The photos posted for the vehicle we came to look at did not match the vehicle once we arrived. However, once there we did see another vehicle that we were more interested in.
New Employee took a deposit the vehicle when they weren't supposed to and was not able to purchase vehicle cause of the hold that was put on it

I requested to see a picture of the convertible with the top down and some
one replied backâ someone tried opening when it was freezing cold and
they broke itâÂÂ. Ummmmmâ¦.are you going to fix it or is it for sale as is? I
think that should be noted in the advertisement of the vehicle!!

No pressure. Good selection. Go see Josh, good guy. I'm happy with the car I bought.
Dealer could not find car on the lot, kept apologizing that he was not yet fully awake. Said that inventory showed car should be there. He promised to investigate and call back. I never received a follow up call and much to my dismay the the car was sold before I had a chance to make an offer.
As far as having a car available and getting an OTD price, that has been painless. However, I have been
trying to obtain arrange a PPI on the vehicle after making my deposit as an out-of-state purchaser. I
informed them the Friday before the appointment on Tuesday that I arranged at a local shop nearby
(1.4miles away), and would call again on Monday morning to ensure it can be done. On Tuesday I call
again, and was told someone would be coming in about an hour to help facilitate. I called on Tuesday
afternoon, and it was still not done. I waited until Wednesday afternoon and called again to find out if it was
delivered, but it still had not been delivered. If this was the case, let me know up front, it cannot be done,
and I would have made other arrangements or find a different vehicle.
This is the epitome of bad customer service. They have my $500 deposit which they make very clear is non-
refundable. I will not advise anyone to do business with this dealer.
It was a great pleasure dealing with this company. This was the easiest purchase of a car that I have ever had. They are WONDERFUL people who cared about you as a buyer and allowed us to make our own decision. They went further by explaining some of items with us . When we are ready to purchase a car for your son WE WILL ONLY GO TO AUTO UNION in Smyrna. We are excited and delighted with this great vehicle. THANK YOU BOTH for your assistance

Dealer got back to me quickly via e-mail. They are very laid back and want you to come to the dealership. Did give
me an out the door price over e-mail. Car was as described. It seems like a very solid car after having driven it for
a few days. Salesman didn't know anything specific about it but described their restoration process. They let me
take it on a test drive for as long as I wanted. I have no complaints. Got a car at the price I wanted and it seems to
fit all the check boxes. They also provided a CarFax.

WARNING: KNOW WHAT YOURE GETTING INTO.
We came from Illinois to check out a Mini Clubman at Auto Union. Before we drove 4 hours to the location, we called to ask several times if the car was in good cosmetic condition. We were told that other than the tpms system, the car was in great shape. Upon arrival, we discovered MANY cosmetic issues. The dealer immediately lowered the price, so we took the Mini to a dealership in Nashville to have to mechanical side of things checked out. The Mini had a huge oil leak that they had known about and didn't get fixed. Also, the tpms system has functional, the tires just needed air.
So if you're shopping here, have someone check the car out first, otherwise it's bound to have issues after you buy it. Our sales rep was named Moby, very nice guy, but the cars here are scrap.

When you wanted to get it shipped to you we told you that it would be wise to come look at it first. What if you had bought it over the phone and it ended up being a scrap as you have put it. Besides, why would you offer to buy it with a $800 discount if it was scrap.
Basically you seem to be upset because we would not come down on the vehicle. Even then calling our cars here scrap is just wrong.

I had the most positive experience with this dealership than I have ever had buying a car. I purchased my "perfect vehicle" from a very nice man who worked with me to make sure I could drive it home that day. Great car! I love it! I highly recommend them.
Wouldn't answer the question about "Doc Fee". How
much and what was it for? Caution for
buyers, you should never pay a "Doc Fee". It's bogus!
Dealer cannot be honest about what doc fee is for. I
asked twice and did not get answer about fee on BMW

We overlooked the question when you asked what it covered. If you still curious our doc fee of $299 covers sale-related expenses such as commission, title work, and shipping. Or you can simply view it as additional profit. There are few dealerships that do not charge a doc fee but their prices are much higher. Always look at the total cost of the vehicle to compare. If we didn't answer your question via e-mail just pick up the phone and call us.

A sales rep from this dealer emailed me back after I ask for more details on the 2013 Kia Soul. His email stated 'come see us and let's talk'. I was not interested in driving 2 hrs to meet this friendly sales rep. I had emailed asking more info and details on the care BEFORE I drove 2 hours and over 100 miles. I was actually interested in the vehicle but it appeared an 'in person' visit would be the way to find out the details.

My request for information about this van was answered promptly. When we arrived at the dealership or sales person was very professional
and told us everything he could remember about the little issues. Any '06 is going to have little issues and cosmetic flaws. That is to be
expected. I was very pleased at the condition of this vehicle and it drives and handles well. As we were told, the dealership tries to make sure
the drive train is in sound working order but for the price they sell these vehicles they can't fix all the non critical issues. Overall I feel this was
a very good experience and would recommend this dealership.

I stopped in tp look at a Subaru Forester, but it had sold already. The next day I drove the Toyota Sienna. Dima was very courteous and helpful. While I didn't purchase the Toyota, I will definitely keep my eye on his inventory for my future purchase.

I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about regarding the 2011
Jaguar. Of course the car is going to have some minor signs of use... it's a
used car... with 97k miles! Otherwise the car was in excellent condition and
exactly as shown and described and is now parked in my garage because I
ended up buying this great deal. These guys are honest, friendly, straight to
the point, will work with you to help you get what you want and have great
prices.
They made it super easy for me to purchase, with a test drive, answering
questions, and being available over phone and email when I had questions or
needed documents faxed to the bank or DMV! I just got the car registered
today with a clean title. What more can a car buyer ask for? Thank you Auto

The owner or salesman Dem was a nice person. The 2011 Jaguar didn't in the pictures match in person. I drove 8 hours, only to be disappointed in the condition. Loose, broken, scratched, and dented parts inside and out. Pics looked prestine. It was a lot full of fixer uppers. If that's what you are looking for, they are the place. Not for me.

Love the car but a few things weren’t explained to me before viewing the car. I drove 6 hours to get it and was failed to be told the sunroof didn’t work and the electricals on the car were pretty bad. All in all I love the car and they made it very easy to do buissness with them. They even waited open until 8:30 for me to purchase the car. Also I’m still waiting on the title.

Visited them and didn't find the vehicle that grabbed my attention.
The cars sold at this lot are not in good condition. The car I test drove made a rattling noise when I accelerated and the plastic parts on the inside were falling apart. Another car I looked at had a filthy trunk. It does not seem like this dealer properly services his cars before he sells them.

I asked if the car I was looking at was still around and the dealer said "Yes, come on down when you would like to take a look." Unfortunately, by the time I made it there (a day and a half later) The car had already been sold. Which was my fault Entirely because I did Not give them any info to work with. This was the first time I used the internet to look around for a car. The dealer was very friendly.
