Got my preapproval for financing, reserved car online, spoke with them before making the trip to their dealership just to make sure everything was good to go, they told me they won't work with the finance company I was approved with, even though they are listed as a dealer on the finance website, they also told me the car was sold 30 mins prior, to them calling me back, which it took over 4 hrs to get them to return my call. So i picked out another car that they had on the lot, as we are getting the financing together for the purchase, the car gets sold. Which I wasn't told until the end of the day before they closed. They are completely unorganized and don't seem to care if they sell you a car or not, no follow ups or anything.

Brendan was very attentive. Answered every question I had. Got me in a beautiful ford escape, worked with me on holding the car til I got everything together. One of the best experiences in buying a car for me in a long time!

When I first started searching for cars I was unsure of the process, especially considering it was my first
time purchasing a vehicle. I was in the market for a GR86 so when I saw the vehicle for sale I contacted
them. I was introduced to Julian Hernandez who gave me a welcome call and heard me out in terms of
what I look for in a car and this first-time vehicle purchase was made easy and simple thanks to him.
Despite being 700+ miles away, I still felt genuine care and trust in him. He negotiated a killer deal with me
to leave me very satisfied and I now refer to this man as the greatest dealer in the world. They make you
their #1 priority in moving this application forward and following up for the next steps and any questions

Scheduled a couple of test drives online. Don’t trust it. It’s the app bot you are talking to and both times I scheduled, the vehicle wasn’t there because a human had scheduled someone else to drive the car at the same time. Dealers were EXTREMELY pushy. Made comments they thought were funny but were just rude.

I went there to look at a 2015 GMC Yukon and I ended up getting my dream car, a Saturn Sky, from Allegiant
Automotive, and I couldn't be happier! The credit goes to Rylan, the awesome salesman who made it all
happen.

Rylan, my salesperson at Allegiant Automotive, truly stood out. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them at all. The vehicles are junk and have a major mechanical issues. First one we drove that they said was mechanically sound. the rear end going out in it. Second vehicle we drove transmission stuck and would not go into next gear. After that we were out of there. Sad!
