Thay lie and try to get more money advertised for 46920.00 and asking 48920 and Ofer 2000 more power trend warranty by law thay should give 30day warranty but thay doesn’t give that either what kind of dealer thay are making there own law to get more money never suggested to go there
I had the pleasure of working with Keith at ALM Newman, and the experience was excellent. He was honest, professional, and quick to respond to all my questions. It’s rare to find someone so straightforward and easy to work with in the car-buying process. Although I did not purchase the vehicle for other reasons, I Highly recommend Keith at ALM.
Another BAIT & SWITCH operation. Super
sketchy. I submitted the loan application and
he told me I was approved. Then he sent me a
link saying this is the car you are approved on.
A car I had never laid eyes on. It was electric
blue and over twice the price of what I had
“bought”. Payments of $560/month. Which I
can’t afford. They were dishonest about my
purchase and literally chose a car that I didn’t
even like for me without any input from me
whatsoever.

Sales people were very nice. 2 of 3 vehicles I wanted to test drive, and set up in advance of my arrival, we’re not ‘road ready’ one had a dead battery and another a flat tire. That did not make for a favorable test drive experience. The 3rd vehicle was great and was the one I ended up purchasing. 2020 Nissan Rogue.
The process of financing was long but expected. The car was detailed before I took ownership, but that department did a poor job. I detailed it to my standards when I got it home. Overall I would recommend ALM of Newnan. Just be certain they have your desired cars actually ready for the test drive!!

They have been very prompt on sending me information about a vehicle, that I'm interested in.
The worst dealership I have ever been to. Drove several hours here to purchase and the vehicles are not clean, nor do they have gas for a test drive (had to wait almost 30mins for the sales rep to fuel up the truck even though I had an appointment). The sales team is incompetent, and the sales manager is extremely condescending and rude. Not to mention, the majority of their pre owned vehicles come from Canada/Michigan and are rusted all over underneath.
I called wanting to view a very specific car. The sales person told me they had the car on the lot and I could come to test drive it. When I traveled the 45 minutes to get there, a whole different sales person “assisted” me with the car. At first he told me the car was in the shop being “serviced.” I was thinking it was getting an oil change or something. When I said I’d wait and I still wanted to drive it, the salesperson came back with the keys to the car saying I probably wouldn’t want to drive it because the bumper was hanging off and the windshield was cracked. I read that the car had been in an accident, but I didn’t know they meant right then!! After, he proceeded to try to sell me different cars I didn’t want and the alleged salesperson I spoke with over the phone was never there. Which didn’t become suspicious to me until later in the day when a similar situation happened at another dealership. I won’t be going back to this place.

Terrible. Drove 500 miles promised me the car was clean like new and ready to go. Tires were bald truck was filthy and just about every panel had a mark or scratch. To top it off the truck would not even start.

charge" and $199 "Document fee".
These are bs charges that they add on to fluff up
the price that they advertise online.
Would not negotiate to take those amounts off of the
listed price, claimed they cannot waive them.
What nonsense.
Found another dealer who agreed to sell me his vehicle
at the listed price, and then took multiple discounts off
because well you know that's how you sell a car in this
day and age. Got a 2019 vehicle of same make and
model for about the same price, out the door, free
delivery.

Dealing with ALM has been the worst experience ever! I bought a 2020 Mustang on Friday night & started having problems with it on the way home. I called them the next day (Sat.) & tried to return it Sunday, but couldn’t (“as is”). DON’T GO THERE!!

We purchased a Charger on a Saturday. There were some minor issues we noticed during the test drive. We were told the vehicle would be delivered to us by Wednesday after a service check-up. After little to NO communication at all from Chelsea or Justin, we reached out on Wednesday & spoke to Alex. He stated the vehicle had just been serviced, 3 days after we purchased & 1 day past our promised delivery date. We felt very put aside & knew something wasn't right. We reached out to the sales manager, Anthony, on Thursday. We were told the vehicle was inoperable & we would be receiving our deposit back. Not only did we have to drive back 3 hours to receive the money order that was never deposited, it also took 5 days for a large returned transaction on our credit card. Chelsea & Justin were very unprofessional when we returned. They did not greet us or apologize. Anthony was at least professional & apologetic. The dealership is dirty, with drywall cracking. Would not recommend to purchase

I can’t say that I will be doing any business with this dealership.
We had an appointment to test drive a vehicle and our salesman was late for the appointment. While waiting, we encountered another salesman that was extremely arrogant.
Once we were finally able to test drive the vehicle, we found where trash had been left under the seats. There was no effort to prep the vehicle for a test drive.
The salesman offered an asking price for the vehicle that was $5K above the price listed on CarGuru. I showed him this discrepancy, he showed his manager, and then returned with a response of “Well, we have someone else looking at this vehicle that will pay $xx,xxx.”
There were red flags going off the entire visit. We did not have a pleasant experience and we consider the dealership to be unprofessional.

Not bought by another customer but sold "wholesale" for mechanical reasons, I was told. Although I received an email within an hour of speaking with them, notifying me that the vehicle had been sold.

Dealership offered $1,500 less than another dealership on my trade in value. Didn't honor their current special which is $1,000 "trade assistance" and only took $100 off vehicles asking price (which is actually the new asking price now). After adding almost $2,500 in dealership fees it took the price of the vehicle (2015 jeep with @ 47,000 miles) to over $34,000! Ironically they haven't even bothered to follow up after sending offer only proving they made me an offer they knew I wouldn't go for to blow me off. I guess my business isn't needed! This apparently is a "luxury" dealership that only sells to "luxury" people that have more money than sense. Pretty sure this rating won't affect any future buyers and I'm certain a business like this could care less about my opinion and rating!

I took the car to my mechanic and was told the it looked like the dealer was hiding something because the underneath of the entire truck including brakes and wheel well was newly spray painted. The truck seems to have extensive rusting. Buyer beware please check with mechanic before buying from this dealer. I would like to again say praises for the every part of the experience outside of this.

Excellent experience! Victoria replied to my inquiry very quickly. I was leery at first not knowing about the dealer but Victoria was knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. When I talked with Victoria over the phone, I told her I was over 2hrs away from them and she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests to help me make a good car buying decision before I made the drive. The car was listed as being accident free. I drove 70 miles with the intent to purchase the vehicle only to be disappointed. Also, ALM could do A much better job of detailing the vehicle. There was a sticky substance on the dash and drink spills on the leather and on the console.

This car was very dirty and the seats were all stained as if it was in a flood. It also smelled of mold and there was trash in the
car. There is no excuse for showing a car in this condition. I was very disappointed and left immediately.
I went to the dealership because of the description. Place by cargurus, got there and the vehicle is not equipped with any of the descriptions mentioned in the ad. Very disappointing since I am driving almost 2hrs to get there. This vehicle does not have the DVD entertainment and the premium package. Salesman says that it is not their descriptions, it is cargurus that put incorrect info. I was going to see the car at their other location in which Kenny says it would only be 30mins, but after 20mins on the road I decide to map the location and it was another hour to get too. More disappointment. I missed my appointment that was back in Montgomery due to being misleading information. Not good for business.

They were very understanding and attentive of my situation as they were changing due to college-student daughter needs... I think I would enjoy working with them in the future.
I was told I could only see the car by appointment. So we sat up an appointment time cause I was driving over an hour there. when I arrived the car wasn’t ready like they said it would be. ( they were supposed to have the car out front ready that’s what I was told when asked why do they see appointment only. Well my husband and I had to wait about 15 minutes before the car was ready to test drive. I got in the back my husband got in the drivers seat and the salesman in the passenger seat. First off time you opened the door you could see mud and dirt all in the floor of the car. you could smell the car had a dog in it regularly. The back seat had rip marks from the paws and droll marks were everywhere along with dirt!! This car was so nasty I really felt uncomfortable the whole five minute test drive. They don’t clean their cars unless you buy. The trunk wouldn’t open and the car didn’t look as nice as the pictures. I wouldn’t buy a car from them wasted time I’ll never get back. I

My salesman, Chris Woodson, was very helpful--he was easy to work with,
and if he didn't know the answer to a question immediately, he researched it

Although he was not working on the day I completed my purchase (financing
etc) his colleagues were also very cordial and helpful. Overall a very good

The entire staff was wonderful. Josh was an amazing sales person. I pretty much knew I was buying the truck before I arrived; however, my wife wanted to take advantage of the time to view some suvs, and Josh patiently went with us trying out vehicle after vehicle, knowing that we weren't purchasing any of them that day. His attention, dedication, patience and knowledge cemented my truck sale and future purchases. We will definitely be a repeat customer.
I was contacted very quickly and everyone has been really nice (the only
reason I gave 2 stars), but this is not an honest place and the car that I
bought from them is giving me (serious) trouble already and my fist
payment isn't even due yet. I'm well aware that as is means just that and
used cars come with their share of faults, but when a customer asks
specific questions about the condition and is led to believe that everything
is fine and in working order, then as-is should mean what has been told to
be true should be. That was not the case. Then I was told the car could be
returned if there were issues and that turned out to be a lie as well. In all
fairness, they have agreed to make some repairs, but those things
shouldn't have been broken to begin with, or at the very least, they should
have been disclosed when they were asked about issues. Plus, I live an
hour away and I've already made 2 trips there, with another scheduled,
costing me gas and wear and tear on another car, with the added onus of
finding another driver who is available to go with me so the car can be
dropped off/picked up. I'm terribly disappointed with this dealership and
could not, in good consciousness, recommend them to anyone.

The car was really nice. However I drove pretty far to look at and test drive the car. However when I got there I was told that the car had to go through inspection and couldn’t be test driven which was a huge disappointment. The salesman was pleasant however this information could have been told to me before hand. Though we foundry negotiate a $500 difference I honestly felt like had I test drive the car I could have felt slightly more moved with purchasing the vehicle. I don’t feel like the experience was great overall in my opinion.

The truck I went to look at had came from Canada. So the under carriage was completely rusted. It was in terrible shape. Vehicle had not even been cleaned , dirt and dust everywhere. A long drive for nothing.

One of my worst experience ever; I already spoken with a Donna, who set me up an appointment for the car. I told her, I was willing to pay cash for the car. I get ALL the way down there, to be told the car has been sold. Common courtesy would have been nice to call me before I arrived letting me know the car was sold. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I drove over an hour to get to this dealership Alm Newnan and much to my surprise all the features listed in this car ads for this vehicle we're not actually on the vehicle. For instance there's no DVD player and the Dealer played as if he was surprised and not aware of this. I called prior to coming and they informed me me everything was up to date and that the price was negotiable that too was a lie. Very disappointed with this place and I would recommend it to anyone.

My experience with ALM was awesome from my
initial phone call to
signing papers of ownership for the 2009 Chev
Tahoe LS. My dealer,
Josh Clayton, is the epitiomy of customer
service. I did not feel
pressured into buying the Tahoe. Josh allowed
me to take the Tahoe to
my machanic to have it checked out during the
test drive. Who does
that? Well, Josh did. Everything checked out fine.
After the purchase of
the Tahoe, Josh phoned to make sure I was
perfectly happy with my
purchase. I have referred several people to ALM.
In the future, if or
when I want another vehicle...... I will choose
ALM.

Sub par. they are unwilling to deal. Have over priced vehicles, and even when
you show them why the vehicles don't meet the conditions to justify their
asking price, they blow you off. Told me they would get their price even if they
had to take it back to auction. and that came straight from the managers
mouth.

When I told her I thought her dealership's offerings were likely too rich for my
budget she responded with a chuckle, saying that their name frequently
misleads people into thinking they only offer expensive vehicles. She said
their inventory was varied and she'd look for something in my budget with
what I wanted as features.

We ended up buying the car but they are extremely slow. We had to return the next day for "we owe items" and it took us an hour and half to get a gear nob, an emissions test and a piece of paper. There is still one more item and I can't get it scheduled. I will never buy a car here again

Not your typical dealership, where you feel the sales person is just trying to make some money off a commission. We had the pleasure of working with John Keefe and he is a really down to earth great guy. We laughed and were serious when it came down to business. Didn't feel like he was just trying to sell us a car but like he was really trying to help us get into the car we wanted at a good deal. Would recommend ALM Newnan especially John Keefe. We purchased a 2015 Acura MDX and I'm so happy!

It was the first time I called ALM. They had the automobile I wanted to see pulled off the lot and ready to see and test drive when I got there. I loved it and they made me a fair deal on trading in my truck. The salesman was very professional and the deal went smooth. I will definitely recommend and use ALM again.

I only wanted them to come down to my price because the condition on the vehicle and because it has been at the dealer for awhile however they have my number if they change their mind.

The dealer contacted me back, however once I spoke with the dealer and explained what I needed and was looking for the dealer stopped communicating with me. The dealer could have just called back to say if they could help me or not instead of putting me to the back burner. I will take my business else where.

They were fairly helpful over the phone. The price they quoted me over the phone was a little more money and less it online but they offered to honor that price.

was not good to deal with and not what you
would expect from a dealership this size. Bought
a vehicle from another location and they were
great to work with. Skip Newnan until they work
out their sales manager situation.

I ended up buying a vehicle from them. Everyone there was nice and willing to help as much as possible. Negotiating a lower price was Almost impossible though. At the end of the day I was still happy with the vehicle I purchased.

Gary was professional and patient.
My visit was a nice experience.
Great experience overall. Met, Drove and Purchased the car in the same
day. They need some help in the finance department as it took forever
(nearly 2 hours after we agreed on price). May have caught em on a busy
day. Dealership is clean, comfortable, and everyone is nice. They need to
improve their guest Wifi, as I tried to work while waiting but could not due to
slow speeds. Car is great, had minor issue with AC but they fixed the
following week without issue. Will buy here again. Kathy was super.

First and foremost the sales people are very nice
throughout when you walk in. However, Marquis
is a lier!! I talked with him on the phone for a
2014 lexus listed as 21,999 and told him I was
already financed for 19,000. He told me he
could do the 19,000 I just had to pay the tax and
fees and the price for that was roughly around
$2000 and the negotiations are not supposed to
be made on the phone but he could take the
19,000 for that car if I did the tax and fees.He stated he spoke to a manager about it. I went
there the next day around 9:30am. I knew and
he knew exactly the car I wanted . I gave him the
car stock number and emailed him the listing
from this website.I repeated on the phone not to
have me drive over two hours to get there and
something was different or he changed up when
I got there. He assured me that everything was
fine and worked out for the 19,000 for that car. I
also needed the buyers order to give to my
finance company and he said I had to be there in
person for the buyer order b/c they won't fax
anything unless I was there in person to sign
papers for the negotiations. OK here's the kicker
I got up with a family membe around 6
something in the am and drove HOURS PLUS to
get there. He greated me immediately and got
the car to let me test drive it. Only after the drive
we sat down to sign papers for him to change
the price and lie to my face saying he was
talking about another car. If that was the case
then why didn't he pull the other car for me to
drive. Then for him to keep lying about what we
talked over the phone was unreal and beyond
frustrating. He lied to get me there and lied to
keep himself out of trouble. I understand he is
young and you can tell he's new to car sales, but
don't be DISHONEST and have a customer come
under FALSE PRETENSE. He also was oblivious
to the car functions saying Sirus is free for the
lifetime of the car, NOT TRUE, and the gear
shifter used while driving in the manual mode
was to turn the volume up and down on the
radio. Andrew the manager said that he can help
me by financing through their company, what
since does that make when I was led there
under false pretense with my finance company
information in hand ready to make the purchase
hassle free. (or so I thought) NO!!!!!The only way
he could help was to give me the car for what
his dishonest employee stated on the phone.
One last thing to mention, I spoke to Marquis
after leaving furious and I asked did he really
talk to his manager about the price the previous
day ( which he stated he did and everything was
okay) .. I got a long pause then a no and then he
tried to cover it by saying he never said it. Moral
of the story don't go to ALM, take your business
else where. Honestly this dealership doesn't
even deserve one star for the inconvenience I
had to deal with based on lies. I asked Andrew,
his manager, was there someone over him I
could talk to and he told me no he was the
manager and he tried to help me by financing
through them so there's nothing else he could
do while laughing on the phone
(unprofessional)!! Please avoid what I went
through!!!!

The salesman was very nice I had asked him how the car was and he said they give all their cars and inspection. I was trading An older car that had been restored and he said he was going to sit down with his manager that morning and discuss what price they were going to get me and I waited and never received a call so I texted him and he told me to call him which I did and at that time he told me the car I wanted had a bad transmission so it's not for sale and he said he would have to talk to the guy that buys cars how much my car will be worth so at that time I felt I was lied to you twice just not very professional

Very disappointed that the car did not live up to its billing. They did very little
to make it look appealing. Drove 90 miles and 2 hours to need only 5
minutes to realize their car was not right for us. I should have known that
would be the case since it was priced so far below market.

Dealer responded the same day; however, the vehicle was not at the dealership. The representative explained that sometime the inventory shows up before the vehicle actually gets to the dealership. He said that he would contact me once the vehicle reaches the dealership and that it would be a couple of days. I never received a follow up.

Made an appointment to go pick up a vehicle. Not only did they sell it two days before my scheduled time, but they didn't notify me. Once I arrived a salesman said " well I'd hate for you to walk away empty handed." And tried to put me in something I wasn't looking for.
