was extremely genuine. I can't tell you how many cars I have had over the years, seriously, but this experience
was one of the best.
Absolutely top notch experience. Went from initial outreach to settled deal in less than 48 hours, with nothing but transparent and professional dialogue. Easiest purchasing process I have ever experienced. Everything handled over text and email. Only went into the store to do a test drive and sign papers. Fantastic and comprehensive walk-through of all the car’s features and personalized setup (driver settings, phone connect, etc.). Car was absolutely pristine inside and out and exactly as described online. 10 out of 10.
Alan Byer made the entire virtual purchase process a pleasant experience. The sales staff was friendly and responsive. They provided honest data and feedback regarding not only their car but those of competitors as well. The negotiations were cordial and they offered a great deal on the car. The home delivery process went smoothly and the delivery person spent a great deal of time reviewing the car and its features as well as helping me set up the Volvo phone app. I strongly recommend Alan Byer if you are in the market for a Volvo.

The staff was friendly during the sale after I picked up the truck. I realize that the tailgate was painted recently, possibly even by them it was not disclosed to me personally or on the Carfax. There’s overspray on the liftgate handle and on the bedliner I contacted them and they were going to talk to somebody and get back to me. They never did.

Great experience salesman very professional and I didn’t feel forced to purchase the car, salesman even offered to lower the price of the car and give great detail background about the vehicle. I didn’t purchase because I wasn’t completely sold on the vehicle but definitely will go back. Great people !

Contacted the dealership for information by email to make a
appointment for a test drive. Was put in contact with a inexperienced
sales associate, she was unaware of of which Nissan I was looking to
test drive. Started the sales process over the phone to hold the car ,
to be sure the car was available. After a day I was contacted by the
sales associate to be informed the car was already sold. After going
through the all the paperwork and only to find out the car is still on the
lot and not sold. Stay away from this dealer

The dealer is purposely continues to advertise cars that they have previously sold weeks ago on
CarGuru as presently for sale. When I called the salesman admitted to doing so they can compile a list
of potential customers if they ever get another clean, low mileage Volvo XC70 into their inventory
again. That's a very unethical way of doing business. Stay away
from this sleazy dealership!!

Didnt call back..took 2 days to message back
So far so good, still working out details. I think we're going to close the deal
on this one. Nice polite and patient. I ask a lot of questions, sometimes for
more than the average person, but they took care of all my concerns. This
was the first vehicle purchase from another state sight unseen (in person)
and my most expensive purchased vehicle so far. Carrie helped ease my
mind.

Salesman was very helpful but car was sold before I got there He did call me and let me know
Too many games played by saleswoman. Back and forth, back and
forth X3 to the "manager". I'm so over games, and it was a bad try at
intimidation. Plus, I hate fake people trying to make you feel like your
getting a deal. Everything this saleswoman said contradicted the
salesman from the night before at another dealership.
Turnoff completely.

Test drove this at 41,988 and had a trade that I wanted 23k for was offered 20k but it wasn't enough for me to do the deal. One week later it was relisted for 39,988 so , great ! Drove to syr from rome and thought it was an easy sale if the still would give me the 20k for my trade . BUT NO my trade now was worth 18,500. 7 days later . I highly doubt I'll drive out of my way to shop there . I'm not surprised tho , car salesman are the worst . get there reputation accordingly so prepare to walk away . Just walk away .

Addressed my two concerns with vehicle and even went above and beyond regarding the brakes. A good move on their part. This is what brings customers back for future purchases Time will tell on reliability of vehicle and future service support but based on experience thus far I fully expect excellent customer service going forward. As far as the car itself it runs great. So far so good but I
only had it for about 6 days. It has a start and stop
engine that initially worried me but I googled it to make
sure it was normal. The price was really good, and that's
the main reason I drove so far to get it. Its also the main
reason I didnt haggle much. One thing I'll say is they have
great prices for their vehicles.
As far as the buying experience It was fine, they kind of
acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me the
car. The bank they found offered me a horrible 13.5% Apr.
So I had to finance my own loan through my bank. They
never even offered me a test drive. They didn't even show
me the car until the day I got it. I could have been more
picky or just went elsewhere but in reality I didn't really
care much since I knew their werent any other 16
Limiteds around at that price. I could have asked for
more for my trade But I didn't care much. It was 2wd and
up here I think they gave me a decent price for it but I
probably could have gotten 11,500 if I bargained. But
overall the experience was fine. Not great, not bad. My
main problem was them pushing for a down payment. I
always hate putting money down. It only knocks like 5
dollars off your monthly yet I could have used that 615
for a fun weekend with my kids or back to school
shopping. Other than that and the aforementioned it was
fine. I dealt with other dealers prior to coming here. Their
customer service was a lot better and they worked a lot
harder to get me a deal I liked. Unfortunately they didn't
have any Durangos in my price range. But I recommend
looking around thoroughly before diving in.

Sometimes money down helps with the APR or is required per the bank, but we never require money down to purchase a car. We have a good variety of banks to choose from, but sometimes you might find a better APR as your bank knows you personally- usually we can get better rates.

Quick response. Horrible negotiation that lasted less than 20 minutes. Offered 1/4 of the value that other dealers offered me on a similar vehicle. It was truly insulting. The excuses used for the lame offer were just as insulting. I would NEVER recommend this dealership.

Mistake on mileage in the ad. Very overpriced on used vehicles
compared to competitors. I never felt they were really very interested

When they leave our lot they're legit. Don't get stuck with huge repair bills buying Volvo's somewhere else.
