Poor communication. Then did not remove listing after car sold. Wasted a trip to the dealership
I had inquired about a car and shortly after Cameron had contacted me and set up an appointment for the weekend. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and felt really welcomed. Right off the bat Cameron was super transparent about all the little nicks and scratches and anything that we should be aware of. The process was easy and he’ll help you out every step of the way making sure you understand what is being said. Thank you Cameron and the team at Denver Auto Gallery for making our first time car buying experience easy!

Purchased a car from this dealer. Small but impressive operation, and easy going
no pressure sales staff. Met the owner and general managers and was very

This was the best dealership I have ever been too. Smal personal, the owner came and talked with me, he was down to earth and friendly. No one was in suits, laid back comfortable, easy to purchase. My saleman knew everything about my car. It was an awesome experience. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

Khai was helpful in person and we had a wonderful test drive and experience at their facility. The car wasn’t equipped with every option we need and we ended up not buying. The dealer experience was great, however, and I will continue to work with them.

Cameron The sales guy and well basically everyone I dealt with at Automotive Imports were so friendly!! Overall experience was Great! I ended up buying a Jaguar car instead of the suv. Cameron wasn’t pushy at all! He was available to answer any and all of my questions about a variety of makes and models I looked at and test drove. He was very knowledgeable and super patient with me. The purchase was fair and process quick. They honored everything they promised and even went above and beyond. These guys are great! Jordan reached out within 5 minutes of me putting in my inquiry and got me scheduled in to see the car later in the week. There are so many pictures of each car making it easy to figure out exactly what you’re getting. When I looked at the car in person there was no surprises, it was exactly as they had showed it. Looking at the car was easy and fast, plus they were knowledgeable on any questions asked. I love my new car and will definitely purchase other cars from Automotive Imports.

I’ve enjoyed my dealings with Automotive Imports. They kept me appraised of the availability of the car I was interested in and when I arrived to test drive it , it had been newly washed. Joseph, the sales associate I’d been corresponding with told me about the company, took me on a tour of the show room and introduced me to the owner. We inspected the car and then took it for a test drive. I liked the way it drove so I purchased it that evening contingent on the inspection. They are going to put new tires on and will drop it off when it is ready. I highly recommend Automotive Imports.
Purchased a 2016 Limited 4Runner with Tony. I had done my research for weeks, thanks to CarGurus, so I had an idea of what was available and where. Tony made this
whole process easy and professional. Not once did we feel pressured or questioned. I left with a beautiful, like-new vehicle and had a great experience. I paid for it upfront, so

Shopping through Car Gurus was fun, easy and painless. Choosing a car from Automotive Imports was a pleasure! The company tests the vehicles in their shop and offers a warranty for 3,000 miles. I truly liked our Salesman, Tony. He was above accommodating, helpful, and nice. Even Dave the owner made a point to meet us. I would most DEFINITELY purchase a car through them again.

I felt very comfortable the entire process. Everyone was helpful, very reasonable and competitive rates and financing options, and weren’t pushy for a sale. They made it easy to chose a car there. I plan on using them in the future for any of my car needs as well. They’ve gained a lifetime customer.
The dealer reached out to me several times across multiple days to which I was unable to respond. The vehicle they had was an absolute GEM at that price. I was unable
to strike a deal because they had sold the vehicle before I was able to negotiate a deal. This was no fault of the dealership. It was my inability to contact them in a timely
manner.

i placed an advance deposit on the vehicle I was interested in and
made an appt for 10days out. AI kept in touch and was flexible in
accommodating my time restraints. Upon arrival at the dealership, I
was shown around their amazing showroom of luxury vehicles and
then test drove the car I wanted. Loved everything about their attention
to detail, responsiveness to all questions and concerns and ability to
get us in and out in a timely fashion. Great experience - I would buy
from them again tomorrow!

Absolutely loved this dealer. Nick was great and this was not the typical dealership. It was a mix of tech startup, car nerds and a laid back feel. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. Nick was great to work with, very responsive and patient when we were late for our test drive. He was knowledgeable and able to communicate with both my 19 year old son and I in an effective way. We did not end up purchasing this vehicle, but would recommend this dealership to anyone on the search for a good experience. I'd give 5 stars but the location makes the test drive a bit of a challenge for someone not quite used to Denver traffic.

We have previously used a car broker to assist us with the hassle of purchasing a new car. However, on a whim, we decided to look at a few car we had seen advertised. Automotive Imports was our last stop and I am so glad we wound up there! Sean was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wound up looking at and driving overnight several different Audis, as well as, the Mercedes. Working with Sean, was much like working a personal auto broker. Their showroom is also really unique. Children of indecisive parents can play an endless amount of free car racing arcade games. Overall, it was a no pressure and very good car buying experience.

I didn't purchase from them, but was very positively impressed by
their car, people and operation. Ask for Sean when you go in. I will
make it a point to check them out the next time I am looking for a

They responded quickly and overall it could have been a very nice deal. Unfortunately, they lost stars by reaching back out to me, offering me a deal for the truck then selling it an hour after to the next person to walk through the door. Unless you're physically there your deal won't take precedence.

The sales person contacted me and I told him I wanted a cash
out of the door price on the vehicle I eas interested in. He said he
would get the best price and get right back to me. I never heard
back from him until the next day. He said he got tied up with
anothet client and wasn't able to contact me until the following
day. In the meantime the vehicle I was interested in was sold. The
salesman then asked me if he could price some other vehicles for
me. I told him not to bother and took my business elsewhere.

We contacted dealership abt a car we saw on their site and made an appt to come the next day and look at it. When we got there the car had sold which is understandable but a phone call to save us 45 mins of driving would have been nice.

Dealer advertised this car as having no accidents and clean carfax. When I look over the car it has evidence of front end collision that had been repaired. Then salesman tells me it had been in an accident after all. He should have told me that up front (in his email correspondence) instead of my driving long distance to see a car I will not buy.

Great car but they hide the fact that the convertible top had been knifed and repaired, I thought they should have knocked more off the price because of this but it is a great running car. I’m suggesting to them that they included in their pictures any obvious defects like this. There were 55 pictures available on this car but the glaring convertible knife job was not shown.

cars are all immaculate. They have a wonderful selection of many
high-end vehicles. Everyone who works there is very friendly and I
got a fantastic price on a great car. I will never buy anywhere else.
Considering that I live 75 miles away, I'd say that is a pretty solid
testimonial.

We were looking to buy a 2010 or 2011 Legacy when I saw car was posted for sale by Automiotive Imports. It was the best deal I had seen in over two months of looking. I sent an e-mail inquiry for the car and received an e-mail and phone call same day. Not only did we get an exceptional deal on the car price, the process of buying the car took about half as long as it would at the bigger dealerships. The best part, you work with one person for sales, negotiating and financing! We took the car right away with a full tank of gas and IOU for a full detailing (we could have waited for the detailing but wanted to take the car right away!). Everyone at Automotive Imports was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Five out five stars - great job!
