While negotiating online they sold the car without me knowing. They seem like a good dealer but was disappointed they didn't make enough effort to hold the car while we were negotiating. Had they told me I needed to make an offer quickly or get on the phone make a deal because someone else was interested ...I would have made it happen. Maybe next time.

“Too many cooks spoil the broth”, it took them a week to answer 2 simple questions their photos didn’t explain. But I did get 5 scripted, computer generated sales follow up emails. Typical car dealership, same playbook, it’s boring and not effective

Asked for more information (ie: pricing). Received email stating it would be better to come in and drive the car. No, online shopping is just that. I didn't want to waste my gas and time if the price was out of my range. Asked for just the pricing. Haven't heard anything since.

They literally post cars for bait and switch
They have a car that is “still available” but when you call them they’ll tell you that it’s sold long time ago and of course they have “other great opportunities”

The car was listed for 91995. I went to see the car. Agreed to buy the car at the lusted price but when they brought up the papers for me to sign , they jacked up the price by 8000.00. Upon questioning, I was told that the price just went up

...also received the written quote to find a lot of add ons from the dealership! $995 mandatory theft prevention
system, $150 government charge, $899 dealership fee, $600 fee no explanation...
Competitor quote was $175 dealer charges, TOTAL! Same car, less mileage, and two year maintenance
package included...and they helped us with shipper that was cheaper than our three quotes.

Michael Gingrich at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines was very
responsive to my online request for a vehicle history report and "window
sticker" during my research into a well-optioned silver-white 2019 BMW
440i xDrive with 8-speed automatic transmission they offered for sale with
low miles. The car sold within a few days of my inquiry, and my preference
for a manual transmission diverted me from fulfilling my pursuit of the BMW
at Pembroke Pines at this time.

Yes the dealer did contact my once.
I told the dealer that our credit score was over 800 and I asked how much money I could borrow for $400.00 per mo the dealer
never answered that question.
That question would tell me how much money I would need for a down.

Dealer contacted me immediately. However, they were unwilling to really negotiate and dropped $600. After a week of the car not selling they dropped the price $1k. If they would’ve taken my offer of 34k with a little more consideration we probably would’ve settled at $34,500, which is $1,500 less than what they are currently asking for and we would’ve all been happy. However, I was very pleased they responded right away to both of my emails
