They are very nice, helpful. They communicate greatly, especially when you are buying from out of the state.

Instead of bargaining with conditions of vehicle knowing together(Both parties) the vehicle was a lil under condition and had little faults Bumper,paint,under car tire flaps damage looks to be from debris on ground, rear view mirror Fell completely off as we was getting ready to test drive vehicle. Engine idle was a tab bit aggressive like the motor had tuning done maybe from small collision/Fender bender. Looking under vehicle water was leaking from gas tank area. Seller said it was do to sprinklers. Now for paper work and financing knowing what I know about the vehicle he never even tried to bring price down and knowing what my credit was at the monthly payments for the vehicle not yet even getting my insurance was not making me feel good about the Purchase. They didn’t try to work with me just tried to work me.

Lastly, I dealt with Carlos to discuss financing or paying cash. My husband and I picked up the car on Saturday. We did not wait and were helped right away. We drove vehicle home and are very happy with the vehicle and the transaction! I would highly recommend Arrive N Drive and their team!

I had an okay experience with Arrive and Drive. I came all the way from Jacksonville to Orlando to buy a 2021 Dodge Durango R/T—but only under the condition they gave me the deal we agreed on over the phone. They promised one thing, but when I got there, they tried to push a marked-up deal instead. I was ready to leave multiple times, and each time I stood up to go, they came back with a lower offer. Moral of the story: everything is negotiable. Don’t just settle for the first number they throw at you. If you have a number in your head, stick to it. In the end, they did come through and gave me a deal I was happy with. The sales and finance team were respectful throughout the process, even with all the back-and-forth. The detail shop could definitely step it up a bit, but the cars overall seemed well-maintained. Keep in mind they’re selling rentals, so higher mileage is expected, but cosmetically the cars look good.

Online we got pre-approved for a great deal. The dealership called and the representative, Crystal, wanted us to run ANOTHER credit check through their in-house finance. We declined and this bothered the representative who had to get her manager to confirm we DID apply and get approved out-of-house. She texted us back and forth for about 6 hours; in these messages she told us the online price was wrong, that we had to pay to ship our trade-in vehicle to them, and that the trade-in value provided onlinw was incorrect. I provided screenshots stating a price of $1299 to have the new vehicle delivered to our home. Crystal denied this, saying that this was a dealership fee, and that we would owe $2000 more to have the car delivered AND to have our vehicle picked up. Crystal said that she would pick back up with us and her manager the next day, and she ghosted us. No call from manager or Crystal. I would advise against purchasing through this dealer.

Gil responded. Test drove the car.. They had another one. I was more interested in and purchased it. Great customer service!
