Okay, this is a long review but these folks were awesome and I want to give them a shout out for that. I was in the market for a Cadillac DTS with specific equipment and found one 350 miles away at Express Auto in Tyler, TX. Did a few emails with salesperson to get the Carfax and some other info then made my offer, including them taking a 2013 Beetle Turbo in trade. They asked me to send some photos of my Bug and within 2 hours I got an email saying they would accept my offer and we could make the deal. No pressure. No endless haggling back and forth. This was on Wednesday but I couldn't make the trip until Sunday and be there to close the deal on Monday. They were fine with that AND NEVER ASKED ME TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT, you know, just in case someone else wants to buy it. I was surprised and happy because that's a common pressure tactic. When I arrived at the dealership on Monday the car was exactly as described. It was clean with a fresh oil change. There was no attempt to "detail it into something it wasn't"; it wasn't perfect but they weren't trying to hide anything. Salesperson wasn't in yet when I got there but the owner was and he was fully aware of the deal and told me to take the car for a long test drive and that salesperson would be there in about 45 minutes. That's another thing you don't find much any more; a pressure- free test drive ALONE so you can really test the car. Salesperson got to the office and we took about 30 minutes doing the paperwork and then I was out the door, headed home. Then, best of all, later that evening the owner called me TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY AND I HADN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR on my trip home! Now, seriously, he already had my money and he could have just not cared one little bit. But, he did care enough to call and that's a big deal in my book. So, if you're looking for a car and an absolutely no pressure, treat-you-right deal, GO SEE THE FOLKS AT EXPRESS AUTO IN TYLER, TX! And no, I don't work for them and I ain't related to 'em either. They just did a damn fine deal for me. Larry

Would not do conversion thru email only wanted to talk on phone. Did not want to give out my number until I was sure of buying from thid dealer. Did not buy from them.
