Very polite salespersons, however when I called about the car that I wanted, which was still listed on their website, the car was already sold but they didn’t tell me that until a day later.

We do apologize as due to our pricing we sell cars very quickly. Going forward all sales personnel are instructed to make sure the key is present first and not just check the car online in order to prevent this issue. We are very sorry.

They insisted that I come to the dealership from my 2 1/2 hour distance to discuss a used car that they would not give me a price on over the phone. I did buy a truck from another dealer that worked with me online until it was time to sign the papers. I have not had good luck with any Toyota dealer. They seem to be very high-pressure sales.

Very good Dealer. I have not purchased yet, but am seriously intending to.
Drove all the way up there after confirming THREE times we will be there at 1:30 to see a Wrangler. I have no car since mine broke down, so
my parents had to drive an hour to pick me up and we had to drive over an hour to get to the dealership. The salesmen comes out when we
arrive. He says he'll be right back to grab it. Returns with no Jeep. He tells us it's down the street getting cosmetic work done. It'll take about
10 min to get it. A little annoying since we said we would be here at this time but fine. Returns 10 mins later, tells us the keys are locked in the
shop and he can't get assess to them until Monday. We obviously are pissed, so the sales manager comes over, apologizes and then blames
his employees. How unprofessional. It's your team. Take responsibility. Worst experience ever.

They took a couple of days but never answered my question on bottom line cash but price.
I’m not going to mention the salesman’s name, I’ll just share the experience. I reached out about a vehicle and the guy was very nice and informative and what not, but then I had to remind him to look into something for me which was no biggie but when he requested documents he need for the finance department to do their thing I sent them to him. I guess he didn’t think I was worth his time and never made it a point to even try to follow up and get me into any car at all. It’s really discouraging to me to even want to continue car shopping if this is how larger dealerships operate. This whole experience was just disappointing…

Pricing was great just not able to get the vehicle transported.
They were professional until you tell them you plan to do your financing through your bank. Then they question and argue with you. I went with a 2019 SQ5 Prestige, that included the packages I want with only 15k miles. And I was able to finance through my bank. And I paid less than what these guys are asking.

Entire staff at Audi Tampa was very professional , not aggressive and very receptive to my needs . It was a pleasure in purchasing my vehicle with them from the sales presentation to the final transaction . Kudos to the the entire staff of Audi Tampa , sincerely. MT

First, the salesperson we worked with Andre
Martinez was greatâ¦5 stars all the way! He
sent 14 detailed videos of the car with a lot of
detail. We live out of state and weâÂÂre flying
to
finalize the purchase. Andre offered to pick us
at the airport or hotel, which he did. Car was
exactly as he had described. The 3 star rating
is primarily due to the financing department. 1.
Was told I could not use outside financing!
Something to do with past issues in receiving
payment. 2. Even though I have 780+ Credit
score and paid over 1/3 of the purchase price
in cash, rate was 2.50 higher than my personal
bank. 3. Was told to wait 90 days before
paying off loan, so it wouldnâÂÂt slow the
transfer
of registration. Bottom line, great service from
sales, financing dept., not so much!

I personally had a great overall
experience when I purchased my 2014
428xi from the Pre-Owned BMW
location. The main center where the new
vehicles were, not so much. Waited an
hour in the lobby to speak to someone
while multiple employees walked past
me. Customer relations there were
subpar at best. When I finally got to
where I needed to be, Steve F had
handled my initial inquiries and
inevitably the purchase of my vehicle.
Cant say enough good words about him.
Very honest from the start, worked with
me to get to where I needed to be and
made me feel comfortable throughout
the whole process. I would definitely
recommend working with the pre-owned
location if you are interested in a
vehicle. Definitely was pleasantly
surprised and a refreshing experience.
