Overall, a good experience. My salesman, Brendan, was excellent—knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The only reason I’m giving the dealership 4 stars is because of a minor glitch in the loan paperwork that caused a two-hour delay when picking up my vehicle. Also, I noticed a brake light bulb was out and had to replace it myself. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase and the way I was treated.

I never thought I would be disgusted by a 4S formal dealership, but here I am. They are trying to sell a 2021 GT53 that is 4 years old with 25k miles, a very basic model, initially priced at $84k. This car has an MSRP of only $100k due to its lack of packages. They know that's a high price that no one wants to buy, so they lowered it to $72k and believe it's a normal price. Here's the funny part: they INCREASED it by $3k again the next day, even though no one wanted to buy this car. For people who don't know the GT53, this is a 25k-mile, almost zero-package original MSRP $100k car that has been driven for 4 years, and they still want to sell it for $84k. This car is NOT WORTH MORE THAN $65K. However, the agent is very nice and kind; she did follow up with me many times with a great attitude. But the sales manager, whoever that is increased 3k back, is one hell of a funny person.

I contacted the dealer and asked if I could put a deposit on the advertised Audi because I was unable to make it to the dealership that day but would be in the next morning. I was told they don’t take deposits to hold any vehicle and operate on a first come first serve basis . I called the next morning and said I was on my way ( with my trade in A8 and title in hand) I was almost at the dealership when I received a call from a office admin that the car had been sold the night before. A bad way to do business as far as I’m concerned & the sales person totally weak by not calling himself. I ended up purchasing from another dealer days later .

Not so good. The rims had curb rash, told them it would cost at least 2k to replace and they would not come down on the price. The interior did not have suspension control, the windshield had a huge crack. Would have been nice if they were transparent in the beginning. It would have saved me time and gas money ( wasted ).

Called and spoke to a lady that made me feel like I didn't want to purchase the vehicle. She transferred me to someone else. The sales lady spoke to me and told me the process,but told me she would have the manager call me the next day. I received no call from the manager. I have my financing and down payment secured. I was going to fly from Philadelphia to Boston MA to make the purchase.

Very difficult to deal with for out of state buyers, also even though I have been pre-approved for my credit through Car Gurus, I am still waiting to hear back from them and this is going on a week. The dealership had a policy that they would not accept a deposit on pre-owned vehicles but to be pre-approved and wait a week for a response is truly unacceptable. Thank GOD because I found an Escalade closer and with 15000 less miles, all things happen for a reason.

These guys are one of the better Audi dealers in the area. Their internet team is top notch. Highly responsive and generally knowledgable. Like all dealers in late 2021, there is no inventory and they aren't particularly helpful when it comes to knowing when models are coming... this isn't their fault, but it could be handled with a little more tact.

Overall a good experience. Originally the listed price on their site was MSRP so I set up an appointment. Was informed before I made the trip that they just got the car in and the price should have been published at 20k over list. Disappointing but totally get it since the production is so limited and each dealer only get a couple to sell. The General Manager then called me up to apologize. Very nice. I did go down to look at the car just to see it. They knew I was not going to buy it at 20k over list but still treated me as if I was a potential buyer. Very nice and knowledgeable folks.

The car was just as described and more, we flew from Miami to Burlington, Massachusetts, and were received with smiles and hugs, what a great experience. When trust is developed loyalty follows, particularly with car dealerships, this is very important to me, and that's what I feel was created, a continued loyalty to the Porsche brand and a new loyalty to the best Porsche dealership in the country. Thanks to Jamie and Tres for making us feel this way.

That Audi place will tell u they going to Rmv for and add another $3k in the bill, I was ready to give them $23k for the car but they are trying to charge extra by saying the are going to RMV

Worst Audi dealership I have ever delt with. The only reason I still made a purchase was due to the uniqueness of the vehicle. They will not negotiate pricing with you at all, so don’t even try. They also will not hold a vehicle for you even if you put down a non-refundable deposit. The entire experience of my purchase was a nightmare and it’s extremely unfortunate I had to make a purchase there!

I went here and dealt with Tristan. I purchased this vehicle and I couldn’t believe the excellent customer service all the way to the top. It was a quick and painless transaction. I might’ve spent 2 hrs there total from a test drive to signing on the dotted line. All salesmen were friendly and helpful and I felt zero pressure to purchase. I definitely recommend Audi Burlington. Quick and courteous.

Seller was very all about himself not the customer .he could of been a little more tentative to my needs.i felt rushed off once I bought the car.never put a sticker on my car .I had to bring it back to them to get a inspection sticker . I don't feel I got the same treatment as others .I would never go back there.

Lauren Savage responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. Over the next few days, based on the information I provided her per her request, she made calculations and recommendations pertinent on my current automobile situation. There was no pressure from her or the dealership. If any, it was my own impulsiveness. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle because of my current lease status. It was intelligently better to wait for a more opportune time. Fortunate is the soul who takes ownership of this 2014 Audi RS7 !!

Will never go back.contacted dealer about this car. Dealer confirmed 3 times appointment we had to test drive. Get to dealership, told car really needs a lot of work, will probably just go to auction. Asked to drive other car I had contacted them about, told that we could drive it but it was filthy dirty. Dealer knew the cars we were interested in, confirmed three times we were coming in to drive and couldn’t bother to get cars ready! Guess they are not really interested in selling their used cars. Will never go back

I just purchased a vehicle here. The dealership was clean and professional. They "smart price" their cars so no haggling on the cat. Just the trade. This did make the process very efficient and fairly quick compared to past dealings. The trade value they gave me was also the highest compared to other dealers. I Have not had experience with service, but I would buy a car from them again. Side note. It was a requirement that someone go with me in a test drive. I would have rather gone by myself to truly test and get a feel for the car.

Initial response was timely but ineffective. I'm 3 hours away but was very interested in a hard-to-find manual and tried to make a deposit or other arrangements to hold the car until I could test drive. Was told the salesperson would "keep an eye on it" over the weekend. Hour and a half into driving to the dealer, manager calls to say the car was sold over the weekend. If you are shopping from distance, don't bother with this dealer. They don't honor their word and the buyer has no rights or power in absentia. Complete waste of time.

The most worst dealership ever. I was there about a week ago. No one even care to say Hi or ask if i need help. The Manager was horrible, just walked around and gave mean and stupid face... Just got a new audi at Nashua Audi dealer. Great great great customer service, extremely friendly and welcoming.
