I came to test drive the vehicle no problem a week later I came back to buy it the vehicle was not prepared they tried to send me off in the vehicle with no oil change no windshield wiper fluid... So I told them I wasn't leaving without an oil change which prolonged my stay an extra 2 and a 1/2 hours longer and the car had no gas in it.

Left an appointment to view the vehicle. Was told it was ready to see. We drove an hour out just to be told the vehicle is being serviced after even confirming the approval the day of.

a bit of a drive but yes. Said I would be in at 2pm was told car would be out front and ready. 2pm at front desk Cythia
says car is not there. One would think this day and age this kind of stuff shuts down businesses. Save your time read

Bait and switch tactics.
I had a test drive appointment for a car at 1:00PM today. I arrived at 1:00PM to be told the car sold. The receptionist Cynthia said “I text you to let you know”. I looked at my phone to see she text me 16 minutes before my arrival. Where is the logic and courtesy? If the car truly sold 20 minutes before my arrival she should have called instead of me driving all the way over.
A sales rep swiftly ran over to try and show me other cars I think it was sold sooner and they just did this to get me into the dealership.
They lack courtesy and decency to call. This was a classic bait and switch tactic. This is why people do not like car dealers.

This dealership initially responded to my inquiry, but was unresponsive when I posed
simple questions I was looking to get answered before making the trip to see the car.
After calling them to finally get some answers, I let them know that I would be at the
dealership in 30 minutes to see the vehicle in question. They assured me it would be
ready for a test drive when I arrived.
Approximately 15 minutes later, as I was on my way to the dealership, they texted
saying that the car I was interested in was sold. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to
get me into the dealership with no intention of ever selling me the vehicle in question.
All around poor experience and won't be contacting them in the future.

All of our vehicles are priced to market and are offered on a first come first serve basis and occasionally this does happen. It is never intentional to disappoint anyone but with a large sales force they are all working on prospects who have and interest in a vehicle in our inventory.

The salesperson was really nice and the test drive was a pleasant experience. However, the amount advertised on
CarGurus was originally 10,8K which got me to contact them. After, I test drove the drove the car, the price was
changed to 14,9K. Car drives smooth, however has some dings and was involved in a minor accident which I didn't
see on the Carfax until I got there. Will keep on looking since I want a newer car that has no accident history.

Terrible place of business.I went into test drive this vehicle I loved it I got financed for it I
signed all the paperwork gave them a $9000 down payment 7600 in cash 1400 and a
check. They said they still had to run the car through service to see what needed
maintenance and they would let me know when it was ready to be picked up. they
contacted me 7 hours late via email to tell me that there were too many problems with the
car that it would cost too much for them to fix for what they sold it for. they tried to sell
me a car that was more expensive and not what I wanted, I politely said no thank you I will
continue my search and I will be back for down payment of $9000, this was on a Monday
I have been fighting with them for a week trying to get my down payment back they finally
gave me back a check for the cash I gave them and they still won't give me the money
back for the check I wrote. Stay far away staff was rude disrespectful and unprofessional
I'm still waiting for my $1400

No problems at all until the sale was finalized, then they don't want to deal with you anymore. They were supposed to detail the car and not until I got home did I realize crumbs in the passenger seat, dirt underneath the steering wheel on the panel and dirt on the bottom of the driver side door and a poor vacuum job. It was definitely not detailed the way dealerships usually do so. When I reached out to them I heard crickets.

Very slow to reply after I sent detailed message about wanting to purchase a vehicle in
stock. I received a generic response about cover and dealership operations, but nothing
relevant to my inquiry. After 4 attempts I received an apology saying they are short
staffed, but still did not answer my question about the vehicle I wanted to buy in the next
few days.

The customer service is awful! We contacted Audi Westwood to schedule a test drive. We contacted them once they opened for business the morning of our appointment to learn if the vehicle was still available. Sales Representative Pat assured us that no one else was scheduled to look at the vehicle, thus he did not want to take our deposit to hold the vehicle until we arrived.
We drove for over an hour to view their vehicle, only to learn upon arrival that it was "placed on hold" for another customer who is negotiating a purchase.
We are well aware of the murky the waters of used car shopping. The only relief granted comes at the hands of customer service. To which, here, is wanting.
Customers beware. If one cannot take their word on simple matters, then how comfortably can we accept their word on greater things like the safety and reliability of their vehicles?

I spoke to two sales people and gave them a price for vehicle I want to at. They called back after speaking with sales manage and offered a $ 250 deduction for friends & family relationship. I said thank you and moved on. The next day they lowered the price of the vehicle $1,000.00. But, because of their attitude I purchased identical vehicle from another dealer.

I contacted their internet department to get a price on an A4 6spd they had in stock. I got a price from the associate and agreed to leave a deposit for the car. He said no one was there to take deposit so he would call first thing in the morning. No call. I call and get a different guy who says he can help me. I tell him the same thing, I would like to lease the car at the price given. He says he needs to contact manager because the price I was given was for purchase only. Leasing is done at full MSRP. I advised it was not done that way. He will call me right back. No call back. I call them a couple of hours later to check and he says, he was still waiting for a manager to get back to him! This on a car I want to leave a deposit on! I receive a call 30 mins later by a manager stating they just sold the car. I explained to him what happened and he really didn’t care.

Exasperating to deal with someone that makes one error after another in representing the car, first by sending the wrong carfax, then by quoting the wrong vehicle which was discovered only after I was about to buy it.
