Top notch sales experience. I highly recommend Nick Franceaux, who was my sales advisor. He was knowledgeable and thorough about the i5 I was interested in. Allen Ganji, the sales manager was pleasant to work with on the final numbers. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a BMW.

The dealership lied to me about the vehicle status several times. The initial person i conversed with was in constant with assured me that the x4 was on the lot but when I asked to send pictures with his cell phone, the communication stopped cold. Days later I could still see the same x4 on your website, I called your dealership and spoke to someone in sales (female) and she verified the x4 was still available but when i asked for pictures she said okay and she would send via text. She called back 5 minutes later stating the vehicle had sold the night before. I live 4 hours away; it would have cost me at least 8 hours of my time plus fuel and maybe a hotel stay just to trick into visiting your lot in hope of selling me something else. I know its all about the sale but not caring about your customers is truly sad.

I was interested in a used BMW X5… I filled out my contact info and I received a text from the GM…I was contacted the next day by sales rep named Scott…I failed to reply initially to Scott’s text or phone calls but he didn’t give up until he made contact with me. My sales lady was very nice but the prices are over inflated for no know reasons. They vehicle I test drove was all that exciting and it was very lack luster being a BMW Ev for over 72 thousand plus used. Not sure how these dealers come up with these figures for these vehicles but I guess I'm only venting on this platform.

Pretty classic bait and switch routine. It's been listed on cargurus for over 200 days and yet they sold both their listed BMW's "this weekend" and responded first with a link to new 2022 version. Very disappointing. This x5 arctic grey with 7,591 miles has been sold. Just to let others know accuracy in inventory isn't a priority. Just getting your lead information appears to be the game. The salesmen did offer to let me custom order though him when I mentioned I would be doing that but I will be using a much closer dealer. Happy hunting everyone.

Their prices are higher than what Cargurus consider as fair, I called and spoke to a lady, who promised to call shortly. She never did call back, I called back four hours later, a guy picked up the phone and asked for my name, when I gave home my name, the call ended up asking me to leave a voice mail. I wonder how they get a four to a five star. Be careful when doing business with them, prices are too high, the lady I spoke to was not honest

I contacted Harold Shelby about a pre-owned car. Harold was professional, friendly, and most importantly, Harold is a man of his word: He promised the car would be cleaned and out front of the dealership and it was. Paperwork and negotiations handled swiftly and efficiently. Harold filled the car with gas, installed permanent license plates, and gave me a handsome gift. My wife and I just had probably the best car buying experience ever. All thanks to our client advisor, Mr Harold Shelby. Harold was very patient, understanding, and very supportive of our decisions from beginning to end. He listens (!), he provides suggestions, and he really means it when he says we’ll make it work. Harold did an exceptional job for us! I highly recommend this dealership and all of its staff who helped us purchase a new BMW X2 for my wife. We will definitely be coming back here for another BMW when time comes.

Was ready to make a deal. Salesman contacted me and said 6500.00 to replace struts and they weren't going to sell it. Never pulled from Cargurus and sold a few days later. Wouldn't touch them with a 10' pole. Very sketchy and glad it went away!

Their business practice of not disclosing pricing is unethical. Their refusal to provide pricing and photos without calling them is unacceptable. They seem to judge what price to quote based on the phone conversation. Two days later, was told that the car sold, which may or may not be true. So American these days.

We bought our car from BMW of SS due to the swift response, great follow up, and support. Andy Alexis and Iso E were excellent. Both offered great the candor and professionalism. We also appreciated the thorough inspection and cleaning as well as the 12 month 12,000 warranty. The only thing I’d recommend is updating the dealership muZic. It was dated, mono cultural, (white) McSoothing, repeated, repeated and ghastly. This is 2020. The car that we bought and those that that were on the floor are state of the art. We should feel almost like dancing and a half decent sound-track would help. Thanks

We were immediately contacted by Scott. Our experience at the dealership was great. The first thing that we were impressed with was that Scott volunteered to come in, to service us, on his day off. When we walked in the door I noticed the diversity within the dealership and that is something that I was very pleased with. The car was exactly as listed. Everyone was accommodating and patient with us. Julia, the Business Manager, is very friendly and funny. Everyone made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They appreciated us driving all the way from Manhattan, NY and showed their appreciation with the service that we were given. I would go back again.

He also replied to my emails in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I didn’t end up purchasing from the dealership for unrelated reasons. Horrible experience. I wrote an email stating exactly the parameters of the deal and how I needed 15,000 miles per year. Got a quote that seemed like it was a great deal but was based on 10,000 miles per year and not 15,000. Real quote was over $100 more per month. Not sure if this was a mistake of bait and switch. The interaction was good. I was asking for a price break on that vehicle. Which I'm not sure they even entertained. But it ended selling before things got too far into discussions. Overall, the experience was fine.

Dealer was prompt, helpful, and forthcoming. They pleasantly and professionally addressed questions and took care of all details (e.g., shipping the vehicle, tags, etc.). And the car is a dream!

Received a call a few days after my email inquiry I sent via the cargurus web site. Also received several emails from the dealer in follow up to my inquiry. Still communicating with the dealer via email. Bottom line: dealer has been responsive.

The guy that called was very rude, and never understood what I wanted from a customer perspective. Didn't listen properly to my requirements, and seriously, didn't seem to care much.

I am giving them four stars for timely responsiveness. I contacted them through the web (GURU). They responded to my inquiry about the price of a car I liked but the pricing did not agree with me. I cannot say more about this dealership because I did not have further interaction with them.

The enthusiasm and ease of completing the purchase and shipment slowed down once they got the deposit. The way they handled the tax and registration for Colorado held up the shipment and will make it difficult to complete the registration. You're on your own after you send the money!

As an out of state buyer I found the Internet Sales manager to be very helpful and responsive. Finance manger on the other hand did not know how to work with out of state buyers.

The internet Sales manager contacted me promptly after my request was submitted through Cargurus. However we found a similar deal comparable with this prior to checking with Cargurus (also listed as great deal on Cargurus) closer to home, and ended up buying that car.
