We were looking online and found one that we wanted to look at and went to the dealership. When we got there the vehicle that we were looking online for was not there. We inquired about it and the gentleman that approached us was unaware of the one we were inquiring about. So, we came back home. We again looked online and found that the one we were interested in was still advertised. My husband contacted the dealership online and asked if it was still in inventory and the dealership (Autoland) said it was, even though we drove there, and it was not in their lot, but we did inquire about it. There was one identical to it, but the price was $1,000 more. My husband was not willing to pay for the higher price.

Great experience... our first test drive attempt, it was pouring rain, but wipers wouldnt turn on.. just a switch, but fixed and test drive later that day... and bought it... comes with 6 mo/ 6,000 mile warranty, which is great... also, noticed a small issue which they fixed the next day... great experience, honest people... felt good doing business with a smaller local business...

We recently purchased a vehicle from Autoland and concerned about the 2hr drive to go look at the vehicle. We were pleased to find that Autoland represented the vehicle accurately in Cargurus and they made or purchase a very pleasant and easy experience.

Once again this car was sold the day before I was supposed to go look at I guess it was nice of them to tell me that since I was taking a day off work to go look at it, they even joked about how they wish they had ten cars like it ( I could hear someone laughing in the background) so I assume I was the tenth person to want to look at it but I doubt it existed

Small dealership in a bigger Iowa city, super easy to deal with and very friendly. Knowledgeable about the vehicles they have and even rebalanced tires for us before we left. Great experience with all the way around.

I contacted Autoland to talk pricing on a 2014 fusion titanium and stated I was 4 hours away. John promptly responded to my email with a phone number to call. I called and spoke to Bill in length about the car and ended up placing a deposit on the vehicle. I drove 4 hours there the following day, walked in asked for the keys to test drive it, upon arriving back, John had the paperwork ready to go. Took not more than 10 minutes to purchase the car while there. Car drove great on the 4 hour trip home. Great dealership, great car, great staff, fair deal, wouldn't hesitate to buy from John and Bill again!

The vehicle was sold to someone else while I was having my mechanic check it out. Stuff happens, no harsh feelings. I was able to find different a vehicle later the same day. I bought it and am very happy with it.

Was pain-free. Reached out to them and got a response the same day. Went to the shop that weekend and bought the car in a matter of hours.

Good experience. John was very helpful. The vehicle was sold by another salesman and he had 2 other vehicles ready for me to consider. We did find what we were looking for a little closer to home, but will definitely keep Autoland in mind for future purchases.

Manager overall was a good guy. We spoke for a few days, I provided everything and all the paper work they asked. We agree to make a deal. The Saturday AM I'm supposed to come pick up the with my down payment, the manager calls me 10 minutes b4 I left saying the finance guy cancelled the deal & needed even more work/address/income/down payment proof, even tho I gave em the appropriate time frame they wanted b4. I wasted a lot of time putting all these things 2gether including finding a cosigner

Bad timing when we showed up. Only one salesman, so had to move on as no one offered to talk to us after waiting for 10 minutes. I would still go back again, but the sales people should at the very least come up to people waiting and explain that it'll be a few minutes.

Very good experience with these guys. It's a no-fills old-school dealership, but they treated us with respect and didn't try anything weird or 'used car salesy.' I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member.

Sketchy place! Made the 1 hour trip to look at a vehicle they said was mechanically awesome. i took it to get it checked out before buying it and realized the vehicle was a mess, leaks everywhere, problems with the head gaskets! Don't go to this place!
