The conversation started easy enough. The sells rep communicated well. Yet when it got down to numbers they came across as stand-off-ish. They give very little flex room and even recommend renting your car out for money. It became very pushy and unprofessional fast. Drove an hour to see a car that had a cracked glass roof and a tick in the engine. The car was
white with a poorly wrapped matte black wrap. The whites of the door and hood jams were
visible and did not look good at all. Dealer said he could knock a couple hundred off. No thanks.
Around 2k just to replace the glass, not to mention removing the wrap.

Hi Terrell, By law we do not have access to your credit report when you are preapproved by Capital One or any other 3rd party. It is to protect your personal info. I am sorry that it was upsetting. We are a Capital One Preferred partner and once you find the car you are required to submit a credit application in house to verify the pre approval. We do not even run the credit we simply push the information back to Capital One to verify your identify and information. I am very sorry you found that to be wrong.

So far experience was awesome. They were friendly and helpful. If the title/tags/2nd key don’t transfer in 30 days i will follow up but so far they have done everything promised. Love my car too-great price & awesome quality.
I came down from FL from NY. I was purchasing a
335i and spoke with Sam sales rep. Downhill
events. I mailed over the paperwork and it didnt
arrive overnight and i already arrived after a flight.
I had to uber back and forth to get the paperwork,
and called up Vlad that it would be 50-100 dollars
to fax. I asked for help on reimbursement, they
said "we'll talk about it". They cheaped out on
that? NEXT, THE VEHICLE. I asked Sam if the
vehicle was serviced, braking system refreshed,
and if the paint was good prior to coming to FL.
Maintenance was important because IM DRIVING
THE VEHICLE BACK. The paint wasnt "perfect"
like Sam said, the engine was covered in dirt AND
after doing maintenance in NY, saw the
BLACKEST OIL, dirtiest filters, the rotors were
grooved in, and the tires had NO THREAD, but
was told they were "new". Wasted more than 1k
already. Washer covers ejected while driving back
to NY, Sam said they're 5 bucks online lol no its
definitely not. 30 dollars unpainted...thanks

I went in there with a Capital One pre-approval (I highly recommend applying online) because it takes all the guess work out of the financing
and BS out of car buying. It was fast and easy and Juan was extremely professional and honestly a real help. I am very impressed with the
way things have changed. The last time I purchased a car I was in there almost the whole day and I really got ripped off with the financing.

This dealership is running scam and lies about the condition of their cars. I bought a car from them that became my worst nightmare. They changed most shielding parts under the hood area and told me that the car is in excellent condition. After driving that car for just two days: engine light came on, transmission not shifting correctly, power steering system was defective. When call them; they told me that car was sold ASIS and I signed ASIS agreement, therefore they decline all responsibilities. Stay away from Auto Trust USA!!!!!!!!!!! They're all are scammers.

Auto Trust was very good to deal with. I was purchasing a car from 200 miles
away and they helped me with getting the car inspected by a third party and
answered all the questions I had. They also set up the shipping of the vehicle

In the midst of running my credit they said
someone else allegedly put a $500 hold on the
vehicle and not only was the vehicle never
available to me, my credit was run. Afterwards I
was steered several times to look at other
vehicles. It felt a little suspicious to have my
credit report run for a vehicle that was never
available to me. From a business prospective
there seems to be a flawed process that allows
for lack of oversight with regard to,
compartmentalization of customers. My credit
report was not arbitrarily ran, it was ran against
the cost of a specific vehicle. Once that happens,
you have officially gone into negotiations with me
on that same specific vehicle. If the case were
that someone else secured the potential for
negotiations with you regarding the same vehicle,
then my credit report should have never been run,
but the fact still remains that my credit report was
run. Therefore I assert that your company has a
flawed system as, if someone else put a deposit
on the vehicle, my credit should have never been
run.

They worked with me but didn't explain all the problems the car had. Hydraulic roof leak was left out. They obviously topped it off, ac stopped blowing, wind leak is small but apparent. Nice car, ok price. But I wanted it. Small things I will have to fix myself since I am a tech but for average person easy couple thousand worth of repairs that were not brought to the table.

This vehicle sold before I had a chance to test drive it, but the dealer did follow up quickly after my initial contact AND reached out on his own after it sold. Also asked what else I may be interested in and offered to call should the right vehicle become available. Only holding the 5th star until an actual transaction happens, for, as they say, the proof is in the pudding.

Test drove vehicle and was concerned with an idle issue under load. Could have been anything from a pulley to a sensor, and even could have been nothing. Recorded for a mechanic friend to listen to and he expressed concern. Dealer said I could pay a ford mechanic to inspect it myself, which I declined. There was no assurance that if I found an issue I'd ever get that money back, and it should be in the dealers best interest to sell me a car that doesn't immediately need a repair because they missed something. The salesperson texted the next day and offered to waive one of their paperwork fees for $299 if I buy today. Again, it's great you want to lower your fees - but you could save yourself a lot of hassle and just get the car inspected.
This is where they earned the one star - quoted directly from the salesperson:
"Maybe it's best you just go buy a brand new one, I'm on your side, this is the 1st time I've had someone bring this up as an issue not to buy the car, I did tell you you can have it fully checked out at ford or even your mechanic, but you don't want to spend the minor fee, now I really understand why it takes you so long & why it's so difficult for you to buy a car, still wish you luck, thanks again."
So basically I get to field insults in my text messages from a salesperson who claims to be on my side.
Bottom line: I won't pay a fee to find out the car needs repair and you are under no obligation to give me back what I paid for the inspection, or to pay for the repair.

Dealer has been very response but not pushy like other dealers, I
decided to hold off on my purchase for a while and they were very
understanding.
