I would recommend this dealership! The staff was incredible to work with and the car was everything I wanted it to be. A terrible experience. Seems like a bait and
switch overall. Advertised price is not even
close. A LoJack / Lockout plan that should
be an optional choice is forced upon you
($895) on top of over $700. for administrative
charges. When everything adds up it's FAR
above what the vehicle costs at other
dealers. I would not recommend them.

Bought a Tahoe. After bringing it home next day, it smells like gas. Their wanna be technicians changed tires and didn’t know how to put lug nut covers back on rims correctly. Staff promises and then doesn’t for fill their promises. I bought Tahoe for wife birthday and they promised a big red bow when we come to pick it up and when we get there there’s no big red bow. Very disappointing. They say they sell 35-45 cars a day. All they worried about is the next sale. Not their pasted sales.

So helpful and polite
Dealer sold car to another customer while making an offer to me. A few days later, dealer contacted me to see if I was interested in the same vehicle. When I questioned them on it they stated it was an automated response. Needless to say I was disappointed since I really wanted the truck. Oh, the negotiation was over the LoJack and plan they wanted to sell me with the vehicle.
Watch out the price sucks you in then they tack on extra stuff you donât
need and donât want. Would have bought truck was already looking at
plane tickets. They added about 2400 dollars to price. 790 for processing
fee. Come on 790 just to do paperwork. Really no way. 1400 for a low Jack
system you donât want and it was only for 5 years. Amazon 1100 for life.
So did not buy this truck I asked to remove that stuff quickly would not
even work with you on price or removal of those add on. So they show a
low price BEWARE itâs a lie.
Got the deal I wanted, on the vehicle that I wanted, for the interest rate that was better
than I had hoped. I recommend them. Only caveat is that they add Lojak to all vehicles
and charge you for it. mine came with OnStar capabilities, Lojak completely unnecessary.
I feel that this dealership uses Lojak to bolster their profits. Not a fan of that at all.

Really nice
The car was beautiful!! Honestly fell in love with the car however i came all the way from James island to test drive one this vehicle and that never got accomplished . I was told (15 minutes into looking at the vehicle) that the person who is buying the car was there . We then walked the lot without a sales person to look for another vehicle . Didn’t talk finances, down payments or anything. I also was told by Katlyn that’s should would make a car list for me to find something similar, that never happened … Really felt like my time and gas was wasted . Thank you but I’ll go else where to find the vehicle I need .

Overall is was a great buying experience, even being 6 hours away. Great communication. Dealer was up front about vehicle defects. Most of

We made an appointment and drove two hours to see car. They were not ready for us and
kept saying the van was not up to the dealerships standards even though they had it for
two weeks and knew we were coming to see it. They asked us to trust them that they
would get the car ready, but that was asking a lot since they did not do the work on the
front end. Disappointing experience.
Went to buy a vehicle and we caught the dealership right before we left the house. They said it was there it was available and she never told us that we had to put a deposit down to hold it until we got there we left the house drove about halfway there which was a 2 1/2 hour drive and she caught us and said I’m sorry the vehicle just sold so we got home. I was very upset and called them and another person had called me and apologize and offered me a different vehicle at the same price and she had to check with her sales manager and he was very cocky and arrogant and then a few days later the sales person sent me an email saying they lowered the price on the vehicle that it was offered to us at a much higher price so no I did not have a good experience with the dealership and I don’t recommend that anybody goes there

Great experience with Mr. Ivan Washington. Test drove car with Mr . Washington. He answered all my questions. Financial analysis of car was broken down for me. Not that it wasn’t a great deal- I just felt the car was too small. Will be in contact with Mr. Washington to hopefully find something else.

Very poor experience. Delivered with problems they sad were fixed. Drove yet another 1.5 hours to get these items fixed and still left with the car not repaired. Then I just got an email from them stating they recommended a repair that will cost $1900.00 and that I turned that repair down. I was NEVER made aware of this problem or fix the car needed. A total unprofessional experience. Managers would not take my calls and would hide when I needed to talk with them.
The night before I flew to Charleston to buy the 2015 RAM 2500 the dealer contacted me to
tell me that there was an error message on the truck dealing with the parking sensor system
and they had replaced all the parts necessary to fix it, but couldn't clear the message. I had
already paid for my flight so I went anyway. The truck was NOT represented properly online
and it had more than just a parking sensor issue. The dealership does not negotiate because
they "have the best prices around", unfortunately it wasn't the place for me. I found another
vehicle in the area, called the sales rep and he drove 45 minutes to pick me up and take me
back to his dealership. My flight was $530. I would not recommend this dealership.
The dealer was quick to respond to me and the manager Lacey was very kind and nice. The car wasn't clean and I had to take it back twice to be detailed. There was also a lot of hidden cosmetic things wrong with the car. So be mindful and examine the car at great detail. My salesman was very helpful until he received my title for the trade in and the purchase was complete. I called him about a week after I bought the car to let him know of an issue I found inside I was told to call service because it's not his wheel set of knowledge. But before we completed the deal he was helpful and would go to service for me to make sure it can be done. My whole experience was not bad because the employees are nice and kind. Plus I was not aware of the amount of my warranty until I got home but I guess that's my fault for not checking even though that information should have been given to me

Great staff but the car just didn’t suit the buyer.
Salesperson was courteous. But the car was not in the shape as depicted in the pictures. When I got to the dealership, they had not
completed the certification of the car, even though on their website it was described as certified. It was dirty inside. It had dents and scratches
on the outside. One of the fenders around the passenger rear wheel was held on by a zip tie. I was dissappointed, but I did test drive it. I was
told later that I would need to pay extra to get the body damage repaired if I wanted to purchase the car. I left.

This was the first time I've purchased a car via the internet and the Dealer was two states
north of my home in Florida, so I was somewhat apprehensive about the whole process. Over
all I was quite surprised how well everything worked out. They were friendly and answered all
of my questions and delivered my car free even though it was somewhat outside their normal
free delivery range. The car itself is quite clean and I would not hesitate to recommend the
dealer to friends or family.

I made an appointment for the afternoon and made them aware I was 4+ hours away. Apparently they sold the car in the early morning but didn’t contact me to let me know. Luckily, I checked my email during my drive there and saw that the car had sold. At that point i had drove an hour and a half, saw the email and called about it then was informed the car had sold. Not a good experience since I traveled so far.

They were very good but after I researched the cost to fly out there from California and drive back with fuel, food and motels it added over $3000 to the cost of the vehicle which if I buy locally I could put in to a nicer, newer vehicle.
Confirm my appointment at 9 a.m. and drove 2 hours to test drive vehicle and it was already sold. One week later was told they had vehicle I would like drove again 2 hours. Almost closed the deal when I found out vehicle was not 4-wheel drive as I had been told and was a primary requirement. Offered me half of what I ended up getting for my trade in. I would not recommend this dealership.

Emailed 3 different people to which they responded the same thing over and over about calling and never did. I ended up calling and spoke on the phone with a lady that said the dealership was no haggle and would not be coming down on the price. Wanted to test drive the car the next day. 2 days later they dropped the price significantly after telling me the price was firm. Ended up buying a newer year of the car with 50,000 less miles for the same price.
Made an appointment for the vehicle, they said they would hold it for me. Drove an hour to look at it the next day after a phone confirmation that day. When I arrived I was informed they sold the vehicle. I get it they are running a business, but a phone call would of been appreciated. They just figured they could show me a damaged vehicle a less miles higher price and I would be okay. Should no remorse. They are so busy as the salesman put it, they are doing 250 to 280 cars a month.
And let it at that. I took it as “take or leave it” we do not need your business!

I ended up buying this car two days after reaching out to the dealership. The internet sales team I talked to was great about getting me the info that I needed and working with me though text message while i was at all. When I arrived I met with the salesman named Lacey who made it a quick and pleasant process to buy the car. It was the simplest and fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

My salesman was courteous as well as knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. The processing procedure takes a little time but it was expected. All told my experience was a good one. At the end you ring this bell and everyone claps and cheers at your new purchase. I thought that was great!

I rated them a five because of my salesman CB, he was very polite respectful considerate and help... however as for upper management I dont feel like he gave me a opportunity I've heard and seen other customers received, I understand that pre-approved doesn't guarantee approval but he did even try to get approve by any banks knowing he knew my status before hand... but I feel like I have been give the run around about this car I didn't want but after test driving it I really like it, and wanted it(it was the color I was not sold on), so I have another meeting with the dealer today and prayfully they have worked it out where I can get in this 2016Kia today.I have experience more at this dealer but I will give them opportunity to make me feel just as valued before I share the rest.

However, when I called back to make the purchase, I was told the car was still available and that they would send the buyer’s order to my bank to get the financing processed. After multiple calls and texts my bank never received the buyer’s order and the car was sold to someone else.

Every vehicle you see on our site is at our one location in Summerville, SC or in transport to our Lot. If our rep told you it was available, its because it was on our ground and not in transport. Before going in, I sent an email asking about the price. Cargurus indicated it was overpriced by $2,000. I
asked if they would come down from the $14,500 asking price. I got no answer, but was told it was still
available. They offered to give me an Instant Quote on the vehicle I was trading, but there was no Instant
Quote. I made an appt to come in for the answer on price, and to have an inspection to appraise my trade
vehicle. I was contacted multiple times by multiple people to confirm that I was coming in. When I arrived, I
was assigned the first sales person who approached me, who could not answer my question on price. He
brought a manager over, and we discussed the fact that this vehicle was overpriced, compared to similar
cars in the area, and also by advice of Cargurus. He explained to me what went into their pricing, and said it
was not negotiable. I bought a car elsewhere. Interesting: That was 4 days ago; the price has since been
dropped by $1,000 to $13,500.

We ending up buying this car. Paid cash on a Fri. The car was supposed to be delivered by the following Tuesday or Wednesday and we are still waiting! Apparently they ordered the wrong part but instead of telling us that,they kept putting us off. The worst part is they started charging us for the extended warranty immediately and we don’t even have the car yet! Will not go back to this dealership as they haven’t even mentioned trying to compensate us at all for their mistake.

They just wrote and asked me when can I come and test drive the car.

Sales staff responded to emails and were pleasant in person, but their policy of refusing to negotiate the price when cars are obviously overpriced and have flaws is aggravating. They have a take it or leave it attitude, to the point of the manager being cocky. It would be one thing if the cars were priced appropriately / fairly, but they’re not. It appears they take advantage of customers who are uninformed or just don’t like to negotiate on price.

This place is horrible. I drove 100 miles to go see the jeep and when I get there they tell me that they are not selling it because is has a few issues. 3 days planning and setting up the trip and they never said a word to me. What a waste of time!! This place sucks!!!

You wouldn't even have to rely on one of you reps to reach out because our system would notify you that the vehicle has been removed from the site (sold or removed due to not passing Certified Inspection). The car I went to see was not even drivable. I looked at another car on the lot, made an offer on it based on what my bank would loan on it (they had it priced $2,000.00 over book value) and never heard back from anyone.

They called me about the truck I requested info on and set up an appt.
then I went on their website and could not find the truck I was looking at
because I was trying to stay a stay at a specific price point. I called back
and then was told that one was sold but we have other trucks that we
could make a deal on. Found the least expensive truck that fit what I was
looking for and told the salesman and sales manager that I was staying
around 300 a month they said okay. Sat at the dealer ship for 4 hours
trying to get this done. finally made it into the financial office after he came
back from lunch and threw $429 a month at me and I said that was not
happening and then he very got very rude with me, basically calling me an
idiot and saying "you are not being realistic". After arguing for a few
minutes got up to leave and he just kept saying "you are not realistic" then
walked to the door and the salesman and sales manager went into his
office where I heard the finance guy talking trash.

I bought this car. Was very pleased how the transaction went. They
even provided a driver and return driver with vehicle so they could
follow me home right after purchasing (130 mi). Car was everything I
expected. My mechanic went over it and found some things which
needed to be addressed, but nothing major. No pressure, which I liked.

The worst experience ever completely on organized schedule the meeting to take a look on the car car was not ready prepared I asked for pictures at least I was promised to get the pictures for the next day nobody ever responded back to me I gave feedback nobody ever responded to my feedback

Couldn't even test drive because vehicle was in “service”. The next day I went for a test drive and the vehicle was driving off the lot with tags on it.

Very bad experience. I informed them of my intent to purchase at which time we began the financing process. After generating multiple hard inquiries on my credit report, they informed me they had sold the vehicle to another party. When I ask why this happened, they told me "too bad, it's first come first serve", and tried to sell me other vehicles on their lot. Be very wary of doing business with this dealer.

Found a Jeep here via CarGurus. Test drove it and had my car appraised. was offered a good price for trading in against the Jeep.
Spoke directly with a manager and left with the manager and sales rep know I was going to purchase vehicle that evening as I had to leave after the test drive.
I went on website to fill out credit application and they increased the vehicle $5,000 - claimed it was a “mistake”

This has probably happened 4 times in the 6 years I have been working here. Once you decided you wanted to go home and think about it we were able to adjust the price back to the original number. They respond to the request very quickly, like within minutes as vs got things rolling from there. Was in contact with Don for about a week. Although we didn't end up buying the vehicle, the service was great. We weren't pressured to buy a vehicle we didn't want. He asked us what we were looking for after we found out we couldn't buy the Yukon for a particular reason and showed us what they had on the lot. Still looking on their website to see new vechiles. Very nice people.

Dealer does not accept any offers lower than the advertised price. Buyers want to feel like they got a good deal by negotiating with the dealer. I'm happy I bought a van from
a different dealer.

Don’t waste your time with this dealer ship. Drove 4
hours to look at a car they had ‘Chevy Corvette ‘ Get

One of the worst dealer experiences ever! I communicated with them regarding the purchase of a 2000 Toyota 4runner found on Cargurus.com. I told them that I could not make it in that day for a test drive but would take the following day off from work and drive 2 HOURS to test drive the vehicle and asked if that would be OK (see copy and paste email string below).

I get the below email from the salesman..

Oh of course! I'll let my manager know to have it ready for a test-drive tomorrow. Do you know around what time we could expect you so I can verify that it stays here.
I then get an email message from Automaxx "Appointment Boarding Pass" confirming my appt.
The next day, I was about 15 minutes away from the dealership, I called to let them know I was close when the salesman said "Oh, we sold that car yesterday afternoon" She said that tried to get in touch with me but didn't have my phone number. We had about 5 email messages back and forth and every piece of contact information was in my signature. I was livid. She transferred me to her manager and she said "oh, we don't hold vehicles". I told her that every communication I had with the salesman indicated that the car would be held for me to test drive. After lots of excuses I asked to speak to the GM. She laughed at me, put me on hold and transferred me. Basically the GM said that he is "pushing steel" and will sell any car to the first person that has the cash. I get it, I am sure they do not want to lose a sale but, nowhere in any exchange did they inform me that they do not hold vehicles, even though they stated they would.
To sum up, missed a day of work, wasted 4 hours of my day driving and then lost money on gas. If they want to know why used car dealers have bad reputations, they are the definition of terrible customer service and policy.

Sales consultants were uninformed and inexperienced.
I made an appointment to view and test drive a vehicle. I arrived at the scheduled time only to be told that the vehicle had been sold earlier that morning. I understand they are in the car sales business but a phone call notifying me of the vehicle being sold would have saved me time and aggravation.

Overall my experience was mediocre. The car itself had some cleanliness and trim issues they didn't seem to worried about. The salesman was ok but seemed more worried about getting off work than making his customer feel important. Ultimately the numbers didn't come together for me, that said I would not return to them to work on another deal in the future

This is by far the worst dealership I have been to. They will lie to your face just to make a sell than get mad because you chose to not buy a car that will kill you. I went in to look at a 2014 hyundai geneseis coupe and as i took it for a test drive i noticed that there were serious problems with the car. So i told the manager that if he could fix them id leave with the car after 3 hours of waiting around The manager looked me in my eyes and said man to man you can trust me that car is safe to drive home which is an hour away. I said I want to look at it I talked to the mechanic and he said that the car wasn't even safe to drive off the lot, none of the wheels are aligned ,and the tires were shredded to the point the wires were showing but when I told the manager I didnt want it he got mad and didnt want to talk to me after that and walked away

In fact, what other dealership would allow you to put the car in the shop and lift it up in the air so that you could inspect it thoroughly. My mechanic never said that the vehicle was unsafe, he said that the tires needed to be replace as soon as possible. That was all that needed to happen for the vehicle to be driven home. There would have been no way for my manager to see that the tires were that wore on the inside, the same way you were not able to see them until it was on the

I was looking at a used Toyota 4Runner online and drove 4 hours to visit the dealership. When I arrived and looked at the car, the sunroof was partially open so I opened it up the rest of the way. I discovered bubbling rust had been freshly painted black. I also found that on the hitch and could see black overspray on the bumper. The cars tires were shot and mismatched. The brakes were shot and the car was not even clean. I won't go back.

Drove two hours to see vehicle and was told vehicle was sold the day before without anyone contacting me before the drive, pretty upsetting. However, while I was there I looked at a few different vehicles and the sales staff was decently friendly. Overall, vehicles were priced a little high and the communication was not there.

Dealer responded quickly, and persistently. Even when uldnt respond, they offered a bit more for my car. I then said do you have a discount for active duty military, and they said to come in and speak with the manager. Once I get there, there are like 15 salesman standing around, none of which were ready to help. Long story short, they were not willing to move a single penny on any vehicle in stock, when they made it seem like we could negotiate. Drove an hour and 45 minutes just to go there and was super disappointed to say the least.

key. No commission keeps the pressure off on the pricing, which from what
I saw is very fair. Car I bought was as represented, no tricks or gimmicks.

the purchase took forever; to much chatting. Then the car died 33 miles from the dealer, they took two days to tow it, Then they took two tries to fix it. Then returned it with no tags and forgot my paperwork in the shop. We are two hours away. So rather than express mail it to me, they did it the cheaper slower way. They knew I was coming in to test drive the car and it wasn't detailed yet. Very disappointing to buy a car and not be able to drive it for 9 days

I apologize for not responding to you sooner and for the poor experience you had here. We do a ton of business out of state and over the phone and hope to continue that business. I assume that this is about the Autotrader Buying Center and if so there is not much control we have over that system towards the value of customer vehicles. The value of vehicles changes on a weekly basis and condition of a vehicle is subjective. We do wish that the process was a quick in and out but you understand that the documents involved in purchasing a vehicle should not be overlooked. We take the time to make sure that it is clear what you are getting and what you are signing. As for the monthly payments... the lenders we have determine those figures and a wide range of factors go into the decision making process for monthly payments which is primarily a per customer basis.
