Horrible. This dealer should be removed from your service. They did not honor the price listed. That was the 'Internet' price - which is 20% lower than actual 'deal' they would give us. I have purchased many vehicles over 40 years and have never experienced such a scam. I would not waste your time with them.

They are absolutely the worst car salesmen I have ever encountered in my 40 years of buying cars. Salesmen were disrespectful and rude during calls and text messaging. Please believe all the other negative reviews they have received. Lies on top of lies. They never told me I couldn't do business over the phone. Never told me I couldn't have an independent inspection done, no outside financing, no remote sales. Then after finally saying they would let an auto mechanic inspect, the day he called to come see vehicle they told him it was sold. Even though the vehicle was still listed two day later. Just awful. Glad I listened to my gut along with the reviews.

I’ve been in the auto industry for 30+ years and visited this CT dealership for a 2019 Mercedes CLS53 listed online at $31,895. The car had multiple undisclosed issues: extensive repainting, misaligned panels, subpar bodywork (you could even see “TURBO” adhesive under fresh paint), and was filthy despite my scheduled appointment. Worse, once I arrived, the price jumped to over $41,000 before taxes/fees. They insisted on adding $6,000+ in “down payment” charges even though I was paying cash—clearly a way to replace profit they’d normally get from financing markups. Additional hidden fees pushed it thousands higher still. Bottom line: the advertised prices are bait. This dealership uses deceptive tactics, hides vehicle defects, and wastes customers’ time. A textbook example of why some dealers give the industry a bad reputation.

I drove 4.5 hours to get there, and they kept me waiting for over 45 mins, then told me that there is an automatic $3499 to be added to the advertised price and another $2000 for certifying the car but not giving me any paperwork for it. I ended up leaving and walking away and driving back home. The advertised price is a scheme!!

be careful wouldn't give price sheet deal sheet or any detail pricing over the phone. Read other reviews where they inflate 7k 9k on cars be very careful. I didn't waste my time. This is clearly true that is a bait and switch.

The dealer had a representative reach out to me immediately to schedule an appointment the next day first thing which was awesome. But when I got there no one knew I was there for an appointment. It took them some time to locate the car from one of their lots. And the car was dirty with damage to the front lower bumper that of course was not listed anywhere. We didn’t move forward with the car because we disagreed on the final price which is ok. But when one of the managers has to justify the price by telling me about all the bills he has to pay then proceeds to show me cheaper cars that have been on the lot for while because no one else wants them, I wouldn't say that enhanced the experience.

This dealer was incredibly misleading with one most misleading conversations I have had with any seller of any product. They said that the list price was only available if i financed the car...at a very high interest rate. If i paid cash (isn't that what the list price is) the price was over $35k. they said this was the industry norm. We had arranged to have the car inspected on a test drive, they said this was not allowed as NY is a dangerous state and the car could be stolen. But they did recommend doing the inspection with their good friend just down the road...this sounds like an independent opinion to me. A waste of time to show up here given how far away we live.

I would give 0 stars if I could. After contacting me via text message, I asked if they were willing to work w/ me as an out-of-state buyer and answer my questions about the vehicle before I agreed to purchase it. They responded that they would only speak to me in person, & if I wanted to drive 12.5 hrs or fly to their dealership, that they would answer my questions. They explained that they were having a great deal of issues "due to AI" & wouldn't work w/ individuals that didn't come in. I decided immediately that they were not a dealership I wanted to work w/, that I could find another vehicle that I was interested in & thanked them for their time. That's when the phone calls & text messages began multiple times a day. Sometimes they would ask if they could help me w/ the vehicle or if I was willing to schedule an appointment w/ them & I would remind them they wouldn't work w/ me. Sometimes the call would come through & then immediately disconnect. After a week I blocked them.

Don’t waste your time going to this dealer without seeing a FaceTime that the car is physically there .I went there today interested in car they had on car guru meet with Sean ,he pretended the car was out for recall fix or something and then 2 min time he said the car was sold ,lol what a joke !He was trying to sell me other options ,save your time and believe the reviews cos If I had trusted the reviews I wouldn’t have wasted my time .

The dealer is shady and uses shady practices. Posts click-bait prices on vehicles and tries to hide overhead costs on top of the vehicle. Indicated that Lojack is mandatory and they had already installed it on the vehicle which would cost me an additional $4K over and above. Stay away or inquire about all over and above costs before even visiting this dealer. Very disappointed in CarGuru's who does not vet and ban such dealers on their platforms.

Anthony was great. Not pushy and gave us the time to make a good decision. Steve, the GM, was reasonable and made a reasonable offer. After that, he then put on all new tires, even though the tires on the car had another10,000 miles left. The battery looked liked it needed a good charge after sitting for a bit, so he put in a new battery all at no additional charge and not because we asked. I have purchased well over 20 cars, new and used, and Auto Expo has my rating as one of the best. Don't get alarmed by the low price advertised and find additional fees. Unfortunately, this is the standard now with used vehicles to get you in the door. You advertise a higher price, the customer goes elsewhere.

Made an appointment to see car. I arrived and waited an hour for the sales person. She never arrived nor responded to messages to meet. After going to another showroom to see the car instead of the one she told us to meet her, we were told the car was sold.

I Just want to start by saying, I had read the previous reviews. To be honest, I blew them off. After texts, phone calls, emails, and an on site visit., I strongly encourage you to stay away from this place. First attempt, i live 5 hours away had a financial situation set up just needed a price. They would not provide that to me. Eventually, i made the 9 hour round trip. On site experience was typical. And I mean that in a bad way. Price of car was unreasonably higher than advertised. I read reviews about a bait and switch tactic. I thought no way that was true. The exact same thing happened to me. They wouldn't sell me the car I drove 9 hours for, but approved me for a $800 cheaper car. I asked how much more down I'd have to pay for the car I wanted they said around $3500. Makes no sense. Would not accept my pre approved loan from my bank. They wanted me to make a deposit for a down payment without ever mentioning the cost of the car.

Spoke to multiple people. They refused to give a total price of the vehicle. I’m in the army and stationed a couple hours away. Finally convinced someone to give me the total price for a $38k vehicle. I was told $45k out the door. $7k added to price for LoJack, and taxes according to them. Shady dealership, stay away. Just go look at used cars at real dealerships

As other reviews describe, after setting up an appointment several days in advance, I drove more than 3 hours to see a vehicle that never materialized. It says on CarGurus that they will ship it to me for free, but my contact at the dealer told me they had to do the transaction in person. When I arrived they told me the car had just come in and was being serviced before it could be shown to customers. However, CarGurus shows it's been on there for 27 days. I guess a bait and switch game, since they had me test drive a different one that was all beat up.

Prior to arriving for the appointment communication was great. The car was supposed to be cleaned and ready for me to take home that day. However, the car was not ready, and I was left waiting for about an hour. The communication at the dealership was less than satisfactory. The vehicle was nowhere in the shape depicted in the pictures. It looked as though it had been sitting in water for an extended period time and was rusted. When I brought this up to the sales person, he told me it was a few years old (2021), and that should be expected. I was quite disappointed since so was told the truck condition was “mint.” The next day when I received a text from the online sales rep and explained the situation they told me that all the rust on the rotors/wheels were things that could be easily fixed. I then told her that my salesman that day basically blamed it on the car being 3 years old and they stopped responding. Very disappointing for a 2 hour drive and a one hour wait for an appointmen

Drove 7 hours to get a van and it was nothing what was advertised. John that works there completely lied through his teeth. Completely different vehicle had dents and scratches all over. Didn’t even get a sorry or anything after wasting my entire day. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Did not go see the vehicle. Advised of extra charges for dealer prep and Lojack which would increase the internet price and additional six thousand bucks. No thank you. With today's technology who needs Lojack and to have no choice to opt out is untenable.

Really disappointed with their customer service, I drove 3.5 Hrs to check out the car and test drive it, only to be told the car was not there (some BS about the car being at the dealer for maintenance), very funny!! I contacted these idiots before I left my house, three hours within my drive front desk called me to see if I was still coming to check the car (wanted to get it ready), only to be told the car was not there when I arrived, (Its completely BS). Ironically 45 minutes letter someone trying to call me from the dealer to go back. Playing games (Not for me)

The sales person was friendly but their whole system is a set up. They advertise one price then when you ask for the out the door price they tried to add a $2495 inspection fee plus a $3000 so called lifetime warranty which i didnt ask for. Also they asked what i wanted to spend monthly and oi Sid $450. He acted like he was working out the numbers with his boss then came back and said congratulations. We thought we were good then he said your note will be $328 then said under his breath biweekly SMH. These guys are hustlers stay away

Fake Price! the advertised price is with a $3k down payment. eg a vehicle is $32k, you test drive it, start to fill out the financing and then they tell you the $31K price is with an assumed 3K down payment... so that $31k is really $34k + $1k delivery + title and fees. talk about underhanded. what a joke.

Terrible experience. The shown car price is not including an additional 2,995 that is added to every car plus 2100 in dealer fees for them doing paperwork and maintaining the car. It’s a joke and honestly laughable. They lie and tell you anything to get you in the office then the real situation comes out. Stay far from this mess of a place.

Red flagss! Went just for a test drive and should have left when I was told in order to proceed despite my approval letter for a auto loan from a bank that I would have to put down a $450 deposit for DMV to process my application. Then was told that the bank wanted my old car (that was already paid off) as a trade in lol. I rep numerous times that I was not trading in my BMW. Was looking for a SUV with space for my family . Once I told them that I wouldn’t be putting no money down (cause that’s what the agreement between the bank and I) I was Conveniently turned down (again, had my own approval letter) without a trade in and no down payment but was approved for a 2012 Mercedes Benz. Have a good day and refund me my $450!

Absolutely worst experience, please refrain from going to this dealership. I felt stereotyped and felt very uncomfortable there. Unfortunately I don’t remember the sales rep, but throughout the beginning his attitude was off didn’t give me no run down on car and kept forcing me on doing credit run which I had no problem but he wasn’t giving me no numbers and I felt uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t wanted to share personal details. I just wanted to know if the price was flexible and pointed some key problems with the car and wanted to know if they can come down a little on the price but this dude was just so rude. I have very reputable job and a great credit score so all I can say is that I didn’t loose on the car but they lost a very secure customer

Zero stars!!! Dealership performed a bate and switch! Also, the advertised price is not the price you pay as they markup by $4k for the nonsense "NAIDA" certification. This could be why the seemingly good priced vehicles are available month over month. Drove from out of state to see a vehicle and was a waste of time. Save yourself and go somewhere else regardless of price. They need to get there act together and be transparent with customers!!

I asked for the total out the door price and information on what company the warranty is through along with the cost. The dealer refused to answer the pricing question, instead replying with a request to set up a test drive. I followed up with a second inquiry on the vehicle pricing and information on the warranty. I received an email instructing me to call on the phone to discuss the price. This dealer refuses to provide information in writing, a clue to how dishonest their practices must be.

The sales representative was very nice and excited to get me in for a test drive. I scheduled an appointment and received an email confirmation within minutes. I received dozens and I mean dozens of text messages about the appointment and who I needed to reach about any questions I may have. I needed to cancel my appointment so I called. I had to leave a voicemail since no one answered the phone. I got a text message the next day reminding me of the appointment I cancelled. I was concerned they didn't get the message so I responded to their text message also cancelling. I did this 3 more times. I started to ignore all their messages after that. I even received a call during Easter dinner which was the final straw. I think my abrupt tone finally got the message thru to them. I can say they are persistent.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! go at your own risk! The prices are not as advertised, they are omitting the actual price minus a forced down your throat warranty? Was told to drive two and a half hours to check out a vehicle, which they couldn't even answer my questions truthfully over the phone! HORRID!

Of all the places that I have looked for this car, these people were the most accommodating, receptive and overly conscientious about providing good service. This is the place to go we’re looking for a used Mercedes or BMW. Sarah, Sales woman extraordinaire, was by far the most helpful of anyone I’ve dealt with across the United States!

I walked into the place for my appointment and no one was wearing masks. In fact the person who ended up being the one to take care of me was talking over the receptionists salad which she was actively eating. Despite the blatant disregard for health safety in the time of a pandemic, they were utterly unprepared to show me the car I had an appointment to see. The car was 6 cars deep behind snow banks and it was only after the manager came out to speak with me that they even attempted to take out the car. The salesperson was young and tried to pull the wool over my eyes in regards to the hidden fees. I will likely never buy from a shady place like auto expo ever since o had this experience. I would also encourage anyone I like to follow in suit.

Call demand an appointment to see the car. They told me they would have The car pulled out and ready for a test drive. When I got there I waited 30 minutes for somebody to help and when they told me the car was ready, they said it was sold the night before. Why would you book an appointment for a test drive on a car you’ve already sold and make me drive 45 minutes for a Confirmed appointment. Absolutely no justification

Eli was a very nice Salesperson, Cristina was also very nice. But my experience with this auto place wasn’t a good one. I thought I was leaving with the Ford Flex only to realize that I could not buy the car without there extended warranty. I really am not interested in purchasing the warranty. After test driving the vehicle we sat down with Eli and talked over the price of the vehicle. He mentioned the warranty, which was 5995.00. We immediately said we did not want the warranty. If this was there policy we would have walked immediately. We only found out that we MUST purchase the warranty in order to buy the car, once the finance manager understood that we did not want the warranty the deal was done. Avi did inform us that is why the price of the car is lower then most. The advertise price is not the real price of the car. So the price is not a GREAT deal. If they would say the price is 25,000 and includes the warranty that would be a better sales pitch.

If you are buying a used car, kindly don’t deal with this dealer. Listing price was around 13k with taxes and fees it shouldn’t come up to be almost 20k. Well, guess what upon arrival I was told 4K was certification fee and 1600 for some thing else which was a total BS, never heard of such fees. Since it’s not my first time buying a car. not only that I sent someone else to see the car on my behalf and the certification was changed to 2600. They list false prices online to get customers attracted and then literally rob them with useless fees Horrible experience and hell no stars

after being specific with the customer rep regarding ALL fees, the purchase order included an $895 prep fee that was not mentioned. In addition, the sales tax charged was 8.25% rather than 6.25% for TX. I had requested a quote for a warranty. the offer included $3,995 for the warranty, which I did not want. The offer was hand written and scribbled. I contacted the sales manager and asked to remove the warranty, correct the sales tax and send a new offer. He said, I'll call you in 2 minutes when I get back to my desk. Never heard from him. I was in their system and continued to automated texts. DON'T deal with these guys.

Long process even though we had an appt. Car wasn’t cleaned. Was told to call to follow-up on tire and scratches (they would send someone out). Called Eric and Max twice - no response. Paid to have the tire fixed. Great while you’re on site but make sure everything is handled before you leave.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to buy this car and this dealership would not take me seriously. I made several calls to see if I qualify to purchase the car after they ran my credit report. They ignored my messages. This is the first time I went to a dealership and was treated so poorly. I was able to buy this similar car at another dealership who treated me with respect.

This was a scam. I was in communication with them several times during the hour ride I took to see the car. They assured me it was there, and even texted me the carfax. When I got there 10 min after they sent me the carfax, they said the car was out for certification. But, would I like to see another car just like it? Classic bait and switch. Don't waste your time.

Worked with multiple people who don't relay previous messages to each other so it's like your starting over from scratch each time you talk to someone else there. They won't deal with their asking price and then add extended services at $3500 to the car which I don't want. I asked to have these services taken off and then deducted from the asking price since I live over 1000 miles from their dealership and I wouldn't be needing this service. They wouldn't do that and said it was already done and they won't take it off. It is also very hard to get a hold of them as you get the runaround. So far this has been a waste of time dealing with this dealership, and from previous reviews, this seems to be a common way here. I did let them know that I am a buyer yet since I do like the vehicle and if they want to deal on this car I may still consider it but will continue to look at other dealers.

Auto Expo Ent Great Neck, NY is a big time cheater. They advertised 2017 Mercedes- Benz E-Class E 400 Cabriolet for 30,995.00 and confirmed on phone that there is no additional charges, only 300.00 Documents fee. Auto Expo is Con Artist, they added the following Initial Transaction fee 1,095.00 Preparation Fee 1,095.00 Certification 2,600.00 (Certified protection from Mercedes Benz for 10 years and 100,000 miles( I called Mercedes Benz they confirmed there is no such Certificate of protection issued by Mercedes Benz, this is all scam. During our visit to their office, there was a big fight with other customer, very loud threatening to each other for cheating business. This dealer is not reliable, their goal was to bring the customer to their dealership and ripoff the way they wanted to deal.

Not willing to answer many questions and didn’t seem to want to be bothered with anything. Extremely unpleasant shopping experience. The car I was looking at was filthy and had an empty coffee cup in it and shopping bags from employees using it. Did not prepare for my visit at all. Just want to get you in and out.

Very confusing staff. Was contacted by three of their staff, all promising excellent service, but when you have a simple question, only the manager, who appears to be overwhelmed and disorganized, can deal directly with you. He ended up quoting a seat of the pants estimate of a trade in that was $6,000 less than any professional guide.

They told me that I could see a S70D Tesla for $45,995. When I went there with about 1.5 hours driving, they showed different Teslas and more expensive. I believe I was told that the interest rate would be about 3.3% but the sales person told me that the average could be 5%. I thought I wasted my time going all the way there.

Nothing but lies- horrible experience. The prices appear attractive but lie about the hidden fees. Plus the cars are not well maintained and will ran over you if you don’t make a search on the car that you are buying. Will NOT recommend this dealer.

Very bad experience. I called in before getting there and they said they ll have the car I was looking for and a lot of other options as well but when I got there, car rest aside, they didnt even have a salesperson to deal with me. Waited for an hour and then they had to close the store. So Basically, I drove 30 mins to the store for nothing.

They all want to sell another car than the one I inquired about which is very frustrating. Their main goal seems to have people come to the dealership so they can attempt to sell a different product than the one that was advertised.

I've contacted Mo and Angelo over the phone, text messages and email multiple times to buy an S550 from them. I got through all the details until the day I supposed to transfer the money to them (I live in AZ). When they issued the payment slip, I was surprised with an extra $2500 above the car price ($1000 car preparation, $1000 reconditioning the vehicle, and $500 dealer fees). In addition to that, one day later, I found out that they switched the car photos to another car while the VIN number still the same (I know that for a fact because the car I was about to buy had 360 cam and heads up display, while the newer photos didn't have the 360 cam. Also, the wood finish is the lighter version, not the dark one I like). This dealer always responds back saying that I might have dealt with another Auto Expo since there 3 within 50 miles, but I know who I contacted and which dealer it's. Avoid at all costs!!

Called them on Friday to make sure they had the car. They said it was still available, I was coming from Boston so I wanted to make sure the car would still be there. I told them I would put a deposit down but they did not want one. They called me back on saturday to confirm my appointment on Sunday. When I got there on Sunday, they told me the car was sold Friday night and the systems did not update. I would not be angry if this was 2012 and fiber optic networks and LTE services were not available, but this is 2018. NO SERVER should take 3 days to update. Dealership pulled a BAIT and SWITCH.. Avoid at all costs. They even tried to sell me an automatic when I was looking for a manual. Unethical dealership. MUST AVOID.

I contacted this dealer and made an appointment to do a test drive for 3:30pm today. I live in Jersey and drove 1 hour into NY to find out once I arrived this BMW was in the process of being sold. Its very clear they do not communicate with each other and its not a huge place to have to even have this issue happen. First of all the girl who I was in contact with should have reached out to me and notify me about this early morning or anyone for that matter. I literally appreciate the effort but wasting my time and drive just put a bad taste in my mouth. THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!!!

I had a very wonderful experience, purchasing my vehicle at auto expo. The employees really know what they are talking about and they were able to answer any question that I had about the vehicle. From my first phone call with David, to the moment I test drove the car, I felt like the the sales teams min objective was to make sure that I left the dealership with a smile on my face and with a car that I would love. Not jappy at all with there Business Ethics . Made an appointment to see them I let them know that I was coming from Jersey into queens they told me I could only do a Visit by appointment on a Sunday. So I made one. ,when I got there they weren't ready for our appointment Car was at another lot the manager told me je was short staf and could not go get the car. I spent about 4 hours in Commute for nothing good thing i made an appointment right.

Classic bait and switch. Discussed this 2013 e350 for two weeks. Filled out an application, scheduled test drive received confirmation call 2hrs prior to appointment, drove 1.5 hrs to the dealership, waited 45mins for someone to see me only to be told the car has been sold, but we have a 2014 for 10k more. This dealership sucks.

A terrible experience - bait and switch. I made the appointment to view a specific car i had seen on Car Gurus and when I got there (after a long drive) they told me it wasn't on the lot. Since I had made the appointment the day before it seemed reasonable. I was told it would take an hour and a half to pull the car and in the meantime would I like to try other cars. After stating my price they showed me cars about 3k over my price (letting me drive them before telling me the price). On finding out they were out of my price range I asked to see the cars within my range I had seen on CarGurus. I was told there were none on the lot that answered my criteria and asked what type of deal would get me into the car they showed me. When i said the deals were not what i was looking for the salesman got progressively sulky. Seeing he was frustrated I told him i would just wait for the car that I had come there for and he started to give me a range of stories about it. Maybe they were true but the stories seemed to shift from one thing to another. In the end after telling me they were bringing the car, he told me I could not try it, that they were not bringing it and they couldn't show it to me - pretty odd for a car advertised for sale online. The manager came to apologize the car was not for sale and as I was leaving it dawned on me that i had probably been kept there for the last hour so I could be sold a different car. Whether or not that was true, as I was waiting for my own car keys with my family I heard my sales guy complaining to his colleagues about me in terms that were less than pleasant. He obviously did not realise i hadnt left. He was not happy that i was not interested in the car he was determined to sell me. I went to the manager and pointed out that I had heard what he said and that my expectations for a car were based on the car advertised on their site but he sort of just ignored me since he was caught off guard. Since my kid was there i didnt make a big deal of what the salesman had said and just left. I came for a car that Cargurus said was a great deal and was shown cars that were not great deals - no need to insult me in front of my family because i walked away. I wasted 4 hours on a Sunday with my whole family and was insulted by the salesman - not the best experience. Very poor customer service

I've had a horrible experience with Auto Expo. I had an appointment set up to test drive a car that i had seen on the website. When I reached Auto Expo I was told that the car is not in the lot and i will have to come back the next day. First of all, If the car was not in the lot why wasn't I notified when my appointment was confirmed? Anyway, so I took the time out from my busy schedule to drive to Auto Expo the second day and as I was driving there I get a call from a sales rep named "Max" who said the car was still not in the lot. I was only 5 minutes away from the place. This place is ridiculous. Stay away!

Auto Expo is the BIGGEST SCAM that I have ever seen!! Please tell everyone to stay far away from this car dealer. Angella advertise discounted prices on True Car, but when you bring in the print out everyone act like they don't know what you are talking about. You would think that they would go and find Angella to find out about the advertised discount, but I don't think that she exists. I went in to purchase a 2013 Mercedes Benz GL450. Their car salesman Angelo tries to play innocent, but his job is to set customers up to meet with their finance Ronny, who is very dishonest. From the moment I set down Ronny started lying. I was pre-approved through my credit union and Ronny, who is very dishonest, told me that I was not allowed to finance through anyone accept his finance company. In addition, he told me that I had to pay him a 2,500 commission fee. I guess he thought that I was uneducated and was going to fall for that SCAM! When I told Ronny, who is very dishonest, that I was not obligated to finance through him he tried to convince me that my credit union was lying to me and did not do a credit check. Again I told Ronny, who is very dishonest, that I was not using his financing and that I was going through my credit union. Ronny, who is very dishonest, became irritated, but realized that I was firm in my decision. I also informed Ronny, who is very dishonest, that he could go and Screw himself if he thought that I was going to pay him a commission fee of any amount. My credit union asked Ronny, who is very dishonest, send them the purchase order after I signed it. Ronny, who is very dishonest, gave me the purchase order and increased the amount of the vehicle by excluding my down payment and lumping the extended warranty, taxes, his bogus commission and bogus administration fees all on one line which brought a 39k vehicle to nearly $46k which would have made the vehicle worthless being that the kbb value was between 36k-41k. I declined to sign the purchase order, but wanted to start a paper trail so I asked Ronny, who is very dishonest, to submit that PO to my credit union. When my credit union saw what he did they called me immediately because they could not believe what Ronny, who is very dishonest, tried to get away with. My credit union and I told Ronny, who is very dishonest, to itemize the purchase order. Ronny, who is very dishonest, pretended like he didn't know what we were talking about so I walked away. Ronny, who is very dishonest, then itemized the purchase order after I left and sent it to my credit union. Again, the numbers were inflated. In addition, my credit union asked for a copy of the title front/back. I am not sure what Ronny, who is very dishonest, sent them, but something was off with the VIN number. My credit union requested a corrected copy of the title, but Ronny, who is very dishonest, never provided them with another copy. I informed Ronny, who is very dishonest, that the extended warranty that he was selling was JUNK coverage and that the companies that he was using either didn't exist, recently shut down, did not have a rating with the BBB and/or had a lot of complaints. Therefore, I decided to opt out of the extended JUNK warranty. I told Ronny, dishonest, that I would sign a purchase order that only had the True Car price and taxes listed. He refused my request so I walked. If you are going to make a purchase from this dealership come with your own financing and extended warranty company. DO NOT sign anything that Auto Expo offers you that has to go through their company. If Ronny, who is very dishonest, is the person doing your financing request to work with someone else, or run away fast. This place is full of con artist and if you are lacking knowledge and go there unprepared they will ruin your credit and have you in debt to them for the rest of your life!!! ZERO STARS!!!! I am sure that Auto Expo will follow this comment up with a bunch of manufactured 5 star comments, and/or a self serving victim statement, but DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!

I went to Auto Expo spoke to Diana gave her my budget and what i needed to make a deal. Diana and Ronny both did everything they could to make the deal happen which made me extremely happy! It took long the day I went but it was all worth it. I took my dad so they can do the same for him.

I was made to wait nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time then was never able to test drive the vehicle without talking numbers. Lastly, I was given an insulting offer for my trade in. Very unprofessional and they will not get my business.

Terrible service! Sales person I had (Mo) was very unprofessional, rude, arrogant and lacks basic customer service skills. Very disrespectful! He had absolutely no knowledge about the car he was selling. The only answers I received when I asked questions about the car were “I don’t know” and “google it”. I liked the car though despite minor body scratches and dents and price was good but I had worst experience ever with him! Will never go back! I would not recommend to anyone!!

HORRIFIC! got there and the car was dirty, scratched and not detailed at all. They knew very little about the car as well. There was a salesperson arguing with a customer inside the "showroom" which turned me off as well. Run don't walk from this dealership!

I went to the Dealer and tried to look at a 2012 SLK 350, the price was good, but when I sat in the car it was dirty, it was sitting on display in the showroom and was not cleaned, and it was not ready to be used. Also when I went to check to make sure everything worked (roof, etc) the battery was dead. It took them a little while to get the car out of the showroom. Was not one of my better car shopping experiences.
