Car was photo shopped in images. Car was absolute trash in person. Complete waste of time. Would have never traveled to see that Car if the pictures showed the true condition.

Response from current dealership:
Dear customer, we have 40 cars in inventory, we do not use photoshop or other image programs to filter our car pictures, you can check any picture online if it has been filtered or not, I do not understand your frustration and reason why you gave us 1 star? each car has min 35 detailed pictures, customers need to check all pictures 1 by 1 and than make their decision to come to see car or not. I am sure we do not deserve 1 star for this reason and it is unfair to give us negative comment.

Told me he would hold the car while it was being inspected (I paid $220 for an independent inspection). Sold it anyway. Even though I offered to put cash down to hold it and he insisted I didn’t need to because I was serious about buying the car.

ok , even though it is late, let us explain rule: when customer see car online, and prefer to pay deposit, we mention : deposits are NON Refundable, in this case customer prefered to use third party pre sale inspection which is fine for us, but we cannot wait days and days for this inspection, we called customer and asked him: when inspection guy will be here to see car since we have alot of request for this car? deal was max 3 days, we waited 5 days, and texted to customer that please ask to inspection to come otherwise we will sell car. if we do not get any information for eta , why customer

I live some 1700 miles away and asked the dealer a very precise but simple question concerning maintenance. It took several days to respond with a generic computer generated one fits all statement to come in for a test drive. Unfortunately no effort given , no other contact.
