I'm still waiting on he paperwork to be finalized for the car to ship. I put $500 down for the car, but have to hound them after texting and emailing.
I feel as an online/in person dealership photos of the vehicle and the description of its condition could’ve been much better. The car I received wasn’t in very good condition. The front tires were not road worthy and all four were differently branded and I had to replace them and the TPM system. Replacing the tires, led to the discovery of a brake caliper that has been intentionally ground….not sure why. The car was absolutely filthy inside and out. I’ve spent at least 10 hours cleaning it out. There was a big star in the windshield that was undetectable in the photos. The inside of the car was untouched, nasty carpets and floor mat. I’ve spent quite a lot of additional money making it safe for a daily driver. On the good side, the employees were great and shipping worked out quickly.

Worst experience ever dealing with a dealership and recieved a car that was not cleaned up before sale with a battery that was basically dead when delivering. Do yourself a favor and buy from another dealership since this one is only concerned with $$$$$

Awesome dealer! I ended up doing a different direction, but the dealer didn’t end up messing around with me and sneaking in extra fees. He gave me a full breakdown of what it would cost to purchase and get the car delivered to where I am. I really appreciated their transparency.

We advised you that we turn our inventory every 2 weeks, and if you want the car to be secured, to leave a deposit. You declined. Instead you decided to negotiate further on the price, that was already ridiculously low. Meanwhile someone came in and bought a car. Lesson to learn - when you have something good - don't look for better

They have been great to work with throughout the purchase process!
Getting them on the phone was easy, starting the buying process was quick and pretty painless. I live out of state, so the communication about shipping process was the frustration.
This is my first EV, and it was a major disappointment that the car didn't come with the stock level 1 charger. So I have the car, but since it's low on charge, I'll have to wait to actually drive once the charger I bought comes in

I talked to Albert first and he confirmed a price of 14,999. Then I was contacted by Arthur
and was sent video's which I appreciated. Then I noticed that now the price was 15,999.
I then contacted Arthur to thank him foe the video's and ask why the price of the vehicle is
now 1,000 more and he said that there was a glitch in the system. At that point I told him
that I was not going to play that game and was no longer interested in the Flex.

Very reasonable
Extreme lack of communication after the purchase. Car
was not as described. AC was not working, it had a big
dent in the fender and did not have the charging cable as
promised. When asked about these issues, they said to
take care of it myself, its not their problem. Highly
suggest avoiding this dealer as you cannot trust anything
they say, and the cars have issues.
Update- after the original review they did send me the
cheapest charging cable they could find. It takes me 3
days to fully charge my car. I verified it is a lower amp
cable than the original. The dent is still in my fender and I
had to recharge the AC myself. In addition the electric
motor started making noise and after 2 weeks at a Kia
dealer, they had to replace the entire motor. Good thing it
was under factory warranty as it was a $10k repair.
Definitely something wrong with this car considering it
only had 19k miles (supposedly) when i got it. Im
currently trying to sell it.

Easy to communicate with
Very satisfied. I have purchase several vehicles from different dealerships from franchises to small guys and this company has by far been my favorite. Very honest guys and willing to get you in the vehicle you like. I worked with Albert (owner) . My experience with this dealership was the whosrt experience ever nothing but lies from beginning to end staring with the sales man name Ben I called to inquire on the car and he asked me to send them money first so they can start working on the deal with me which I thought was very add and unprofessional since I was interested in the car I did we talked and I explained my needs where I need to be my budget he said no problem he showed me the car thru video phone good but I'm not there so tell me is there anything you need to disclose or anything wrong with the car, he said the car was flawless which was clearly a lie .They came back with some numbers way off from what we talked about when I said no a few times finally they gave me some numbers close what I needed After paying over $30k and $400 for transportation from Phoenix to Las Vegas I get the car and the car has both of the front tires totally bold to my opinion unsafe to drive on the freeway at high speed, many more bad thing

Came back the next day. They had all my paperwork ready and I was out within an hour I will always go back to and recommend this dealership
Contacted dealership and left a message, they called me back and I scheduled a time for a video walk around of the vehicle, the video call started off great and then he started to drive it? I only wanted a walk around? A complete comedy of errors and I think the price originally listed when I first saw the car had been listed at $500 or more? I did purchase the vehicle after much consideration even though it doesn’t have a garage opener access nor sunroof and the interior rear A/C vent is busted and needs to be replaced! Other than that it was a great buy...This dealership really needs customer service training and the Sales Manager would benefit from a refresher too! I don’t think I will ever buy a used vehicle outside of my city again -really need to see it and drive it first before purchasing!

The experience through buying the vehicle was as professional as it gets. They set
high standards for the cars they offer to people. They contracted a shipper and
projected delivery date of Friday for the car. That was Good Friday. In all fairness,
this is a significant holiday time for many so the car did not arrive yet. We are

I Just moved to Arizona from up north and needed to buy a family car fast. A coworker recommended Albert. I actually met Albert at synagogue during morning prayer. He was very nice, because I did not have a car, he send the car to me to test-drive, get my loan approved in 5 minutes and did all the paperwork himself. This is a first time that I purchased a car from small dealership and I can tell you that my experience was great. Not even mention that his price for Pathfinder was $2500 below average. I had a very pleasant experience. Michael was very informative , he answered all my questions, explain me the financing option for first time buyer. He offered me good interest rate, 8.9 % APR if I remember correct. Which is not bad, considering that I only have one $300 Master Card on my credit. I did not buy a car there because my mom gave me her car, but I will definitely come back when I will be purchasing a new car.

The WORST experience ever!!! Because I wanted to walk out of the deal of purchasing the vehicle that was too high for me, they kept my $500 deposit. Albert stated because they lost out of the sale of the vehicle and "worked so hard" to get me approved that they were not going to return my deposit. (a total of 4 hours) If they are in the business of charging customers to purchase vehicles this is not the company that you want to purchase of vehicle from... BUYER BEWARE!! The owner Albert says their motto is " You won't be disappointed - I guarantee it! " Albert is the one that did not want to give me my deposit back... Disappointed and out of a $1,000.00 I walked out of their office owing the $500 that I had borrow to give while I was onsite that I had to pay back and the $500 that they KEPT! This is Ridiculous and outrageous!! Not the Best that I could have seen... Taking the extra step for a customer by charging them!

I bought a truck without ever seeing it and was a bit scared to do that. But Michael was very helpful and they delivered it to me to CO and it was in great shape
Unable to give me specifics as to tow
equipment I needed on vehicle. Gave me a
vin to get run at a ford dealer. I did and that
vehicle had tow package I wanted but was a
different vehicle with a smaller engine. Price
did seem too good to be true (and probably
was) so I purchased elsewhere.
The manager responded that I had the
wrong company and should remove my
review because they had pictures that
clearly showed the tow package. As I
explained to the salesperson, Daniel, on the
phone and in email, a picture that shows a
tow hitch does not show the oil cooler and
enhanced front suspension that is not part
of the hitch pack but is in the tow package.
I explained I lived at a distance and asked
him to check for me. He said he could not,
gave me a vin and suggested I call a ford
dealer and get back to him. The salesman
was very pleasant but generally unhelpful.
While this may have been an unusual
situation for this dealership , I stand by my
comments about my experience.

We do advertise low prices and NOT ONE customer who actually bought a car from us ever complained that those prices are not true. There is no way that you or anybody else can not figure the difference between a 6 cylinder twin turbo engine and regular 8 cylinder on a Ford F 150 when the engine size is clearly posted on all our advertising.

This was amazing, everything went so smoothly. I am 3hrs out of town, I had about a hour on a Sunday. Went to Arizona Best Cars, test drove the car and loved it. Headed back home, got my own financing, 4days later headed back to Phx picked up the car no hassle no back and forth negotiating it was so nice thanks so much to the friendly service at Arizona Best Cars:)

Arizona Best Cars has the best customer service I have ever seen and the staff is so helpful and patient. I definitely recommend them!
I have a mediocar credit and I also cosigned for my brother on a car and he had some late payments. My car was just totalled in an accident and I desperately needed a replacement, but everywhere I went, I was told that I need a cosigner because my score under 600 and I have a loan that I cosigned for my brother on my name. Luckily that was not the case at Arizona Best Cars. Not only they had an my dream car - Audi A6, but they had my loan approved at very low 9.8 percent rate and monthly payments of $330 a month with only $1000 down. I was paying $550 per month on a car that was just totalled with 22 percent rate.

I came here to check out a car it was one dirty, two listed with incorrect features, three over priced they lowered the price the next day after I told them this, four while I was trying to make a deal with them the manager was eating a full hero sandwich and just smacking away on it as I was trying to make a car purchase. This was very unprofessional in my opinion and almost disrespectful. I gave them 3 stars only cause it’s a family business and I know ratings can be everything and I hope they read this comment and make some changes and handle customers with some decency and I may have drove off with that car if the experience wasn’t so bad really deserved no stars.

The best buying experience for not actually buying a car. We were looking for a small hatchback or Fiat and the car we wanted here had just sold. It stings a little bit to know that I could of had a different car on their lot for the easiest financing experience. I will remember them and follow to see what cars come in for the future because they are that great. Highly recommend, you won’t have 14 different sales guys emailing and calling you from here. They are nice and they have nice cars.

I appreciated the beautiful condition of the car and the good deal I got. I was there at a busy time with several waiting in line which may have accounted for the error made in the calculations which meant running my credit card three times to get it right and printing out the sales slip twice to get the correct mileage on there. I have had those days though so I consider that minor. I had to get some greasy fingerprints off of my overhead buttons and ceiling area when I got home, but otherwise the car was spotless inside and out.

I have good job and a few thousand to put down. The problem was that I don’t have social yet, just ein, and other dealers couldn’t help me. That’s why Arizona Best Cars are actually the best. I Bought a truck for my business and my interest is only 9 percent.
Construction trailer for office and all of their vehicles come from auction. I didn't buy anything here so I can't speak to that part of it but just the whole setup made me a little nervous....

I looked for an affordable Fusion Hybrid for a long time. I just graduated and only started a job a month ago, so down payment was an issue. Albert is a mensch. I was looking for a Stick Shift Miata Convertible for a long time. When I saw the one I really liked on CarGurus at Arizona Best Cars I was hesitant because they are about 1000 miles away. But they quoted me a great shipping price and deal made sense even after shipping. I still was not sure as car might look great on photos, but who knows what is it like mechnucaly. When Moshi said that they offer 3 month warranty on a car and warranty is good at my local Mazda shop, I was sold. The car came in when they promised it will and it is a perfect car. I checked it by my mechanic and he found that nothing is wrong with it. Albert- the owner, talked and emailed me through entire purchase process and I felt comfortable doing business with him. We were pleased to find a 2012 Nissan Sentra 2.0 SL at a reasonable price at Arizona Best Cars. The CarGurus reviews on this dealer were very positive which motivated us to make the 1 hour drive to the dealer's location. Prior to making the trip, I negotiated the price with Borukh. I was pleased that he was willing to work with me to get to a great price point.
The finance manager, Boris, assisted us once we arrived. The car ran smoothly during our 20 minute test drive. Upon inspecting the vehicle, we discovered the hood latch was not working but all other components appeared to be in excellent condition. Thankfully, the faulty latch had also been detected by Arizona Best Cars during the pre-sale inspection and the replacement part had already been ordered and was installed while we did the paperwork. Boris was very focused on making sure that we had a positive experience. He even threw in a 3000 mile, 3-month warranty at no cost to us so that we could have "peace of mind." I have never had a dealer do that before.
We were a little bit frustrated to learn upon completing the paperwork that the emissions inspection had not been completed on the vehicle. This cost us an additional hour at the dealership. Borukh apologized for the oversight and offered us a complimentary oil change and vehicle detailing to demonstrate his sincerity.
The physical appearance of the dealership (a modular building on a parking lot) was, as my daughter put it, "a bit sketchy." However, Borukh and Boris were genuinely interested in providing us with great value and great service in a no pressure environment. It is rare to receive that sort of treatment at more glitzy dealerships.
I don't know when I will be back on the market looking for another car but when I do I will definitely check out Arizona Best Cars.

I got a very prompt response to my very first email inquiring about an SUV. After maybe three more emails we set up a test drive for the day after. We met Boris in their office and from the very beginning he was extremely courteous and welcoming. The vehicle was available to view and went out on a test drive, the price was just as listed on Cargurus.com. The loan process was smooth and when it was all over and done with my wife was driving off the lot in her SUV. We were never pressured or intimidated. We were made very comfortable and we're very satisfied with our purchase. I really would like to thank Boris for being honest and professional. Yosef Borukh Gelfand is one of the owners for Arizona Best and was very honorable in his dealings with us. He honored his price and fixed some problems I found with the car. We did have to stay overnight to wait for the mechanic to finish, but I feel the wait and the 3 hour drive were worth the car we bought. Max and Albert were very pleasant to work with. I suggest that when buying a used car do your homework, check prices and reviews on the car your shopping for. Also do a careful inspection of the car before buying including a thorough test drive.

I found them to be honest, honorable, low pressure, and very helpful . I got a great car at a very fair price. In my opinion, all of the 5 Star reviews are well earned! I searched across the country for a Ford Escape Hybrid with all of the options that I wanted. I finally found one at Arizona Best Cars. I live in Seattle, they are in Phoenix. I arranged for a vehicle inspector to look at the SUV for me and he said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. Arizona Best Cars told me they could hold it for me for a $500 non-refundable deposit which I paid.
The next day I flew to Phoenix but my plane was late. I arrived right at 7pm when they were closing. I was so very appreciative that they stayed to do the paperwork and give me the keys to my new SUV. I felt so bad for them having to stay late. But the paperwork was fast and everything went off without a snag. Now, I did a lot of leg work ahead of time (emailing pay stubs, filling out credit paperwork, knowing how much credit and APR I could get, etc.)
I drove the vehicle home to Seattle Phoenix over 2 days and it was great. Again, thank you guys for staying open late to finish the paper work. You were friendly and helpful and I really, really appreciate it.
I flew in from a different state to buy one of their cars. I would highly recommend them. If you are concerned, pay the $150 and higher a vehicle inspector to give it a check out for piece of mind.

I was pleasantly surprised with a
quality of the cars Albert has.
Usually, at a small used car lot
cars are really in "secondary"
condition. Not at Arizona Best
Cars. All the cars are in top
mechanical condition . No
scratches and dents either. Like
used cars at a franchise
dealership. And prices are way
bellow market. Place is clean and
neat. People are friendly and not
pushy at all. They definitely
having a differentbusiness model
then the rest of auto sales
industry. If you on a market for a

My experience with Arizona Best Cars, from the initial phone inquiry
to the purchase of my 2011 Toyota Prius, was nothing short of
exceptional.
Borukh and Albert provide a "no pressure" environment, which eased
the normal anxieties of the car buying experience. In short, they did
everything possible to support me and my wife in our efforts to find a
quality used car. Their inventory consisted of well maintained
vehicles, both domestic and import, at very reasonable prices.
They even ensured my purchased vehicle underwent an oil change,
full tank of gas and full detail, at no cost to me, when the car wasn't
ready for delivery. Additionally, Borukh stayed in constant contact
with me until the minor discrepancy was resolved.
As a veteran of the car sales industry, I have never seen or
experienced customer service like that provided for me at Arizona
Best Cars. They represent integrity and customer service at its
"Best." I would be glad to send any of my family, friends and
associates to them for a referral.

Best Cars and first was sceptical.
After all they have almost perfect
rating - only one negative and
everything else positive. So when
I showed up for my appointment I
adked Borukh how did they
managed to get all those great
ratings . His response was that it
doesn't take a lot. All one have to
do is be honest when dealing
with customers. And honest he
was. I wanted to negotiate and he
explain me that they don't
negotiate but instead put their
best prices on the Internet. He
did not give me one of those - we
are losing money crap. Instead he
honestly said that they making
money and he feels strongly that
the profit he makes is fair . He
gave me more money for my car
then the Toyota dealer I was
shopping at. And the financing at
credit union he reffered me to
was better then my own bank. I
guess he is right after all -
honesty is a key.

Very upfront, i would highly recommend anybody with 'ok' credit.
They helped me out with the down payment and got me the car that

They don't call you million times. All communication is done via
emai, which is great. They worked the whole car deal with me over
email. Price, credit, payments. When I came to buy a car all I did
was tests drive , sign papers and left. Loved my experience

the big fancy showroom
dealership, they tend to have
gimmicks and false promises! I
found really good reviews for
Arizona Best Cars and decided to
swing by their dealership! Now I
know why they had such high
reviews!! Albert and his staff are
honorable, pleasant , laid back
gentlemen, they greet you with a
warm smile! No sales tactics or
pressure in any way! It was a
breath of fresh air doing business
with them! The prices on their lot
are very good and below current
market value! They were
straightforward, no games in any
way! The cars are clean, they had
the car fax and the service report
from Camekback Volkswagon
available! I noticed they
suggested the front tires needed
to be replaced, I mentioned it to
Albert, without hesitation and
within an hour he had new tires
on the car! I got a really good
deal and purchased the car! A
few days later I called and told
them the drivers seat
malfunctioned and was stuck
leaning back! It was working fine when we were looking to buy the
car! Albert told me to
bring the car in right away and he
will fix it no charge! He
is a man of his word! He told me
to call him if I have any problems
with the car, he will do his best to
help out in any way possible! I
noticed a few more minor issues
and told Albert about them, I
dropped the car off today and he
is fixing everything, he has a 15
day warranty on his cars, one of
the issues was not covered by
the power train warranty but he is
fixing it anyway! No argument, no
hesitation, he will take care of the
car! Hard to come by men of their
word these days! He stands by
his promises and honesty! You will
not be disappointed doing
business with this dealership! I
give them a solid A+ and give my
personal recommendation! I will
be going back to Arizona Best
Cars in the future when my other
son needs a good value used car!

looking at had too many miles for Arizona Federal Credit Union.

Arizona Best Cars is certainly best place to do business with!
They closed on Saturday's for religious reasons and am I glad,
that they are! I was shopping all Saturday for a car , and
couldn't find anything I liked. So Sunday I was looking at just a
few places that were open. Arizona Best Cars was one of them.
They were the only small used car lot that had Carfax posted on
every car, so I decided to check them out. I was pleasantly
surprised to the quality of cars and low prices they had. I test
drove couple of hybrids and liked the 07 Prius. From that point on,
it took Albert less then an hour to finish a deal. Great place, great
cars, great prices and honest people! Thank you Albert!!!

The only charges that we have on top of our advertised prices are taxes, registration fees and dealer documentation fee of $349. We fully disclose those chargers in our advertising.
