The dealer is more than an hour away from me so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t make a drive for nothing. The morning right before leaving my house for the appointment i made with a sales manager I called one more time and spoke to a sales person who confirmed the car was there. When I finally arrived the car was in fact not there and neither was the sales manager who I had an appointment with. Sales person that lied to me about the car being there ended up talking me for a test drive with a similar car that was not only out of my budget but one he knew nothing about as far as specs. After more than half hour of waiting the sales manager arrived with the car I wanted. Come to find out the description was wrong and it wasn’t a 7 seater it was a 5 seater. To top it off the salesperson decided to light up a cigarette and smoke right at the front door when I’m with my toddler. Even though they wasted my time they still did not update the description and the car still says 7 seater.

We were in the market for a used Tesla Model 3 and had been following prices online (price-comparison site) for weeks. That’s where we found a listing at Alsbou Motors, prompting us to visit the dealership. Upon arrival, we were informed that the car might no longer be available, as they had sold two Teslas the day before, which seemed fair. They offered us another Model 3 priced at $25,990. After the test drive, everything seemed fine until we were told that they are a "wholesale to public" dealership offering “wholesale prices to the public." However, they added a $5,000 markup (and $10,000 for a Model Y), so we walked away! Advertising false prices is misleading and deceptive. We didn’t see these markups mentioned anywhere on their online listing (price-comparison site). This not only hurts consumers but also the competition who post accurate prices!

Very Shady dealership. Was interested in a 2015 challenger SRT very great car and great price. Upon trying to make a deal after giving my information and setting up and appointment on the day of the appointment I was told the vehicle was not available because it was " undergoing extensive preparation for sale" and they tried to get me to buy a lower trim model . So I waited days and the vehicle was still listed so I called them and they told the vehicle was sold. The vehicle listing is still up even days after they told me it was sold. Had a friend contract them and ask was it available and they told him yes.

Not up front with trucks information and avoided all mantince questions! When advertising the truck dealer said that it was a one owner truck and looking at the Carfax it's showing that the truck was a 4 owner truck so either he didn't know or was not forthcoming with the real information!?!?

So I sat on this for a few days now. These guys honestly seem really nice... but after going in testing the car out everything was good until they got funny with the numbers. The car started out at 15,999 which was great... how did it end up at 20,550 was beyond insane... specially befor even running my credit. Then after running my credit they all came out because im a first time car buyer with decent credit... I also had the money to just buy the car. I should have been paying around 18,500... I had the money but they were trying to work me over a bit and I honestly wasn't for it. Sure everyone needs to make their money but come on. Then after I left... they call me back to see what they could do and literally hung up in my face. Now I can deal with a lot. Im like to take it easy... but this time the DISRESPECT is just too much. They lied about the price. They tried to get more money before the credit run by manipulating features the car come with. Then get mad and hang up. Nope!!

Good customer service, just make sure all items in the purchase order are revealed to you upfront before negotiating the price. Do not play the 'out the door price' game, just deal with the sale price and TT&L... that's it.

All smiles as they try to wheel and deal you. I say this because they only talked about lowering the suggested price once claimingredients it was already lowered (found the same make, model, and year car at three other dealerships for about the same price; $20 difference. Low balled me on my trade in and made it seem like it was going to be an issue getting someone to by it; I did a trade in value on my car on three different websites and what I was asking was not the excellent or good b8t the fair value and could not get them to meet that price. The "I have to talk to my manager" dance got real old real fast. They only wanted to use the BMW creditors instead of the ones we suggested. Bottom Line Up Front, they want to make a killing on every deal and not give you the satisfaction of getting a good deal. When it's all said and done, if the price does not work for your budget you have to walk away. #Madethistripfornothing#timeiwillnevergetback
