I had a negative first-time experience (contacts) with a couple employees/salesmen of Audi Beverly Hills. Sasha, FJ's representative, contacted me and assisted. Thank you Sasha for reaching out to restore FJ's reputations. Per Sasha's recommendation, I came to the Audi Beverly Hills. I met a very honest and sincere young salesman, Shady. Shady was very polite, respectful, courteous and professional. I also met Juan, Audi BH's dealership manager. Juan was nice and professional as well. I highly recommend Shady if you need to buy any vehicles from Audi Beverly Hills. I ended up buying the car! Thanks Shasa, Juan & Shady for my purchase.

I’ve read some of the comments being left for this dealership, and all I can say is, Go Hard or Go Home! This is a high end dealership, these guys move units daily on the fly. I spent 4 days until my deal was officinally close. 4 cars that I was interested in were sold asap while I was attempting to purchase mine. There were times when I wanted to walkout as it seemed like I was there forever.. ultimately the people helping me made it all happen for me! If you are not ready, don’t step into the dealership. These guys are ready to talk, finance, negotiate, listen, and make it happen for you. This was my 2nd time buying a car (first time here) and it was a Great experience with this team from the moment I pulled into their Valet parking. The dealer responded and scheduled for me to see the car. I came to test drive and they told me the car was sold. Never bothered to notify me. Wasted an hour of traveling to have them said sorry it was sold.

I had to wait 45 minutes though I had scheduled a appointment. Bait and switch tactics to try and create a sense of losing out on the car I came to see. My agent didn't know much about the car I was purchasing so she had to google several things. I knew more about the car fax report on the car than she did. I told her we had to agree on the price. The sales manager did absolutely nothing regarding negotiations. As a Founderscard member, there is a 6% discount and the 500.00 reduction that was offered it not equate to that. I told her I was going to look at another car and her manager sent out paperwork to try to scare me into thinking the car I was going to see had a salvaged title. I don't blame the sales person Carla, she is an employee and was just doing her job. Either way, I purchased an Ultra Premium Plus, same year, similar mileage and cheaper price.

Got a call back from Aaron when I was in a meeting. I called him back 2x over 2 days and was ready to put a deposit on this car but received no phone call back. I even called the secretary at the dealer and told her he never returned the first call and was promised a call back. Nothing. Their follow up is subpar, and I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Beverly Hills may be an upscale and first class town, but this dealer’s follow-up is anything but first class!

Per usual, humans have no value at Car Dealerships. I was ready to buy this car for their NOW asking price and I was told to leave. Like I had offended them. Don’t let the fancy showroom fool you. It’s just lipstick on a very ugly pig. I will be giving my business to someone else.

Started out as a decent experience but quickly declined. I am an out of state buyer but when I put my inquiry in through CarGurus, I received a follow up email that they have stopped doing out of state sales “due to inventory shortages” and problems with other states’ registration process. This is ridiculous! Especially when they advertise online that they do delivery. If I have found a car I want and there isn’t already another buyer, what gives them the right to deny me the opportunity to buy ? I was even willing to get a third party company I use to deliver it but they wouldn’t even consider selling to me, and the manger didn’t have the decency to reply to my email. Good luck trying to buy from them, you’ll need it.

Great dealership! In today's times where every other dealer plays games and tries to squeeze you for every penny, the guys at Audi BH especially Imad and Farhad were absolutely a breath of fresh air and complete gentlemen to work with. Got the price i wanted for the car i wanted and they took my car from me also. I had a busy week with work and they even delivered the car for me late one evening that was convenient, definitely went above and beyond and could not have more praise for their professionalism and customer service. Notable mention goes to Johanna in their finance department for being knowledgeable and doing her best to find me the best rates and offers available. Thanks again guys!

The dealer contacted me promptly and was very professional. After I was assured the car had no prior paint work, I went to see that car the same day with the intention of buying. I was disappointed to see (without a meter but just with my eyes) that both fenders and front bumper were painted. The sales manager confirmed that those panels were resprayed at the dealership. So, I ended up wasting a good afternoon, driving to and back from Beverly Hills.

The Audi Q7 ad came online on Saturday of MLK holiday weekend. After phone calls/emails with Sasha to confirm condition, warranty, price, etc.,explanation that we were coming to LA in 3 days pay in full with cash and take the car home (we live 350 miles away) he told us he could not hold the car for more than 24 hours. He refused my offer of a credit card deposit. So, we filled out a credit app online, (Monday was a bank holiday), emailed him everything asked for (Insurance info, drivers license numbers, SS numbers, etc.), paid a premium to get a flight onto LAX on Monday morning, we experienced the following; They did nothing to verify, qualify or confirm our credit status. Consequently we spent 4+ uncomfortable hours dealing with the managements total lack of follow through. Conclusion?: It's not about the car; It's the arrogance of "Audi of Beverly Hills" and the lack of respect for our time and efforts. We could have bought a car online, paid in full and got it delivered!

As if car buying wasn't stressful enough, I just received the WORST customer service, WORST experience. My husband and I get there at 9:00am this morning.Turns out the car I went to see sold the night before, allegedly. Great! No heads up call before our 2 hr drive. Nothing. WOW! How disappointing, right? We start talking numbers on this 2015 lower mileage car. Not good enough for us, so we start driving back to San Diego. 5 min later I get a call from Juan(sales supervisor) "turn around, I got you a deal". Awesome, right? Almost ready to drive off and Juan comes back. They found the car... odd. I go see the car, but I'm already hooked on the newer, lower mileage one. To what I say, “no thanks, I’ll take the 2015” then Juan says “ I can’t sell you that car, because of blah blah blah” WHAT??? Things got ugly after that. I never expected to be disrespected like that. We walked. Stay away from this dealership.

Good about contacting me but multiple people called and no one knew what had transpired in terms of who I spoke with and what was discussed. Vehicle was in worse condition than the pictures showed as some parts of the leather coming off at the seams near the headrest. Despite having called the dealer a couple hours in advance to let them know we were coming to see the car, dealer was not aware or ready so we had to wait 20 minutes once we arrived for them to find and bring the car to show us. The sales person said there was no negotiating on prices on any of their cars as that was their policy. So I decided to leave as I told him there was a similar vehicle elsewhere that was better priced. He had me wait to talk to the internet sales person and then came back with a lower price. I would not recommend this dealer.

I was contacted properly and right away. Howevwe i felt they didn’t really help me to get the car. I felt they just tried and didn’t look for other banks to get me finance for $3,900 when i was going to apply $7,000.00 down payment. I felt that they didn’t want me as a customer.

Hunter was great, didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for due to a recall but they were able to get me set up with another vehicle and made the process exciting and even followed up days after just to see if I had any additional questions. Shawn the sales manager was awesome too and attempted to be competitive with a great rate that I had received from my credit union. I will definitely be referring clients to them and returning for my next vehicle when it’s time.

Advertised a car, made an appointment to see. Got there and they had no idea about appointment and then claimed the car had “just sold”. Tried to do a bait and switch and held firm on a “poor deal” price. I guess rich people in Beverly Hills don’t care but for an educated consumer this is NOT the place to go.

Wouldnt recommend this dealership. I came in to buy a car and i wanted to test drive. They only let me drive it for almost 2 street. I didnt even have a chance to see how the car runs. They instead tried just to talk numbers.

Dealership responded quickly and we bought the car. This car was for our son. My son was promised an auxiliary cord by our salesman. and we were told it would be mailed to us immediately. We have never heard from this dealership again. And yes. I have called. They also managed to only give us 1 key. Buyer beware they do NOT follow up or honor their word. It's a real shame that better examples were not set by those adults at this dealership!

I live 150 miles away from the dealership. It the dealer was a little more willing to negotiate on the phone I might have made the trip, but he was reluctant to really discuss prices which gave me little incentive to drive up.Later when I told him I was purchasing another car that day,all of a sudden he wanted to negotiate!.

Dealer did respond with great enthusiasm and was very friendly and respectful. But as soon as she found out I wasn't going to come out in 2 days and drop $60,000 for a used Audi her emails suddenly got VERY cold and curt. That's bad business. I had planned to stay in touch with this dealer and continue to search for a workable deal, but now I will not.

Althought the staff was very professional, I didn't feel an abundance of help as I tried to purchase a vehicle from them. The first week was a game of email tag trying to figure out what steps to take for an out of state purchase. I tried calling several times to speak to a manager in regards to unique circumstances, but they were never available, and instead found me repeating myself multiple times to anothet staff member who would need to ask a manager for clarification. Ultimately the car was sold while I was still trying to purchase it, despite having my down payment and financing secured, and willing to pay full price.
