Didn't hear from anyone by 10:15AM and the dealership opened at 9AM. Texted the salesperson to ask if he brought it in for PPI yet. He called me back, apologetic, said yesterday was his day off and another salesperson sold the car while he was out without respecting the fact they had my $1000 deposit. I was devastated and will be upset about it for quite some time. What is the point of accepting deposits if you'll sell the car to someone else anyway?! The manager will reply to reviews saying to email him: I tried, he doesn't even reply. They haven't even refunded my deposit.

I Purchased The Care. They Were Transparent And Although They Said I Could Pick Up The Car, When I Got There, It Wasnt Ready. After That, They Told Me I Could Pick It Up At 2, It Still Was Not Ready. I Waited Another Hour at The Dealership And Then I Was On My Way. Everything Was Fantastic And No One Is Perfect But I Had An Amazing Experience.

Someone put money down on the car online, during the time I test drove it and signed the paper work.... hummmm.... after I was called by the salesperson to come up there and it was mine if I wanted it. Lots of lies!

Our sales person, Marne was great to work with. We live over 4 hours away and she made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns before we made the drive to check out a used vehicle which we ended up purchasing. Very friendly staff from the moment you enter the door!

Found this car on line from out of state. Patrick Fernandez at Tulsa BMW did an outstanding job in helping me see all I could about the car before making the trip to look at the car and test drive it.
