After driving 2 hours for a confirmed appointment and test drive, there wasn’t anyone available to help and the lot was full of snow with the car inside. (No where close to ready for a test drive). After waiting for 45 minutes I went across the street to a real dealership and purchased a comparable vehicle at a better price. I would never consider this dealership again.

We couldn’t agree on pricing, but they responded quickly and were very cordial on the phone.
I just received an email asking to revise my star rating for the review. But as far as my experience with them has gone, I would give them five stars. Just because we are not
agreeing on pricing doesn't mean they don't deserve five stars for being cordial and communicative during our interactions.
It’s a car dealership. Hard to understand why the down payment was extra or in addition to the overall cost of the vehicle.

An honest reception - as soon as he met me, he told me what was wrong with the car, and it was obvious that he had only just noticed the
issue. We took a test drive, didn't want go for the car because of the issue, but he was absolutely fine and honest about other cars hes had
the same problem with and will get it resolved. Should the right car pop up at this dealer, I would go back and check it out.

First off, this dealership is for luxury cars (which is just one reason they haven’t sold this car yet) if you notice there are no pictures of the engine bay and that’s because there is aftermarket work under the hood. The Turbo PSI gauge doesn’t work and the original turbo was blown so they had a new one put in. All 4 tires are bald and won’t pass inspection yet I had to haggle with the dealership to put new tires on before I consider purchasing. There is a giant dent in the rim on the front drivers side (notice there are no close ups on all 4 tires). The car was straight/downpiped and is extremely loud. None of this was mentioned in the description and the dealer acted as if he didn’t notice it. The rear driver side tire has a 4 inch slice in the tire also. The key batteries are dying (per car message) dealer refuses to fix rim. Oh and lastly, the A/C does not work… in the summer… and they won’t fix it. The previous owner beat up this car.

Highest documentation fee charged by them of all the dealers I have shopped around.
Vehicle delivery almost 10 days after the payment made. Work needed on the car was done but no service record document provided so just have to take the word that the work is completed as needed.
I saw the 2018 BMW i3 with range extender offered by the AutoMall
Collection in Peabody, MA. The vehicle was in excellent condition and
the asking price was below the KBB/NADA value estimate. The
manager, John, efficiently completed the purchase agreement and RMV
title/registration form. Two electro/mechanical issues requiring service
by a BMW were corrected at no additional cost to us. I highly
recommend AutoMall Collection for consideration when looking for a
quality used vehicle.

different in reality than in the pictures. Wasnât
worth the trip and just a waste of time and money.
The driver side door leaked while vehicle was

Made an appointment 2 days ahead of time and drove 50 minutes to check out the car. When I arrived they walked me to the car where it was buried in the back lot behind a couple other cars. Very obvious is wasn’t ready for me to drive the salesman left me with the key to sit inside the car . The car was almost sitting on rims the tires were so flat and the battery only had 10 miles left of range. When asked if I could drive it he responded with, “are you looking to pay cash or finance?” I said I would finance but I’m just looking right now. “Tell you what, when you get serious about buying, I’ll let you drive it.” No thanks

Car was dirty and blocked between other vehicles. There were fuses in the cup holder , the check engine light was on and one tire was nearly flat. Given I had an appointment for a test drive I was quite disappointed.

Made a full price offer on this car, salesman needed approval to accept a deposit. Never called me back. I called and dealer kept ( 4X ) promising to call me right back and never did. Will not buy from them even if they do decide to get their act together
Very friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating. They brought the car to me to test drive, overnighted me paperwork, and dropped off the car once purchased in a matter of days. They worked with me to get me to a monthly payment and terms that I was comfortable with and all around provided an excellent customer experience and vehicle.
I booked an appointment with this dealership for a specific car at a specific time on a specific day. When I arrived for that appointment, I was met with a salesman who excitedly asked if I was here for an Audi A4. I said no. He was confused. Clearly his attention was on this more expensive car. When I told him which car I had an appointment to see, he informed me that the car was in storage about 20 minutes away... he waited for the woman who was there to see the Audi to come. After she came to test drive the car, he then sent his workman to pick up the car I wanted to see out of storage. Overall waited almost an hour to even get to test drive this vehicle that I had set an appointment to look at.

Quick initial response, sent great quality video walk around with sales associate going over vehicle details - however, they offered meeting halfway for test drive then backpedaled, saying deal had to be mostly done beforehand and only had 2 sales people (what dealer has 2 people on a saturday?) & said I should drive other cars I was shopping first. I explained I was deciding between v6 and v8 and colors, and wanted to arrange pre purchase inspection with a LR specialist shop - how can you work out the deal before driving the car? Unheard of. Typical dealer bs on that, warning car might be gone by weekend (sitting at dealer 100 days) then they called monday to say the car was available. We spoke that friday to setup test drive for next day, but texted in the morning saying car was sold day before, and left listing up for traffic another week. With less BS they might have been able to sell me this car, but thankfully I got a better deal, V8, half the miles, CPO w warranty elsewhere.

It was ok until they started processing the sale. They took my info and the next day said they were sending me paperwork to sign in the morning. I waited all day and at 7 that night they texted me to say they sold the car to someone else. This was so unprofessional and outrageous. I wasted so much time with them for them to lie to me and mislead me. Then the car was still posted on your site for 2 weeks before it was sold. I asked them about that and they never responded. I n ver had such a bad experience purchasing a vehicle and the sad thing was ai was paying in full with no financing!

I had a very good experience with this dealership. The sales associate, Joe, was trustworthy and professional. Although they would not negotiate the price, the trade in offer was reasonable. I liked the experience with two exceptions. First, the banks they use do not offer the best rates. Second, their doc prep fee is very high. At almost $700, it is well above the industry high of $400. VERY bad experience! Traveled all the way from Maine to test drive this car, loved it and then they told me they couldn’t hold it until I went to the bank and could come back to get it (1-2 days MAX) so I went to my bank the next day, got approved for the car. I called them at 11am to tell them I’d be done to get it later that day. Went the the bank after work, I waited for an HOUR at my bank for them to “send the purchase order and title” then they called back and said they didn’t even have the title and couldn’t sell the car to me. I traveled all the way from northern Maine to their location and it was extremely rude and unprofessional for them to let me drive all the way their to test drive it when they never could of sold it to me. The sales rep, Ben was very nice but the owner was very rude and pushy about wanting me to finance through them after telling him multiple times I wanted to go through my own credit union for lower rates. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BEWARE!

I had intermittent communication with the online representative, Crystal. When arriving at the dealership, the car that I had scheduled an appointment to test drive had no gas
in it. Not a very good first impression or set up for an 'appointment'. John did the appraisal for my 2016 Lexus NT Sport and came within $1k of a private party offer I had.
While we worked mostly with Randy, John also was the one who determined the price we would ultimately pay for the Audi. I give 3 stars because the Audi was advertised as
having NO damage or accidents. Upon inspection, there was damage and an accident reported on the CarFax. It was minimal and we negotiated a bit more off the offer, but
it left me feeling a bit off. Randy was fantastic with post-purchase concerns. However, all in all, it was an average experience of purchasing a car at this dealership. I've
taken it to an Audi dealership and dent removal shop. After a bit of work, I am now in love with the car itself.

They would not take a deposit to hold the vehicle on a Monday morning but assured me there was no activity on the vehicle. I had an appointment set up for Tuesday at 10:30AM. I was called Monday afternoon and told the a buyer had “come out of the blue” to buy the vehicle. This is not a normal dealership. It is strictly first come, first served. No warm and fuzzy here. Kept the listing up a few days after the car was sold, ie bait.

I bought a 08 Mercedes c300 from this automall and they made everything so easy. The people there are very nice especially Ben who took care of me. They registered the car and did the inspection sticker for me free of charge. Their cars are super clean and used once looks and drives like new. Called in to sales to see if the vehicle was available, they said hold on their might be a hold and acted like it was an inconvenience to check. After a few minutes on hold I was told they would call me back to let me know. Got a call a few hours later from the sales manager I believe saying there was a hold until tomorrow, and they would let me know. Never got a call back. Ended up buying something similar from another dealer. If you snooze you lose. The 3 stars is because I atleast got a follow up call.

Quick response and very professional. Did not continue to bug me as other dealers in the past have. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them but would if the opportunity was right.
They were helpful and we did buy the car. However, the car wasn't ready when she arrived, so delivered the car the next day. I asked him if there were any problems and he said the "check engine" light had been a problem but had been fixed. There was no owners manual, the cover to the battery was missing, and the two rear wheels were bent so bad that I had to replace them. It does drive nice but the "check engine" indicates a problem with the temperature sensor (which should have been fixed) at the dealership.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Their prices on their site and CarGurus are not the actual price when you come in. Simple bait and switch.
Like a car you found? It'll only be an additional FOUR THOUSAND in reconditioning fees. What is the fee for? Have they actually put
anywhere near this amount into the car? When pushed, they offered to reduce it on the condition that I purchase extended warranty for the
car, and still pay them several thousand in reconditioning.
To summarize, I was willing to go via their financing, or pay cash, if it meant receiving the price that was promised on the Internet and over
the phone. I was told that the price is impossible to honor, without adding thousands in dealer prep and reconditioning fees. These are not
government fees or taxes - these are just hidden charges that go in their pocket.
BAIT AND SWITCH. Waste of time.

The dealer was super responsive and very easy to work with. Joe took good
care of me and i was in and out of there within two hours and drove the car
off the lot to my home (on a Saturday). They acted quickly and were not
pushy at all. I test drove two cars and then went with a different car than I

Experience was fabulous. They only have immaculate cars and I had been
searching for a red Audi convertible for a month or so. They had the vehicle I
wanted in stock and when they dropped the price but about $2,000 I called
them, drove the car and traded in my old car the same day - I drove home
within about one hour of getting there. A special call out to Joe Tumbiolo
who held my hand and guide me through the whole process.
The dealer at Automall was very helpful. He tried to find a car that was
an exact match to what I was looking for and there was no pressure. I
have a very specific idea of what I want and I did not buy a car, but he
will continue to try to locate what I am looking for. I would be happy to
go back to Auto Mall because I was not pressured to buy a car before I
was ready.

Car was there and ready to be test driven. The salesman, J, did not pressure, which was nice. But personally, I didn't believe him on several issues. First, he maintains that the $478 transaction fee is a legit cost because they have to store the "files" for years with Iron Mountain. I doubt that a few pieces of papers cost $478 to store, but be aware that you need to add $478 to the price of any car with them. Second, the reason the car I was interested in hadn't sold in over 6 months, according to him, was because, as a convertible, in the winter, they had it stored in a warehouse and not out front where people could see it. Funny, I found it on the internet, and somehow, I think more people have internet access than walk or drive by their storefront. When I asked about the fact that AutoCheck showed an accident, he claimed he had no idea because CarFax, the only one he trusted, did not. (Lesson, check both sources on cars you are seriously interested in). Dealers get more info on cars and I don't believe he didn't know about the AutoCheck report. The car did have an accident and I was able to get the police report. I didn't buy the car, mostly because I didn't trust this salesman, as I hate being manipulated with this kind of stuff. We were only $600 off on negotiations on my trade, so it wasn't price, it was trust

I read a lot of bad reviews from AutoMall and from my experience it seems like they are all bull crap reviews becauae these guys have done nothing but try to make me happy with my purchase. Just my experience with Joe and Eddie, they don't only want to sell cars but they also want you to come back again. The percentage rate I received from Randy the finance Manager was a much better rate than my own two banks. I like the car very much and i am sure I am going to enjoy it many years to come. Thank You

We visited this dealership to see a specific car, and clearly stated our conditions for purchase- i.e. price and financial details. After an initially positive interaction with the creepily enthusiastic salesman, follow up emails, texts and calls (multiple times a day) regarding money-related specifics were sidestepped or answered with misleading emails (we were under the impression that our terms were being met- we should have known better. Very aggressive - lower price for the car for weekend only, which increases
the following Monday. The dealership would not share the carfax report
unless you came to look at the car, which is fine if you live close by.

"Out of State buyers.. Be aware !!"
I recently bought Audi A6 from them. My sales rep was Jay (Jon). Flew out
to test drive from Austin, TX. Noticed that the car had paint job done front
and back. Jay said he was not aware of that - Sales person doesnt know
about what he was selling, this was bad. Drove the car and the ride was
actually quite good. Took it to the Audi dealer and got inspected. The
dealer said AC was not working and there was a nail in one of the tires-
This seems to be common problem with them by reading reviews. I
decided not to buy. A/C problem can be a huge issue in Texas.
A couple of days later Jay called me and said the A/C was a sensor issue,
not more than that. I called the dealer and verified. Because the price of
the car was so low, I decide to buy.
So bad experience starts from the moment I decided to buy, All of them
from the dealer stopped providing me service. I constantly had to email,
call and leave a message. Response was so slow and they seemed not to
care much since the car was paid already. Spent more than 30K and no
service and follow up wore me out really bad. Randy Business
Manager at the shop was a joke. I had sent him about 6 emails not even a
single reply. Had to call him twice to talk to him every time. He will send
you an email if he has something he needs. After 3 weeks I paid and
couldn't confirm pick up of the car by a shipping company, I had to call their
corporate office, Dadham Automall and talked to Judy. She was really nice
and took care of everything. All I needed was follow ups and
communication. By the way, Jay promised me with two new tires but I got
just one replaced and he told me my was picked up on Monday but it was
actually picked up on Tuesday.
I just don't understand why he had to lie. The lie will not cover up anything
but it will make customer experience even worse.
so I wired all the money on Feb 6th and I received the car on March 3rd. A
month without what's going on with the car you purchased... I thought I was
really patient with this one. Just be aware this may not be your experience
but it could happen to you. At least you have Judy's name who can help
you. Oh... Inspection failed due to emission sensors were not ready, The
battery was disconnected with some reason. I had to drive about 60 miles
for the drive cycle completion. Now car seems to be ok

Straighforward transaction and pleasant buying experience.
These people clearly do not need your business. The salesman Jay was downright rude, and even made an offensive political comment. His boss was dismissive. I bought the car because I liked it and it was an OK deal and I didn't have time to look further. The gas tank was empty, the tires were low on air. Based on this, I thought I better check with the Audi dealership to see if they really did take the car there to get an airbag problem fixed, as they told me they did. The mechanic at Audi told me that they did not fix the airbag problem because the parts were not yet available. Automall failed to tell me this, letting me drive away in the belief that the airbag problem had been fixed. There was no owners manual in the car, and they didn't offer to get me one, as I later found out they should have.

They contacted me and I went out to see the car. There was some waiting involved but they were very professional, friendly and accessible. They disclosed that the car had been in a minor accident. The guy we worked with was James Omede and he was professional, polite, friendly, and responsive. The guy who did financing, whose name I don't remember, was also very professional. I will definitely go to them when I am looking for my next pre-owned car. I didn't feel pressured at all by them. I love my new Fiat 500 Sport and go it at a very fair price.

Disrespectful. First it took three attempts on my part to make sure the vehicle was there. I told them when I would be there and it took 44 minutes for them to get the vehicle from their storage lot. I took a test drive with Nick who was the only bright spot. When we returned I .ade an offer. The GM got involved and came up to me and said just buy it. I explained I wanted to trade in mine. He gave me an auction price not even book value. My car is in great shape. He wouldn't budge on his price which was the same as the blue book. When I asked him to match blue book or auction he said no way he would get fired. Told me he makes 500,000.00 per year and doesn't need to make this deal. Needless to say,I found a better deal elsewhere.

Initial response was good but then I went back to the site to look at the pictures of the car and it was taken down. The dealer told me that it was still available but I live 2 hours away and I'm do not feel comfortable that the car is still for sale. In fairness to the dealer, I'm not 100% committed to the coupe since my son is rather tall.

Very rude. Simply asked for their best price and explained I lived on an
Island and wanted to send one of my guys to pick up the car and was
ready to wire cash. Response was " the vehicle is available and i will not
negotiate price over the phone or email if you you can make time to
come see the car and make me a real offer ready to do business i will do
all i can to help you." I bought 2 cars this week over the internet with no
problem. I paid $500 less than asking on one and full asking on the other.
I think this dealer should not sell over the internet if they don't understand
that buyers are not always from their area.

We had a great experience overall with AutoMall collection. I came from out of state to purchase a vehicle. I give five stars to the salesman, Joel Purdham, and the owner of the
dealership - AutoMall Collection. I do not like to purchase cars. They
made the process easy. The first indication of great service - my first
inquiry was a Sunday. That same day I received an email from Joel - not
a computer generated automatic reply. I was impressed as this was a
SUNDAY. My experience from reviewing the car, test drives,
communications and the final purchase process was flawless. I would
recommend AutoMall Collection to anyone. The owner was great to work
with and Joel was a great salesman. Not pushy. He was accommodating
- which is what I prefer.

This is quite possible the worst experience i have ever had with the purchase of a vehicle. Been given the run around for over a week. They are not responsive at all and i have to call everyday or i would never hear from them. Buyer Beware.
