Not good . I called the dealership and talked a used car salesman about the car he said he would get back to me and he never did. I called back talked a different sales person and said the car has been sold and hung up . I think this a bate and switch on the car dealership because the car is still listed .

A sales representative attempted to sell it to me as if it were an AWD, but actually learned an interesting fact that it was RWD which I initially told him that I wasn’t interested in. That is a major integrity issue for me. I refuse to conduct business where there are obvious transparency concerns.

The price quoted on the advertisement above that I saw on your website was not the actual price for the car. Price over the phone was the price on the add. Price on the info sent later was much higher.They had added $4995 above that price before adding any other charges or taxes. That was misleading.

This dealership only excepts Toyota financing. Not helpful with outside financing is already in place.

Sold the van after told employee I was driving 2hrs and second van had body damage and told it was normal

Used the contact link on Cargurus and ask for the no nonsense best cash price with no trade before I drove 3 hours to get this truck. After receiving two long drawn out emails from them and never receiving a price we ended up buying a new 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie closer to home for $2,000 more than this base model Tundra was listed for. Everything worked out great for us!

They knew I was driving 2 hours to look at the car and when I got there it had been moved and sold the day before.

Basically good. The company was gracious enough to hold the vehicle for me for 24 hours until I could drive 220 miles to come see it. But the dealership did not charge the battery of the Rav4 Prime before I test-drove the car. It was almost completely discharged. It needed to be "plugged in" for at least several hours before the test drive. That might have made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Found my new truck on CarGurus and sent a request for info through the site. I heard back from Antwerpen within a couple hours and had a test drive scheduled that day. The new and used car sale and service are very responsive and easy to work with. When I purchased my vehicle, I had expected the process to be long with lots of waiting around but they got me in and out in less than 2 hours. The sales aspect felt more low pressure than other dealerships I considered as well. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

I didn’t buy my Jeep here as I felt the price was too high. I may have been very wrong. The gentleman (Tony) was pretty cool and tried his best to make the deal. He was quick and efficient at answering back my quieres. Unfortunately I missed. Car was sold a few days later. Tony was sorry I missed the opportunity but was always there to answer any of my questions and concerns. Good people.

Sales person had little to no information, additionally did not call back when he had to check something or after I left messages. The sales manager failed to return my call as well. When I finally did receive a call back the price of the vehicle increased 2K.

After confirming on two different occasions that there would be no additional charges on the sale of a used Highlander, the salesman later added an additional $900 to the internet sales price. When questioned, he said that I "had misunderstood" their answers.

Mystery charges for “Reconditioning” for $1000, and tried to charge $1600 for the Certified Pre-owned inspection and sticker. Walked out and into a much better deal elsewhere, with no mystery charges. This was an Old School experience.

I'm sure not all of the sales associates are like this, but I had a horrible experience. First, I could not find the contact information for the dealer on cargurus. Then, once I did my own outside investigating and found the dealer, they sent me an email reply. The reply dos not have a name attached and had several spelling and grammatical errors. I'm sorry, but if I am going to drop big dollars on a car, I expect a professional deal. Hesitantly, I still went for a test drive. Well, the sales associate the emailed and called me was not even there, so I worked with another sales associate, who was ALSO unprofessional. Maybe someone else may have a better experience, but I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. If I could, I would give this 0 stars.

Awesome Service! Great Sales & Financing staff! We ended up purchasing the used car we had found through CarGurus. I was pleasantly surprised all the way around. By comparison, we bought a used truck the same weekend for my husband from a local Ford Dealer. Wow. I must say I was really disappointed with their service, after receiving first class service from Antwerpen Toyota. Enough said..

After taking the drive, I decided to buy the car, but unfortunately some hidden cost added ($650 cleaning of car etc.) to final offer.

Drove 2 hours after agreeing on a price for this specific 2015 vehicle. Called before we left the house to make sure it was still available and was told yes. Got there, went for a test drive just to find out the 2015 had already been sold and I was driving a 2016. They attempted to make a deal on the 2016 even though we weren't going to receive the same interest rate/rebates as we would have on the 2015. What a waste of time/gas/toll money for nothing!

Dealer lied to us about final price by more than $5,000. After leaving the store, the sales manager harassed my wife with dozens of phone calls begging her to come back. The whole experience was terrible. We have told all of our friends and family never to do business with Antwerpen. They're as sleazy as they come.

Told us advertised price is what you pay, no wiggle room at all! Offered me half of what another dealer did for my trade in! Photos of car I looked at looked great but in person car had a lot of scratches !

Website teases cars at low prices - because they (deceptively) factor all possible incentives added in. There is no 'internet' price. Once you call because price looks so low, the price suddenly jumps, because the incentives drop out. Salesman got huffy at my disappointment and insisted, "This is such a good deal" and I had to say, "But not the deal your website advertised." Adios!

Made a reasonable offer based on comparables at other dealers. I was left waiting for two days for a response. Response was no- negotiation and the dealership adds on a bogus dealer prep charge of $695 that buys you absolutely nothing. It's pure profit and consumer advocates like CR and CH say the same. Negotiate it down or better yet don't pay it. Not a good experience.

We went to see the car that we were interested in on a Thursday night and the price was $19,000 online. It was in the process of being inspected and detailed so we made an appointment with them to return the next morning. I called to confirm that the van was ready and after being told that it was, we made the 40 minute trip. A hunch made me check the website one more time before going in, only to discover that the price had gone up $3,000 from the night before. The salesman told me that it was due to the inspection (which seemed unusual, as you'd think they wouldn't post a low-ball price without having a fair idea of the value of the car). Not only were we disappointed to fine that the van was now out of our price range, but were very annoyed that we had made the trip needlessly. The salesman could have easily told us about the price increase when I spoke with him, as he new our budget was $20,000 or less. Then, when I told him we were no longer interested he acted as if I was being unreasonable to expect to get the van at the price that THEY had originally advertised. Will never deal with them again!

I bought my 2010 Altima new from this dealer ship 5yrs.ago. Because they took care of my Altima, I upgraded it with 2014 last year.

It was a bait and switch as he offered me a new car with low interest rate but I was already approved through my Credit Union. In other words, Jack said "NO" . Never again will I step foot in an Antwerpen dealership
