I was in contact with a few salesmen regarding the 2013 Cadillac suv and finally decided to take an almost 3hr drive. After arriving my mom took it for a test drive and the engine light came on which was supposed to be fixed and the vehicle cut off in traffic and thankfully we weren’t hurt. I also placed a cd in the cd player to make sure it worked and true to everything else that happened it would not eject. I was told it would be mailed to me, I called and sent text messages and they went unreturned or answered for 3wks. While there I later asked Derek about the INFINIti suv and he went to retrieve it, I noticed him going back and forth then getting his manager to later find out the power steering pump went out. He then brought another vehicle and it was badly damaged broken mirror among other things. I definitely would not recommend Audi Jacksonville because they’re not true to their word and the vehicles they are pushing onto customers are not safe and the quality is poor!

Did not have a very good experience. The original person I was talking to about a used car that I specifically came to see, left me twice to go help someone else.

I got mutlple emails about what a good deal I could get, etc., While the canned emails were courteous, they were so busy emailing about "making a deal", neither person (saleman or GM) answered my questions about the vehicle. All by email so easy to look it over and have someone respond. I consdiered them a waste of my time, so I won't bother with them again. Hopefully your experience will be better

Multiple price changes, went from 197000$ To 206,000$ to 210995$. Didn’t expect this from a branded Audi dealer.

Great sales and financial representatives did everything over the phone plus they got me a better finance rate through one of their lenders.

I received a text asking what we needed to do to make the deal.....I answered on a few things, then received a message within 5 minutes of their first message that the unit sold. Guess a buyer was waiting.

Very rude salesman, Evan, who was very condescending. They were using a robot to answer weekend calls/inquiries after hrs. When I tried to explain twice, that the robot had malfunctioned 5 straight times - he got defensive and blamed it totally on me! I would never waste any more time with a dealership that treats new customers like that. I was expecting a thank you for making him aware of their robot's malfunction!

Used Cargurus Online tools to get pre- approved for the car, CarGurus sent the pre approval letter to Audi Dealership and within 10 min received a call and text about the car from the Dealership. Long story short saw the car, loved the car, test drove the car, and we sealed the deal. Great experience at Audi Jacksonville South, excellent facility, great staff, and ease of finance with Cargurus online tools. I am Sooo satisfied with my new car. All associates, and managers were professional, polite and courteous. They paid attention to detail and delivered everything I wanted and need. Evan got the ball rolling and answered all my questions, and then I met Marc the perfect gentleman with a personal touch he set up and paired my phone to Bluetooth in the car for hands free driving that was amazing and thoughtful and an umbrella because it was a rainy weekend was a very special personal touch. Next George sealed the deal to ensure that I had bumper to bumper coverage just in case I find myself in need of one of those costly repairs that I am covered. The team at Audi is absolutely amazing! My experience was good and bad. They were helpful during the process of looking at a vehicle but while I was looking at it, they sold it to someone else and I have not heard from them since, even though I had an open conversation going through e-mail with their Internet Sales manager. Needless to say I will not be going back to their establishment with my business.

This dealership is disgustingly dishonest or think people who walk in their show room were born yesterday. I went under appointment to see and test a used vehicle listed in this site at $7995. After test drive and visual inspection of the car (noticed several anomalies with vehicle) so l made a $7500 out the door offer. The sale representative (Jackson) extended my offer to the manager. This guy was a complete jerk. He tried to convince me the car had just gotten to their lot and the service department had not gotten the time to look at discrepancies with the car ( need new brake pads, need new rear tires, overhead liner on sunroof door is damage, driving light is out, cup holder is damaged, front bumper is damaged and roof top paint is eaten by the sun), he said he’ll call me back once he figures how much fixing all that would cost. Long story short he tell me he can do $8500 out the after l proposed $7500 as is out the door. Yeah, he throw the tax title line. Trap !!

I contacted the dealer with an offer Including fees. He said he would do the deal but there were government fees that had to be charged and I was ok with those BUT after communicating back and forth several times and my preparing to drive 2 hours, he brings up an additional $795 œdealer fee! That of course killed the deal since it added almost 25% to the agreed price. They advertised their vehicle at a price substantially less than what they are actually charging people to make their deals appear to be a good deal or great deal by this platforms standards. If the dealer/seller was required to post the price of the vehicle plus TAX TAG & TITLE, which as we know, is variable from state to state and county to county, it would even the playing field, then dealers would not be able to hide fees later in the deal causing buyers to be misled.

I haven't purchased from them yet but because of their consistency in reaching out to me I'm definitely going to give them my business!

The advertised Price was $6995. they sent me an invoice of $9128.48. here is the break down; Dealer Doc fee= $899.00 Non Taxable Fee=$350.00 Taxable Fee=$178.50 and the Estimated NYS tax which I expected of $706.34 So then they asked me what I would be willing to pay so I told them the asking price and NYS tax, totaling around $7500. thanks For your response

Sales rep was polite and professional. What left a bad taste was being told the price was set in stone even after pointing out several discrepancies that were not mention or shown on the original ad, things like a needed mod to cut out AFM, extra dents/scratches, a badly damaged rim, 2700+ higher than listed mileage etc. The manager told me that they couldn’t go any lower so I walked away. The very next day they dropped the price by over $500. I contacted them and was going to see and most likely buy the truck that afternoon after work, sadly it sold right before I got there. If they had only been willing to work with me the day before, i’d be a happy customer.

Our buying experience was very nice. No high pressure. Our salesperson Sterling was a pleasure to deal with along with all the other folks we came in contact with.

As much as I am disappointed with this dealerships lack willingness to go above and beyond to compensate me for my inconvenience due to my vehicle arriving in a less in drivable condition. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Audi of Jacksonville and especially Jason Torres who was very responsive and quite professional. Since the vehicle was under full warranty I have not been damaged financially, just damaged in time lost enjoying my new vehicle. I feel that the dealer should have given me something to make up for my inconvenience which they very clearly were unwilling to do.

No sales pressure after I went down for a test drive, but they did keep in contact with me and worked hard to ensure all my questions and concerns were answered. The dealership did contact us right away and would respond to each email I sent. We were coming from out of town and due to a storm we made it an hour before closing. Although they were nice Everything felt very rushed. The finance dept came up up with a high interest rate. We have purchased three used cars in the last 4 years and I would have to say that this was the least pleasurable and we left wondering if we made the right choice.
