The Worst Vehicle Purchase Ever!!! Warning do not purchase a car from this dealership. Purchased a 2020 Range Rover and soon as I drove it off the lot nothing but problems and the called themselves fixing it … hahaha. The joke is on me 8 months later and 20 k at the dealership the car is finally fixed properly the mechanic shop they have and the shop manager are incompetent they don’t have a clue about fixing anything in my opinion and if they want receipts I have them too…….. just because the cars look good on there lot don’t trust them .

deposted and take a few days for the car to fix before they sale and did not called me back anyway it took too
long and I decided not to buy this Masarati because to much problem and the insurance too high and my
deposited have not refund or return to my credit card by promise they just keep silence .. if you want to buy
any car by this dealer be careful and think twice ok ..

Fast and easy service!
Very disappointed in the follow-through
from this dealership.
I spent a significant amount of money
purchasing a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, and
unfortunately, the experience has been
extremely underwhelming.
There were several issues throughout the
process—missed callbacks, delays with
paperwork and delivery—but what really
stood out as unacceptable was the broken
promise regarding the vehicle’s condition
upon arrival. I was assured the vehicle
would be delivered fully fueled and
professionally cleaned. Neither of those
things happened.
When I reached out, they apologized and
promised to send $100 to cover the gas.
That also never happened. And now, post-
sale, they no longer respond to my
messages.
This level of dishonesty and lack of
professionalism is not what I expected,
especially from a dealership representing a
luxury brand. Very unfortunate experience.

David was professional, answered all my questions and made me feel like a welcome customer
Joe from Auto Collection Murfreesboro contacted me within 5 minutes of my inquiry. I
told him that I would like to come by and look at the DB9. After checking to make sure
the car was there, we set up a time for me to come by. When I got there, Joe was ready
with the keys and we went out to look at the car. Joe suggested a test drive, so we took
a short drive. After getting back to the dealership, I realized that I had forgotten to drive
the car with the paddle shifters, so we went for another short drive. Joe was very friendly
and very helpful. He recommended a pre-purchase inspection if I thought this might be
the car for me. I have always wanted to own an Aston Martin, and I plan on buying one,
but I have just started looking. This one was the best one that I have seen so far, but my
real preference is for a V-8, not a V-12. My experience with Auto Collection Murfreesboro
could not have gone better.

Good experience! We purchased the car remotely. The title arrived by mail within 3 days of paying for the car. Car was received as described with no issues. They offer to help arrange shipping and communicate well. Our
salesman, Bob Wood, was very prompt, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely work with Bob again.

All my questions were answered promptly.
No communication between the company. Inquired and was in the process of setting up an appointment to look the vehicle over. Within 10 minutes received over 20 emails and phone calls from over 5 different people from their dealership. For me that is a red flag sign of desperation and I am no longer interested because of this. They have also raised the price of the vehicle by almost 10% since initial contact. News flash: They don't age like fine wine sitting on the lot. I choose to avoid this dealership.

The worst experience that I ever had with buying a car. It seems as though the dealer lied through the whole process. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I'm still waiting for paperwork that he promised. Will never purchase from them again.

I had a great experience with my vehicle purchase. The car was just as described. They responded very quickly and it did not take long to make the purchase.

Saw the Lexus and put deposit to hold. Filled out necessary documents and the car basically was mine which took maybe 15 minutes! A couple of problems occurred after closing papers but they were quick to correct with no additional cost to me. Helpful staff and great clean cars!

I asked about the Audi A6 and the salesman said that it was not on the lot. He said that
once he located it he would call me back. He never called me back. A few days later the
price of the car went from $7950 to $8950. I still haven't received a call from the dealership.
This is bad business and bad businessmen.

Wasn’t impressed. They deal with mostly without people from out of state and was told this directly by salesperson. I asked if they were willing to negotiate and they said no they priced cars to sell. Found car in better condition less miles lower price across town.

Best car buying experience i've ever had. Jerry picked us up from the airport and we had great conversation along. He was very responsive to
text messages as we are weighing our options whether this was the right car. Everyone in the dealership were very courteous and helpful.
They've gained a lifetime customer. The picture of the cars on the website does not do it justice. Seeing the actual condition of cars on their

I was very impressed and pleased with the customer service and salesmen but I was a little upset cause I want the car and they saying I need a co signer for a car that’s 14,000 dollars and I ne we had this problem in the pass cause I been in my job for 17 years and I make decent money and I know I can afford the car it’s just going threw the procedure of getting a co signer I don’t want to do wish I could get this car on my own like I have done with numerous cars in my pass didn’t need a co signer but it’s still great ppl there

Dealer contacted me after I commented about him not knowing the
difference between a short box and a long box pickup truck, said he
didn’t have any control on the ad, I said good bye. The dealer was not interested in correcting his false advertising just wanted to sell truck. If he lies about his ad
what else will he lie about. I hate liars almost as much as I hate thieves, in a way a liar is a thief because they are stealing your money by lying to you.

Good communication but they sold the car that we stayed in contact about after finding out I was truly interested and that hurt because I trusted them. I lived 4 hours and they knew that. I even took a day off to come only to find out they would not stay open a extra hour to accommodate my long drive. I was 3 hours into the drive when they call and told me they were closing. That sucks

Called dealership a week before coming to see the vehicle we were interested in. Gave them my name and number. They sold the vehicle the day we arrived, to someone else and never bothered to call me and let me know. They also knew I was coming from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Bad business ethics!

We suggested this with you and you declined. Since we are a used luxury car lot, we find leaving a deposit is best as we only have select models and hot items tend to leave fast. A week had past from your phone call and another customer had put a deposit on the vehicle. Best sight-unseen internet purchase and delivery. Gave me a good quote and very good custom video, showing chips and defects. As they told me, "Internet sales is more than 50% of our business. We have to be completely open about our cars we offer."
There will always be something unexpected when buying a car you can't sit in. Auto Collection did the best they could and that was very good. Only things I would have caught was an off smell in hot weather- probably spilt latte. (I have a really goo sniffer). It can be cleaned out. And it needs rear brakes soon. But, it is an awesome car and would buy another used high-end car from them again.
The delivery process was awesome. They use a service that manages it for you. At first, I wanted an enclosed service. When that was going to take too long, I switched to open carrier. They refunded the original quoted difference, even when the actual cost was probably greater. Kudos to Ryan.
The communication was great.

Overall it was a great experience. These guys are changing the car buying experience. Fred and Sean were really helpful for little things even after the sale which is not very typical of big car dealerships . And I have dealt with local MB, BMW and Range River dealerships in my local town .

I called on this vehicle to see if we could negotiate a little better price but seemed as though we couldn’t. About an hour later they texted me with a better deal. Did not buy the lexus but did purchase their 2015 Acura MDX. it was everything the salesperson told me it was, and it was an extremely clean car. Financing was amazing as well as the friendliness of the staff. Was apprehensive about not buying from a major sized dealer, but they put that concern to rest. I had a very pleasant experience st this dealership. I had to ride a Greyhound up from Nemphis and the dealer actually sent someone to pick me up after I arrived! The actual sale took only about 30 minutes, fast and efficient.

I contacted this dealer inquiring about their best price for a vehicle, and they held firm at the listed price. A few days later the price was reduced a little - this lead me to reach back out again to confirm their price and to inform them of my research seeing identically vehicles online for a lower price. This time they offered to reduced it by a hundred dollars or so - which was inadequate. All in all, there was no willingness to align with reality and offer a competitive price so I ceased contact. Since then I’ve seen the price reduce by another small amount.

I recently (Sep 2017) found a great deal on a car listed at Auto Collection
of Murfreesboro. I live in Colorado but the deal was so good and the car
was exactly what i was looking for (Jeep patriot, FWD, 5 speed manual
transmission with the upgraded engine) that I was willing to fly to just
about anywhere in the country if the price was right. So I worked with this
dealership over email first and they really helped by answering all my
questions and sending more pictures that I asked for. So I took a chance
and flew from CO to TN to make the purchase. When I got there to test
drive the car there was an issue (an engine light came on) and I
immediately thought I may have been getting into a scam and was very
stressed. I was working with Sean (salesperson) at the dealership and he
could NOT have done a better job dealing with the situation. Within
minutes he took the car into a nearby dealership, got the vehicle to be
seen (even though they were 2 weeks out booking appointments), and had
the item fixed as part of the car's warranty. He even loaned me a car so I
could go get something to eat while I waited. In the end I drove the car
back to Colorado and had no problems and really glad I worked with these
guys to buy this car. I also met one of the owners who was nicer and non-
pushy of a car dealership-owner/salesperson I have ever met. Again, Sean
was fantastic ... friendly, polite, dedicated ... best car buying experience I
have had in my life!!! Heather in finance (who worked to get me a ride
from the airport) was also friendly, efficient, and helpful. If they take care of
their other customers half as well as they did take care of me, then this will
probably be the best dealership you work with too!!

This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Hans and the team responded quickly, and went above and beyond to make my experience great. The vehicle we were inquiring about had spent some time in New York, so I had concerns about rust. Hans assured me that the truck was clean, he even put the truck on a lift and took about 15 pictures of the undercarriage and emailed them to me. That speaks volumes about the integrity of this dealership. He then worked with my loan officer over the phone to make the deal. My wife and I drove 3 and a half hours to view this truck, when we arrived it was detailed and ready for our test drive. We loved it and made the trip back home without a hiccup. Hans and the team even gave us two new sets of wireless headphones for our two boys. We will definitely contact them when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. Thanks

Test drove car and seem to be in good shape.
Looked at title and tax rate from last owner
was listed around 625.00. That shows last purchase was only 8000.00. Less then one year price was 16K. I decided to pull car fax to better understand history.
Pulled car fax.
3 owners / 5 auctions with dealers along with
right side and front end repair.
No interest in buying this car with such a poor track record.

Told clean Carfax over the phone. When we arrived to see the vehicle it was very apparent this SUV had body work...and poorly at most. A clean Title is not the same as clean Carfax.

I ended up buying the car I came to look at. I was extremely
excited to buy this car. I let them know I was coming that day to
buy it and they said it would be detailed and ready to go. The car
was dirty and I later have found the speaker in the front is blown.
Everyone was super nice just disappointed that I had to go have
it detailed and to later find the speaker issue.

Someone responded to my inquiry within minutes. Even though I knew going down there, the vehicle was already a good deal, they still came down in price a little more. I was pleased with their friendliness and expertise. They do seem to care about the vehicles they sell. So far, this one is doing great and we love it. As I told them when I was there, If I am treated fair and get a good deal, I will be a loyal customer and will most likely buy from them any future vehicles. I meant that!

total waste of time. i drove 175mi
one way to be lied to by the
owner. i told him over the phone i

happen and he tried to insult my
intelligence about taxes. when i

Dealer contacted me the same day I sent a request for info on the
car. Their website also had a multitude of pictures of the specific

ABSOLUTELY 100% HAPPY !!!!! That is what my experience was with Auto Collection of Murfreesboro!
I was looking for a 2nd generation Dodge Durango with 4 wheel drive and a V-8. Not only did Auto Collection of Murfreesboro have what I was after , they had an SLT that is practicaly loaded with heated leather seats, premium sound system, DVD player, Alarm, remote entry, Navigation system, Tow/Haul package, Trailer hitch, front and rear climate control and a bunch of other stuff that I didn't expect. The price was AMAZINGLY low! I checked the car fax and it was completely clean, 100% clean title, the interior looks new! The ONLY problem I found was a very minor one. The CD player wouldn't work. I contacted them and they said to bring it in. The mechanic looked at it and couldn't fix it. So what did the dealer do? THEY REPLACED IT WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL RADIO offered for the Dodge Durango! AM/FM CD, 6 CD canger and AUXILIARY JACK! So now I can use my MP3 player too! And it all works! They did this with NO hesitation! The vehicle was bought as is, they had NO obligation to fix anything but they went above and beyond to make me happy! They gave me a GREAT price for my trade in! A lot more than I planned on. They are an amazing dealership and I have already told eveyone who will listen my experience with them.

It took us four days to get him to answer the phone since he didn't speak much of English and we couldn't sell a 2013 Ford Mustang convertible with 40k for $15000 out the door. the car was not in his budget. we offred it to him at $18250 so not sure how we can be at fault when he was not a serious buyer . good luck with your future purchase. we also send him numerous emails since he couldn't speak a whole lot of English. we are very fast at responding to our customers.

we are very sorry to hear about your experience and we never would intentionally sell anyone a used vehicle with problems. we do inspect our vehicles and some have higher miles and in most cases, we do recommend extended warranties . but you refused to buy the extended warranty if you remember. secondly, after requesting to repurchase the truck after 60 days of driving it, we offered to repair the vehicle at our cost and split the cost of repair which was fair but your also refused to do so. not sure how far we can go to make a customer pleased but we did go very far. the engine light came on
