Great communication, worked out almost everything completely remote which was the most important. I knew it was the right vehicle, the right price and just needed to be sure the budget worked with financing. Came in and took a test drive to make sure it was perfect and when we got back the finance manager had all the options ready for me.
BEWARE - I showed up expecting to purchase this vehicle with a check from my credit union,
I have my own financing and live within an hour of the dealership. I did call and tell them I was
coming and had my own financing. When I arrived we went over the vehicle and I drove it.
Once we sat down to do the paperwork they had the price as $26,400. I pulled up this website
and showed the price is $24,400. They said that is only if you use their financing and live in
Lehigh Valley. That is False advertising, it does not say that anywhere. They new I was
coming and knew I had my own financing, No one ever said that would affect the price.

mentioning the price change before i got there due to the possibility of losing a sale,so my recommendation is if you don't live in Lehigh Valley
be very careful and make sure to get a signed price agreement before traveling here,

Unfortunately the vehicle you inquired about was new to our inventory. The requests for pictures were explained that once it was through our service and detail center they would be provide. Also, any questions regarding features would only be available when it was on our lot so we could have a sales professional answer them for you.
I reached out via email to the dealership and was replied quickly. I was explained that they do not accept out of
state deals. For someone who has been in the business for a very long time and sold cars across the country it
was a first to me to hear this. Will not be purchasing from here in the future.

Malik, unfortunately after Covid some states (your state in particular) has been delayed in completing the registration for out of state purchases. In-Transit temporary registration from Pennsylvania is only valid for 60 days so to stay compliant with our dealer agreements from lenders to process registration and record liens in the time given we are only processing in state transactions.

This purchase was for a vehicle upgrade and first car purchase for my daughter. As her father, I facilitated the transaction on her behalf.
I have been in the finance business for 44 years with most of those years in indirect auto financing. I am well versed in dealer financing activities. I must say that this dealer was a refreshing change from the status quo. The staff was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Shout out to Josh. I will definitely do more business with this dealership when the need arises.
Dealers list price on this vehicle is discounted by a $1000 for local purchasers only. The actual price for an out of town buyer is $1000 higher. Very deceiving. Yeah it’s in fine print on their website but buyer beware. I even tried to work with them for a $500 discount and no way whatsoever. They don’t discount vehicles per the text. Yeah, not unless you live nearby then yes, yes they do by $1000 on this vehicle. They get you with the “fine print” on their website, but the price listed on CarGurus should be honored and it’s not. Pretty immoral sales tactic if you want my opinion. Sadly they lost my business but there’s a buyer standing in the wings so there’s no harm to them.

You wanted a price you did not qualify for, your 1 star review would be like giving another dealership a 1 star review for a rebate you don't qualify for. Unfortunately it would've been a 5 star review if we didn't sell the vehicle before your appointment.
Horrible customer service. Went to see a car that wasn’t there on a Sunday. Inquired about the car which they said the had just bought at auction. When I was emailed inquiring about my interest in it I asked ( I responded immediately…within minutes. Asked them about the same car they sent the email about. Car sold!!! Waste of my time!

In this market unfortunately for many when others see a great deal they don't wait they just drive to that dealership and purchase like your scenario. Thankfully the only time you wasted was the email you sent in regards to the availability of the vehicle.
Price is only for people who live in that small town..add $1k-$2k if you don't live there, as they won't tell you that until you waste time & gas driving to them. Make sense to advertise the REAL price on this NATIONAL website and then deduct discount for your LOCALS.

All online pricing includes all incentives/rebates when everyone advertises, including manufacturers. It would make more sense to ask what the total price would be prior to wasting time or gas in any situation. Our website clearly goes over all pricing in the disclaimer like all dealerships and any third party vendor advertising our vehicles clearly states to contact the dealer for pricing or additional charges. We would have to disagree with your review, credit can only be run with the person inquiring about financing by giving the dealership confidential information only the customer would know. An example would be the social security number, if the customer would not want their credit run why would they give the dealership that information?
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They advertise a lower price then once you arrive find the price is
much higher. Then to thank you for driving a longer distance to get to them, they tell you that
you have to pay an extra $1,000 if you are not from the area (which is not stated prior to
driving there)! There is no appreciation for return customers (I was foolish to buy here 5 years
ago). You get the same ignorant response and poor service. Every vehicle is overpriced, really
look at the mileage and years vs. the ACTUAL price. My wife and I walked in with a loan
approval, paystubs in hand, cash in the pocket...and after a few moments with Kevin N (sales
rep.) it was obvious he didn't care if we bought a car or not - so we left! I wish I could click NO

answer my questions directly if at all. I

was ignored. I wound up speaking with
another sales person who was better at
answering my questions. I was given two
different prices by both salesperson. I was
also told I did not qualify for the internet
price because I did not live in their area.
They gave me the impression they where

Great service, not pushy like alot of salespeople at car dealerships are. Very friendly.
Dropped over 20 K on a 2017 model and after 4 weeks it has engine trouble! I called the dealer and they said good luck you are on your own! They did not lift a finger to even make this right! Don;t go anywhere near this dealer!

Good afternoon sir, when you purchased your vehicle almost 2 months ago you were offered a service contract for this exact reason. It's always a huge risk to purchase a pre-owned performance vehicle that's 4 years old and over 50,000 miles on it. You are absolutely correct, we will not fix your car for free. It's your responsibility to repair a vehicle when it has issues, that's why most will add coverage when it comes to financing a vehicle and it's offered. Hopefully next time when a dealership explains the exposure you place yourself in when declining coverage you change your mind.

It was a wonderful experience. They were nice and very helpful, and very knowledgeable as well.
The sales person Nab I was in contact with was very nice and got back to me very promptly.
Just wish I was given more information before the trip.
There were several major issues with the vehicle that I should have been told about; before I drove over an Hour to see the vehicle.
I do understand that some not all of this is normal due to the age of a vehicle.
I was told some of it would be fixed by their body shop.
One of my biggest concern was before the test drive the E-brake would not disengage (nor did it work when tested) even after being
serviced by their department. That leaves to many worries on my end of if the job is being done in a manner I am comfortable trusting.

Dealer took my deposit after I was qualified through their financing. I sent in all of my information and booked a flight to pick up the car, and also canceled my other purchase for the vehicle this dealer had. Dealer asked me randomly when I was coming after I left my credit card and info the next day after I reserved, and I told him in a week and a half. Excited, that I found the car I really wanted I asked for some more pictures and videos via texts......no response from him. He leaves a message on the following Monday stating that he had been trying to call me all weekend which was not true, and that another salesperson sold the car that weekend when I had reserved it already. This was a complete let down and disappointing experience. Especially when I was looking for a specific car, a blue 2013 2014 Audi s5 manual trans.

You did give a credit card number to hold the vehicle once that was provided. The deposit was never taken since we did not have proof and the numerous inquiries we had on the Audi S5. It is not random to ask when a customer is picking up a vehicle when they express interest in it, especially when it is from someone on the other side of the country.

Good afternoon Gary, we apologize the vehicle was not at the standards you were expecting, the vehicle you expressed interest in was USED, we agree and did everything possibly to remove the smoke smell from the vehicle. When it was done with detail we priced the vehicle accordingly, that's why it was almost $3,600 below market value based on CarGurus pricing matrix. Not all vehicles will be a 9/10 when they are pre-owned but, that is also why some are priced very aggressive.
They seemed to not know what's on their lot. One man gave me am appt to see the car while a woman claimed it was no longer there...( the man asked Mr if i wanted yo rest drive it after that) bit crazy admit that place in Generali.

Unfortunately more than ever the used car market makes it difficult to keep desired vehicles on the lot and everybody aware of how quickly they are selling.
They told me that the vehicle was there so I drove over to look at it and it was not there. They were going to call me when it returned from having a new battery in it. I never received a call back. They lost a sale.

BEWARE!! Predatory practices . Advertise priced On vehicles are not correct !! After they run your credit , put a hard inquiry on your report you’re approved and the deal is finalizing, they try addding/sneaking “ dealer fees” and the price goes up $1500-$2000. I understand paying taxes, registration, title, you know small fees you pay on any car . But do t mislead customers, run there credit, then sneak in costs for the customer. Be upfront about it .

Good afternoon Kyle, we have never added dealer fees to any purchases. All vehicles are subject to sales tax, registration, titling and the PA documentary fee. Yes, when credit is authorized to be run it does put an inquiry on your report just like any dealership trying to obtain financing for a customer. All figures are always broken done for a customer on the buyer's order, the retail installment contract and the temporary registration prior to a customer purchasing and, so they can review all the numbers.

We didn’t have to wait for someone to work with us. Everyone was polite and helpful.
The transaction went through as quickly as it could for all the paperwork involved.
Our agent was a real person. We shared a few laughs. Will definitely recommend AutoProved. And go back for a future automobile.

I contacted the dealership two times prior to driving out. When I got there the Cruze could not be found anywhere. Then they found it at the shop. I was then told they would contact me the next day when they got the car back. No call so I called them, the receptionist was wearing pajamas. The sales man told me the cars sell themselves and had no care in the world. No one ever called back. What a wast of time

I did get a response to my question, however it was one answer and no more.
Neal contacted me first thing the following morning of my request. I set up
the appointment within a couple of hours. He had the vehicle ready for me to
look at and drive. I saw 1 small issue and he took care of it immediately. I
drove the car away an hour later. I would highly recommend AutoApproved.

I am very happy with the car I purchased. I did not feel as pressured as other dealers, that is why I went back to them. They were nice to deal with.
The person I contacted I felt lied to me several times. The picture of the vehicle I was interest in had 09 on the windshield. The CRV was billed as 2014. He told me not to worry that they didn’t even make CRV’s until 2014. That is a complete fallacy. When I asked if I could test drive. He told me his boss already sold it to his buddy. Now the same vehicle is being sold for $2000 more than originally price. I would say run for the hills.

I bought a car from here and the transmission broke the very next day. I called autoproved and they gave me a rental car that the tire blew out in 4 days. They promised me three details of the car and the one time I brought it in they just vacuumed the car and didn't clean anything exterior or interior. Ridiculous.
