Excellent response time with multiple follow ups and great attitudes even when they were not able to help me.
They started to assist me, asking for some information to analyze my credit. They didn't get back to me. When I asked the seller for a position, 3 days after the first contact, the seller said he was analyzing my credit. I asked why it was taking so long. When I went back to the website, the car was priced $2,000 more. I complained to the seller, but he hasn't responded to me to this day. Now I went to the Cargurus website, and the car is listed as sold. So far, terrible service, terrible company to do business with.
Had a great experience at Audi Cape Fear! The team responded extremely quickly and we were able to work out all the details, including pre-approval prior to arrival on-site. Once we arrived on-site there were no surprises and the whole process was completely smoothe! We drove off the lot in the vehicle that afternoon. It was worth the drive!!

I set an appointment and and said the car will be ready for test drive when visit the place, we drove 2hrs just to see the car and when reached there the agent told it was already blocked and reserved to somebody even before i set an appointment

Unfortunately the dealer told me that the Subaru BRZ had
already been sold a long time ago, but they had issues getting
the offer removed from the cargurus website.

to come in to get the price. I noted I was an out of town buyer and wanted to
know the asking price before driving 2.5 hrs to look at it.
They did not call or respond by email.
Who would go see a car without knowing the asking price?
