You would think for 55 k u would get floor mats .. brakes pulsate so bad steering wheel shakes . Ended up buying mats and having brake done local . 1 day later oil change light comes on .. do they even do anything to the traded in cars ??? Very disappointed I’d never go back there ..I’m sure this falls on deaf ears as well .. I never follow up with these but this time I’m just disappointed to no end

Salesperson was very nice friendly. Dealership not so much or the manager since he didn’t even have the decency to talk to us. If your going for a used car DONT buy here they won’t let you test drive them except around their parking lot going 15 miles an hour then want you to sign an AS IS agreement that it might not even pass inspection. Waste of a day, shame manager didn’t even want to talk to us guess he didn’t want to sell the car. We just wanted to drive it over 50 to make sure the wheel was stable, oh well good luck to whoever gives them their money I wouldn’t. Left without buying

Since there were no pictures, I contacted the dealer
for pictures, I got an email two days later that said
someone had sent them to me. I replied back that I
didnât get them so he said check your junk/spam mail.
There was nothing there, the next day they were there
in my email, I replied back that I was interested and
asked what were their hours on Saturday if any and
that I was out of town until Thursday evening so I
probably wouldnât be able too stop up until then, (60
miles away) I received no reply, it has been 3 days. So
I am moving on.

Got there they wouldn’t even let me see the car they said they couldn’t show it to me because it had a lot of rust. Then why bother calling me that morning saying the car was all set to come, drove almost two hours for nothing Then tried to sell me a car that was $19,000 not even the same make or model I was looking for worst customer service ever will never recommend them to anyone don’t even wanna give them a one star rating but have to do it so it will save my rating

Replied to message with “pics online” called and said vehicle was sold. Called next day and vehicle wasn’t sold, guy was going to get some requested pics for me. Never did. Called following day. Jeep was sold again supposedly.

They bounce you from person to person, often not following up then saying the manager said they’d take care of it when you call them after hearing nothing. Lots of caricature car dealer behavior, and the managers while often “involved” never leave the back room to meet the customers they’re messing with. Bought a very similar car this weekend... this one seemed nice but they were very sketchy with providing info, and when I tracked down info it was very different from their story. Waste of time and stress and hours of driving to the dealer.

This place is a complete joke. We live in NY, and found the exact car we were looking for at
the Auto Mall. Being 2+ hours from our house, we did everything we could to ensure that it
would be available for us to drive/purchase. After 10 emails w/Auto Mall setting up an
appointment, my wife and I took the day off from work and headed to VT. Upon arriving, we
were informed that the car was sold at auction long ago. Their explanation was that we had
been dealing with their 'Call Center', and that someone had 'misinformation'. While there, we
called their Call Center, and were told how closely they worked with the Sales Team at Auto
Mall (even though the sales person told us he had never spoken with anyone at the Call
Center, and he had never received a call to confirm the appointment or the car's availability).
To make matters worse, the Sales Manager (Chad) never once deemed it important enough to
get out of his chair, introduce himself to us, and offer an apology. Avoid this place!!

I was skeptical about taking the two hour trip after work because the
reviews were pretty bad on car gurus plus I would only have a hour and
half to test drive the truck and fill out the paperwork but Blake and Tony
made the deal happen and I was glad I made the trip because the truck is
a really nice truck, got a good deal and didn't spend the whole day at a

Was told a “deal was in place” with a potential buyer and couldn’t see the truck. Next day was told the vehicle was available. 1 hour before my appointment was then told the truck had a blown engine. Not sure what to believe

I scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was assigned
to one salesmen, then passed off to another. They did not have the vehicle
even though they claimed they did when I scheduled an hour ahead of time.
Gave me some excuse as to why, so it felt like a bait and switch as they
wanted me to look at other vehicles. really felt like it was a waste of my time.

Very quick response on our request for more info, unfortunately there was a

The dealership responded quickly. Arrangements were made for a test drive and I met with a salesman. The experience was wonderful. I have never looked forward to dealing with car salesman or dealerships however these folks were the exception. The vehicle was very nice but not exactly a match. I wish it was as I would have enjoyed buying from them. I found a match elsewhere, unfortunately the experience was not a good one and no purchase was made. Thanks to all at Auto Mall for treating me and my family very well.

u contact them and the person on phone tells u one thing u go there the
person on phone does not even work there!! They are a call center only...
Then once there the trade value given means nothing. Trade in was quoted
$21k+ But once there they tell me $14k..(and for the record my truck is
spotless.. not a rot box with ton of miles) Not impressed and most certainly
wouldn't suggest them to anyone..

We were told the manager was aggressive to make a deal so we drove 119 miles to be greeted nicely and took the vehicle for a ride. When it was time to negotiate there wasn't any room on our trade nor there vehicle. I was told we would be there all day trying to come up with a deal. We left and drove another 119 miles home with not much good to say.

Used car buyer beware! I set up an appointment to see a used GMC 2500 via email with the dealership, was told the truck was still available yesterday. I took the following day off from work and my girlfriend and I made the 100 mile trip up to Brattleboro. When we got there, we were told the truck will be sold "as is", no warranty will be included, and there is no haggling on the price...and we can't even test drive it! We could only drive it around the parking lot- Red flags left and right!! Should've left right away! Then the salesman, Shawn, tells me we should have been notified about this when I made the appointment. And since we drove so far and took so much time to see the truck, the least they could do was inspect it so we could take it for a proper test drive. Well, and hour and a half passes, still no inspection and no sign of the truck. My girlfriend and I were walking the lot, then all of a sudden the truck pulls into the garage to go into the inspection bay. Looks as if the mechanic took it for a ride to clear the codes... after seeing this the we called Shawn out on it, I asked him again how long it would be, he said it would be at least another hour wait. Inspections take 30 minutes at the most! Then he started talking about how they could lower the price and maybe do a warranty, said he'd call me when the inspection was done (still waiting for that call!!) blah blah blah blah...there was very clearly something wrong with the truck, and they very clearly did not want to do business. Our day was wasted! Shawn didn't even give me his business card before we left. Will never make the trip back up there again! What a waste of time! And I will not call the manager when they post an automatic response under this review. You had your chance!!

Chart with another rep (it was too late to call) and she told me that somebody will call me next day. It never happened. Week later car still is on the web. So, email for this place is useless.

NY customers, drove 2hrs to test/purchase 2009 GMC Yukon
Denali.
I was told via email to speak with Chad who would handle our visit;
my wife accompanied me as this vehicle was intended to be
purchased for her. Upon arriving I asked for Chad, and was
directed to another salesman, Eric, who
accompanied us to test drive the vehicle. Eric had very little
knowledge of the vehicle model and the vehicle itself and provided
little to no information on questions asked during the test drive.
Basic questions included how long the vehicle had been on the
lot, any damage associated with the vehicle from the previous
owner, and how to operate rear DVD/radio system. We had
known the answer to these questions after doing research on the
vehicle, and wanted to be sure our salesman was competent in
the vehicle he was attempting to sell. As you have read, this was
not the case. Eric’s appearance was disheveled, and he was not
dressed in professional attire. When my wife and I first met him
for the test drive we thought he may be some sort of sales aid, or
garage technician. After completion of the test drive we asked to
deal with Chad and were sent to yet another salesman to discuss
the deal for the vehicle.
After agreeing on a price, and signing a tentative bill of sale, we
waited in the dealership an unacceptable 1.5hrs while they
"prepared paperwork." After speaking up about the wait we were
told that the vehicle could not be sold that day because the
dealership did not have the original title to the vehicle, and also
because the vehicle still had the previous owners’ lien tied to the
title. This information was told to us by Tony from sales, who
urged us that within 48-72 hours the vehicle should be ready to
sale.
After driving the 2 hrs back to NY, I continued to speak with Tony
and also Rob. The previous owner had lost the original
title and Tony had to process an electronic copy from NYS which I
was told was to be delivered to the previous owner with 2 day
shipping, signed by previous owner, and then the title would be
picked up by a driver from the dealership. This plan was told to
me several times by both Tony and Eric, and per Tony
and Eric was also told multiple times to the previous owner. The
owner then stated he found the original, which was worthless at
this point since a new copy had been generated, and then stated
he did not receive the mailed new title. When did receive that 2
days later than it should have arrived, he mailed the title himself –
after he was supposedly told multiple times a driver would pick it
up from him! I told Tony during our multiple phone conversations
to please call me with updates, however, I never received one call
from Tony; all information I received was after I had initiated
contact @ 6 PM, an hour before the dealership closes. They had
essentially an entire business day to return a phone call, and
never did on any occasion. After waiting over 2 weeks we finally
purchased a vehicle elsewhere; when I spoke to Tony to cancel
the deal the title had still not been received at the dealership.
Stay away from this dealership. Poor communication is just the
tip of the iceberg with this group. Any dealership who takes
vehicles in with liens still attached and without the original title
should not be doing business. We gave this dealership over 2
weeks to clean up and make up for this unprofessional and
unnecessary hassle, which was 2 weeks too long. Don’t waste your
time with these people.
