The Auto-Boutique was a great experience overall. The atmosphere was great, everyone was very friendly, and the financing process was very easy. They did try to sneak in several thousand dollars for their own “coverage” that you have to pay attention to and decline, but other than that, everything was great and I would for sure buy from here again. They were not only transparent with the car fax but gave plenty of time for us to review it and showed it to us several times to make sure we understood everything.

Great place but don’t use go auto insurance is recommended from the dealer. I don’t think they know by these people are going to provide you with liability policy.

Overall I had a good experience but had some minor issues. I went to the dealership with a preapproval offer and a trade in, already knowing the car I wanted and it still took me 3 hrs to leave. Most of that time was spent waiting for the sales manager and then finance manager. During the financing part, I felt pressured into taking the offered warranty which is really just a service contract. The finance manager stated my manufacturer warranties were about to expire and insisted I get this and wouldn’t let any of his family members leave without one. When I got home I saw that I still had several manufacturers’ warranty in effect. It felt pretty underhanded and raised my monthly payment by 40 dollars but I should’ve asked for more specifics rather than taking them at their word. Lastly, I was promised a charger for my EV as part of the sale and told I would be contacted abt it when it came in but I had to call twice to arrange to come get it.

The entire process felt rushed with some aspects. From the moment I made the inquiry about the vehicle online I got a text almost daily from the dealership. Once I got to the dealership it was a rushed process to get you in the car and to commit to buying. You could not negotiate the price of the vehicle and they tried to add in all kinds of extras which I made them remove. The trade in value of my vehicle was the lowest end of KBB despite it being worth more. I waited three hours at the dealership after the test drive to complete the purchase and in total was there four hours! I was supposed to get a gift card for just a test drive and when I mentioned it the salesman acted clueless even though I showed him a text message saying I was supposed to get one. Never got the card but days later got a text saying I could stop by and get it. I replied I lived two hours away and they could mail it but I got no response. The vehicle is nice thus far but the whole process was less than average.

It was not bad, but after I bought the car I just hear some sounds from the steering wheel and I called the dealer to assist, help me and make appointment, but they didn’t respond me yet. I have a warranty with them paying $200 every month. I hope they will get back to me and fix everything! Thank you.

I had four different sales people I communicated with through text and email. I didn’t know who I was supposed to talk to when I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. With having multiple people contact me about the test drive , I changed my mind about going up for a test drive.

Was called by an out of country CSR who didnt seem to know anything. Then made a trip in only to find out vehicle wasn't available for sale yet. Then called again and told there was an error because it didn't actually exist but car was listed as sold online. Thoroughly disgusted

They weren’t willing to try to deal at all on the vehicle, and they have a big sign about front that says they’ll beat any Carmax deal. This tells me they had some room to deal. Additionally, I callled and left 3 messages AND filled out a credit app for a vehicle, and nobody ever reached back out to me to try and finance a vehicle. My credit score is 801, so I know that wasn’t an issue. Overall, terrible service, and I wouldn’t send anyone to them when car shopping

They advised that they do NOT fix open recalls prior to selling the vehicles. I looked it up. It’s not a federal law but creates bad reputations. I basically asked if I could get a price reduction for the inconvenience and bad practice. I requested their best out the door price. They quit responding. They kept leaving a bad taste in my mouth all around.

The only reason they are not getting a 1 star is because I left my purse in the car I test drove and they secured it for me until I could get back there and get it. However, the rest of the process was not great. I submitted my credit app after he saw the pre and said he could get me financed. The next day I asked what was going on because if I was denied I was just going to buy a different car with cash. He said bear with me that he was working on it. So I waited. Next day now day 3 I said I assume I’m denied for sure now? Then I saw on my app that they had sold the car. He then calls and explains he didn’t even run my credit because he knew someone was coming in and buying the car I wanted. So why not tell me that 3 days ago? Not a good company to deal with.

Listed price was $18,600, which matched my online summary, but when financing, the price jumped to $21,000. I also got a mail from CarGurus saying if you don’t have insurance, no worries but at the dealer, they said you must have insurance even just to test drive, even if you’re a first-time buyer or not planning to buy that exact car. I didn’t even get to test drive myself someone from the dealer did it for me. Just a heads-up for first-time buyers!

This car sold before I could make it there. I then scheduled to see a Tahoe and drove an hour to see it and they sold that one between the time I scheduled to see it and when I got there. So I just turned around and went home.

I had a wonderful experience. Ty Biggs and Dameon Bell were amazing. Ty made us feel so comfortable while we waited and Dameon helped with buying our new car. The finance department was great as well. The vibe in the place is amazing. They also have a huge selection of vehicles. I will definitely be buying our cars at Auto Boutique from now on.

The experience was relatively pleasant with the exception of a couple of hiccups... The vehicle I inquired about as advertised on their website was available but was told it was in pre-inspection. I received a second phone call the following day updating me that the vehicle was still in pre-inspection and was there any other vehicle that I might be interested in. It's good that the dealership offers an inspection phase for its vehicles but they shouldn't be listed for sale until that phase is completed. I did find a different vehicle to buy. I wanted to make payment via my bank card but was told that there would be a 2.75% fee on every $1000 after the first $1000. That's crazy business! They did allow me to go back home and get my checkbook to write a personal check. Not sure if this disclaimer is available on their website but it would be helpful to know prior to visiting the dealership especially for those who are traveling from out of town.

Great experience with the salesman. Heard a noise coming from the front right wheel during test drive. They said they would fix it. They put brake pads and rotors on the back, but didn’t address the front. Took it to my mechanic and the struts are shot. There was something “sketchy” about the repair process and now I know!

Fee scam artists. They have some weird third party off shore service who answers their calls and will not give you straight answers on their fees. They are always pushing you to come in so then they can drop the fees on you that they won't share in advance.

This was literally the most poor excuse for an online auto dealer that we have ever dealt with. We have purchased 10 vehicles from Online auto dealers over the last several years, and it has always gone extremely smoothly. If I could give this a negative rating, I would do that. We called numerous times, and were forwarded to some foreign country to talk to people that could barely speak English we kept telling them we wanted to talk to someone from the Ohio dealership where the car was located, and they kept telling us they would let them know. Then they began texting us to ask us if we were still interested, and we told them we would like to speak to someone from the auto dealership. Once again, someone from a foreign country that could barely speak English called us, and they were literally impossible to understand. It seems like a scam. If this is an actual auto dealership, they need to have a much better business model.

I was contacted, promptly, by an Auto Boutique Sales Rep, and we discussed the deal agreement, that I was trying achieve, via a trade-in, and what the expectations were, on "both sides" of it, before I drove five hours, round trip, to test drive the QX70. I made an appointment, for the following Monday, and they held the vehicle for me, so it would be there, when we arrived. The QX70 "was as advertised", so we worked out a very-favorable deal, with my trade-in vehicle. I had to use a financing option, through Auto Boutique. I had pre-approval, from my credit union, but I would have had to "drive back", with the check, on the following day. I was able to easily refinance, with no early-payment penalties, through my credit union. All of the Auto Boutique representatives, were extremely pleasant, and easy to work with. The only reason, that my experience wasn't a five-star experience was, the time that the entire deal took, from start to finish; five hours, total.

This car has a broken moonroof and unreported damage. I contacted dealership asking if the moonroof was broken and after 4 email exchanges I still couldn’t get an answer. Several days later I drove across town to see/test drive it. They couldn’t find it. Eventually they did but I couldn’t test drive because… broken moonroof. Also front fender/ headlight / hood damage that wasn’t reported. The salesman gave me an “oh well” and went back in and helped another customer. Not even an attempt to show me comparable vehicles. Avoid this place.

I called to ask a few questions about car and the woman asked for my email address and phone number. I told her I didn't want to share it and hung up. Over the next 4 days they called me everyday asking when I was coming in and if I was still interested in the car. They must have gotten my number off their caller id. I told the Woman twice that I didn't want them calling anymore and she just kept calling anyway. I decided to go see the car in person since I couldn't get any answers out over the phone without a lot of hassles. The woman on the phone said it was in really good condition but the car was in really bad condition. Whoever owned it before had smoked in it in the there were cigarette Burns in the seat and it smelled badly. It was also very very low on gas and the low fuel Bell kept dinging

We had decided we were going to purchase a vehicle for 13,500 we were instructed to wait in the waiting area and a manager will be out to close the deal. After waiting for hours (2-3) in said waiting room we get back to the managers office and we see the price of the vehicle 15,333.33 mind you the vehicles listed price is 13,500.00. The manager starts breaking down the pricing of the vehicle and she says $550 for a “dealer fee” that “every car gets a paint sealer to protect the paint” we had 15k with us and she said there’s “nothing we can do”. We got up and walked out. 0/10 from this dealer. That $550 mark up should have been listed within the pricing of the vehicle and not a surprise at the start of purchasing it. And not to mention we didn’t request a “paint sealer” to be add to the vehicle! How can you charge for something I didn’t request.

Seriously poor communication. Contact seems to be made third party by a call center speaking very heavily in hard to understand accents. Asking irrelevant questions to qualify buyers and asking about vehicles to place buyers in is a waste of time because I wanted to purchase the vehicle and they couldn’t answer any questions making the online buying potential a complete loss

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience from start to finish. Bought the car on a friday with the plan to pick it up tuesday. Salesman was having it detailed, tires rotated, and window chip repaired. No one would return my calls tuesday morning. Finally just went to the dealership, salesman acted like he had no clue why I was there and service hadn’t touched the car. Manager came out and said he would get the car detailed and deliver it to my work that day. And that he would reimburse me to get the windshield repaired. Car was delivered with trash and crumbs still inside the car. Have never heard back from anyone regarding the windshield. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

1. Responded to me quickly 2. Listing accuracy was correct but did not give full detail about other concerns with the car. Sales guy later showed me more details about the accident this car was in. Had to take note myself that all 4 tires were different with moderately worn out tread on front left tire. Also the left mirror was distorted and drove me insane whenever I had to look at it. 3. Car was clean and ready to test drive 4. Sales guy was super nice and gave me more insight about some additional risks with this car. Helped me gain trust with him. However, the manager tried to tell me the distorted left mirror (only the left) is made that way. I can understand their decision to not do the replacement for me, but the manager did not even take a look before he told me that. Very upsetting. 5. Probably would not recommend to a friend. They didn’t want to budge on pricing despite all of the risks with the car (that were not initially clear through Cargurus.com)

My friends drove me all. The way over 100miles to dealership. Everything was OK until I met the financial manager. And they run my credit, and told me. The bank won't approve 8000 loan because they believe I can't pay. Which I was making a $10,000 down payment. I said cool I will increase to 15,000$ down payment. They still said no and I. Asked the financial department if they can. Use my details and use the company to. Help me., they still. Said no, since the bank has not approved they can't help. Meanwhile I had a pre approval from chase bank with a credit over 720. Smj

Trash, how can you call and make an appointment to see a car. I live an hour away, which I told the lady. She said yes it’s in our inventory. I get there and she took my license and insurance. She placed me at the salesman. He went to go get the car pulled up and to find out they sold the car to another dealership 7 minutes away. Horrible communication.

If I could give this place zero stars, I 1000% would. They will outright lie to your face about a car to make a sale. I brought someone who has worked on higher end cars his entire life to help identify problems (they were unaware of his expertise) and they lied about brake rotors needing replaced and other things. They also have no real idea about the cars they are selling. As I reluctantly agreed to pay a price for a vehicle, they made me wait over 3 hours to buy a car IN CASH. They don't treat you with respect and I would advise everyone to AVOID THIS DEALER!!! You're better off somewhere else.

If your looking for easy car buying experience this is not the place. The guy Jose that was the car dealer "I guess " didn't tell us nothing about the car didn't really care. Had us fill out paperwork walked away and had us sit there for 2 hrs never updated us on anything. The owner codons his employees not carrying.. when i wrote a review and let the owner aware of my concerns he did nothing but make excuses for everyone of my concerns. About me waiting 2 hours he said and I quote " we're not fast food!" My thinking is you're not building the car either. The fact that he did nothing but reflect everything back on me isn't what I want or deserve from my car dealership. I write reviews for one reason to inform others.I use reviews for almost everything I buy. I believe its only right to pay that forward. In todays world we have so many options.. we don't need to be treated like this rep. and owner treated me. Take a look at the bbb reviews on this place. Look how they always blame us

Used onlne website to purchase this car. Dealer contacted me and I requested it be delivered to me on a specific day and time. They asked if I wanted to come in for a test drive and I said no that I was familiar with the car. I heard nothing further over the weekend. I contacted them by phone Monday morning 6/12/23 asking if the car would be delivered that day as requested. I was told that the car was sold to another party. I would stay away from these crooks and don't use the online purchase option as it was a complete fail.

Messaged for e price and was told the vehicle did not have a price yet and would get back as soon as it went through inspection. Was emailed the vehicle did not pass inspection and would not be for sale at their location. Have been hounded by calls and emails the very minute I asked for a price. I had to go into the email and unsubcribe and block the various numbers because they wouldn't leave me alone.

Checked in 2 minutes past my appointment time, was told someone was coming to help us out, waited over an hour without being helped. Test drove this car and one other and we waited another 2 hours for them to test my trade in just for them to low ball me $4,000 under KBB saying that’s “all we can do” so ultimately waisted 4 hours of my day 3 of which were just sitting and waiting.

I think it was a well organized kind of dealership, I had been looking to get a challenger and just had found this one in particular, as I went over I had a good experience with Lewis, he was very helpful with any questions I had and was very easy to talk to, fun personality. I’d go look into their inventory they have some real great options

I reached out to the dealer about a Honda fit they had with incredibly low miles, but after reading the carfax report and discovering it had been in 2 accidents, I turned it down. The rep who reached out to me was so what helpful but didn't try to find me any other Honda fit, just recommended their website

Awful First they sold the car out from under me when I was applying for it, then they ran 10 hard inquiries on my credit on a car they didn't even check if I actually wanted AND after I asked them not to. Do not recommend.

Signed in at front desk, was told that someone would be right with us, sat in waiting area for an hour, one ever came to assist us, so we left. Next time we came to look at a car, they couldn’t get the car started at first, when they did, head lights not working, took for short drive, car was shaking, they said this car just came out of the shop, what did the shop do

I’ve never purchased a car by searching online before. I usually know what I want and just go to the local dealer that sells the make I want. Well times have changed and Rico at Auto Boutique made my search easy. What impressed me most was Rico’s professionalism and prompt reply to my questions. I did not end up purchasing a car from Rico but I would most definitely look at Auto Boutique again if I’m in need of another vehicle.

I don't understand why dealerships post available cars for sale, only for the buyers to find out it's not available. 2-3 weeks I received calls from dealership representative repeatedly saying the same thing "the car you inquired about is still in transition ' I was very patient at first but after the 2nd week of "still in transition " I lost interest. If nothing else...offer the interested buyer a potential:other" vehicle. You may be surprised and they buy it from you...

I made an appointment to test drive this 2014 Chevrolet Camaro and Missy was great! I didn't have to wait long to take it for a test drive and when I came back to the dealership, Missy was very helpful with the loan application. From the test drive to out the door was around 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Auto Boutique. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I would encourage everyone to be cautious of "too good to be true" prices. I'm not saying not to buy from this dealer, but I got some weird vibes from that place. The line for financing was enormous, and the pictures they take of the cars don't show flaws like paint chips or corrosion very well (which I only saw when I drove a few hours to visit in person). I read other reviews that also put me off, about people saying the financing end tried to tack on extra stuff. The staff is very nice, however. Just be careful. There's always a catch with prices that are far below market.

I first test drove an Acura 2022, but found that it was not the right fit for me. Matt helped me search thru their inventory until I found the car that was the perfect fit - 2021 Accord EX-L. I came back the next day an purchased it. Financing was quick and painless, thanks to Pavol. I would highly recommend Auto Boutique for anyone looking for a mildly used car.

This dealer has good prices but they obmit the accidents. Listed 2020 Lincoln for $26,000 and stated it had no accidents. I used my carfax account and seen the car had 2 bad accidents. One the airbags deployed.

I liked it, I would go back for my next purchase. The only thing I didn’t like was that you have to be approved for a loan to purchase the high end sports car you want to test drive. Other that I didn’t like the long wait times but I understand that they was working with the banks and trying to find a lower interest rate and payment plan for me.

The dealership provided generic answers, that were not helpful, and told me to hire a third party vendor for an inspection. I won't buy a car from this dealership today or in the future. I didnt care for the way they deal with people. You are set-up from the moment you walk in. Who asks for all your personal information and require you to sign documents before you even meet a salesperson or see a car. Very shady organization. Stay away from this place.

Auto Boutique was great with responding to my inquiry's on their vehicles and kept me updated. I am very hard to reach and didn't get back with them on certain vehicles and they still continued to help me by sending new listings of what I'm looking for as they came. I haven't found my deal yet but have great confidence it will be Auto Boutique when I do. Highly recommend them if you're in the market!

Dealer requested photos of my trade failed to get back with me promptly and the car got sold was not very happy. I did everything the dealer wanted and they did not get back with me I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I have worked in the auto industry before as a salesman and a finance manager and I never conducted business in this way. If I did I would’ve lost my job

Not a good experience. I’ve inquired about a few cars here in the past and they have always been waiting for servicing. They never seem to come out of serving. The price has always been cheaper then everyone else. I guess if it’s too good to be true, then you should believe that it’s too good to be true.

Roger, I am sure it sometimes seems that way, however it is not at all the case during most times we will have between 400 - 500 cars through service and ready to sell, we will have 300 - 400 vehicles going through service, we average 20 - 30 vehicles a day through service and we sell 15 - 20 per day retail and 10 - 15 per day wholesale to other dealers, carvana, smart auction and others. My experience with this dealer was great at first. Very responsive, and the drive to get someone to come in is a great aspect. But, my experience took a dive when it came to working out my trade in. They low balled me, significantly. They could not find anything wrong with my car. So they decided to tell me it pulled left. When in fact It does not. They then proceeded to tell me that my car was a base model that does not have any options. Which is not true, the base model of my car is an iSport, while my car is a sport. My car also has blind spot monitors, rear vehicle sensing, along with optional 16' aluminum wheels, not steel wheels which were standard. Also, the fact that I was pre-approved by Capital One. I was only interested in running a credit check, for financing through Capital One. When I checked my credit report a week later. My credit report had 7 hard inquiries on it. I would highly recommend this dealership, whether you are looking to buy or sell a vehicle. I stopped in to see a Tesla Model S and potentially trade in my BMW (without an appointment) and brought my wife and one year old daughter. We had a short 10-15 minute wait, but my daughter wasn't pleased. One of the girls from the front desk brought over a toy car (new in the box) for her to play with. Its a small thing, but a really nice touch from a dealership. We spoke with Victoria and found out the car we wanted to see was at the Tesla dealership, but she was helpful in showing me what she could of the car's history (Tesla doesn't release much). The appraisal price they quoted for my car was fair, and they offered to hold the price for 7 days. I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere, but still sold them my car for the appraised price. Would be happy to work with them again.

After I was assigned the salesman Zachary Zinimon, we spoke for a bit then he had me waiting for 45 mins. I eventually got fed up and looked for him. Zach had too many pressing matters and had me waiting even longer. For the 2 hours I spent at the dealership, I was only able to speak with him for 25 mins. He couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions such as what’s the out the door price. We started the conversation with how I was a disabled veteran. How I just got out of an car accident the day prior and my family wanted to help me get something nice. In return I was ignored. I didn’t spend 10 years in infantry for the thanks or a discount, but I didn’t expect to be treated like a peasant. I’ll never come back and I hope this review will prevent anyone from going through the same as I did.

I receive a email from someone I thought was a rep I would work with at the dealership. It said the car I was asking about was still available. Since I was out and about looking at other vehicles we drove to the west side of Columbus and asked for the person's name. He is a person who just responds to messages. I was ready to test drive the Subaru, but I was told the vehicle was in for an oil change. I hadn't made an appointment so I understood and asked to test drive another vehicle while I waited. The Honda CR-V they brought out was not what I would expect - it was dirty inside with some cigarette burns, broken windshield, and some dents. After driving the car and getting back to the Auto Boutique, I was told that the Subaru I came there to drive was in transit to a muffler shop. I was asked if I would like to scroll through the rep's screen to see if there are any other vehicles I would like to check out. I politely declined and we left. Done with Auto Boutique.

Drove 3 hours for a VW Eos for my daughter they represented as a nice vehicle in descriptions, pictures, and over the phone. The salesman (Jordan) couldn't start the car due to an issue with the start button, tried blaming it on possibly aftermarket (it wasn't). The roof must leak because there was literally mold growing on the rear seats! In addition, there was a 5"-7" rip in the passenger seat with foam coming out "conveniently hidden" in any photos. Exterior had very large scratches (I'm talking well over 12"!) on almost every panel and looked like someone took a paint brush and house paint to cover up! After seeing all these blatant problems, I wondered just how closely they inspect, recondition, and stand behind their vehicles. I was then informed there was a MANDATORY fee of $500 for interior and exterior protection added to the price of every vehicle. Forced to pay $500 to "protect" a horrible looking, 10 year old paint and ripped, moldy interior? This place is a HORRIBLE joke!

If I could rate a zero, I would. I spoke with dealer prior to making appointment to avoid wasting either of our time, being extremely transparent about my pre qualification. They said that it wasn’t an issue and they would work with that. When I arrived, they took my keys to “look over” my trade in. Never received my keys back, as they continued to run my credit through several different lenders, after disappearing. Then even went to try to work a deal for a car I had no interest in without my permission, running my credit for that car as well. Meanwhile, they still have my keys so I was stuck there. When I finally found someone and confronted them about running my credit, reminding them about my pre qualification, explaining that I had confirmed that prior to my appointment, I was told that they “just agree to that on the phone to get you out here to try to make a deal on their own terms” to avoid them losing money.

Contact with the sales rep at the dealership was very interesting. She was very dry and somewhat arrogant. Before I can see the car, she wanted to act like it was a done deal and I was buying the car right then and there. "Trading in a vehicle, where is it at. It has to be here". I told her to hold on, we need to see and drive the truck before anything. She did not like my answer. Test drove the truck. Loud knocking sounds coming from the engine, noise from the back drivers side. Thinking it has to deal with something with the wheel. Came back from the test drive and she is talking to another rep. Acted like we were not there or made us wait on purpose. I was inches from just leaving the keys and walking out. My son purchased a Honda Accord from them 3 years ago. Did not have any issues and sent family and friends there to purchase a car. Now this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if I will go back or refer anyone.

I had to drive over an hour to the dealership to test drive the car I was interested in, and they kindly put the car on hold for me. I have been looking to see a couple cars here and i live an hour away so i received an email from a woman who works there, but when i send her an email back she never responds. So I have called about the vehicles and every time the car is either not on the lot - someone is using it while their car gets work done, or the car i’m interested in is being worked on. Whenever I ask for a time frame they would think it would be back they say the don’t know. The people on the phones were always nice but I was looking to have purchased a car last week but still no call back on the car that was out. So I will be looking elsewhere.

Everyone was very nice and Jonathon the salesman was very helpful. I was paying cash for the car and waited for about an hour for the paperwork to sign because other people were trying to secure financing. I thought it made sense to get me done since there was no financing. After I left the dealer, I drove less than 5 miles and the check engine light came on. I called them and they have yet to return my call. It's been 4 days. I still think I got a decent car but they could at least return my call. I feel as if they knew and just don't care. I'm a senior living on SS and I feel disrespected.

One van they were trying to sell had 4 accidents in the past per the Carfax report. The other van I wanted to test drive wouldn't start and it took a while for them to get it started. Then, found out the catalytic converter had been cut off of it (not their fault but had so many vehicles on the lot that they probably couldn't keep track of what was going on with them all). The van had lots of scratches and body damage and when I brought the car back from test driving it, couldn't get the driver's side door to close right. This new huge lot version of Auto Boutique is NOT like the experience I had when they were a small lot. Very disappointed at the quality of the vans they were offering.

We had great communication and onsite experience at Auto Boutique. After I spotted the car online I gave them a call. James informed me the car was being serviced and approximately when it would be out on the sales lot. James then promptly gave us a call back that same afternoon and let us know the car was available. Abby at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and directed us to Missy with the Sales Department. Within a few minutes, we began our test drive, and after the test drive, Missy thoroughly explained the car history and our buying options. Everything was clearly communicated and the process was smooth, I would recommend Auto Boutique.

I was contacted only by email. I received a reply from one Associate that the car was in transit. And did not know when it would be available. A manager emailed me that I would hear from an associate early the next day. That did not happen and I emailed the "manager" as it was indicated in their email. Still no contact. I called the dealer and spoke with McKenzie who left me with buy ;the car sight unseen. "We do not take deposits, It's first come first serve." I live in Michigan! It's in service I will let you know when it's available. I'm still waiting!!!!

Well I too was interested in a car that apparently hadn’t arrived on lot yet. (So why put it on your website?) I inquired about it on July 3rd they responded back the next day and then I was told they’d be back in contact when it arrived. No contact since and I bought from another dealer !

I normally don’t post reviews. However, this place is a joke! I have been interested in one of their vehicles for the past 3 weeks. I have waited for it to arrive on the lot. I texted back and forth with someone regarding this. I was told an out of state specialist was going to call me. And of course, no one ever called! The vehicle is gone!

I bought the 2017 Honda Accord LX, and had a great experience with the sales person Austin. The front desk girl was really nice too and talked to me while waiting for Finance which took a long time. They couldn't use the lender I wanted to use because of the fees they were trying to charge. I have a recent discharged bankruptcy and they did there best so I will refinance in year or so. Overall it was a great experience, I did complained about the tires and they are putting brand new tires on my new car next week. They are very resonsible and professional too. Deffenitly would buy from them again.

Went to dealer for an appointment, called to let them know I was going to be late. Person that answered acted very unprofessional like they were on drugs and never left their name. Got to dealership, salesperson treated me like I didn't have the money to pay for car even though I had 3000 dollars cash in hand. Test drove car, there were issues with it, came back dropped off key and salesperson tries to argue with me via text message. Went to different dealer, even though I didn't buy a car, I was treated like royalty compared to my experience here

Everything went fairly smooth I drove 2 1/2 hours to get this car with check in hand the only flaw was it took so long to get me through the financial part of it I didn't getting out of there until after 8:00 p.m. I was there for 2 and a 1/2 hours to had someone a check....But Got a great deal and I will look and Auto boutique again in the future....

This place is a complete joke! Every vehicle we looked at said clean Carfax online but all had damage or accidents. The cars have not been detailed and many had cigarette burns and smoke smell yet they still charge the $500 fee. Financing is a scam, they doubled the quoted interest rate and refuse to take check for title so it is impossible to get your loan from your own bank. Complete SCAM!

Not only do we provide free Carfax's for all of our cars online, and in store; we also work directly with lenders and provide pricing so that the bank can easily issue a cashiers check for the amount needed. Scam is a strong word, considering the banks are the one's who give our the rates and fees. Not us.

As for the interior, we offer to go out ourselves to find any blemishes the customers asks for, so that to ensure they will be prepared for their visit. We do the best we can with the interior, and will even ask if a smoker's vehicle is not preferred, but we cannot know whether

This dealership ran my credit after I contacted them about an XT5. They did not contact me back on any occasion. I had to continuously contact them to get information. I was APPROVED for the vehicle, however they added 5,600 in fees which was unnecessary, and I had to have my fiance speak with them to even be told my interest rate or payment amount. Ofcourse due to their inquiry my credit took a hit. Why have even ran my credit If there was no intention to sell me the vehicle that I was approved for. I have still not received a call back from financing it has been 3 days.

Called and asked about any issues with this vehicle, as the price was rather low. Said no problems, it was a trade-in and had been on the lot for awhile, just wanted it gone. He was aware that I would be driving 2 hours (each direction), prepared to purchase if all was well. When we arrived, there was a (small) crack in the windshield, the tires were going to need replaced very soon, the passenger side back automatic door made a horrible clunking sound, and the alignment seemed off. I was pretty desperate to find a vehicle and offered $500 less than asking price, thinking that would ABOUT cover the repairs necessary. I was told that those issues had already been taken into consideration on the price. Whoa! That’s NOT what I was told on the phone! Needless to say, did not purchase and walked away very angry to have wasted an entire day screwing around with a dealer that was far less than honest! Would NOT recommend!

Received a quick response from the dealership only for them to tell me the car they were advertising could not be sold because they were waiting on parts for it and that they did not know when they would have the parts needed to sell it. Thought it was kind of inappropriate to advertise a car you have no intention of selling.

As you probably know, the economy is still experiencing a global pandemic. We cannot control the timelines sent to us by the manufacturer for parts needing to be replaced as materials and shipping have been hit hard during these times. I apologize the agents could not give you a definitive timeline on when they would arrive, however not even the manufacturer can always give them, and we are at their mercy. The dealer o talked to seemed very nice on the phone. Told him we really wanted this van but live 2 hours away. He said he would contact me or my husband. We never got a phone call and I got an email saying it sold a week after I talked to him. Very very upset and not impressed with customer service doing that to somebody.

Started slowly because they were busy for a Sunday afternoon but Kyle ended up providing great service. The whole team including Austin and Charlie helped make the deal go smoothly, but Kyle really went above and beyond making sure the Lincoln looked great. He's a true car guy and pays attention to details. I HIGHLY recommend Kyle to everyone.

When I got to dealer I found out this car had a structural damage problem. I found another car while I was there that I liked. And when we were doing the paper work they added a $500.00 paint protection I didn’t ask for. And told me it was there policy to put on all car sales.I was not happy about that. Very slow to close the sale. Took over 4 hours for this process.

They did respond and wanted me to come test drive it . I told them I lived in Pittsburgh and I saw that delivery fee was included in the price of car . Got an email saying the car had not arrived on lot as of yet and yes delivery was included. Received email Saturday saying car was not available!

This was a super weird experience. I was contacted immediately, but when I wrote back with questions I got no response. When I arrived they assigned me a salesman, different than the person I had been talking to. They pulled up the car with a massive flat tire, no gas in it, and a broken seatbelt that tried to trap me in the car. What a waste of time!

I live 2 hours away from this dealer. I was preapproved for a loan with capital one and told them I wanted to buy an auto they had on the lot. I was told the finance department will process my order in the morning when they open. Also, They would hold the vehicle since I started the finance process. After not hearing anything from the dealership The next morning I contacted them and was told, there was someone test driving the vehicle I explained I was already in processing to purchase the auto. the salesperson told me Their policy was first come first serve. If they can pull a switch and bait with me, I wonder what other practices they use to sell cars. I would not use them ever in the future.

If we run your credit application and get an approval we will typically hold it for a day to give you the opportunity to drive in and purchase it. Hi!!! I recently got a new car from Auto Boutique ! I am newly divorced and needed a new car.... income wasn’t so high and hasn’t been for sometime! Didn’t look good having a new job on my loan! But, CHARLIE from Auto Boutique really worked with me and was patient with the whole process!!!! Loving my new 2016 Jeep Patriot High Altitude (black) did drive a 2013 Dodge Dart crazy highlighter green/yellow! Missed having a SUV!! So far love it! Only been a day so far! Came in and this place was busy! They don’t negotiate but their prices are better than anywhere by a big margin. The sales manager Tyler helped my wife and I. He was running the floor and taking customers! Checking in with everyone while making sure our needs were met. I would highly recommend! You cannot find these prices anywhere but here!

The car I inquired about was sold late that night prior to my next days scheduled visit. Although the car was gone I did get a call prior to them opening the next day. We were able to settle on another automobile. The whole experience was quick and very smooth.

This dealer throws a $495 paint and interior coating on top of the price of the vehicle. So expect to pay that much more for the vehicle. My daughter found a car that she liked on Saturday. My credit union is not open on Saturday so I told them I would bring them a check on Monday. I was told to call before I came to see if the vehicle was still there. I was told they do not hold vehicles. That is not very good business.

The vehicle that I had driven hours to see was damaged in a collision according to the dealer. They offered to show me other vehicles which were priced significantly higher instead. They then said that they would call me back after their repair shop had created an estimate, to let me know whether or not the vehicle would become available again, or if it would be sent to auction. I never received a call back. To me, this felt like a bait and switch strategy to attract business. Overall, I did not find this dealer to be terribly professional.

Total trash! Was neglected, wasnt greeted, sales agent Nicole was combative and argumentative when I finally had asked if i was invisible. The car wasdisgusting and beat up. I wouldnt have paid more then 9000$ for that garbage can, there literally was trash in the car. And upon return Nicole argued with me about giving me back the copy of my ID. I got a 2017 Toyota Camry...theyre prices are NON NEGOTIABLE but I got a great car with a great price & 6% APR & NO down payment with a cosigner & my credit is awful! But I have a great car, low miles & great cost! & they were friendly & helpful.

He is a very rare Dealer, because many of the cars he advertises online do not have them in the Dieler, he only says that they have been shipped or are about to arrive at the lot. Better I decided to buy in a dieler where they do have the car.

You're typical old gas station used car dealer. The lady that was my sales rep was excellent she was very nice and attentive despite being very busy with what appeared to be multiple clients. However that was the only positive of the experience. The vehicle I drove had several issues that weren't of major concern to me as I do my own auto mantanice but when I asked is the price could be reduced to allow for these issues to be fixed that's when the "boss" entered. This guy quickly came to the car walked around it without even looking at the issues I had pointed out and walked away. Nothing said to me no intro or what are the issues here just walked around the car and back inside. Later the sales rep tells me the boss said its fine the way it is and that the price! Well given that the issues I had weren't just cosmetic and actual safety and vehicle operation issues I politely thanked the young lady for her time and let her know I'd be in touch. So beware when shopping here.

The service here is horrendous. I sent 4 request for the same car and only managed to get one half assed response from a disinterested incompetent sales woman. After messaging the dealership for the third time the saleswoman finally reached out to me by email. I told her I wanted to purchase the Venza and what would I need to do because I was already pre-approved by Westlake. She said first you need to fill out our application. So I went to directly over to their website and filled it out. I sent the saleswoman another message saying I completed the application and where do we go from here. She sent me another message the next day saying you have to fill out the application. When I responded that I had filled out the application the saleswoman disappeared and never came back. I subsequently reached out to the dealership a few more times through calls and emails. The last time I called I was told the car wasn't available for sale because it was in the shop.

Please do not state inaccurate facts as we are taking this pandemic quite seriously. There is tape marked all throughout the showroom floor spacing all waiting areas 6 feet apart. There is even tape on the floor of the finance offices showing customers how far back they should be seated. There is hand sanitizer in every office, as well as on every sales desk, and even the coffee tables in the lobby. We disinfect all surfaces on a daily basis. I already own a Venza and wanted to purchase another for my husband. I would have gladly put money down in this vehicle and purchased it after seeing it. I was told the vehicle wasn’t even in their town yet and was asked if I would like to see some of their other vehicles. I said no, and they told me they would contact me as soon as they received it. They never did. I believe they are a scam. I don’t think they ever had this vehicle and the salesman was less than helpful. Go somewhere else because this dealership has no integrity.

Very nice automobiles there; staff was very nice; however the purchase policies there make it difficult to buy a car even with good credit/ funds available. You either finance through them or have cash. They will not work with you even if your already approved by your local bank. Was a little disappointed with the interior cleanliness, I did purchase the car and went straight home to clean the interior ( in my opinion not something somebody should have to do on a happy day of purchasing a new/ newer vehicle).

Prior to showing up at the dealership, the experience went well. Once I got there, the salesman got me a car to test drive, then left. The car had been in a wreck and I wasn't given the CarFax until I was ready to sign. If you want the cheapest price out there w/o a warranty, then by all means Auto Boutique is the place for you.

My experience with Kyle at Auto Boutique was great! The dealer got back to me quickly after my inquiry. The description of the vehicle was very accurate. It is not a dealer so no frills and very busy place. I asked Kyle to do a couple of this with the vehicle and he was happy to do so. The Jeep was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up.

Worst experience I have ever had... buying from out of state I said I would buy the car... I then went and got a certified check and sent picture... I then bought a plane ticket to find out 2 hours later their sales manager a woman sold the car out from under me...and then she made up a lame excuse that I didn’t buy my plane ticket fast enough... I had already sent picture of certified check and less than an hour later had my plane ticket. I can’t give a worse rating... highly recommend buying from anybody else. If I could give a negative rating I would.

I scheduled an appt. on Monday and had a 3+ hour drive each way. The salesman was friendly to me...after the test drive I called back a little later to discuss trading in my truck for the car. The salesman said he was getting an appraisal on the trade-in. I waited FOUR DAYS for further contact and NOTHING! I tried calling and texting the salesman EVERY DAY, AND I contacted the office staff several times, but never got a call back from the salesman! I called the office Thursday night and the man there told me that the appraiser left at 6pm. I waited for him to say that he'd get a response for me the next day, but he didn't say anything further. I said "I've been waiting for 4 days, what **can** you do for me?" and he repeated that the appraiser had left....I said that I knew that, and he interrupted me to complain that I interrupted him....ridiculous! I hung up and left a Facebook message. Someone wrote that the manager would get back to me and nobody did. Terrible service!!!

Very rude people. Car advertised was not the model they actually had. Sales people were MIA when I came back from my test drive, so there was no one to ask about any other cars. They also didn't have dealer plates available, so I had to test drive without any and was told that "the cops know us around here".

I was lucky to get out of there fast cause I went in the morning during a week day. The seller was great! The loan papers were done fast and I was out. I would only have rather for the financial person to give me the numbers and options of years and payments in a more clear matter without being so pushy trying to sell repairs coverage, what we all know they are not really necessary and only and instrument for them to make a bigger commission. Other than that I would go back!

I emailed them for a few day. My last email was Wednesday night saying I would drive out Thursday planning on viewing/buying the vehicle on Thursday. I had a two hour drive, so we called before we left the house to make shure it was still there. Twenty minutes later as we were getting on the interstate, the manager called and said the vehicle was sold the night before. Even know I dident view the car they did call back and saved me a two hour drive each way.

We drove to Columbus to see the car but could not get any help with buying it or test driving it. They told us it would be a 6 hr wait for someone to show us the car! They had a room full of people and one man said he'd already been waiting 5 hrs and was still on the wait list! So we left. Bad experience and a wasted 3 hr round trip drive.

Car I was able to see was exactly as described in CarGurus listing. I was allowed to test drive without a dealer ride along, but maneuvering out of the tightly packed lot was a challenge. .This is a very high volume dealership and vehicles are constantly arriving and being sold. Since I am over an hour away from the dealer, all three vehicles I was interested in sold before I could return to the lot. The dealership did keep me in the loop and saved me unnecessary trips. My only disappointment is that they would not take a deposit on a vehicle I had test driven and wanted to buy, but did not want to finance. First time visitors should be aware that the lot is packed and customer parking is extremely limited. Recommended for local residents, but not so much for folks traveling a distance to snag a deal.

I bought this auto and thought the car had no accidents and the salesman John agreed. Then gave me the car fax when leaving and commented the car had been damaged in the front and later found out had been damaged in the rear, Also, I supplied the local tax rate I thought for Lucas County Ohio was 7.75 percent and the Finance officer took my word when he should have known it was only 7.25 per cent. So, I paid $100 more in sales tax and now hoping I get as refund when I get my title from Ohio and they catch their mistake. Not a very professional Used Car lot. They just want the sale. Never got a call asking me about my car ! I paid Cash! Not very professional people working here as far as I experienced.

If there was a car you were interested in that was available on the lot- we would have no issue selling it to you. The only instance our salesmen would try to get you into another vehicle is if your vehicle was not available. Waited over an hour to talk to salesman. Asked to test drive and took them half an hour to tell me the keys were at another location and that location was closed. Also due to the high volume of vehicles, salesmen know very little about vehicles on lot other than the CarFax report.

The prices at Auto Boutique are very inexpensive and if you plan on financing through your dealership this is the place to go. Because they are so busy be prepared to wait though, but their prices are unbeatable and I received a great car!

Most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen! The salesman were all running around and I couldn’t even get one to make eye contact with me. Some of the customers had been waiting in the lobby for hours! When I finally got a salesman to take me to my car he was rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions about the car.

I inquired about a used vehicle that was "inbound", and had a question about it's CarFax report and color. Rather than offer to keep in touch and help with info when they could, the person who replied suggested that I "review their website regularly" and watch for pictures. I replied to that message from them and shared my thoughts and have not heard back. I'd call that sub-optimal customer service.

The worst experience. I called the night before a couple of times to get information about the vehicle I was going to look at. Called to make sure it was still available, I was told it was still for sale. Gave my number to let me know. I also let them know I was driving 5 hours one way, so I really needed to make sure it was going to be there. When I arrived shortly after opening, I found out it was sold the previous MORNING! It was sold when I called the previous day! The sales guy was so matter of fact, oh, yeah it was sold yesterday morning. Our website doesn't update until the night time, Then he just walked away. I was so pissed. My entire day wasted, not to mention the cost of a rental car. Will never do any business with them.

Auto Boutique is a high-volume wholesaler; that's in their words. Don't expect personal customer service. It is rather chaotic with each salesperson serving multiple customers at once. They live up to the reputation of a "used car salesman." Expect to be there 2-3 hours, even if you know exactly which vehicle you want to test drive and plan to do a lot of sitting and waiting.

Nice cars at a great price, but it ends there. Unprofessional sales staff that is more interested in the money than in helping with the customer relationship. When buying a car it is a balance of the right vehicle and building trust in the dealership. With Auto Boutique, they never returned phone calls and actually told me they are a high volume dealership and don’t have time to respond to requests, after they promised to have a car ready for me to test drive the next day and then wasted my time. Plus I found it a bit offensive that they told me they wouldn’t accept my own approved financing because certain well known major banks have cheated them out of their money in the past (and yes they named the banks). I happen to work for one of those banks. So if you want a nice car and don’t care who sells it to you or where the financing comes from, then buy from Auto Boutique. But if you want to trust the dealership, walk away.

We were very pleased with our purchase from Auto Boutique. We called ahead and they held the car we were interested in while we drove up from southern Kentucky. They let us test drive the vehicle by ourselves so we could get a full and complete evaluation. The price was very good and no haggle. The process with the paperwork was fairly straightforward. We were offered an extended warranty at a fair price and there was no pressure after we declined. Some reviewer‘s have noted that there was a bit of a wait to see a sales person or to get paperwork processed and yes that is true, but we were aware of that going in, kinda like going to Costco on a Saturday afternoon. This is a high volume dealership with fair prices, so it’s no wonder a lot of folks were there. We were very happy with our transaction and the entire experience. We would definitely buy a car there again.

We apologize about your experience sometimes mechanical issues can occur on used vehicles. We did have a vehicle where that happened, however did not allow any test drives or sale of the vehicle until after the issue was fixed. We parked it on the lot and put the keys on our service board and did not allow any further test drives until the issue was remedied. Please do not assume we did not to fix an issue as serious as this one simply because it was parked back on the lot as we had no service team members available to have it brought down to service at that particular moment in time.

We are a auto leasing company in Dayton, Ohio. I sent my GM to Columbus to look at this car. He had a list of a number of cars to look at. None of them were on the lot, the car they emailed me to come and test drive was at one of their other facilities. A terrible waste of time. Cannot do business with a place like this.

On two occasions, I called and the phone just rang and rang. I would say there’s a good chance they’re a little shady.

Would never go back. They lied about what was wrong with the car (they claimed that the oil was pitch black when in fact it had a complete oil change just 3 weeks before) and it was verified by 2 dealers and 2 certified mechanics that is was not, in fact, pitch black but still it's original tan/brown color. We went to test drive this car and you could barely pull in they have so many cars packed on this little lot. We walked in and not one single person who worked there looked at us or acknowledged us. There were a few other customers sitting at tables who were not being helped yet either. We decided to go out on the lot and I stopped a worker to ask what the protocol was since no one seemed to be out helping. He was not very forthcoming in information and told us to look around first. Regardless if we would have liked this vehicle, we were not waiting around for someone to maybe want to speak to us. We left and bought from a different dealership later that day.

INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish. I drove 5 hours for this car and the dealership service was so much better than expected. I offered the full price that the seller was asking, said I would pay over the phone either the deposit or full amount, or however necessary, but couldn't pick up the car for a few days to maybe a week. BUT IT WOULD BE PAID FOR! Salesman said he couldn't hold the car that long. Had I bought it normally and had it shipped, it wouldn't have taken any longer, this is a disorganized business that won't hear from me again for any of his vehicles at any price. I guess he had to have the cash today and the car gone tomorrow to make it work for him-whatever.

Our salesman DID offer to hold the vehicle for you with a monetary security deposit. After explaining to you how the deposit worked you proceeded to become hostile and curse at him over the phone. Very friendly but way understaffed. Financing took multiple hours. It is a no frills type of place that ultimately means you pay less. Cars are not detailed or meticulously cleaned etc like you would expect at a competing big dealership. That is reflected in the price. Good deals to be found here.

I DO NOT want to rate them. SO THIS RATE WILL BE WRONG..!!! Because I truly don’t know how they are as a business. But I will say that all of their employees needs to be on the same page when it comes to seeking their vehicles. I drove an hour to test drive a car I talked to a guy about the night before an the dealership had already sold it to someone out of state. I just believe that they should make it more about the customer care than the money..!!

With the way we price our vehicles they typically sell within days of us receiving them. Would not negotiate much on price after I pointed out attempted fix of rust spot with paint runs on car. Heater motor whining going out and ALOT of dents in hood and scratches on car. Really look over the car your purchasing through these guys before you purchase. Pointed out everything wrong with car and salesman acted like he never heard a word I said. Wouldnt recommend.

I called the dealer directly because it was 4 hours from my location. I had to make a deposit to insure that I could test drive the vehicle. I did wind up buying it. Vehicle was ok and a good price but not as clean as it could have been for a dealership. I had to stop on the way home and clean the windshield on the inside. It took forever to get the deal done which was a problem because I had the long drive home. After I got it home I discovered it had a suspension/mechanical issue that probably was not that safe to drive with (sway bar connector). Everyone was nice but very busy. It was weird buying a car from a dealership that looked like a beauty shop of some sort. There was a cool aquarium in the floor with huge goldfish. The coffee/water was nice after a long trip on a cold day. I got a thank you email from them a couple of days later.

I would only recommend this place to those who know cars pretty well and could give the vehicle a full inspection before purchasing. This dealership moves through cars quickly and isn’t too up front about things wrong with the cars/they don’t know what’s wrong with them. They were flexible on price with a car I just bought even though they say prices are firm. Negotiate! Especially if tires are bald or brakes are bad.

The entire team helped me to get a great car at a fair price. I had some items that I wanted fixed and each item was addressed to my satisfaction. I had tried to contact them by e mail with no response but when I went on site I got all the help I needed.

My wife and I went to the Columbus branch and picked out a car on Monday. We weren't going to be able to pick the car up until Friday because we live two hours away and both work. We kept in touch with the dealership daily so they knew we still wanted the car. It was a simple case of having enough time to get there before they close. On Friday we called at 6:05pm to let them know we were going to be there close to closing but we were on our way. Upon arrival the financing manager, informed us the car had been sold "about an hour ago." Knowing we were driving such a distance, it would have been nice had her called and told us not to bother. I'm sure it was a sales tactic to try to get us to purchase a different vehicle but I'm our opinion it was bad business.

Car was listed as available in Columbus, Ohio. When I called the Columbus dealership, and gave the salesman the stock number, he said its location is actually in Texas. #Clickbait

Test drove couple of the cars they had at their delearship and they both had mechanical problems. Make sure you get the car looked over by a mechanic or your mechanic before you make a purchase. Also make sure you check which location has the car you’re looking for before you drive to the dealership, I drove 3.5 hrs to the delearship to find out that the location closest to me didn’t have the car I was looking for because all inventories for all three locations are the same. I also inquired about the vehicle and never got a response via email. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I live 3 1/2 hours from this dealership, and they told me nothing but lies on the phone to get me down there. Their vehicles are in terrible shape, and they’re not willing to nagotiate. People at this dealership are very rude and disrespectful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!!

We apologize for your experience, we had told you that the vehicle you were interested in had a dent in the tailgate that was being pulled out, and that if you still wanted to come drive it we could have it brought down. We offered to discount the vehicle for the cost of the paintless dent repair as well as 2 replacement front tires. Our vehicles are already priced at or below trade in value, with a $500-$1000 markup. We do not understand how you were misled or how us not willing to sell you the vehicle for less than what we purchased it for was rude or disrespectful.

Cars were priced the lowest. The dealership is unorganized and unprofessional. They were pushy and wanted me to buy the car, but couldn't promise it would be there the next day. I knew more about the car than the kid trying to sell it to me, then a older dealer tried to snake in and complete the sale and financing.

We are not a commission based dealership, meaning nobody can "snake" another persons deal as we work as a team. Of course we would not be able to promise you the vehicle would be here the next day, as most of our vehicles sell within 1-5 days - the only way to make sure the vehicle would be here the next day would be to leave a security deposit.

Yes but they told us one price for the car and that we had to put so much down but the car needed brakes and due to them about to close we had to come back the next day, we came back they upped the price on the car and a bunch of more extra and we were going to purchase 2 cars from them changed our minds after that. Found same car same price another dealer.

Went to look at half a dozen or so cars we were interested in that also fit into our budget on cargurus. Upon searching their lot there was not a single one of the cars on said lot. If they were the prices were way different and out of our budget range. Not worth the 45 minute drive.

I did a lot of research on the Internet for a Toyota Camry I also visited several dealerships and looked at several cars I stopped in at Auto Boutique this car was 30,000 miles less then There competitor and $1200 cheaper the staff got me financed at the interest-rate I was looking for and they were very professional and helpful It is a beautiful car and it runs well it also came with the remainder factory warranty

I contacted the dealer too ask questions about the condition of the vehicle I was interested in. My call was answered promptly and i had no issues with getting someone right away. However I asked the condition of the car since in the pictures it looked perfect, I was told it had some minor scratches and no real dents. I asked if the scratched could be described as normal parking lot scratches to which the owner replied yes. I informed him that I wanted to be sure since I would be driving three and a half hours to look at the car and asked if he could hold it for me and he agreed. Upon arrival I immediately discovered my opinion of minor scratches drastically differed from that of the owner from whom I had spoken with on the phone. The vehicle had been deeply keyed along the passenger side on both doors exposing the primer, the driver side had numerous scratches starting from the drivers door and extending through to the rear of the vehicle where i discovered a chip broken from the taillight which had been super glued back in place. The rims on the driver side had multiple extremely deep gouges which led me to believe the vehicle had been involved in an accident on the driver side. Upon looking a little closer I could tell the rear door and quarter panel had been repainted at some point. The rear bumper was cracked from one side to the other. In addition to the scratches the vehicle was covered with tiny dents and gouges with most of them exposing the base primer coat. The Carfax showed only one minor accident sustained to the front of the vehicle which explained why the front fenders and hood were the only undamaged surfaces on the vehicle. This vehicle was in such poor condition I decided not to make an offer and drove the three and a half hours back home. Everyone I spoke too at this dealership was nice and pleasant, however I caution anyone considering a long distance travel to look at a vehicle to consider the possibility that the description you receive my be different then your expectations. The vehicle I was considering was four years old with around 60,000 miles, asking price was almost $20,000 and shouldn't have been in this condition.

We noticed while inspecting the car that it had been wrecked before and had overspray all over the car and also noticeable scratches underneath where it had been towed or dragged, yet the carfax said no accidents reported. The oil level on the car was way overfilled and we decided we werent interested in the vehicle.

We  apologize for your disappointment, however this was a $6000 vehicle with almost 100,000 miles that we got on trade in, priced thousands under value. minor scratches and blemishes are typical on vehicles with this mileage and price range . The bottom portion of the vehicle may have had some curb rash on it, there was no overspray on the vehicle, there was tire shine sprayed on the tires. We have no control over what Carfax reports.

I came in to check a car I found on cargurus, but it has been sold. Robb introduced some other models to me instead. He pays attention on the details and qualities of cars, instead of being pushy and hurry. I tested a couple of cars, and found one I can afford. I feel very clear about each step I take.

I had a good experience with Auto Boutique. It was over an hour drive, but worth it since their cars are priced to sell. In addition, there is not much haggling since the deals are already under KBB pricing. It did take a long time to go through the financing because we were out of the county their banks served, so ended up getting my own financing from my bank. (that is the reason for a 4, instead of a 5 rating.)

Truthfully, they try their utmost best to ensure your satisfaction in your car buying experience. I was desperate to buy a car, then came across one of their car on CarGuru, called same day, went to their office. Surprisingly, I didn't leave without a car. The person named Robert and one yound detailing guy were good salesmen, worked so impressively. Listen, I trust their business.Auto Boutique Car Dealer is absolutely trustworthy. They responded my message very quickly and told me the price and the mileage of the car and also told me where to see the car. They seem know what I want. I liked almost every displayed car in the parking lot,from the price to the mileage. Finally I choose the one that's the newest and the least mileages' one. The buying process was very easy and simple. After we negotiate the price they filled out paper work for us and have us to sign. It was simple and easy. It became my favorite car. Thank them very much for showing it to me.

Great experience at this dealership. We drove 90 min to test drive a 2013 Hyundai Accent. In less than an hour, we bought the car. Prices on all the cars we looked at at Auto Boutique are thousands below blue book value, and overall the cars are in good shape.

I used a 250 mile search radius to find the deal I got from them. I will need to put another $700 into some paint and one little dent in the door. Even so it was the best deal I found anywhere. The two guys working the dealership where busy as could be but still had me on the road in an hour. .I am still waiting for a return of my 200 dollar deposit. Only been four days though .All in all great price great car and quick delivery, I recommend them. .

The dealership's agent was very customer friendly. There was only one problem that I had with this transaction. It was a few items that wasn't explained to me that were issues with the vehicle. Buying a preowned vehicle from a different state is a definite fear; but I do realize it is a used vehicle. That sometimes makes me feel like the kindness is only to push the vehicle out the door. Overall I am ok with the vehicle but I would have had a little more concern on my purchase if i would have known about the issues. The price did coincide with the vehicles conditional worth. So I will give that part a good review. I will admit when I saw the price it did make me wonder. But the selling agent gave a perfect picture of what I was buying. The blemishes were a slight surprise. I made my concerns known to the selling agent and he is working with me to make things good. I truly appreciate that.

Was overall ok except for the part in which the car completely died 4 days after buying it ... Then having to pay 300 dollars to correct the problem

Asked if it was non-smoking car ad got simple response: "Don't know about smoke." Wasn't even sure which car has referring too.

There is no way for us to give you a 100% correct answer if it was a smokers car, some people are highly sensitive to smoke and can smell it when we cannot

Response with a price for the car, however the car needs work and wouldn't start. But was able to look at some other vehicles and the sales man was very helpful
