adding in what they called their mandatory options $2,200 was a surprise. (GPS system and window tint(which was done and paid for by the orignial owner - but they added it again to the resale. I understand dealer fees (that was a different amount).

Turned out that the Corolla was two low for me to comfortably get in and out of. It also was a sedan and not more of an SUV. I purchased a Corolla Cross.
Too much bogus padding, dealer add-ons and bogus fees they’re unwilling to remove. On top of that, a car we wanted to see mysteriously had issues and couldn’t be shown, never removed from the online listing and response about it again. Bad salesman correspondence; just not impressive. Dealt with 5 seperate dealers at once and this was by far the worst.

I came in ready to buy a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range at their advertised price of $24,881. I agreed to pay their $894 dealership fee and the required tax and tag/title fees (which were already high). That should have been a simple deal—but instead, they tried to force me into paying over $1,900 for a “protection package” that included LoJack, key protection, tint protection, and towing. None of these apply to a Tesla: there are no keys, there was no tint, and you can’t install LoJack.
When I pushed back, they acted like heroes because they “reduced” the price of their scam add-on by a few hundred dollars—but it was still unnecessary and not optional. They also offered me only $4,500 for my trade-in, even though I had a written, in-person CarMax offer for $7,500. I ended up selling the car to CarMax separately, which I was fine with—but doing so meant I lost out on around $500 in tax savings.

This dealership is totally unprofessional. This Jeep Wrangler has a cracked windshield and a manufacturers recall notice which
isn't reflected in the ads or photographs. You find that out when you get there. The manager refused to correct these problems
before selling the vehicle and told us we would have to schedule an appointment with their service team. Really?? No
customer service, sloppy customer response. Don't buy here, you can be treated more respectfully elsewhere.

Pros: they responded to the online inquiry quickly
Cons: unexplained fees inflating OTD price, unwillingness to negotiate, lack of communication between staff, ghosting when pushback was given on price
I'm not sure if this is the right place, but if it is the salesman seemed to be annoyed and he asked me
"what are you trying to accomplish?" in a rude flustered way after I explained my current car situation
then ghosted me when I answered, seemed very impatient and annoyed since my potential [urchase
would have some challenges credit wise and location wise etc.

Although we didn’t purchase any vehicles, this dealership was actually amazing. Even the manager followed up (Chris) with a survey ensuring everyone was taking care of my request for information. When we do start shopping again, this will be the place I go first due to their customer service.

Very responsive.
The dealer was quick to respond. Very courteous. Nice interaction with the salesperson and sales manager. The salesperson was very green and kept trying to steer the conversation to things “learned” in sales training - no flow in the discussion. I was disappointed though that the sales price of 53,881 was just to get a GREAT DEAL rating from CG. When you get there, they have a mandatory $1,880 charge for accessories and and $850 in proc/doc fees. That’s deceptive. I ended up purchasing a like (Premium not Luxury) vehicle from Lexus $52,975 + sales tax and Certified to top it off. That’s a clean deal. No BS charges. So net net, I would buy a used Lexus from a Lexus dealership only. That level of professionalism and customer focus is something unique and extraordinary there than anywhere else.

My wife and I had an appointment to see the vehicle but when we arrived the dealership the salesman and his manager could not find the vehicle. Several days later I was contacted that they had the vehicle but I made them give me a FaceTime video of the vehicle on the lot. We could not come to an agreement on the price

Price advertised is not the actual price! They add $1885 for window tint, nitrogen in tires, floor mats and 2 key fobs. When questioned about the window tint, which isn’t on the vehicle, 2 key fobs that came with vehicle from factory and floor mats that also came from factory, they offered a $500 discount. Very low offer on trade value of your vehicle and no willingness to move. Salesman have been to one too many “sales” classes and try every trick to manipulate the numbers. I read the reviews and this seems to be an overwhelming trend at this dealership. Would NOT recommend any dealings with them!

The dealer was quick to reach out, but that was about it.
I arrived at the dealership and the person I was supposed to meet with was never notified that I was there. So we spent the first 20 minutes standing 10 feet away from each other, only for them to have someone else help me.
I will say the salesman they had working with me was very helpful and courteous. He was willing to help out any way he could. He is the the main reason I looked at a second truck that was newer and a little more expensive. This was the truck i decided to go with, so we sat down and went over numbers. This is where things took a turn.
We are all aware dealerships have to make a profit one way, or another.
However, they offered for my trade very low and when i called them on it they came back 10k higher and claimed it was a mistake. It was not.
Then the finance manager could not find an interest rate lower than 9% for my credit score. I am in the 700’s. Just a poor experience overall.

I keep getting emails which say 'we just tried to call you' which is clearly a form letter, because I received it several times, yet never got a call. They used the typical industry tactic of 'make it up on the trade-in', and making some mysterious back office person, the bad guy. The sales people were nice enough, but the typical car dealer experience was not for me, we left disappointed with the typical car lot experience.

I’m giving the salesperson Ibo 5 stars. He contacted me immediately after I requested more information from the CarGurus app. I had read some previous dealership reviews and expressed that I would not pay $1885 for a dealer fee. He was up front and didn’t shy away from the truth of the dealership charging that fee. Despite my disinterest at that point he still took the time and effort to send me a video showing me the imperfections of the car, which is what I had asked for. So Ibo, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for you. I pray that you retain your great work ethic and that your dealership will quit hamstringing you with the dishonest policy of adding an $1885 dealer fee to the publicly listed price of a car. To the dealership, there is absolutely zero rational reason for not being upfront and adding that to the cost of every car from the beginning if you’re going to add it to every car at the end. Anyone younger than 50 pays attention to reviews. Quit doing that and your reviews will improve.

The price listed here and on their
website does not include the nearly $2k key
replacement fee (look up what consumer advocates
say about such a charge),
$750 dealer fee, or the mysterious percent that they
add on top of the price. To date no one can explain
what the mysterious percent was for, other
than to confirm that it was not part of the tax/tag/title
fee. In Florida an advertised price must
include all fees or charges that a customer must pay,
including any dealer fee and other fees such as
mandatory add ons. A dealer does not have to include
tax, tag or title in the advertised price.
They also will not allow you to bring 3rd party
financing. You have to go with only their
finance company, which charges stupidly high interest
rates. I have excellent credit and
was pre-approved for a low interest loan through my
bank, yet this dealer
wanted to charge me over 8%
interest.
Stay away! They identify as a "volume dealer," & are therefore disinterested in accurate pricing claims or negotiations. Automatic, "required" $1,885 fee, & the sales staff appear to be automotive techs pulled from the pit, w/dirty uniforms & grease all around the fingernails. (No disrespect to all professionally-lokking auto techs out there.) We had a KBB offer in hand on our GMC Sierra 2500 HD--an in-demand vehicle right now--& both the sales guy & the manager actually laughed out loud after their own appraisal. You won't get the actual cash or trade-in value, & their prices & fees are set. We sold our truck for cash later that day for $6,900 more than our highest bidder, & LOADS more than Arlington offered. Stay away!

Nope..so beat price tried to tack on an extra 1800 for a few oil changes and to fix THEIR trucks A/C..also wanted almost $700 to fill out ten minute forms and another almost $400 for alleged government fees..what's that? The cost to email to my county here?

Truck couldn't even be driven as broken and they had not cleaned inside yet..Terrible waste of time and driving there

Didn't provide ALL cost information during our communication via email and text before i made the long drive to the dealership.
I spoke with JJ. I am 4 hours away from the
dealership and the salesman said no problem I
will drive it down to you and you can give me a
check. I said ok great and asked for a bill of
sale. The salesman asked me to text my
drivers license, insurance card and my credit
card for a down payment and he would send me a bill
of sale. When he did I was shocked to see an
additional fee not disclosed on car gurus for
$1885.00 called total value package in
addition to their dealer fee for $694.00. Next the salesman
goes back on his word about
delivering the car. I discussed the fee with him
and he said its for 3 years roadside assistance
and key replacement which I cant use 4 hours
away and he refused to remove it. He was
argumentative, rude and said they sell 700
cars a month ($1885.00) and that there's no winning with
me and he's got cars to sell so he wont take up
anymore time. I was shocked.

Price listed is not what they will to sell for. They want to add $3000 worth of unnecessary packages and fees after the fact. Dealerships HAVE to adjust their tactics during this pandemic if they want to stay relevant. Nobody wants to go buy a TV advertised for $1000, but then have the salesman add on $300 worth of non-negotiable store fees once you’re trying to pay and leave. I’m sure the dealership will respond with some cookie cutter response about “that is their policy”. Well, change your garbage, antiquated policy and get with the times.
I when the 3 times looking for this car and the first time was bad,the second time was worse and in the 3 and the last,someone call me to ask if I was interested in the armada and we made a appointment for the next day,I went the next day and when I was there they told me that the armada was sold
Poor service if I ever saw it. Three times I went
to this dealership, and not once was the initial
sales rep ever available in person.
However, I did speak to the sales manager... who
was rushed, and did not seem to be interested in
negotiating a better price for the vehicle in
question. Never once offered a better price for
the vehicle in question. When I told the manager
that I was not a buyer at the price listed on the
vehicle, he had the audacity to suggest that I
spend even MORE on a brand new model. This
clearly indicates to me that he was NOT
sincerely attentive to my needs as a customer,
and was obviously not willing to make a better
deal.

This particular truck had been sold. I visited the dealer and found another similar one which I drive, liked and made a deal for and bought.
All of the sales and finance staff were friendly and provided all of the information I requested right away. I am very satisfied in the whole process.
Salesman was matt romano...he did a good job helping me negotiate..Dealer adds 1895.00 key replacement. Window tint warranty....that brings price of vehicle up....wish this was a option...but was told it was a policy...So thought that was a sneaky way to up the price...but i am happy with my vehicle...would recommend this dealer
Dealer never responded to my request for info. I had to personally call a few days later. Also very deceiving with the actual price. The price on car guru was incorrect because the dealer secretly added about $1,860 on top of the price given online saying there’s a additional charge for rim and tires and emblems and other things. Do lie, give the exact price. The sales man didn’t sound friendly and didn’t seem to fight for my business. I was ready to buy the car but after being told there’s a additional charge I said no just for principle, I can wait to find another or buy it new. I’m not happy with my experience with this dealership. Employees do make a business, I know I have a business.
Got the auto emails.. Did speak to them on the phone and could not get info because vehicle had just come in and was in service to be evaluated.. No price info initially available due to the process.. Called back and was given a price and told the vehicle was not going to be available to be seen on lot till next day. Later that day I checked back on website and it was sold... No sense of urgency from them...

Set up an appointment to view the vehicle with
the salesman. Drove 5 hrs to see it and not only
was the salesman off that day but the vehicle had
been previously sold. Contacted salesman the
salesman again and he was “meh?” Contacted
Toyota Corp and was handed off to PR manager.
He was said “sorry, let us know if you need
anything”. Most insincere response I’ve ever
received. I’ll walk before I buy a vehicle from
them.

No one assisted my sister & I other than pointed us in the direction to the cars when asked. We walked from one end of the lot to another, spent an hour & left since no one approached us. A few months a ago the experience was very different, I was approaches right away. Told that the prices online are based on 0% Rates & no one really qualifies for those types of rates. I the sales person what I was willing to spend but of course he had to go back & forth to his managers to work out a deal. I left without a car that day.

Truck was supposed to be sent to Chevrolet to repair a warranty issue. The salesman never let me know it came back and then when i asked about the truck he said a customer had a deposit on it. I would not recommend this dealership!

informative. He made the transaction go as smooth as possible. Original vehicle I inquired about was a little small
and so he showed me what I eventually purchased. He suggested I come back on a weekday when he would have
more time to go over all the programs, updates for this vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership but would
suggest going on a week day as Saturday's are extremely busy. Ask for Matt Romano when looking for a Toyota!

Add about $2,000 to the price they give you. It is supposedly for a Value Package. If you
think $2000 is a good deal for nitrogen in the tires, a ridiculous key warranty, and some
lame window tinting (most vehicles these days have that from the factory), then this is a

The service I recieved seemed to be very below par. The first time I went up there the salesman didn't seem very interested in selling me a car. He kept saying my payments would be well over 500 or 600 a month for a 20k vehicle, which seems outrageous especially since every other dealer approved me for under 500 a mlm month . Mainly bc it was black Friday and I wasn't there for a brand new vehicle. Lastly, I did find one I really liked and made an appointment to see the truck but couldn't make it. I called and left a message stating I would return the following day to see the vehicle. When I called the next day they said they sent the vehicle to auction. Funny thing is that it was listed for just over 13k, then listed for over 16k after I was told it went t I auction. Seems pretty shady to me, and I doubt I'll go back

I really wanted to buy the Infinity but the sales man really made no effort to sale it. He did not offer any ways to get me into that vehicle. I had financing through Vystar, had my draft ready to go and he came up with $32k which is above my draft...of $30k.He didn't negotiate at all, I walked into a different dealership for another Infinity and they gave me an out the door price of $26,484... unbelievable. I did not buy a car from here and certainly won't ever buy or refer Arlington Toyota.I don't even want to give one star ...I like to give zero for the service here

Beware of $1880 mark up to every car listed. That is how they get you into the door. The $1880 mark up is for "tint, key replacement, and floor
mats." There is no option to waive it. The car sales person told me straight up that this is how they make their money.
Also, they were very rude in texts. This is a direct quote from them after not wanting to buy the car due to the mark up: "You were the one who
inquired about the blue car, not me LOL"

The staff was Great! Sales Rep Damon Baldwin stayed with us from the time we arrived until we left same day with the car I was looking for. Usually when it comes time to go to finance I usually dred because it seems to take so long. But Ritchie Salas is on his Game! He had everything prepared to sign and go! We were given one price for truck after 5 hours at dealership then when we returned to pick up truck, cost was $1880 more. We were lied to about them forgetting to add this charge that they do to every car they sell. Had to ask 3 times for truck to be detailed and it never was properly cleaned. Cannot recommend.
Watch out for hidden fees. In addition to dealer fees, they add $1800 for unnecessary extras. Basically, it’s an advertising gimmick to try and undercut the competition. I inquired about two vehicles and was told the cheaper one was “not in good shape” and I wouldn’t be interested (basically, getting steered to the more expensive).
Vehicle was very dirty and also had a few accidents which we were aware of because of Carfax. After looking at car, the body work and paint was poorly done.
We start the negotiation with dealer and they will not budge on the price, which was priced assuming car was in great condition.
When I asked if they have even seen the car, they stated no and it didn’t matter, they pulled out Kelly Bluebook value to defend their position.
This was the worst experience I’ve had at dealership. I wouldn’t go back and would caution others.

Everything at Arlington Toyota was very professional. I had a couple concerns: there is a $1848. up charge (notice hidden behind the window tinted between the vehicle description and warranty sheets) for floormats, window tinting, a key fob registration, nitrogen filling of tires, etc ...... on top of a dealer fee of $649. for vehicle prep! 12% added fees? Additionally, I put a refundable hold on the vehicle and due to a personal family issue I did not buy the vehicle and it took 7 days to refund the money! Disappointing to say the least. I have no desire to return to this dealership.

It took three or four attempts to get answers to my questions regarding the vehicle. The representative made a video of the vehicle and emailed it to me. I was surprised any dealer would allow their name o be associated with what had to be a scrap yard reject - the driver's door had to be tied shut. interior was a wreck. I assumed this was representative of dealer stock and skipped any additional ads with he dealer's name.

totally blew me away.... “what difference does it
make? You are getting the truck below blue book

Salesperson was very helpful; worked with me to get to an agreement. Only negative was 90 minute wait from agreement to closing the deal.
Well I had a bad experience with them a long time ago but I decided to give them a try more more time so I had scheduled to test drive this 2013 Jeep Wrangler, well after I drove 45 minutes to get to there, we arrive to the dealership they didn't have a place for us to sit or a table to be assist with the salesperson who was very nervous the moment he sawed us ,after that he tells me that the car that we talked about wasn't available because it was missing a part so I was only going to be able to see the car and he would call me when the car was available to be test drive. That was 2 weeks ago and he never called me back I already bought a different Jeep because I couldn't wait . So I definitely don't recommend and I will never come back to that place again.

They did contact me sales person is the only reason I gave a 2 star rating he was nice the problem is the dealer wants to charge a 1800 fee for tint and nitrogen in the tires and a 695 fee on top of that for who knows what ?????thats about 2500 bucks on top of the car for just pure profit to the dealership!! That should be my choice not a crooked dealerships Choice ,and Florida is the one state I see this a ton .......Watch Chevy dude on YouTube he talks all about this being a profit for dealerships he has been at his dealership for 17 years I think he knows .....plus it was confirmed that it was my other YouTube guy I follows car this is why I wanted it .they gave him 18000 trade on it they are asking almost 22000 that’s there profit I get that part got to make money to keep the doors open,but making someone pay 2500 extra dollars is insane this should be against the law !!!!!Then the Sales Manager never contacted me as I asked for him to call me don’t buy from this dealership!!!!

Dealership told me they had it, I drove over 70 miles and after waiting and walking with the salesman for a while, couldn't find it.
Salesman then went searching for it, after another 20 minutes or so he came back and said that it had been sold.
He then tried to sale me another vehicle for a lot more money! He wanted me to finance it!
I didn't want to finance a vehicle, I had cash.
But they/he couldn't help me! Half a day wasted!

When I went over there, I had $2500 cash, they tried to tack on a bunch of fees, where the price
was over $3100 and it was listed as $1991, I told them I would not pay over $2500 for everything
so they let me have it for that. It has bad breaks I ask them if they would fix it they said no you
bought it you have to pay someone to fix them.

i have looked online at several cars they have listed over the last few
months. When i go to the dealer they are not on the lot. This car listed
was online the day before but not on the lot the next day. I get back home it
is still listed online , so I go to the dealer the next day . The car is not on
the lot again . I did this 3 days in a row and the car was still listed
online.Once I seen it still online on CarGurus I emailed because if it is on
your website it has to be there,or so I thought. i received an email asking if
I wanted to see any other cars . I said no I only wanted to look at the one
listed. I never got a reply for the car listed. It smells like an online bait and
switch technique. i would not think this if I were not looking almost daily at
this dealer and going to the car lot only to not find the cars there.

Initially contacted them via Cargurus for pictures of a vehicle, as none were listed on the site. I specifically stated to provide pictures first and do not contact me prior to that. I immediately got a call, no pictures. When I informed them of my request, I was told they would take a video and send it right over. That never occurred. Vehicle was sold a couple of days later. Based upon this experience I have no real desire to buy from them in the future.

I found a nice used Corvette at Arlington Toyota.
It was priced higher than I wanted to spend and
they didn't accept two offers I made. I decided
to buy it and Mike was good through the whole
process. I planned a visit (we are 3 hours away)
and asked if they could hold it for me. They
wanted 1K to hold it and sent me an invoice as
well. There was a $694.00 charge for Dealer
delivery and electronic registration fee. I told
them I thought was very high and I would take
care of tax, tags and registration. They refused
and said it wasn't negotiable. Killed the deal.
Not willing to work with you so beware.
While I did not purchase this vehicle, I found the salesperson, Sandra Henry, to be very helpful and professional. She kept in touch with me via phone, texts, and email. She was respectful of my time and the process i was following in making my vehicle choice. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Our Highlander was rear ended and totaled on a Sunday, My wife found this
vehicle online Tuesday (It was exactly what she wanted). We were able to
move quickly on this purchase as a direct result of the response and
helpfulness of the folks at Arlington. Saif "Safe" Albanna was great, and
extremely helpful all week. We arrived the following Saturday morning to the
friendliest group that I'd ever encountered at a dealership. Two and a half
hours later (that's counting test drive!) I was following my wife to lunch in the

Sometimes when a customer arrives they haven't been through the complete reconditioning process and probably don't show that well. Dealer was helpful and polite, but their offer was not so nice at 3k under kbb trade in. Their vehicle listed above kbb and not competitive with other dealers comparable values. Seemed a bit greedy trying to make too much on both ends. Still plenty of room for profit buying at KBB trade in. Did not do business, but could have with more realistic trade in offer and willingness to sell at a price competitive with other dealers.

LIes lies lies This dealership was the WORST!!! experience I have had in my 50 years of living. We were interested in the car so we made daily contact only because we live 300 miles from the dealership. They would not return phone calls as promised. We sent financing paperwork via computer as they asked and was approved. We had to harass them for additional pictures which were not clear. And we took off work and drove 300 miles to look at a car that was not ready as they said it was ready the day before!

I had to buy a different car. Couldn't get these guys to sell me this one. I called and spoke with a salesman on Friday the 14th and him again on Saturday to confirm he still had the car in stock. I told him I would test drive a local to me G8 GT and get back with him on Monday. So Monday the 17th around 1030am I called him, said I want the car, email me a sales contract. He said he would. By 4pm he had not done so. I called and left a voice mail with him and two other salesman just trying to get anything going. The next day I finally get someone on the phone with me. She was not at work when she called me back but said she would call later once she made it to work. That was still Tuesday the 18th. I did not receive any call or text until Saturday the 22cd around 12pm when I was on my way to purchase another car. All I received saturday was a text asking if I was still interested in the car, and it was not from anyone I had previously talked to.

Car was not pictured properly. Drove an hour to see the car and very disappointed. Car was FILTHY. Stains on seat and ceiling not shown on car gurus. Hole the size of cantaloupe in carpet. Service was ok, but dealer was on the phone on personal call on and off. Even on test drive.
Definitely will purchase my car local in my area. He did call the next day, that is why your recieving 2 stars.

Wasn't bad at first. They were quick to respond. I talked to someone right after they contacted me, and it seemed like we would be able to work together on my situation. Then I stopped getting emails for a few days. The next email I got was exactly the same as the very first email I was sent, asking if it was the car I was interested in and if I knew about any deals. I replied back saying that I spoke to someone a few days prior, but never got any replies back. A couple days after that I got another email for the holiday sale. I'm not sure what happened, but now it seems the car is no longer available.
