I inquired multiple times for the out the door price and they just kept putting me off and trying to get me to come into the dealer. Also advised that foe the out the door price I needed to run a finance check. I had advised I was pre approved many times.

We did not purchase this car but they were super helpful in getting us the right one.
We looked at buying a Ford Expedition Max from them. When I questioned something on the carfax report that I thought may have not been fixed but may have just had codes wiped, they assured me they were an honest dealership. I still asked them to take it to the local Ford dealer to have it inspected. I paid them $50 to do so. After paying Ford $265 for their inspection, they said the car had a MAJOR oil leak that would have to be fixed and needed 3 tires. The leak was apparently very obvious, so L&M motors should have seen this. We were told that the repairs/tires would be around $5K. We obviously passed on the vehicle and were very disappointed when a few days later, they reached back out asking if anyone had contacted us and wondered if we were interested in that vehicle (like nothing had ever happened). So they clearly did not fix the oil leak before trying to sell it again. During all of this, my husband would try to call and would be ignored, but then would immediately answer me.

I was asking them a very simple question: " Cash price, out the door as I am not financing?" The Answer ... a big run around without any answer. Clearly not the place to do business with. That's obviously because they have fees, over fees and then more fees $. Had to take my business somewhere else.

I have been given regular updates on the availability of this vehicle, however, from what I have been told the vehicle is " in their repair shop" for maintenance before being put out for sale. It's been over a week. What is wrong with this vehicle. I've asked the question but get no information. I only get requests to check out their other inventory. I don't want any other make or model. That's why I'm shopping on line nationwide. Not sure what their game is.

I wouldn’t purchase a car here again, the whole ordeal to get this vehicle was overwhelming to say the least. Customer service is 10/10. I worked with Julia and Joel, they did the best they could for me. However, I had to drive to Jacksonville twice to get the deal settled. Lots of waiting (7 hours on the first day, 2 and a half on the second day.) The dealer mark up is also something to be aware of, I initially walked in seeing the price at $13,545 but I walked out paying $18,307. You’re welcome to take the risk of dealing with Auto Boutique, but due to the hassle and driving back and forth, I would not recommend them as a company. As people, at least the ones I worked with, they were kind and welcoming.

I did not buy the car for reasons other than dealership woes! They were very pleasantly to work with and I would have purchased from them if I could have.
I came in looked for the vehicle I wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all. I discussed my
needs and Alex took care of that. My experience was very positive and the process did
not take long at all. As far as car buying goes, it was as enjoyable as it can be. Thank
you Alex for the help in getting me into my new Mazda CX-5!

Buyer Beware!! This is one of those dealerships that’s baits you with the asking price and then hits you these additional fees you never asked for, like $800 for “paint” and lojack. They also charge more than most larger dealerships for their dealership fees, electronic filing fees, etc so there’s truly no advantage getting a car there unless you just want to pay more. The second I brought up the fees to them they stopped responding to me and the car I inquired about has been sitting on their lot for 6+ months now, go figure
Total RIP off. They wanted to impose 5K in fees and could not even explain the reason for some of them ... Like "Paint $499" and all the other non sense. Nothing is disclosed in the listing, they
want you to take a flight and go in person in order to get the out of the door price. Really? No thanks, I will give my money to other business that deserve my hard earned money.

Respond in timely manner
The truck I looked at was really dirty, smelled like smoke, and hadn't been cleaned inside or out. The 'sales woman'
didn't even do the test drive with me. She had no experience with the vehicle I wanted to look at. She told me
nothing about the vehicle except what the ad said. They advertised it as having two owners, but the carfax said 3. It
was a very bad experience. I'm giving it two stars because the manager called me and listened to my feedback.
Place is run like a mill. About 100 customers in the building moved to different stations to process. No one at stations were decision makers. When we finally met the decision maker, amongst the first word out of her mouth were "our prices are not negotiable ". They were high on KBB value and did not deduct from the KBB value due to a junk title. Ended up walking out and bought a car somewhere else. A couple days later they texted and asked if I was still interested...ridiculous. Car has also been sitting in the lot for 7 months...

away, just wanted to see if we were close in price before driving there. She kept calling me saying the vehicle
was still available and wanted to know when I was coming to test drive. Completely ignoring the conversation
we previously had!

I bought the van and am very happy with the deal.
I had requested to buy a 2023 Chevy custom listed for $29,600. I offered to pay cash and get it. They said I needed to be a first responder, trade in, and finance with them. I said sure I’m all 3 of these. They then proceeded to tell me it would be $43,000 out of the door. They said the bed liner window tint and wheel locks are $3500, and there is no way to remove this. I realize that no formal education is needed to be a car salesman, but $30,000 and 3,500 isn’t 43,000. And even if you add 10% sales tax that’s $3,000 so at best you’re at $36,000 out of the door, they were stumped and couldn’t make the numbers add up to me. They are going to scam you and lie to you. Do not do business here at all. Please look elsewhere, You will find a honest and reputable dealership.

Come to find both of these
companies say this cannot be a

if we disclosed this before hand it
would scare people offâ They also
say these are âincluded in the priceâ
but they are only included in the
price after financing, not the sticker
price. So the price you see on the
sticker will increase significantly. I
was showed a carfax briefly that
said minor damage & restored to
factory. When I found my folder with
financing information the carfax was
not included in my paperwork. The
car did not make it home from the
lot without discovering major
damage, that rendered it unsafe to
drive. I would not work with this
company again.

Very disappointing. Saw vehicle listed fr sale. Find out not on lot yet, in transport. Ok. A week later pics finally added, so it's there right? Three days later Raychelle finally texted and said it arrived. I said great. I want it. Do to being 4 hours away, do it all online n over phone. Went and deposited money needed and waited to hear from her n the team she said would be calling to help with my purchase. They didn't call. In the meanwhile, I looked at the car again, they raised the price. Gave them a little more time, til morning. They sold it to someone else. All she could say "I told you our cars sell fast". Wait.. you told me we would complete this the next day. Not cool! A waste of my time and I let other cars slip away because I was buying this one. Don't trust them.
I contacted the dealer for a buyers order and I was told I'd get one emailed to me asap. Two days later I called again, and I was told that they didn't want to send the buyers order because they don't have an exact amount on my trade. I received texts later saying how my bank is partnered with them and that I needed to sign paperwork to see a buyers order. So at first they could send it, now I need to sign and commit to it to see it. I offered sending the buyers order without my car as a trade if that's a limitation, and they responded with "Check our website for prices."

What sort of place makes you sit in a waiting room. Most places salespeople are in the lot hawking you, I didn’t have time to make an appointment or wait. It’s not like we were looking for a Ferrari it was a freaking Jeep!!! I won’t come back to this place!

After multiple emails from different people at the dealership, I had to ask my question again, because nobody answered it. This dealership constantly posts ads that say their vehicles haven’t had accidents, when in fact they have had accidents.
Financing through dealership was a bit tough and go. They quoted a rate of 6.2% but when I refused the warranty they raised the rate to 7.4%. this was a problem for me but I bought anyway. Also they added a 1,200, paint protection that I didn't want or need but they said that's how dealer makes their money and I had no choice but to finance it as it was already on the car. I really like the car but I felt like I was being fleeced. Getting the control arm fixed was a headache to say the least. The service mgr, Sam didn't remember our appointment and seemed very shady, but ultimately it was done a week later. The oil was old in the car, the tires are nearly bald, and the windshield washer fluid was empty. I'm used to a much better dealer experience but that's in PA, where I grew up. I guess they just treat people any kind of way down here in FL. They didn't even fill the gas tank. Other than that, I really like the car.
Horrible experience waiting and waiting driving over 2 hours to get there to test drive a car that I made appointment for 5 day earlier they text me day of to confirm appt then get I’m asked for my driver license insurance information and ask to wait more time for after all my waiting car is not ready can not be driven but let’s make a deal we can ship it to you once it’s fixed again horrible buying experience

Tried to put a bogus paint charge of $1200 on the sales order which if I had not questioned would
have been a huge loss to me as the buyer. I detest they prepare the car for sale, normal function
to make care presentable, then make you pay for the Dealer Prep. Next time if I buy and they do
not take that off I will walk away from the deal. i paid cash 23K for the car so I wanted the best
value for my money.

Absolutely awful expirience. Its a wholesale dealer so the tack on a bunch of ridiculous fees and extra charges that amount to nothing helpful. If you are financing through a bank and not through them they will make the experience grueling. They only accept cashier's checks in physical form so your bank can't send them a proof. Vehicles are not labeled correctly. So if you go this route make sure you check the car thoroughly before you buy if you have to get the car here. When I finally jumped through the hoops to get the car they were extremely rude and not transparent at all with the process.
I'll spare the details of what I had to go through with these hucksters, but under absolutely no circumstance should you buy from here. It's a scam and they aren't very good liars at that
Absolutely the worst business. SHAM! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!! I had a prequalified letter & requested to set up a test drive. They were VERY responsive when you first inquire about a Vehicle, however that changes if you ask ANY questions or request information. They pulled my credit without signing anything or agreeing to allow them which put an inquiry on my credit now that should’ve been avoided since I was prequalified previously WITH THE EXACT SAME LENDER they wanted to use… SUPER Shady. Seems they always were hiding something. If ERNEST responds to you, RUN!!! Gives the name to a dirty Car salesman.. even after pulling my credit without consent calls me to say I was approved for only $800 down. Little did he know I wanted to put $5,000 down. Look at their fee cost as well. It’s beyond ridiculous high. I requested to have “my approval letter” from Ernest & refused to send to me!! Then said the Vehicle Was sold so it’s not valid anymore. After calling/text over a week! SCAM

The car that was advertised wasn’t the one they had. Had to wait for the car to process before I could make an appointment to see it. Drove over an hour to the appointment which was the first appointment of the day and while in the parking lot got a call and was told that the car sold the night before. Was told that I was welcome to look around at cars that they had. A call the night before the appointment would have been nice since I waited several days for them to get it ready.

A rep contacted me, had me text over my vin, drivers license, miles ect and that he would call me back, never heard back from him, so a week later I call to see what’s going on and was shocked to hear they don’t even know what I’m talking about because the person “forgot” to save my file or whatever the excuse was. I had a trade in and 7k cash, but will be going to another dealer this weekend. Thank you auto boutique for completely wasting my time!

Salesperson I booked my appointment with did not even take the time to inspect the car himself before my arrival hours later. I had to show him pics of the balded/cut tires, broken/rusted 3rd row seat lever and filthy smell of the car. They could've at least detail the inside.They're all about their $, vice customer service etiquette. They won't ever get a sale from me.

We had a very good experience with this dealer. The salesman, Zack, was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us to secure this deal. We would definitely return in the future for our automobile needs. Their pricing is extremely competitive and they offer high end cars that we are interested in. We will call them the next time when we are ready for them to find a particular car to meet our needs. They advised us that they would do all the searching for us and make the car purchase easier. I would recommend them to any car buyer. They sell 500 cars/month so they must be doing something right!

Everyone was helpful during the process of buying and during the finance process they charged us 299 dollars for something called Zurich upgrade , no one could tell us what that was and they wouldn't take it off the price but all they could say is was completed no paperwork of warranty

Response was prompt and they quickly sent me several offers of vehicles just like I wanted and in my price range. They make buying easy by setting up financing online with you before you even get to the lot! Great business!!!
I worked with James at this location and he was very attentive and accommodating with helping me to purchase my dream car. Although there were some hurdles to overcome, James was very patient and persistent with helping me buy the car. It’s hard finding a genuine car sales man that is not entirely consumed with making money off a sale, and James proved to be one of those genuine salesman!
Absolutely awful and disgusting dealer. Total scam and con artists. Every vehicle is mis labeled and mis leading. They advertise Ford Lariat that are really XLT. Ram Laramie that are big horns. They list all available features and the vehicle has few. Total scam. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I asked about a car, they said they would tell me when it was ready to sell. Two days later when I text them to ask them about the car they said it had been sold. No communication and no regard for the customer
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was lured there under the pretense that they would set me up with a car for $500 down. I went there three or four times, test drove one garbage Focus hatchback that looked like it had been beat to hell. I asked for a different car the next day and they brought me the same raggedy beater.
When I finally found a car that was driveable but had black oil in it, they hit me with the $2500 down payment for that nonsense. I won’t recommend this place to even my worse enemy

Not a good experience for me. The car that I wanted was sold on my drive to the dealership, I constantly expressed my interest in the vehicle. I never received any follow up or assistance from the salesperson for other vehicles of interest.
I asked this dealer to check underneath the FJ Cruiser and check for RUST Florida cars are known to have RUST management I contacted never did the check RUST in Florida is deadly to cars this dealership did have a saleswoman response but never told her about the RUST issues beware of this dealership sale anything for a buck

The prices are great--but that's because ALL the vehicles I was considering had been wrecked. Some of the damage was considered 'minor' but some of the damage was considered 'moderate' and the Carfax report suggested a collision specialist look at the vehicles to make sure they were roadworks. Thats too big of a risk for me. If Auto Boutique HAD a collision specialist on site to verify the vehicles, that would be a big advantage. I would have purchased a vehicle from them.

They were great until I brought the car and I sent the paperwork back. After that didnt hear anything from them. The finance department was closed over the weekend and I understand this. So I called on Monday all day to see if they received my paperwork and to see when I would receive the car because it was to be shipped. Not one single return call or text after calling.and leaving messages all day. It's the following day and still nothing. Just terrible!

Found a car I liked, brought it up front to test drive with an almost flat tire according to dash tire light sensor, asked to get filled for test drive....20 minutes later, I just left...would not recommend at all.. very unhappy.
They listed this truck on website and I went there to see it, but it was NOT THERE. The next day they responded to my CarGurus inquiry via text message and when I replied they told me the truck was there. Before I got there they texted that the truck was GONE. 2 days later the truck is STILL on their website!!

days trying to get the out the door price then only to be told the car was sold, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, period!!
They felt unwelcoming like I was bothering them by being there. When I brought the van back from the test drive and told them it was shaking when going from a stop they said “oh well we’ll have someone look at it” didn’t offer any other vans or try to help me further after that. Will not buy from this dealership.
I was contacted only to acknowledge my expressed interest. I have been trying to buy a vehicle that I was interested in. I gave them all the information needed to finance the car. I was pre-approved and I was never contacted by the finance department and given the final terms and walk out price. I have called sever times for the past three days with no results. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a car dealership.
George the sales person was very nice ! He helped me out with all my needs and questions. Andrew in the financial department also made the process painless and seamless. Alex delivered my car to me at the end . Although the vehicle had a couple of details that needed fixing / changing , George and the staff were all complacent and very helpful so they gladly accepted their responsibility to change theses parts for me by next week at no extra cost to me .
Triana ad the reception staff were very kind and attentive .

At first glance all seemed Great,flashy,cars,beautiful show room,lots of people willing to meet your every need.But buyer beware.....the first sign was they wouldn't take our draft from our credit union,but so willing to get us financing,.so we accepted their package deal knowing we were going to refinance, which we have.We have paid off our loan, but now trying to get our refund from our Gap,and Warranty's.This has beenan impossible task ,they will not answer our calls,or return any of our messages,not as willing to send our information to the DMV, on our second paper tag,We are now paying for 2 Gaps,2 vehicle Warranty'sThey owe Us 4,299 Buyer beware All that Sparkles does not shine,
I made a full price cash offer for the vehicle and asked for the FULL price , out the door , with all
taxes and fees , and I would drive from Daytona Beach to Jacksonville to pick it up. For TWO

I purchased this Nissan frontier on Friday 3/19/21.They sell as is. I told the salesman the tire pressure light tpm was on and something was wrong and that the floor Mats were dirty and laying in the back of the truck. He said he would air up the tires and take care of the floor mats. By Sunday the time light was still on and blinking which means faulty tpm. The passenger side floor mat was missing. And bluetooth went engage. Very unhappy.

There was not to be any damage & the vehicle app that was car gurus, Not the apps fault. To kick it all off , they were to test drive the vehicle & they had the check in hand. Would not buy toilet paper from this dealership.... O' yes , when they got there , the dealership or sales people had no ideal the the vehicle wasn't even on the lot. A big stinker !!!!!!!!!! building you up to thinking your going to get a great deal. In my case I wasted six hours at the facility and it was
a total waste of time, the show room is like going to the circus and I was burned out by the experience. I had a
True car quote and they would not honor it I was very disappointed in the entire experience.
The car is online with pricing available. I called into the dealership car isn't available. They don't even have the vehicle available yet. They are advertising it but its not there. Instead of 3,000 she said it would be about or almost 5,000 out the door after their fees at least 4,500 that's a 1,000 almost 2,000 dollars more then what its getting advertised for.

The windshield was cracked all the way across. I

Dealer was very responsive after initial contact. Someone called me the next day & answered all my questions about the car. Their text system needs a little work, as it seems there is a great delay. I actually drove 3 hours to test drive the car. I was assigned to salesperson Andi and she was great. I was informed that the car was gone to service, but she offered me other cars to test drive in the meantime. She was adamant about getting the car back to the lot since I had driven so far. While roaming the lot, I stumbled upon the car, let her know, and test drove it. Decided to move forward and was connected with Markus in finance who was also phenomenal. I ended up purchasing the car and driving it back home. Their process is a little different from your “regular dealers” but overall it was a good experience. I couldn’t have walked away with the quality of car (just a few minor things) for this price anywhere else. I’ll be a returning customer! Andi and Markus are amazing!!
The sales person was courteous and responsive, providing information promptly. However she did not provide any clarification about final pricing. I purchased the car with cash, but had to sit down with “credit manager” for the contract and payment. That’s when they push a ridiculous non-negotiable $699 paint and interior protection package that never came up before. That’s on top of their other sales fees. Beware, you’ll end up paying a lot more than the price they advertise.
The dealership in no way respects your time. They did not respect the appointment time set. After half an hour of waiting finally got to test drive the vehicle. I asked twice to ensure the vehicle was charged and it was not. Return back to the dealership, and 4 hours later they finally saw me. I had every intention of making this purchase but after all of those failures all I was offered was a pathetic shurg of shoulders and a hollow apology. Be reminded I started this all on line and this whole process should have been less than an hour 2 at the most. And after sitting in a showroom for 4 hours, the representative was ill-informed and/or ill-prepared. If you in fact don't mind wasting your day away perhaps the dealership could be seen as useful.

We got in touch with the salesman , Joe Weathersly who showed us a
different car than the one we originally were interested in. It turned out to be
a much better deal and that was the car we ultimately purchased. Joe was
very professional , not pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in our best
outcome. Would highly recommend.
Finance guy was named Vito who got the deal done in spite of some
obstacles. Was thorough and gave us some good input for future plans. Did
a very good job.

Run away. This place is shady, shady, shady. We put $500 down to buy this car. Had financing ready and basically we’re begging these people to buy this car. We drove 6 hours, only to find the car had damages. We waited TWO WEEKS for them to “fix” the damages only to be emailed by different people all telling different stories about why it wasn’t ready. The salesperson we worked with was fired and then all of our details were lost. No one answered the phone, and the people working there lack professionalism like I’ve never seen. Almost 3 weeks later, we still had no answers, no repairs made to the car, so we pulled out of the negotiation. We got our $500 back but this place is a joke. Check the better business bureau and read dozens of reviews of awful cars sold. The cars are cheap for a reason.

They acted like we were bothering them when we asked them to fix what was wrong. They proceeded to help other people that were behind us.

Unprofessional. Salespeople don't seem to care. Had to go to three different sales persons when I got to the dealer to test drive the vehicle to find out what was going on even

I used sale cars I have never heard electronic fillings. It takes 5 minutes to do paper work it. I don't live FL I just needed title and sales paper signed.

Yes I will called about a Mercedes E250 Diesel advertised for 19995 and wanted an out the door final amount to buy the car
and the sales manager proceeded to tell me of all kinds of add on costs that I stated I did not want and he said I had no choice!!!!
The total out the door was the purchase price plus almost 3000.00 of added costs and when I questioned him on all these extra charges
he became very rude!!! And these people sell cars are you kidding me never experienced anything like this guy in my 50 plus years of buying

Outstanding customer service! I had many request too include videos and additional photos. They gladly accommodated every request.
Typical used car dealership. Drove four hours to test drive the vehicle and asked them about the two warning lights on the dash, they said they'd check to see what they were able to do and get back to me...half an hour later I go back up to the desk and ask if they've found anything out yet, they say, "oh...it'll be a few days before we know anything." The price out of the door was $1,500 higher than the list price, for some reason this included almost $1,000 in dealership fees?! I would recommend using a third party mechanic to take a look at the vehicle before purchasing anything from here and pay close attention to the autocheck/carfax.

We are a dealer -- so there is a dealer fee of $687 on every car. Other than that, as far as the car itself, we do sell used vehicles and also recommend that our customers get a 3rd party inspection. We are a high volume dealer, so our cars sell quickly, and some of them have more wear and tear than others.

The Internet Manager was spot on, but when we drove to the viewing lot, Looked at 15 cars, Test Drove a
Mercedes Sedan, and then took the Car for a Firestone and Mercedes checkout, found that the car had over
$2800 needed in "Maintenance" type of items (Tires, Brakes, Past Due Servicing - From Actual Mercedes
previous owner records). When we requested the sales staff reduce the price to cover the "known" repairs, they
were not willing to accomodate our request. The above items were SAFETY related, and NOT fixing them or
selling them (Regardless of AS IS PIECE OF PAPER), means that THIS Dealer CANNOT be trusted and/or
SHOULD be AVOIDED at all cost. Also, WE WERE NOT encouraged by Firestone, Mercedes or Pep Boys to
TRUST the Car we were purchasing from Auto Boutique, due to their previous experiences with the CARS that
this Dealer was selling. They informed me that this dealer Purchases Auto Auction Cars, and they DO NOT do
much more than give them a bath!

Great dealer lots of cars for sale , many of the cars have been in accidents the repairs look good in the pictures. Prices are reasonable based on the previous accidents for the cars . Dealer fees are kind of pricey , though . Seem friendly when I contacted them.

I had spoken to the receptionist and explained that I lived several hours away and was interfered in a vehicle on their lot. She suggested I filled out the application online, which I immediately did. Hours passed and I heard nothing so I called back once again. They said they dealt with customers in store before online customers, fine. I waited until the end of the day before they closed and called once again, just to see if they had any issues with my online application or if I was even approved. They said they didn’t have a finance manger available to speak with and that they would call me the next day. I agreed. Then I got a call right back from someone who stated they were not a finance manager but were now able to go over my application with me. She went over the application with me and which I still had further questions that she was unable to answer so she said she would have them call me the following day, which they did not. Nor did they return my emails or calls.

I spent the last week working with the team at Autoboutique. At first I talked to several
people. No one was calling me back helping much at all. I decided to take last Friday off to
go purchase a car in Atlanta. Then I was contacted by Allie Pivo. She was friendly profession
and really helpful. I buy a lot of cars. We have six in our driveway now. Allie made this one of
the best buying experiences I have had. I will defiantly shop with Autoboutique again.
I would have given them a 5. They need to train all their staff to treat customers

It took a couple days ( (I called but guess they weren’t
open on Sun.) and then day to get an answer to my
email. They didn’t provide any answers to my
questions, si I had to email again only to be told they
didn’t have that info. (Exact Infinity color). So, finally
my husband called 5 days later and was told the sales
manager would call him back which he did.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t provide all the details and
said he would call back. That was early Fri. And it is
now Sun. We told them we wanted to test drive
yesterday and are ready to buy if we could get the
info. (Did it have the Steering package) . Clearly, they
are not equipped for good customer service.

Communication: Bad, the car I went in for was in the
shop for days so I never got to see it and then I got a call
during class that when it arrived they were signing papers
for someone else to buy it even though I went in and
called multiple times and said I wanted to purchase it
when it gets out of the shop
Listing accuracy: Because the car I wanted was in the
shop I test drove a different year same make and model
vehicle and the listing didnt describe the conditions of
the vehicle and the price went up a lot when I asked for
the finalized price.
On site experience: The car was not clean and ready for
my test drive, I also wasnt offered a ride to the mall
because my car wasnt at their "dealership" and was at
the regency mall so I had to walk over there to test drive
the car, I also wasnt even offered an umbrella when I
hesitated on leaving the store.
Customer service: I asked to test drive my second choice
and was denied and told well you dont want to buy it why
drive it.

very friendly people
I had a bad experience with them, that cause me money and they did not do anything to help. They told me they have the 2016 Hyundai tucson title in hand. I flight from Philadelphia to Jacksonville FLORIDA to pick up the car, wen I got there to pay for the car they told me they don't have the title yet. I was supposed to shipping that car the following week, and because of them I missed my shipping cutoff day which cause me money. If they had told me that they don't have the title In hand, I would not make booking. So overall I wasn't happy with they service
That answered the phone quickly and were very courteous. I will warn you though that they are a high volume dealer and as such they go through a large amount of inventory very quickly. I wanted to BUY a car from them that had not even arrived on their lot. I said please call me as soon as it arrives. Rather than getting a response that I was hoping for the response was, the car arrived yesterday and sold today..... If you want a great deal I'm sure these folks are great but I would highly recommend jumping on something and being in control of your sale and purchasing experience. You may very well be lost in the paperwork like I was.

I requested a car fax and they sent me a copy promptly.
Very relaxed atmosphere, no haggle customer service,
allow you to check out and test drive the car you're
interested in, they allow you time to think about your
decision. I would give them five stars, but financing
was a very long wait on the day I visited. Other wise
they were very friendly and I do recommend them for
auto purchases.

The car delivered was exactly as described. I have no problem with it as of yet. The downside is that it was like pulling teeth to get the salespeople to talk with me. I made multiple calls and never received a call back even though each time I was promised one. I don't know if they are understaffed or what the problem was. When I did talk with someone they were quite pleasant. Once the purchase process actually began, it went smoothly. Again, no complaints on the car.

Buying from Auto Boutique is simply the best decision we made. My son and I visited over 7 dealerships in Jacksonville and none compare to this place. Ali, Alex and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. You will not feel haggled here! The best part for us was that they let you test drive their cars ON YOUR OWN! Drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive the truck. First, it wasn’t on site. Have to drive to a mall parking lot to see it. Drove back to the lot to ask for a test drive. They told me they need it copy of my license and insurance. After that, drove back to the parking lot were a young guy have all the keys for the cars. He didn’t have the keys for the truck. I test dove two other trucks in the lot, but not the one I came to see. I ask for the keys at the office but they told me they didn’t knew were they were with the “oh well” attitude. I was there ready to buy. I guess they didn’t care.

We drove 2 hours one way to test drive this vehicle and they were “getting it ready” to put on the lot. We came home without seeing it and called back to see if it had been sold. The sales lady went over the car fax and assured me it was available for sale. We made a second trip 2 hours one way for a test drive on April 29th. We we didn’t see it on the lot and when we asked the sales team about our test drive, we were told a deposit was put down and it was “put back” until May 8th. Don’t waste your time going there. Not only is the sales team unaware of what is going on, the parking lot is so cluttered, you can hardly maneuver around. Save your time and the hassle of visiting a sub par dealership and visit a professional dealership.

Had a great experience buying a car here! I’d been searching for months and the first time I walked into this dealership the first car I drove on their lot was the one I ended up going home with. Alex and Eugene were not only helpful in getting me financed but they were also friendly and funny, making the experience that much easier. Thanks guys!

They responded, but really slowly and
didn’t answer my question.
I am giving this company a five because they have reached out to me on several different occasions and I have not been able to speak with anyone as of yet. So it’s definitely of no fault of theirs at all they do return calls, emails, as well as leave messages so the attempts are made on their behalf.

Very good experience, no issues, hopefully will look at a vehicle this weekend
Exchanged a couple emails with dealer and then placed application
online. Applied on a Saturday, called a couple days later to check on
status of application. Was told by receptionist that the finance and
sales were busy and that I would get a call back. No call back. Tried
later that week which gave a full week after application was placed
and received the same redundant rhetoric about people being busy
and I would get a call back.. Its been two weeks and still didnt get a
call back. I understand that people can be busy but if I go through the
process of getting my credit pulled that least I can expect is an adult
conversation of saying I've been denied. Every other dealer I've dealt
with at least has the decency to do this but obviously that's not a
priority here. Found another dealer in area to get approved
with..Thanks for the wasted credit inquiry

Best experience of the 6 dealers contacted: Salesman Ali showed me all the features of the 2016 Dodge Caravan including how to fold and unfold all 5 of the Stow and Go seats, before I took it for a test drive and inspection by Goodyear. Ali hooked us up with Martha, who found us the 1st Community Credit Union 60-month 3.24% Auto Loan, which was better than the 5 web responses received and my banks rate. The whole deal took 2 days from 1st test drive to trading my junk Bonneville, transferring tag, paying $5k down, financing less than $10k with payment under $200 monthly, to driving off the lot with all my requirements above met with balance of Dodge Basic and Powertrain Warranty.

My experience at this dealership was easy going. The price of the car was marked below market value. I was in disbelief that I did my own research on the vehicle and found no accident reported. I even brought my mechanic to test drive the car to assure everything is running properly. Once he confirmed that everything is working. I seal the deal. Although they do not negotiate, auto boutiques tells no lie about below market value. If you are unsure of your purchase do your research and you’ll see their deals are better than most dealership. Just make sure you do your homework before signing any documents

Spoke with the salesperson Friday morning and received a cash quote. All is well so far until I call at 3:15pm the same day(Friday) to make sure I had the bank put the right name on the cashier’s check. I get the voicemail so I leave a message for them to call me back ASAP because I was getting the check made out at the bank and was going to leave Georgia at 4pm to head to Jacksonville. No one called, luckily I had also spoken with another lot in Jacksonville for the same car. They pulled together an awesome deal in 15 minutes. So I went back to the bank and got a new check with the new dealership’s name and purchased the car that same day.

I ended up buying this vehicle but the contact I made did not go too well. The
person I spoke with was abrupt but honest and forthright. She made it clear
that there would be no negotiating on price (although they did come down
slightly when it was evident that I was going to walk away). Like most in this
business, honesty isn't the most important component. I found Ali to be
knowledgeable and cooperative. Overall, I was satisfied with the deal.

Never got past their initial canned greeting to come in for a test drive. they
advertise delivery available etc and I responded with a nice letter telling them
about living in GA and they being in FL and what could we do to work a deal
online or at a distance and even though they ready my email, they couldn't
be bothered with responding. I guess they have more customers than they
need?

excellent customer service. Still waiting on dealer
promise to fix middle upper trunk brake light
though. Hopefully they will go thru with what was
promised on the bill of sale. Had the car now for 3
days and still no updates on parts status.....

I drove 3 hours in the hopes of buying this car without having seen it.
The people were very friendly and laid back, not pushy at all and I could
tell that everyone really likes cars, they liked their job. The car however
was completely filthy. There was an empty plastic soda bottle under the
seat, change in the center armrest, stains everywhere, sand and dog fur
everywhere. It did not come with an owners manual, needs two tires,
has scratches and a few dings that were not advertised, and the sun
visor screws are loose. Overall this car really just needed to be cleaned.
It came with a cd in the radio and the previous owner’s address and
contacts was still programmed into the navigation. I did buy this car, I
do really love this car, and I enjoyed talking with the people that worked
there. The buying experience was a pleasure, I was however
disappointed in the car as it was just not show ready yet and they had it
for sale for over a week. I should note that they did offer to have it
cleaned before we left, but since we drove so far to get it we didn’t
have the time to wait.

The ladies in the office were very nice and welcoming. However the appraisal person wasn’t in and therefore I was only given a KBB estimate and it didn’t seem like there was any room to negotiate.

I like to by this car with there financing system even I told him I can pay half of the car price cash but the guy was not cooperative he don't even gave full information about what I ask about a car I think maybe they already sold out.

The owners are extreamly arrogant and rude & have no Insurance on their cars!! Future reference to anyone that wants to test drive, bring proof of insurance with you BC if you don't, you can't test drive their cars!! Fl is a "No Fault" state which they obviously have no concept of how that works here in our country ! I would never spend my $$$ there!

I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. We have insurance for every single vehicle that is on our lot, and yes we have a company policy if you want to test drive the vehicles that we sell by yourself, you have to show the proof of insurance and a driver's license. Also, there's an option to test drive the vehicle with a sales person which only requires a copy of a driver's license.

I was pleased with auto boutique. They are very professional and they have really good cars on their lot. Unfortunately, they aren't flexible with negotiating down their prices, but the prices are designed so that with tag title and fees you ride off the lot for lower than the car is worth. They got back to me right away, they are very responsive, they were not pushy sales people, they never tried to put me in a car that I did not want, and I was treated fairly. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

to see if he is willing to negotiate a cash deal and
