Jake was awesome. I had to fly in to Chicago and he had all of my paperwork ready to go. One of the easiest buying experiences ever.
He responded right away, gave me the out the door price, and the car was exactly what the said it was as far as condition, mileage, etc.
Definitely recommend them. The whole staff was great to work with.

I’m not a fan of leaving negative feedback, in fact it’s my last resort. Before potentially leaving negative feedback I wait a week to think about the entirety of the transaction. I buy cars online nationwide and I understand the risks. I have only shipped one car back. When I spoke to the sales manager about this X4, I asked has the car ever been smoked in? Manager said he took the car home over the weekend and he couldn’t detect any smoker smell, none at all. He then explained his nose can pick that up 100% of the time. Needless to say, the second I opened the door of the car I could smell “the smell” of previous smokers in the car. In fact the rear passenger door has a very obvious burn mark in the leather on the door. 2nd the manager set aside $400 from the transaction to ship the car from Chicago to Traverse City MI. This was a lie. I ended up flying down and driving home. This dealer is very deceptive BEWARE

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly consider purchasing here again.

SCAM ALERT!!!! Stay as far away as possible
from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle
from this dealership and within 2 weeks found
out the vehicle is unsafe to be on the road.
This is coming from two different mechanic
shops and one of them being a Lexus dealer.
The
car is a 2004 Lexus LX470 that was meant for
my 15 year old son. Dealerships like these is
what gives used car dealers such a bad
reputation. Jake was the sale rep and Daniel
is the sales manager.
Do yourself a favor and find a different auto
shop, even if you think you've found the car

Price is right, miles are great. I've looked at so many that I can't remember if vehicle has leather seats and if has been in a accident.

Stay far away from this place. Just purchased a 2011 Range Rover. I negotiated a price and signed a contract that said tax was included. It’s my fault on this because I didn’t realize taxes were taken out in my state. I was told over the phone that they were but it’s on me for letting a car dealership take advantage to someone new in this process. I also was told the car has been serviced and has no problems. Upon receiving the vehicle I took it to a local dealership. It has a large coolant leak. You can smell it the first time I cranked the car and it was even low on receiving the vehicle. Again that was not disclosed and this was not my error. 1400 for the repair. Stay away from these people.. far far away.. They even lied about an oil change. The service required was on when I received the vehicle

Great costumer service
I made an appointment to test drive a car snd when I arrive, I am treated like I wasn’t supposed to be there. The guy that made an appointment left my son and I outside for about 15 minutes and when I walked in to find him he was working with someone else and another guy had to start helping me. He was initially rude until I told him I made an appointment and the guy had left me to handle the other deal. This is a high pressure lot, they don’t want you to test drive the car. They have nice cars but they don’t treat people well because of their attitude towards the demographic they serve.

Sneaky n greedy salesman after a 2-3 calls we made a verbal agreement on the price of the vehicle and the fees associated with it, and then I go in after two business days and he tells me that the deal we had no longer stands and he wants full price for it. And I said so I guess we don’t have a deal and I got up and left. Then he tried calling me for some reason but he already killed it.

Got me approved! Just didn’t decide on the car. James was very helpful and quick to give any update he had for me.
WARNING Don't ever go to this car dealership. They have to be touching up or photo shopping their pictures. This vehicle looks beautiful in the photo's, but when we got there the paint clear coating is all peeling off, tears in interior along with cracks in speakers. The car looked horrible and so did other vehicle I looked at. When I mentioned this sales team was extremely unprofessional, Dan was actually verbally abusive. Worst experience I ever had with a car dealership. STAY AWAY.

We worked with Ryan and he was amazing. The customer service for the rest of the company is garbage from what I can tell. I had worked a deal with Ryan and his finance manager (I don't know the finance manager's name) and was trying to find time to get up to look at the vehicle. Try 1, my wife got sick and I couldn't make it. Try 2, I had to make an unexpected trip to Chicago (2.5-hour drive) and was going to be about 40 minutes from the dealership so I called to see if I could swing by. It was going to be right at closing so I wanted to check with them. Ryan happened to be out so one of the other salesmen was going to wait for me so I started driving the 40 minutes out of the way to get there. I get a call back about 15 minutes into the drive that if I am not ready to sign the paperwork and close the deal that night that the salesman and finance manager (different than the one Ryan was working with) weren't going to stay. They would just leave the car out front for me to look at

They were not high pressure. The finance manager Allen was very understanding about me making a major decision. Our issue was getting a good extended warranty and he agreed that this was an important factor that required much thought because as he pointed out, the electronics on most cars today can be just as expensive if not more than the engine parts in which powertrain coverages cover.

I bought a 2010 Ford F-150 XLT, 5.4L V8 Supercrew. Communicated by email and got prompt responses. Jimmy was my initial contact then Omar. Was offered a fair price for my trade in. Roger accompanied me on a test drive and I did buy an 2012 F-150 truck that evening, but brought it back the next day because it had significant rust under the bed liner which was not well installed so I’m not surprised. Ralph took it back right away and they apologized for not checking it beforehand. Roger accompanied me on a test drive of the F-150 I bought. It happened to be the color I’d been hoping to get too, so I was excited. Loved the truck and definitely decided to swap.
We took it out to Traverse City, MI on vacation right away and it ran pretty decently but the check engine light came on and we were hearing an exhaust leak. I called and reported this right away because they give a 30 day guarantee on the engine & mechanicals. No problem at all. Ralph said bring it in when we get back. The dealer ended up replacing the passenger side exhaust manifold which would have cost us $2,000. had we had to foot the bill ourselves.
My experience was good overall. There was no rush to buy, pressure to upgrade, or buy anything extra. Their only concern was that I was happy with what I bought. They were apologetic for the mishaps, but the main thing with me was that they made things right and cheerfully. I was always treated very politely, with respect, and as an intelligent woman. Had I received the still typical condescending way that car salesman I would have taken my business elsewhere. I recommend this dealer to other intelligent women car buyers. You will be treated well.
My baby purrs like a kitten, runs like a top, and is quiet, roomy & comfortable inside. Not to mention how sharp she looks going down the street with the XLT Chrome trim package.
I hope to have my gorgeous truck for many years to come, hauling building supplies to our investment properties and flips. When the time comes to trade her in someday, I’ll be back to Adam Auto Group. They kniow how to treat customers right with courtesy, respect and service before AND after the sale.

Super fast service stepped in test drive a Porsche I been eyeing for about 2 weeks on my way to work test drove it, gave my info and about 30 mins later met with the man from the bank signed a check for the car and got my papers another 10 mins later ralph had my plates on my car ready to go signed another two papers and was out the door! Great work ethic I didn't feel like I got screwed over like normal used car dealers they actually cared and knew I was on a time schedule and worked with me very well.

I went to purchase a vehicle, my experience with Ralph was exceptional and I didn't spend hours there. Some days later I had questions about my financing. I went to meet with Ralph the Finance Manager he took his time to explain everything to me and double checked that I understood. I visited this dealer 3 weeks ago with my cousin not actually planning on purchasing the vehicle I was looking at I was still just in the shopping around stage. I test drove 2 different cars there and I let them know I wanted to just think about it because the car I liked was a bit higher than the original one I was looking at and the amazing part about this dealer is that the sales man Jimmy didn't make me feel like I was pressured or forced to buy from them I went home and thought about it with out that typical car sales calls and blah, blah, blah. I went back the following day and purchased a Range Rover I was still worried about if anything went wrong how could I pay for it but Jimmy worked out a great deal for me and threw in a warranty and I still was shocked at my monthly payments because it was lower than what I calculated and made me feel even better I was financed with State Farm! They made me feel great about this purchase and made it go smoothly.

I was contacted the same day I emailed about the car i was interested in. He was very helpful and gave me a good deal on my car. I ended up buying the car and he was such an awesome help and i didn't expect to have such a great experience at a dealership considering all the other guys at other dealerships were pushy and trying to get me to buy something i didn't want. At Adam Auto Group they were just very polite and very informative. I recommend this place

The easiest transaction I've ever made. I went into Adam Auto Group three weeks after searching for a car. I searched over and over and wasn't able to get approved and when I did I would get qualified for something I didn't like. I called and had a friendly conversation with the sales rep there and instructed me to submit a credit application on their website. Honestly, I didn't think it would go anywhere but 45 minutes later I got the call I was hoping for. I was approved on my 2006 BMW 750Li. I went in same day and drove out with a car I could only dream of. They even gave me insurance. I thank everyone who had a part in getting me approved over there and I recommend them to each and every person who has bad credit and wants to start over and build their credit. Thank you all again.

This is a great dealer. I originally inquired about a 2012 Audi A7. Unfortunately it was sold. They had a great selection of all different types of cars. I caught a glimpse of an Audi A8 and fell in love. The car was in perfect condition and had so many options that I didn't even know were available. Driver assist panoramic roof chocolate interior with diamond stitching suede trimmings. The car was unbelievable. We negotiated on a price and made the deal. Great staff took care of me and showed me how to use all the gadgets. Couldn't be more happy with them. Would definitely recommend all my friends and followers.
