Dealer was all responsive UNTIL they seen my credit wasn't the best (which I personally disclosed on the first conversation)..after that Torin never responded back to any questions or to let me know I want qualified to purchase a vehicle.. regardless Of purchase capability I should have still been treated with the same courtesy that you would treat every other customer

Bradley and his team got me hooked up with this dope GTI and even drove it down from upstate NY to my place in CT. Painless, quick, and easy. Only complaint is my back up camera was non working and I was unaware of that until signing the papers but thats no big deal!

I went up to purchase one vehicle only to find it wasn't what I thought it was and ended up buying a little more expensive vehicle with only 27,000 miles. However when I called them 2 Days Later to tell them I was missing a tire that had been removed I was basically told it is what it is. We get them that way you get them that way. When I mentioned it had just been undercoated he said it must have been the previous owner but you could tell it had just been done. I sure hope this isn't the way they will treat me in the future when I need something done.

The finance team was horrible!! For a 2014 Jeep with 50000k on it and good credit said my payment would be $542 and insisted I put a $1000 down or the offer would go away! I left came to Fulton and got a 2018 Jeep trailhawk with 18k on it for $402 a month no $$ down and just my trade in. Our sales man Patrick was great but the man who did Financial part of it was rude to my wife. There’s something going on there that needs to be looked into!! Buyer beware!!!!

We drove 3 1/2 hours to Auto Outlet in Wolcott, NY hoping to buy a Grand Cherokee we located on CarGurus. They confirmed the Jeep was in stock. When we arrived, we spotted the Jeep. They parked it out front and it looked amazing. They went out of their way to make certain it was cleaned up before we arrived. It looked like new. Samantha and Scott were wonderful. No pressure approach. We were extremely happy with our trade allowance. They secured excellent fiancé terms that fit our budget. They cleaned the vehicle again and we drove it home. I cannot say enough about our buying experience. Scott, Samantha and the entire staff were nothing but wonderful. Even thought a salesman contacted me earlier in the day, when I arrived I was told the car had been sold a "few" days ago. It was more than an hour drive so I was not pleased to say the least. I looked at other inventory but there was no equivalent vehicle.

The dealer responded to me immediately. I did plan on driving to Wolcott which is about a half hour ride for me to see the car but the sales person I spoke to told me the car was going through a 115 point inspection and would not be ready to be seen until mid-week. I found this strange because the car in the picture looked like mint condition inside and out. I found this disppointing so I continued to look closer to home and I did find a vehicle I ended up buying. As for the sales person I was emailing with, she was very cordial and professional. Because of this experience, I really can't rate the dealership.

Just bought the 2014 Ram 1500 Sport today. Staff was thorough with explaining everything as far as options on the truck and the process of buying. Only 'complaint' is the run of the mill sales gimmick for the extras (undercoating, warranty, etc) Would have preferred a straightforward offering of the extras instead. Overall a good experience

They replied to my contact the next day (I sent message late at night). I was able to schedule my test drive when it was convenient for me. I wasn't bugged by a salesperson. I purchased the vehicle. It was exactly what was advertised.

Received a call from Justin Kazlauckas and made appointment for next day to see vehicle. Three hours after I arrived, I purchased the vehicle and picked it up the next day. Justin was an excellent salesman and the staff at the location in Rochester NY were helpful on getting me the best deal possible. I plan to recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in at the location in Rochester because I was impressed with their service.

I described the general type of car I was interested in, and Derek contacted me again after investigating and very honestly mentioned they did not have a good match at the time but that he would look again. Went to the dealership on a Saturday. It took over two hours to get numbers. I had to leave for an appointment. We almost came to an agreement. I asked them to send me over the final numbers for review. They said they would right away. And nothing. I sent them a message hours later when I still had no numbers and they tried to talk me into another car that is not at all what I wanted. I was highly disappointed.

Hard to get a response back about the original vehicle, but it was communications issues on their end. The original truck was sold, but they were getting a Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ in that was comparable. The truck had an additional 10,000 miles but the condition was very good. They wound up holding it for a week for me, then were very good to deal with. I got the usual used vehicle warranty spiel which I eventually chose to take after a couple of other options were shown to me. Ask, don't take the first one offered. Got a MUCH better deal on Ziebarting undercoating plus rustproofing from them than I was quoted directly from Ziebart. Took about 45 minutes to arrive at a price that was OK for both of us. They were responsive to my concerns and were great working with me on final cost. I used my credit union for the loan, so I can't comment on their financing offers. I would go back again and I would refer them to my friends.
