Dealer is a scam. Started the deal on a vehicle, and when I proceeded to ask questions about the carfax and service records, they somehow realized that the vehicle had title issues and could not be sold at the current time. So I asked, you are taking it down off your website? They responded yes. Within hours the car was back on their website along with all the major car selling sights. They are just looking for a sucker who isn’t willing to do their due diligence. BUYER BEWARE. Update: after I left a review, I was contacted with a thorough ( not sure if it was true ) explanation of everything that happened. And I was asked to retract my review. Well I appreciate the call, but that call should have been made when the screw up happened. So the fact that the only thing that motivated them was my negative review, I think I’ll leave it so others can see. Thanks

They called and were very friendly actually two different salesman called at different times and they're very helpful they wanted to give me a test drive for the car I wanted and it was much appreciated

I asked a a question, but instead of answer I was asked to provide my contact information. I asked Daniel which info to provide, he did not respond. Send another email with my original question, but once again Daniel ignored my email. Piss poor communication.

On Cargurus.com where you found that Porsche Cayenne Turbo S. It is listed $7,234.00 below market value. I just discounted it from $52,999 to $49,999 so that is a savings of $9,234.00.  My apologies if you didn’t feel like you didn’t get the service you wanted. absolutely horrible.. they asked me to head on down and check out the truck and it was not there.. in fact it had been sold and they treid to sell me another.. I was so disappointed I am a night RN and my time is valuable to me..obviously they felt it was a joke to have me drive across town for a vehicle that did not exist.. I simply left. I would never do business with Auto Depot..vey dishonest

Got a generic email, it took about 1 day. Decided to drive to the dealer being local and all. It was worth the drive... we bought a different vehicle and it felt like we got a good deal. Very patient, friendly, knew their stuff and Sam did all he could to sell us the car we want it. They have a warranty on your purchase which makes you feel valued and protected customer. Will recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks again for the experience.

The car had significant body damage that the disclosed last minute as I was traveling to see the car AND it had trash and cigarette butts in the ashtray dispute sitting on their lot for a couple weeks. Very disappointing.

My name is Ruben I called Auto Depot and was very satisfied with the quality of service I got over the phone with John. I ended up driving 3 hours, found the truck I was looking for that needed a few repairs. I was very pleased and impressed how Auto Depot discounted the price of the truck and paid for all the repairs. I received nothing but quality, professional service from John, Bashar and Rush. I want to especially thank Rush for all his hard work and dedication so much time in keeping me informed on the status of the truck. I definetly recommend this dealer.

This dealer was very responsive and got back to me within minutes of my contacting them through Carguru. We were traveling to the dealership from out of town, and Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were able to see the car. We found there was a small repair needed, and he made sure some of their mechanics took care of it right away for us event though that meant they had to stay several hours after their usual quit time on a holiday weekend. We really appreciated the level of service and attention, and are very satisfied with the 2010 Ford Expedition we got for well under blue book value. They can do loans through credit unions, so the financing went smoothly for us especially since we were pre-approved. I would deal with them again.
