We had told the dealership that we wanted the van and we in the process of financing through our personal bank. When my husband called to verify when we would be there to pick up the van, they sold it out from under us. Very unprofessional!!!!! Would not recommend to do business with!!!!

Buying a car at a dealer I expected certain things since I work for a dealer. Gas tank was empty; I mean the light was on! WW fluid, empty. Car was dirty though I asked if they would clean the seats before I got there and Nick who was great on the phone, did that for me before I got there. He also took the videos I asked for which was very helpful, thanks Nick! But Michael while signing paper was very turst. I'm not sure why. There is a piece missing from the convertible top and he was rude and said, as is! Just get one online. We drove 4.5 hours to get the car because I really love it and they didn't offer coffee or water or anything. The vibe was very cold.

Was a new experience no pressure no haggle no issue. I walked in spoke the receptionist about the car I saw which was available she asked for my license and gave me the key and that was it! I purchased that car just based on The experience. Will go back for my next ride.

It was a great experience buying from them.
I refused to do any further business with this dealership when they made it known that their “optional” addons were in fact mandatory. They refused to arrange a deal that removed an extended service contract that they claimed was fully optional, greatly increasing the amount financed on a car that they underpriced as a ploy to get business in the door. Very poor bait and switch business tactics. I will not recommend this dealership to others and would not consider any future dealings with them. Avoid if you prefer up front and honest dealings.

The answered my question but probably will not purchase because of of no information about a NEW timing belt with that kind of mileage. And the price is WAY to high for the vehicle I was looking at. Everytime I go online to look at it, the price gets higher. Why? Because of tax time that's why.

After I got approved I told them I was out of state and I would be in Saturday to get the car. I told them as long as there were no lights on under the dash and a good carfax I would get the car. Asked him about why they listed it as a “1 owner “ trade -in when the carfax shows it was bought by them at an auction. He said it was a trade-in at a Tesla dealership and then went to auction and they got it. That’s not a trade-in and he knew it! The salesman Mark never called me again. I called two days later and a woman said mark wasn’t in but she could help. She told me she didn’t see my approval and to try again. I contacted my 2nd choice dealership and did things the same way and got approval but this time they shipped the car for free to me!

They responded on the other car i inquired about and responded my credit report was lock. Which was not the case at all

The dealer BMVW uses bait and switch scam to lure
customers. They will advertise 24,000- 25,999 Tesla 3
to lure people in then they say itâs sold once you arrive.
The worst of the worst! They use the same white and
red Tesla 3 over and over! After I read the reviews of
others saying the same thing online I knew for sure this
is a bait and switch scam!

Bad service, went to make a cash purchase on a vehicle, dealer did not have the title, and as I waited for 2hrs for them to tell me this Mike (not sure his position) continued to try and get me to finance. I waited and was told to leave, as they were closing with no conclusion of why they had taken my information, but not produced title application or any other information. The next day I was called and told the car was sold.

We are a bonded and insured dealer but have never had an issue properly registering cars in our customers' names. We are sorry that the unique vehicle you came to see was sold.

Customer service was excellent from all the receptionist. That’s about where the positives end. I was told cars were sold as is and trust me you sign your life away and they make sure you know it’s AS IS. After receiving the car I now know why. I had a broken center console. A broken power slider on the power seats and the worse part was 3 of the 4 rims are bent and I am stuck with a car that shakes going down the highway. It’s my fault for buying the car sight unseen but when I asked if there were any known problems or issues with the car none of these things were mentioned. I would not trust or recommend this dealer.

From the moment I walked through the doors of the dealership until I drove off the lot in my new Lincoln Navigator I purchased, I was treated with kindness, understanding, appreciation & respect. "Mike" I found to be such a pleasant, honest & humbled sales person & very familiar with the vehicle that I had in mind before arriving to the dealership. I purchased my new vehicle for the exact price that it was listed. There was no small print additions with hidden agendas or added fees. Everything was taken care of for me when I signed my name at the bottom of the invoice receipt. I would recommend

I contacted the dealer by phone, because the dealership is more than an hour drive for me. I
asked for a detailed description of the car. He told me how clean the car was and that I
would not be disappointed. Upon his assessment and the photos on line, I drove to the
dealership. I test drove the car and everything seemed to work well. When I got home, and
drove it at night, I discovered that the instrument cluster light did not work. I called him to let
him know about the problem the next day. I was told he had just stepped out and would call
me back in 10 minutes. After about 4 hours, I called again got a voice mail. I left a message,
but no one returned my call. I reached him the following day, told him the problem. I
explained that there was no way I could have known the lights wouldn't work in the daylight,
and asked him to repair the car or let me return it. His response is he sold it AS IS. He finally
agreed to talk to owner, but never heard back. Shady dealership!

I purchased this car from them in January 2022. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the paperwork was very streamlined and simple. They worked tirelessly with my credit union for financing and they were very understanding when there were hiccups in the process beyond our control. I just appreciated their trust and willingness to help me get the vehicle I had driven 2.5hours to get.
Terrible dealership. I ended up flying to Georgia to pick up my vehicle. And having to drive 600 miles back home. It had 1/4 tank of gas in it,
not been cleaned or washed. The interior light didn't work. It started raining on the way back and the windshield wipers had to be replaced
because they just smeared the water around on the windshield. No one there told me thank you, no one even showed me the vehicle, they
just said it's on the front row. Inside the dealership, there were boxes of stuff laying along the floor against the bottom of the walls. In my
opinion if you find a car at this dealership, leave it. It's absolutely not worth the frustration and disrespect that you will get from this dealer. I'm
going to be looking for a truck at the first of the year, you better believe not from these people.

When I saw this vehicle online I requested information about the vehicle and the dealer responsed immediately with all info ,and I then proceeded to purchase the vehicle put a hold on the vehicle, went to pickup my purchase, when my husband and I arrived the staff welcome us, we told them that we're here to test drive the Toyota Avalon that they were holding and the rest is history we love this vehicle it's exactly what was described!!!!! It's a clean well kept vehicle and we love love love ❤ it!!!!! The experience from beginning to end was Nice!!!

Donât make the mistake I did. Make sure the car
is clean before you look over the car. They
present me with a dirty car so I couldn't see the
crack on the top roof glass. Also, my front wheel
has a loud squeaky sound. They had to use WD-
40 to temporarily quiet the sound. Because the
next morning 14 hours later all these issues pop
up. At that time I only put 50 miles on the car. So
now I got a costly tesla bill

2016 lexus gs f need a 3000 dollar headlight assembly, and tore up interior (carbon fiber dash part- 700 dollars), and they claim nothing is wrong with it, instead of the original 5000 dollar rims it has a set of 1000 dollar (250 dollars each) Verde rims which will easily break if you put that car to its potential, so no money knocked off for not having original rims, also has been in an accident and I was told that it wasn't which is more than likely why there is a vinyl wrap on the car because more than likely its 2 different colors underneath due to a bad repair job. Take your money elsewhere, very dishonest people that I dealt with

I was ae to purchase the vehicle. They answered all my questions. The process was easy.
Was informed after making a deal that the tires needed to
be replaced. No accommodations were made. I said I
would pay cost for new tires, but offer was rejected. So
accept the unsafe deal, or..... I simply asked fot the low
price listed in previous adds. Very nice people. No
issues there. I just would not accept an unsafe car.

Incredible experience. I was extremely impressed. I hate dealers, the games and the haggling so I was skeptical. The ease and calm interaction with the rep was no pressure and I ended up buying the car. It was one of the best experience I ever had buying a car. There were no sneeky fees or upselling. I walked out with the car at a price $2000 to 4000 less than any other similar listing and only paid tax and title just as they had promised. I am very happy with the purchase and enjoying the car!!

Attention!! This is a whole sale dealer. I honestly did not hear from them. I called them
and then went to the lot. I was not greeted when I came in. When I arrived it was not
busy, meaning I was the only customer there at that time, one of sales associates
sluggishly came from behind the glass to assist me. They took took my license, made a
copy and gave me the key with not explanation..."can I look in it? or test drive it?"...I
had to ask. The car I was looking at had significant hail storm damage (not seen in the
picture). I informed them I was pre-approve through my credit union and I was ready to
buy. I asked about their flexibility on the asking price and I was told that it would not
move. The head sales person instead showed me the bluebook website how much the
car was worth. I left with $2,500 in my pocket and purchased a car within 5 days. To
add insult to injury, I was the drop the price of the car the next week.
Very easy to work with; gave us a brand new charging cable. The dealership has a program that for
$250-350 you can get basically a 20 day free trial. You can return the car. That can take the anxiety
out of it. Website states says no negoiation and we did not especially since the car was well price.
Paper work was fast.

I naturally had qualms about purchasing a car long distance (I live in
Louisiana), but after several months of searching, found the year model,
trim level and color of Avalon that I was looking for, with just enough
mileage on it to put it my sweet spot price range. Mike was low-key and
answered my numerous phone requests for more details on warranty, buy-
back, procedure, etc. Had an independent Union City garage examine the
car before I sealed the deal ($110--I thought that was reasonable).
Paperwork handled via email. Sent certified check via USPS. Car was
delivered to my driveway 3 days later. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle
and the professional way in which everything was handled. Shout out to
Ainsley for taking extra pics and being so friendly on the phone.

I never leave reviews on anything, ever, but my experience was terrible. My husband traveled all the way from Kansas to Georgia to buy a Lexus this dealership had and it was WAY different than the pictures on the website. There was damage done to the outside and inside of the vehicle not pictured. This was a fantastic no-haggle experience. We were done with the paperwork in less than an hour. The only problem was that we had been told one of the ABS sensors had been replaced, and it started acting up on the way home. They made it right by sending the part that actually hadn't arrived and been installed prior to purchase.

I really was loving the car. When we arrived at the dealership it was raining. The office act as if they could not find the car. Then after an hour or so of trying to get the car charged they brought it out only for it to stall after a few more minutes of charging I finally took it for a test drive. Drove beautiful. Upon returning to dealership and walking in hopefully to do paperwork, I was informed that the only way he was going to sell me the car was if I had at least 3000 of the 5000 the car cost. Well that was the finance would want. So with 2800 dollars for deposit and truck driver as our job. We left without a car

sorry about the issue with battery but I am glad it ran well, on financing for well credited customers we do work with all banks and credit unions, for low credit customers we do in-house financing without all the crazy fees other dealers charge however we aske for approximately 50% down but the good part is that loans are shorts term and most in-house finance customers pay-off their cars verse it is impossible at most other buy-here-pay-here lots to pay off cars!

My experience bmvw was horrible. I really wanted this Kia sportage but it took a few emails to get a reply back & when I did receive 1 I couldn't understand what it said. Wrong words, miss spelling. Clearly a message from someone from a different country & doesn't know English. Set up red flags for me &. Very uneasy bad feelings about this dealership. I was interested in a Chevy Volt 2015 and emailed BMVW. I was contacted by return
email immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. I took a friend with me to
check it out. We met Michael and he showed us the car, handed us the keys, asked if
we needed instructions on how to operate the Volt and we did not as my friend has a
2012 Volt. He told us to drive it around far enough to get a feel of it and off we went. I
loved the car. We returned I said I wanted to buy it. Michael filled out the paperwork
and we were out of there in about an hour. Best car shopping ever! The car was
amazingly clean and still looks brand new. I am extremely pleased with this dealer,
everyone was friendly and I would definite recommend them.

This is one of the few honest dealers out there. They tell you things straight up. No bull, no gimmicks. Great place to buy hybrids, EVs and PHEVs. Mike is awesome in sales.
I went there three times and two of those times I almost bought a Nissan Leaf and a Smart car, but wound up not buying. BMVW had zero problems with that and happily
provided as may cars for test drives as I asked. This year I went there for the third time and bought a nice Prius Touring. Free Carfax report was available on BMVW's web site
for the Prius and I was able to thoroughly research its history even before seeing the car in person. Car drives fine since purchase and I have only had minor things to take
care of, which are common for other Prius cars, such coolant valve and a failing HID bulb. Other than those things, the car drives just fine.
Traveled 10 hrs total to purchase this car . talked with Mosen back and forth for about 1 week he assured me that the car was well maintenance and serviced .. So I arrived the car does not look like this in person had a little visible defaults .. Noticed that the hood was half open , he stated that the car was sitting for so long therefore the battety needed charging ... 1ST REDFLAG 2nd RED FLAG :Test drive the car and started smelling a burning scent and noticed a indicator light on the cars screen read a problem was with battery . Took the car less than 4 miles to BMW because I made an appointment with them before arrival , they came back with a prepurchase inspection report with almost $30,000 in necessary work that needs immediate attention .. The engine was damaged and everything under the hood had leaks and it was a matter of time that the car could have possibly went in flames !!!!! I am so annoyed because ppl tend to take your life for granted over a $ not caring about the end results .. I have children that always ride with me and we could have been a family whose life could have been tragically taken because of dishonest ppl .... This Car is junk !!!!!

They were very nice and friendly. There was no pressure at all and I was able to take the care for a test drive with no pressure at all. I was surprised with the amount of alternative fuel auto options. Overall it was good but I did end up just kind of walking away. For me that was ok but someone that might have had a few questions might have felt just a bit ignored.

I did not purchase the original vehicle that I contacted BMVW about. After visiting the dealership I found an Acura MDX and purchased this vehicle. Alan and Michael were great, this is truly a no hassle dealership. If you are looking for a vehicle and you want a browse the lot and test drive vehicles without being hounded by car salesmen, this is the place to go.
Horrible. Price is not negotiable because the don't have dealer fees. The pictures also look different in person from the pictures online. Someone has been driving the car because the picture has 83,000 and now it has 116,000 and still has not been sold. I don't trust them.

I purchased this vehicle from BMVW after having it checked out by an independent mechanic, who said they often work with BMVW
and that their cars are always clean and in good condition. The dealership even drove the car to that other shop for me so I didn't have to make an extra trip.
The car was clean and in great condition, other than needing new tires, an alignment,
and a few small cigarette burns on the front seats - for which the dealer
took off $200 from the list price. I appreciated that the dealership shared with me up front that the previous owner was a smoker.
He did promise me a new mat for the back
seat, since the original mat was missing, but the mat did not materialize
when I came to pick it up. Other than that, everyone was pretty helpful.
Overall, it was a fairly good experience, and I am very happy with the vehicle.

As I was driving through ATL on a family trip, I stopped in at BMVW on a Sunday to see if I could take a sneak peek at a Nissan Leaf I saw on CarGurus. To my surprise, they were open (7 days a week) and very helpful. They let me test drive one and said they usually keep about 60 Leafs in stock. They have low overhead, great pricing, helpful staff, and specialize in EVs. It's definitely worth making a trip back there and trailering a Leaf home to FL. Maria and Mooshen were so helpful in explaining how everything works.

We test drove the car we were interested, but saw another vehicle which

I have brought 3 cars from this dealer. The first 2 were high mileage cars, I kept up on my scheduled maintenance and never had any problems with either of them. I just recently brought my second Lexus from them with over 100k and I love this one as well. The vehicle had been serviced and cleaned to my satisfaction in an almost new condition. They contacted me the next day about the car. I went to their lot and was impressed by how they treated their customers. They let me look around the lot without being followed and when I saw a car I was interested in they gave me the keys and let me test drive it. I did not purchase the Scion XB I went to see, but I did find another car I liked and got it instead. Just like they said in their ad, there were no buyers fees or other junk fees I had paid at other lots. I will be back for my next car.

This was a Gigantic fiasco, I had interest in a car, BUT the picture on the
Cargurus DID NOT SHOW THE INTERIOR< OR THE COLOR, I used the
Chat function, and asked for pics of the interiors, No responce, I phoned
the next day, and talked with a salesman, he said, He was busy, and
would try to email me the pics, today, if not then tomorrow, I waited.

I called again, explained, and they said , OH yeah, we would take care of

Something I should have done after Mike told me they had just
repaired the right caliper,and before I bought it. Well needless
to say 3300 dollars later we replaced bearings ,tie rod,boot and
extension to power steering. The car had hit or run over
something had recently,and not reported to carfax. I sent them
copies of the bill but heard nothing,as expected.My real
complaint is my fault for not having it inspected first. I tell my
kids that but don't do it myself.! The caliper should have tipped
of any decent mechanic as there was grease over everything..
Nice talk doesn't translate to good purchase. Beware .

The car was in very poor condition..practically nothing seemed to have been done to the car to correct repairs. The interior had been cleaned exceptionally well. However, when I took the car to a Lexus techs shop whose mechanics spent 2 hours thoroughly checking it out for me, there were around $4,000 of repair work needed to be done. The tires were bald and they could not believe they let someone drive the car for any length of time. Don't think I would trust this shop when buying a car.

When we post pictures of our cars we always include a picture of the tires this allows the consumers to see if they have tread or not . If they are bald we replace them because we don't want anyone to get hurt in a car they just purchased from us. Any dealer can find plenty of things to repair on a used car. A lots are just maintenance items that are to be done in the future. If we made our cars "like new" we would have to charge big dealership prices.

Drove 30 minutes to dealership and drove the car. Came back and began
to discuss price and was told "the price is the price". I said the price was
high but wanted to make a reasonable offer, and they were not interested.
Waste of time. Make sure you can pay the price they show online, because
nowhere on the site does it state "no haggle pricing". Had that been on the
website, I would not have wasted a Saturday. Oh, and they don't have
coffee, either.

I'm sorry you were unhappy about the price listed for the car. We try to be very fair with our prices but can't "haggle" due to us not charging any fees. No sales fee, no dealer prep fees, no clean up fees, nothing. Other than the price we just charge what the State of Georgia will get, Tag, Title, and TAVT. Also we do make coffee in the winter, just not in the middle of the summer.

Typical dealer. I did not expect much and got what I expected. I asked to
wire half and pay the other half at pickup and they were insistent on wanting
it all at time of wire. I offered to show proof of funds and even gave them
the option of non-refundable if I did not buy after giving them half.

Probably worst experience ever. Vehicle began skipping 10min after the
purchase and they would not refund the vehicle 20min after the deal. They
kept $600 of my cash for paperwork which took a total of 15min to
complete. Never again. No recommendation

Purchased a 2016 year model vehicle. When I arrived
home with the vehicle we could see from our porch onto the
vans roof that there was a large dent above the drivers seat.
This could not be seen from the ground and climbing to the
top of the vehicle was not possible at the dealership. When
I found this I immediately contacted the dealership and
informed them. The said they would do nothing as I already
signed the AS-IS document at purchase. Lesson learned,
don't trust this dealership until you climb on the roof of their
vehicles at purchase.
Other than that the transaction and vehicle were
satisfactory.

I'm glad that other than the scratch on the roof, the transaction and vehicle were satisfactory. We take 4 close-up pictures of every car and in the future we will use a step ladder to take a close-up picture of the roof of very tall vehicles.
We also offer a "dealer buy back" option with every vehicle sold. Had you accepted this option you could have returned the vehicle easily.

Very understaffed, many people waiting, do not trust the "map
it" feature as it took us on a wild goose chase. Once we were
there the facility is nice but only 3 sales associates on a
Saturday and they were juggling 3 or 4 customers each. We
test drove the car we were interested in but it was not to our
liking.

VEHICLES...BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE
EVER!!!! I had to go check them out because I
inquired about a 2014 Ford Fusion that had
everything I was looking for and they
responded immediately! So I decided to go take
a look at it and I AM SO GLAD I DID! When I
arrived, I was greeted with a friendly hello from
William. I then walked over to use the computer
that is available for customers to browse
through their inventory. I then told William that
I wanted to test drive it and he took a copy of
my license and gave me the key after I signed-in
on their test-drive list. He showed me where the
car was on the lot and informed me of the route
to drive it on. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO
PRESSURE TO BUY! When I got back from the
test drive and thoroughly inspecting the
Fusion, I told William I was going to call my
bank to get a the financing. He made sure I had
everything that the bank would need to process
the loan. He also let me know that they would
allow me 2-3 hours to take the car to a
mechanic prior to purchasing or they would
drop it off at the dealership down the street if I
made an appointment there if I couldn't come
by to do so myself. He told me that I could put
$200 down as a deposit which would go
toward the cost of the vehicle and take it out of
their inventory for 1 week so no one could buy
it. I didn't do the deposit, but it's a great option.
BEST THING.. ABSOLUTELY NO DEALER
FEES...WHAT ARE DOC FEES ANYWAY? I got
my loan and returned to pick up a clean vehicle
on Friday, February 5th. She is amazing and
everything I wanted! Thank you to William,

They need to be more flexible and have more options with financing.
Went to look at a Mini. All were courteous and allowed me to drive
the car immediately. The car was in good shape but needed a bit
of work. As I was about to offer what I thought a fair price, I was
told that they do not haggle on price. Their price is their price.
Well, their price was more than $500 too much. I w3alked away
and bought a different Mini the next day from a private party.

Very slow to respond via email. Called and talked with someone
on the phone but sales person seemed rushed; request for car
history report was met with an invitation to come in for a visit. Did
not want to make a long trip without seeing the vehicle history
report so we paid for it through the reporting company.

I didn't like the customer service nor was I satisfied with the car
when I complained about it the customer service still was poor
I love my Jeep Liberty that I bought from BMVW!!! Everything
exceeded my expectations. Very good pricing compared to other
dealers, i thought there must be something wrong with the car but its
been 3 years and still no problem with the car even thought the
model was an older model. Great customer service, very attentive.
Not a single rude interaction, they paid attention to me and answered
my questions truthfully. Offered car fax. Since my purchase i have
recommended BMVW to my friends and they have all been satisfied

Worst experience ever asking about a Grand Cherokee. Was ready to leave Mississippi and buy with cash but salesman refused to answer one question whether AC worked. Told me he wasnt answering my question and he had a line of people to buy cars. Talked over me and said goodbye before I could even ask for a sales manager. Very rude and unprofessional. I'd not buy their cars if they had a 99% discount. Sometimes principle is worth more than the desire to buy a car. We have since bought a Grand Cherokee elsewhere and are happy we never made the trip to GA.

I rate them Good because they worked with me when I was there inquiring about the 2000 Honda Accord. The only thing I hope they improve on is, cleaning their cars. For the money a Customer is spending, they need to clean their cars better. Also, they need to make sure the cars have better tires on them.

WORST salemen! "Bob" completely lied about the vehicle, told us it was in pristine condition, we drove over two hours and had a bank check ready for the car.. When we got there he had left, the car had a HUGE 3' dent in the side, paint chips, rust, gauges in the rims, large dents over entire car. The salesman on duty didn't even care that we had set aside over 7 hours round trip, had a bank check and loan in their name, after he had continually lied to us!! Went a little further up north for a better deal and better (trusting) salesmen and MUCH better quality at Marietta Auto Mall, who remembered my search of a car and had called to let me know more had come in! DO NOT SHOP AT BMVW
