Be warned that they do not accept finances
from outside the state.... I came down to buy a
car prequalified from my bank and they would
not accept payment from my bank and I was
forced to use one of their financers who was
4% more. This isn't me just making something
up. I have the proof of it...... other than that it
was great! I will have to refinance when I get
back home with the truck

This dealer is a mess!!!!! They reached out to me. we set up a time for the next day to look at the car and test drive it. That morning before I left they contacted me to make sure I was coming in. Then the sales person called me to make sure I was coming in. I told him I was an hour away. I got to the dealership. They told us to sit. They would get the keys to the car. Then they came and told us that the car had been sold. And it actually sold the day before. No one communicated with us that the car had sold. A manager then called us later to see if we were going to show up for our appointment at 12:30. This was at 1:15. He didn’t even know the Car had sold. This place is a mess!
After being in contact with them all week about a specific vehicle we arranged a
appointment and even spoke on the morning of, I was told a video would be sent which
wasn't. After arriving at the dealership I was told the person I was talking to "called out"
and that he was a P.O.S. was then told it was in "detail" and then another 10 minutes later
was then told the vehicle was being worked on still due to a small exhaust leak. Had no
mention of this prior. Was asked to look at other vehicles and told that "I'm still going to be
buying a vehicle" and that "things happen" something did happen. I walked out.

Very good to work with!
We bought this vehicle. Was an absolutely great experience. There was a break and rotors needed repaired. Didn't notice until on highway. But, they were great and repaired it the next day at no cost. The salesman was great. And the finance guy as well . I will definitely come back again . Very pleased.

Contacted them about this vehicle. Back and forth for 2 days and then crickets. Had I not contacted them they would have never contacted me again. I may not be the most ideal candidate to purchase a car, but I didn't deserve to be treated like that. The unprofessionalism was astounding.

Paid 700.00 dollars to ship it. They drove a car that had 13 milies on it 400 miles.
Entered my driveway at a price that was 1500 dollars more than we agreed upon. Ran
my credit 4 different times. The car had 435 miles on it and I paid full price for a used
car. Do not purchase from this dealership online. The salesman Sean "styx" was
awesome, extremely helpful and courteous. Sean took a personal video for me to
observe the car and helped me through the process of buying a car online for the first
time. It started out as a great experience but turned out to be a nightmare. The car
itself is awesome. Would recommend a scatpack to anyone but just go pick it up that
way you don't get cornered with paperwork for a new car that has 435 miles on it and
you are paying msrp on a used car.

The worst experience I have had talking to dealers. Over $5000 in hidden costs after on top of the list price. Contacted by over 4 different people asking the same questions and never answering mine. Never called back several times when I submitted an offer. Very unprofessional.

I had to ask again. When I finally got the answer, the fees added $4,000 to the cost of the car. I told them that was high and requested an itemized list of fees. It was like pulling teeth. 2 years ago I went to this dealer for an agreed upon price over email, phone and text. I drove over an hour to get there and was given the keys etc only to be approached by the finance manager in front of a group of people to be told me they ran my numbers with the wrong vin number and they would not be selling me the vehicle (that I already had keys for) for the price discussed. Embarrassed both my wife and I when he requested his keys back.
This time I figured time had passed enough for round 2... boy was I wrong. I was very upfront about expectations so not to waste my time again. I drive over an hour to get there. Upon arrival my sales guy was busy and I was handed off. Then only 1 of the 2 vehicles I came to see is available. I am ok at this point because the one I liked more was the one there. Now for the numbers... my trade value was $3000 less than promised AND my out the door price $14000 more than I was coming in for. Save yourself, find your vehicle elsewhere.

Dealer had multiple hidden fees that they couldn’t really explain including a 1,600$ vehicle reconditioning fee for a used car that had 5k miles on it.
When asked what the fee covered they said all used cars have it because of the work that needs to be done on them, when asked what work needed to be done to this basically brand new car they couldn’t explain.
The dealer also had high pressure sales tactics and made for an unpleasant experience.
Perhaps an ok dealer but the salesman I delt with was horrible! Rob is his name. Rob will keep you waiting for HOURS. Rob will withhold paper work to keep you from seeing the numbers change! I was with my dad and EVERY TIME he got on the phone Rob appeared and tried to get me to agree to some deal before my dad noticed I was getting screwed.

too.There's were things went bad.Sales rep told me that if I wanted to see the other car (which was on a hold lot)
that I needed to complete all the financing paperwork and get approved before they would bring car to lot.I told
him I would not do that He had his manager call me back.He repeated the same info,proceeded to argue w/me
stating that I was being unreasonable about wanting to see the car before signing.He said,it's the same car(it was
the same model/color) but,it's a used car, not new and there is a big difference.I advised him I was not going to
argue with him, I would not be coming by thanked him for his time and ended the call.The next day,received an
email from him asking how was service.I responded reminding him of our call.He replied stating again I was
unreasonable,comparing other dealers,noting his way is better.I replied,advising not to contact me again

I live in Georgia. And was browsing different states to see prices on specific vehicles. Yes airport reached out to assist me in my inquiries. Good job they do. Unfortunately I'm not ready to buy.

I bought the car, but it was the worst experience I have ever had. Dealer was very unprofessional. He
said he would final price he would give me is $20,000 flat, but then when it comes to payment it
appears as more than $20,300. He said he sorry for the miscommunication and he gave me @20,200.
Worst thing ever, but I don't want to waste more time to look for another place and didn't want 3 hours I
spent with him to be wasted so I bought it.
Dealer had $1,173 in “reconditioning fees”. Another $998 in dealer fees and $245 in non tax fees. I also had to negotiate them to waive a $1,000 fee for wanting to pay in cash. That’s $3,417 in additional fees they were racking on. Unbelievable how anyone would buy a vehicle through them. Just be aware of this so you do t waste your time.

Worst experience of my life. Salesman was incompetent. Never explained any of the features of the vehicle. Always tried to get you in a “new” Jeep because of the end of the month quota. Couldn’t find the keys to allow us to test drive the vehicle. Finance person said he submitted an application to my bank for financing. Then said they denied me so I was stuck with a higher interest rate. HE LIED!! I called my bank the next day to inquire why I was denied. They said nobody ever submitted a request to them. Stay away from this place!

I am extremely disappointed in the response my husband was given when we asked the representative what kind of deal can be worked out if
we are paying with cash. The rep stated "the price would actually go up if paying with cash as this was a deal contingent on financing only."
First of all, this was false advertisement as this was not mentioned anywhere in the ad on CarGurus. Further more; I think it's disgusting how
businesses like yourselves take advantage of customers...they ALL want to keep people in debt! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves and I
will NOT be doing business with you and I most definitely will spread the word!!

I understand that a dealership is in business to make money. That’s why anyone is. But after working with this dealership I was so upset and confused. Several times I received prices for different vehicles. Not the one I inquired about. I figured ok misunderstanding maybe they were busy. Once I finally got a price for a 2017 model. It was almost $70k. I can buy a new one here in town for that price. After continuously telling them I was doing tax title and license with my bank. They still added all that in would not take it off and added more than what I was asking for. Extra key fobs and at $600 at that. Added $1000 to internet price and claimed on the add on car gurus that it says if I financed with them I could get that price. But I went back again and read it over. I never saw where it says that. Their fees are completely outrageous. Their document fees are literally 9 times of almost every other dealership I’ve dealt with. Not to mention a $1500 fee they call reconditioning.

The are NOT GOOD.
The dealership plays games with their advertising. They’re advertising a car and lowering the price and when you get there they say it’s not available. And then the next day they call and say would you like to see the car again. I called back it’s not available. It’s on lying the next day at a cheaper price, I would NOT USE THEM. Then they called me on a Monday and say the car is coming back and will be detailed. They play too many games I will never buy a car from them

I went there in person to buy this vehicle and the
ridiculous fees they added on brought this
vehicles total to over $35,000. Had a very nice
salesman but the fees were incredibly
overpriced. A recondition car fee for
$1600.00??? $1300.00 for a 7 year 100,000 mile
warranty that is a standard Chrysler dodge
warranty. Do your homework before you go. I
walked away from the dealership and very glad I
did.

I initially attempted to purchase this vehicle. I found out that there were many additional fees above the advertised cost that made this car
much more expensive than other options. Conqequently, I did not complete the sale. They did offer to remove some of the charges but the
price was still not competitive and I was irritated that I had wasted my time.

I was contacted super quick (just hours) after I requested more information on a 2018 Chrysler.
My dealer was very polite and very courteous. He listened to everything I had to say and answered
questions that I asked. Although there were fees that I was unaware of at the moment of entrance,
they make sense. They did a wonderful job detailing and conditioning my car. During my time there,
I had to make a couple phone calls to insurance companies. The dealers were very patient, even
helpful during this time.
Overall, as my first time ever purchasing my own vehicle, I had a very smooth and positive
experience. Even when I moved to the financial side of the purchase, the finance employee was
amazing.
I recommend this place to others looking for a vehicle. It is very worth it and I found my current
dream car... I even got to drive away in it :)

Amazing dealership. They took time and made video of car I was looking.
I was in contact with a salesman via text and
email, he kept asking when I was coming in, then
I told him I was coming , sat in traffic for 40
minutes , arrived at the dealer and they said he
left early. The other "salesman" didn't even offer
to show me the car that I came to see and didn't
even ask to see my trade . Then he said I would
need to put down $5k to but the car. I then had to
drive 2hrs away to get a decent trade in offer,
$3k more than anywhere in Airport lost a sale.
This is not a good place to buy a car and btw , I
have great credit. I purchased a 2019 Charger
somewhere else.

Many extra fees, one fee that I questioned was a reconditioning fee for $1260. I was told that it was a fee to "get the car ready for us to buy, such as cleaning it" Really?! After telling our saleslady that I didn't think that fee was fair she pretty much showed us the door and kicked us out. Stay clear of Airport Chrysler!!!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Fast and friendly and informative response to my online inquiry. Very accomodating to my schedule. Upfront pricing. Super friendly. The Jeep I was interested in was ready for and waiting for a test drive as soon as I got there. No pressure. I got there at 630 and was home but 930 with my new vehicle. Gave me more for my trade in than other dealers I had already been to see. Thank you!

This dealership was very helpful and Alex was great. He treated my friend and I with respect. He was very
prepared for our appointment and was well knowledge of the vehicles we came to see. We didn't have to wait
much. The managers were also great, unlike other dealers where after you see the car the sales associate sits
you down and you have to wait for the manager to come by to check on you. The manager called a day not
push you on the car but to see if there were any questions. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I spoke to Erik the manager and told me the car is there and ready for me and I live 3 hrs away. I drove up with 2 young kids and when I got there he told me the car is not available it has been sold in auction a few days ago. So knowing that it was not there he still had me driving 3 hrs. Pros: In this location sales and admin staff are ready to deal, they are extremely busy, but once they knew I was there to buy they went as lower as possible to accommodate my budget.
Cons : The odometer was higher than advertised, dealer low balled me with my trade and tried and applied super high fees on top of the sticker price. Like I said these people are busy and it took a while for someone to come help me.
Be ready to negotiate hard, be ready to walk out if you need to. I gave them 4 stars, because once they tried and worked with my numbers.

I drove an hour to see the vehicle, and the vehicle was not ready to be seen. They claimed it was being detailed. When I requested to see the vehicle, they told me I could not because it needed to be inspected. They asked if I could come back two days later. They clearly did not have the vehicle, and should not have told me to come out. Terrible, zero stars.

because I live in another state, the sales manager stated

I would give less than one if I could. Drove 60 miles to this dealership. The first problem they had locked the key in a toolbox so we couldn't even start the van. We started talking prices and they would not come down at all on a used van. The thing they wanted to do was charge an extra $1000 because we were paying cash. Screw Airport Dodge.

I dealt with a very experienced and concerned salesman who showed concern for the buyer and not just empowered by the idea of selling a car. I will confidently always check from time to time to see what deal catches my inner interest from this dealership.
Worked the price of the vehicle very easily via email. OTD price was
provided to me that was precisely as advertised online. Vehicle was a new
2018 Jeep Wrangler. I drove to this dealership 2.5 hours from where I live
because of pricing. My salesperson "Sean Alicandro" was extremely
professional and made my purchase as smooth as buying a gallon of milk at
Publix. No kidding, NO games were played and I was highly impressed with
my entire purchase experience at this dealership. Highly recommended!!

Bad, bad, bad... vehicle was advertised as accident free but when I arrived it had a cracked front bumper. Vehicle also advertised with 18 speaker premium sound package but really only had 6 speakers. My trip there was a waste of time.
I had the best customer service experience at this dealership! Salesman Aaron Morris was very professional and very helpful! He took his time and made sure we was satisfied and that we picked the best car that fit our budget and lifestyle! I would highly recommend that anyone go see him if your interested in a car!
Worst experience ever ! Do not buy ! They add $2700 on top of the price for dealer fee and prep fee , it’s bate and switch and then they will low ball you’re trade , mine was $5000 less than 3 other dealers I talked to .
When I walked out on there very bad deal they flipped me off , not a good place !! Will be calling dodge Chrysler
If I could leave negative stars, I would! This car was advertised at 18,500. When we drove 1hour 45 mins to the dealship to view the car and started working on price- they have a hidden $1900 “reconditioning fee” & $800 “dealer fees just to start out with on top of the advertised price! Then they low balled my trade in by $5000 as we had multiple quotes from other dealships. DO NOT BUY HERE! My husband told them they should be ashamed of themselves as we were leaving and the manager told us to get out and another sales man flipped him off!

Called a head of time before heading down. Notify them if they buy new 2017 brand new with no money down. Was told yes, can work with me. Got disappointed after 30 mins, result low ball of my new car to tray in a used car for $5 grand down. Sorry wasn't going to happen. It was a waste of my time, would not return when was told after paying interest of my new car!

I would have give them 5 but they advertised a price but at the end need to add a dealer fees which I knew about but then they added a reconditioning fee of 1500. The car was priced good but this threw it off. They remove the fee and we bought the car.

The sales rep wasn't very knowledgeable and had to constantly go as ask someone else for 85% of the questions we asked. When we got hit a written quote for the car we were interested in there was over $2000 in additional fees. These were a reconditioning fee and airport fee due to being close to the airport. It all felt very shady and we purchased elsewhere.

The sales associate was wonderful however the dealership was a rip off. I was told I have to pay extra 1000 due to me wanting to purchase this car cash. Online 12,999 total out the door price 17,028 a lot of extra ridiculous fees. However thank god I ended up finding a 2016 Toyota lessmiles 15,000 miles for 13,999 out the door tax and transfer tag totaling 15,100. I guess everything happens for a reason

Terrible experience drove 1hr to look at car was told car was still available. Made deal left and was called and told car was sold night before with deposit. Dealership is full of liars and could not do deal so called another interested customer to come get car for price they wanted to make more money. Buyer beware!!!

I was contacted by the dealer and met up with them on a Saturday. Two Jeeps were available and I decided to go with a black one instead of the one I originally was there to look at. The tires on the one I liked were really bad to the point where metal was sticking out of the tires. (The spare was not usable) I brought this up and we worked out a deal to put new tires on the Jeep. (not an issue) I then went through their financial which was really simple. (the salesman and Finance employee were great and very helpful)
Now the bad: I left the vehicle to get the tires done and arrived later on in the day. It was storming so I took the keys and drove home. Also, they did not fill the tank like they said they would so I had to stop to get fuel as it was on empty. The next day I noticed that two of the lug nuts were not installed and the Locking Log Nut Key was not put in the vehicle. (I tore everything apart looking for it) I texted the salesman but did not get a response. the next day I called the dealer explained the issue to them and they sent me to the salesman's voice mail. I just wanted the key. I ended up having to take the Jeep to a mechanic to remove the locking Lug Nuts which cost me a little bit. While I had it at the mechanic they also checked the alignment and the car needed to be aligned badly so I had it done while I was there.
All in all the experience was very positive. The day that I was in we were having really terrible weather and they were slammed with visitors so maybe they just missed a few things. Honestly if it was not for the tire issue I would have given them a 4 star review.

Very quick to respond, even with their dealer fee and recondition fee they are still the least expensive on the market. Besides, I’d rather have a car that a technician has signed off on instead of a car straight from the auction the way off lease was trying to sell it to me at the same price!

with the first email. Wanted to know what the out the door price was including

Deceptive business practices This car was priced low online, but the catch is they dont want to give the buyer a fair value for their trade they said since their price was low that I should accept a low price for my trade in? I didnt set the price that was advertised why should I finance more because they are priced low? Its corrupt they are not a dealership with good customer service I would not reccommend them to anyone.

I will start by saying that I did buy this car, but it was the worst car buying
experience of my life! The sales man I spoke to on the phone was very
nice and set an appointment to meet me in 30 minutes. I arrived on
Saturday at my 6 pm appointment time and meet with Greg. After looking
at the car my only concern was a large (key) scratch down the driver
side. I asked if they could do something with that. He told me he would
ask. From this point thing went really bad. The sales manger "Chuck"
never came to speak to me. Tried to raise the price $3000 dollars and
refused to do anything with the scratch. After continuous negotiations we
agreed that I would get the car for the $15,999 and they would do
nothing about the scratch! Then when I am doing paper work not only did
they again go up on the price and put it in at $16,999 saying there is fine
print on the internet pricing even after agreeing to the $15,999. Then
there is their dealer fee of $800. I find all of this out around 10 pm after
waiting hours to get to the finance office! I ended up having to come back
in on Monday to do paper work that again they tried to go up on the
price. Never once did "Chuck" the Sales manager come talk to me.
Horrible, horrible experience! I would never recommend this dealership
to any one!!!! And I will never return there.

Nothing ever came of this deal. When I inquired
about the vehicle, I was trying to negotiate the
price. I was asked what I wanted to pay for the
vehicle and I made an offer. I was then told the
price on the vehicle was a fair price. Before I
could respond, I Was told that the vehicle was
being purchased as we speak and is no longer
available. A few hours later, they asked me if I'd
be interested in another similar vehicle that the
had. It was a different body style and I informed
them that I was not interested. The following day,
I received an email from the dealership asking me
if all my questions were addressed concerning
the vehicle I inquired about? Supposedly, it had
already sold? Who knows?

The salesperson assigned to our case showed little to no
enthusiasm. He appeared disinterested in our case and did not
try to woo us at all. He also had to drive us in the car for like 10
minutes before getting out and letting us do the test drive.
Seemed kinda weird. Also, they made such a lowball offer for
our trade-- literally half of what 2 other dealers had offered--
that we were disgusted and didn't want to proceed at all. I had
the title for my car in my purse and I was ready to rock, but the
salesman seemed bored and unfriendly. Not cool.

Was contacted quickly initially by Kyle. I guess the vehicle was sold, and I never heard again from Kyle or Airport to inform me. I called and responded via email several times. This information could have saved me valuable time in finding another vehicle. I personally would not recommend to anyone.

Have you check out the vehicle and then to tell you "i just found out" that it was not for sale. And after all that doesn't respect you when you tell them that you dont want to hear that you cant get to a certain number because thats the way supposedly it is and that either way we wouldnt have been able to make a deal. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealer, by far. No haggling, they beat the price of 4 other dealers I had been negotiating with. They had me in-and-out in 45 minutes with a brand new Jeep ... and the staff could not have been more pleasant to work with. I wish I could give them 6-stars.

Sneaky practices, car buyers beware. Like many reviewers are
saying, they showed one awesome vehicle online that I
requested information about, but then attempted to be sneaky
and doing a switcharoo! When requesting a price on a very
specific vehicle, the salesperson responded he
could make a certain price work for that vehicle. However,
every reference to the vehicle I was requesting was removed
from car gurus and airportcjd websites. He then sent a video of
the vehicle "I was requesting," which wasn't the vehicle at all, it
was a much cheaper and lower end model. So, they tried to
bait with a higher cost vehicle, but switched the offer to a much
cheaper version. There are lot of dealer options out there
nowadays, I just want others to be aware of these practices
from airport. Happy car buying!

Over the phone they were very helpful, I just could not get past the

Dishonest, sneaky, strong arm tactics
made for an aweful onsite visit. Loved the

The sales manager Juan yelled at me and

Worst experience ever!! I set everything with Miguel, my credit was approved, I coordinated with him to see the car the same day and he agree to meet me at the dealer. 20 minutes before I arrived to the dealer I called him to verify the address, then when I arrived they told me that Miguel was delivering a car somewhere. The person who was attending me went to get the vehicle keys and he came back with another person which said that the car was sold. And maybe the used cars General Manager didn't advise Miguel about that. How come Miguel didn't tell me that the car was sold when I spoke to him 20 minutes before I arrived to the dealer. They want me to see more cars but I denied and left very upset. I called Miguel before I left the dealer and he accepted that he knew that vehicle was sold. This happened on 1/29/16. This same day a person called Mark left me a voicemail on my cell. I spoke with Mark and he confirmed that this situation happened sometimes. This mean that everybody knew that the car was sold and they just want me to buy another car. So, they don't care about the customers. Worst dealer ever.......
