The most unprofessional salesman ever. Luis Reyes and I had been in contact over several days. We set up a time for me to drive from Conyers to Duluth to check out the vehicle. I get there, and right after hello he wants to make a copy of my driver’s license. I’m thinking great, we’re gonna get right to checking out the vehicle and go on a test drive. Mind you, the vehicle should have been out front or at least on the lot, this was not the case, the vehicle was in a body shop. Time is my most valuable asset, I came there for one particular vehicle, a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I was lied to via email because I was told the vehicle would be gassed up, washed, and ready for purchase. I came with financing in hand. This was a big waste of time and resources. Just bad business practices all around.

I texted briefly with this dealership, but their location is several states away from me, so a test drive wouldn’t be possible. The sales person was very motivated to sell the car, but didn’t pressure me to do so. Wish I could buy this car online, but I have to see and drive it first.

Requested to purchase this vehicle under my business name, 3 different people called me about the same vehicle when I had already sent back the application. 3 days go by no response. I finally follow up with Curt there was no apology no nothing. He said the application had not been sent over because it needed more information. I provided him with the information he requested he claimed the application was being sent over and he should hear something in a few minutes and would call me back. He never did.

Dealer responded rather quickly.
Dealer with honest pricing and integrity. Oldest dealer network in the Country and the experience shows. By from Chris Lewis. We drove 400 miles to pick up a vehicle. Documents we're waiting. Total time in dealership was less than one hour (including the test drive). We will purchase from Chris and Garber again.
Was told the car was at the Union city location when it was actually at the Gwinnett. Was told the car could be transferred to the Newnan location which is closer to me. Never happened. Jay was supposed to be my salesman but out of nowhere stopped helping and wouldn’t return texts. Then I was told the car had been sold. Then I was contacted the next day to tell me it was available. When I called back to ask about it I was told it had been sold again. Then a few days later I was contacted and told it was available. At this point I was done. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time driving to the Union city location. Just annoying really. Figure it out ALM. Get your act together.

I had a super positive experience with ALM. They were kind and helpful - and none of the sales pressure of other dealerships. They were organized and professional
Rudest and most unprofessional sales people I have encountered. I spent days trying to obtain the exact packages/options
installed on a $53,000 2020 BMW 3 Series as that makes a big impact on the price and purchasing decision. Nobody could
provide this information and some sales people were outright lazy and didn't even care to attempt. One sales manager named
Mark tried to help but he could not locate the info so he promised me he call me after obtaining that info from his marketing
department. He never called back as promised. I called back several times and was screened by his sales minions who refused
to help. I'll take my business elsewhere

The initial response was great and the day of my visit went well. I actually purchased the vehicle and got a slightly better rate from Wells thru ALM. I love my car (found some imperfections after the purchase but still love the car). The finance manager/rep was excellent. The 3 star rating is for the poor follow up and service since my purchase. I have reached out to my salesperson at least 3 times( email and cell phone) with no response. Like I said, I love the car. The initial service was great the follow up service needs work.

I contacted this dealership about purchasing a car N the first salesman could not give me a straight answer about the price. And after I called back I spoke with Marty the manager and he mentioned that he would contact me later about the price ?
Another sales person Don , called back and mentioned the same vehicle that was listed for $17,900 would cost me well over $20,000 and I ask why? He mentioned there were several dealer fees involved as well as a 2% Alabama sales tax. I mentioned to him that I had already called the Alabama sales tax office and this did not apply because I was purchasing the car out of state and taking it to North Carolina for tax and title. As I kept negotiating with this sales person he continued to reduce the price but only by about $1000 which brought it down to around $19,000 far from the advertise price of $17,900.

Raphael was the person who contacted me. I called about the car Monday night of 12/7/20 and told Raphael that I was gonna come in Tuesday 12/8/20. He called asked me a time and I told him 3-4. Well Tuesday came and my grandmother had a stroke and I wasn’t able to make it so I told him I would come next tuesday bc I work everyday if the week besides Tuesday he agreed. He called me today which is 12/14/20 and asked me if I was coming tomorrow which I won’t be able to bc my grandmother is in a coma state bc of the stroke. He was very rude to me.

I didn’t feel comfortable with them as a dealership. I arrived at the dealership and no one greeted me for 20 min. The manager saw me leaving after sweating on the lot, and asked for me to come inside and I declined. The cars have really high mileage to be brand new. And the associates are way too pushy via phone.

I was contacted by Mark Mumby. I told him that I wanted to purchase the car. I sent him all of my information he requested about my trade in and prequalification. He said he would write up a deal. I called and texted him a half dozen times to confirm he got everything and to get the deal completed. He never replied until 3 days later with a text “sold”. I’m very busy like many. To have invested my time in trying to get a vehicle and to be treated this disrespectfully is unacceptable. I will be sure to convey my experience to anyone about this dealership and agent.
Horrible..Vehicle i went to look was apparently wrecked..i was never informed when i set up appt. Got there and the vehicle had damge to chrome front bumper, foglight, valence, and drivers side mirror was hanging off. Another truck i checked out battery died when i cut it off and attempted to cut back on..vehicles on lot were in poor condition.many vehicles with flat tires and extremely dirty

Bradley, the salesman, and George, the finance guy, were both tremendous. The service department
was a struggle! Bought the car on a Tuesday, and had to go back on Saturday just to retrieve it. And
still, not everything was done that they said would be done. I was very disappointed in the back end,
because the two men mentioned above did a great job on the front end!
Awesome service and understanding. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I didn't have to wait long. My salesman was will versed on the vehicle I was looking for and assisted me from my pre-approval until I left the facility. On top of that, he followed up with me on the next day! The only reason I didn't provide a 5 star rating was the poor detail that was done on my "NEW" suv! I believe my kids would've done a better job but other than that, the fiance department got me the best rate with my credit and I'm satisfied! Go see Bradley!

I called them a day and a half before I went to see two trucks. I also let the sales person know that morning that I was arriving. When I got there, they didn’t have the keys for one of the trucks. Both of them were filthy. The one truck that I was interested in and spiderwebs and dirt all over the inside, and the battery was dead. Obviously they didn’t care enough that I was going to make the trucks presentable. I would never go back again

I went to the dealership after scheduling an appointment with Ralphael the salesman. I drove an hour to the shop after the salesman informed me the car was there and available. When I arrived I waited for about 1.5 hours before being told the vehicle had been reserved the day prior and sold. I left immediately just to be called a day later and informed the vehicle was in fact available. I drove an hour again and ended up buying the vehicle same day with cash. Five days later the check engine light came on and I was informed that I needed a catalytic converter in the new vehicle that was not covered by the extended warranty I purchased at the dealership. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

The Honda Accord that I inquired about was drastically over priced. The appearance was horrible and it had serious mechanical issues (engine or transmission). The dealer shouldn’t have tried to sell this vehicle especially a dealer with prestigious vehicles on their lot. Buyer beware of anything purchased from this dealer. The sales person baited me to come in for a test drive at 10am. She contacted me via texts and phone calls the prior day. She made a copy of my license then told me the battery was dead and they could not get it stated. Then she proceed to try to get me to look at other vehicles. She should have checked and prepare everything the evening before our appointment. Or even when she arrived that morning. She should have notified me anytime prior to me leaving my house making the drive in ATL rush hour. she should have had the professional decency to called me and rescheduled for a later time. This dealership wasted my time. .
Sales person called to schedule the appointment , when we arrived car was not even clean or ready, we kept waiting for 30 minutes for him to find the keys , than we waited another 15 minutes to find the keys for Tesla, never test driven that either as batteries were not charged

Actually they did not contact us. We didn't wait for a call but opted to call them a second time and spoke with someone then and arranged to visit their dealership the next day to look at the vehicle. When we arrived we were told that the vehicle we were interested in had been sold but their inventory list had not updated until after we got there. Our salesman, De'el Camarena was very apologetic and when we told him there was a car just like the one we were interested in at another ALM lot in a different town he contacted them to confirm it was still there, which it was. He then drove us all the way over to the other dealership to see the car. We drove it back to De'el's lot and eventually purchased it. De'el did an excellent job for us.....He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He offered us a great deal and gave us a very fair value for our trade. Many thanks to De'el and Mike Ugo who closed the deal for us. We highly recommend this dealership.

The phone system when calling was simply inept. They could never find anybody you call for.
If I could leave a ZERO.I would. Wait for phone calls, text, emails. Wanted to have vehicle shipped. Couldn't even get ppl to respond with exact amount so I could get cashier's check. Then wants to ruin you thru a credit report to write a personal check. Stl wasn't the bomb that made me so mad that I had to wait several day to write this review. They say they sold the truck... When they were supposed to be arranging pick-up or delivery.. I call bullcrap. I really don't think they even had the truck to sell for that price to begin with. I think they do that to get you there & try to sell you something.. The truck is still listed. Beware unless you're actually on the lot. Also If you do decide to do business I'd talk with Derrick.. He's the only one that tried to do business. (After my blood was boiling)

This vehicle was in very poor condition. The factory radio had been taken out and replaced with a very cheap system (which made the Factory DVD player useless). The carpeting was stained. The chrome on the outside was not professionally installed. After a three hour drive to come see this vehicle, I was very disappointed.

When we drove from Cobb to Gwinett county to see the car, it was sold. They had another Volvo, 2016, that we bought. A very nice, not slow experience. We waited for the finance person for over an hour and a half. Once he returned from lunch the process went fairly quick.

Talk to salesperson Oliver that told me me the vehicle I was wanting to test drive was there.... So after driving an hour and a half through downtown traffic during Superbowl weekend I get there and he was nowhere to be found. I was told for 40 minutes he was putting gas in a car. So I wanted to see the carbut was later told it had been sold. They tried to push a different car and color on me...... Horrible service and could not deliver what was asked of them. Then the manager tried to get me to work with a different guy until the other guy came from the gas station . Horrible Horrible experience overall

Costumer service was good, they contacted me in a short time after my inquire. The vehicle was as described, and it was somewhat clean, taking in consideration that the car was parked outdoors. The mats was not in the car, but the salesman said that he would provide them. I'm still negotiating the price, as they don't give much space for some price reduction, but still good. The location looks good and clean. Hopefully we can find a good final price for the car. Good car selections, and you will feel welcome there.

Wouldn't reccommend them they told me my credit score wasn't very good and tried to give me 5.9 percent and sell me a 2500 warranty. And give me 2000 for my 2009 lexus. My credit was great . Won't ever buy a car from them.

I was great.
They intentionally left a car online to use as a bait and switch to get me onto their lot. I
kept checking back online to see if they would remove the car and they did not take down
that car. When I would call in and ask about that particular care they would say to hurry in
because inventory moves quick even though they knew it was gone. LIARS!!!! Cannot
trust this dealership. I spoke with several people there and they all gave the same answer
even though the car was gone.

The sales person I originally conversed with was unavailable when I arrived. Was turned over to another sale person. The sales person said that he would bring the car around. After being gone for about 10 minutes, he returned to say that the battery was dead and the car would not start. Since I have jumper cables in my car, I offered to jump start the car. We drove in my car to the rear lot. After several attempts the car started.. At this point he stated that he would take the car yo the service area. I advised him that if his dealership would transport the car to a Fiat dealer they should warranty the battery. He said they would contact me when the car was fixed. A week later I called enquiring for the sales person and was told the he no longer worked there.... The looked good with one glaring fault. The passenger side mirror was missing. The car should have never been presented for sale until the mirror was replaced... .....

Although, Ronald was nice, this dealership practices the “bait and switch” sales strategy. I arrived at the dealership at the time I stated I would be there. I was told by the lady I spoke to, that they would pull this car out and have it ready for me to test drive. Unfortunately, when I arrived (3 hours after speaking to this woman) the car was sold and not in their inventory. So, as car salesmen, for these type of dealerships, do, they tried to put me in something they did have in inventory. After being there for hours, I left without a car deal.

Internet Sales Manager Susan offered me a $10,290 price on a 2017 Jetta stock number HM274373 Saturday evening 4th via text. I went into dealership Sunday at noon to purchase car. Jubril, salesman, looked at my text message from Susan and took it to his General Manager. Jubril said General Manager did not want to offer deal. Said he was losing money. The sales man was also new so another sales man came over to assist him in making the sale. So our sale man asked what was the price point we were trying to spend I then told him no more that $10,000 cash no financing. So the other sales man insisted that he walk us and our sales man around the lot to show us the cars we would be able to get in. After showing us a few cars that were not the type of cars we previously spoke about he finally showed us a white C300 we showed interest in that vehicle but continued to look for other cars. He got very rude and stated to his co-worker they don't have any money and not trying to buy nothing. At this point my sister took offence to his statement and the 2 of them argued. He continued to make rude statements at this point I got upset and told her to let's just leave. Never will I or anyone I know will ever shop at ALM Gwinnett. Just like there are plenty of other customers there are plenty of other car dealers.

So I called the dealership to check on the status of the truck and was told that it was still available and the salesman said he would put a hold in the system on the truck until I got there because I would be driving over 2 hours to see it. I get a text from the salesman when I’m less than 5 minutes from the dealership saying that he was sorry but it had already sold. I was fuming!!!! Went there anyway to speak my mind and hopefully not get arrested. The site manager helped some by giving me $20 worth of gas but that’s it. Nothing for my time, he tried to find a similar truck in a comparable price range but wouldn’t come down on the price of any other truck to make it compatible to the price range I was looking for.
The experience from the very beginning was ugly. These sales reps need to
be more honest and up front about the vehicles they sale to the public. The
vehicle was a piece of trash from the start. I don't want to waste the sales
person time and I don't like wasting my time and resources with looking at a
vehicle that has too many issues. The car that was advertised had been
modified with the removal of the original tires and rims. Second the vehicle
ran like an old truck and over heated after a short test drive.

The dealership knew we were coming to look at two used Toyota
Sequoias. However, it seemed as though the cars were in the back, and
unprepared for our visit. The cars looked nothing like the "stock picture"
that was apparently used on the website. The cars were dirty, in disrepair,
and not in "showing" mode. I ended up driving one of the two cars, but
was immediately turned off by the feel. They completely lost the sale. I
didn't even have them appraise my car because I knew I was walking
away. How could you not prepare the car if you knew someone was
coming in to view it?! Definitely wouldn't recommend ALM.

looking for listed at a very reasonable price. I
made an appointment for a test drive and
called several times prior to the test drive to
confirm that the vehicle I wanted was still
available, prior to my appointment. I arrived,
inspected and drove the car, then we got

we found a deal to which we could
both agree. I had to work to be able to drive away
with the car I wanted with a deal that
I am comfortable with. But that is what I
expected.
I don’t believe that anyone at ALM was “out to
get me.” Mohamed, Kelly,
Mack and Adam were all very professional and
courteous. They wanted the best deal
for their business, I wanted the best deal for me.
That’s the way it works. We found a
deal that we could both live with. I would
recommend this dealer to experienced car
buyers. Great atmosphere. No lies in the listing.

Salesman (Leroy) called right away and said that the vehichle was still available and that he would have it cleaned up and ready when we arrived to check out. After driving 4 hours (also 3 days later as scheduled to see it) he had no clue which car we were looking at. Once we found it he pulled up a dirty car with a motor knocking. When I asked about it he went and got his service manager. Great customer service until the service manager came out to tell us that's what it's supposed to sound like. I suggested that we look at another car like we were looking at to see what it sounded like. Sure enough it purred like a kitten. We decided to keep giving the salesman an opportunity and decided to buy a vehicle. This was the worst experience ever! I live in Tennessee called this dealer about a 2015 Lexus IS350, I was told it was in perfect condition and had never been in an accident. I put a $500 deposit to hold the car until the following Saturday when I could make the 5 hour drive to pick it up. I got to the dealership and the car was nothing like the online photos the front bumper had been replaced, the windshield had been replaced, the complete front of the car had been replaced. The work was horrible it looked as if someone had painted it with a paint brush. I was shocked I ask to speak to the manager and the sales associate who had blatantly lied ran into the dealership and hid never to return. We waited 20 min no manager came to see us, no one came to help us. This place was like a huge salvage vehicle lot. I reported them to the better business bureau and my credit card company. BUYERS BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment with the dealer but failed to receive any of the requested information prior to the scheduled visit. I was supposed to receive an estimate of the numbers along with more information about the car. When I did not receive any of the information prior to the visit I cancelled the visit. The associate at the dealership did not confirm the cancellation nor has he reached out to me since Wednesday of last week. This was not a great experience.

The dealer made prompt contact with me as a potential purchaser.
I look for a car online which was available. When I went to see the car, I was told that it got sold that morning only and tried to upsell me another car at higher price point. After several days when I check the inventory online, that car is still listed as available With increased price.
With trust broken, I will never go to this dealer location even if they give me a good deal.

Drove down from Knoxville, TN. Had a sales lady named Shirley very polite and helpful. Got straight down to business which was nice due to the long drive. Car was as expected had a few minor issues with car. Shirley and Mac were on it and took care of the issues. All in all a good experience didn’t feel pressured. The only thing I would have liked to seen was a little more hospitality, wasn’t offered a water to myself or two kids until we were leaving. Great pricing and easy access to and from interstate. Plenty of selection.

When I went to the dealer, he showed me a different higher price than the website. Later he went to talk to the manager and told me the car was already sold.
I went to the dealership to look at one car and ended up purchasing
another car. After looking at the first car, the salesman, De’el Camarena,
and I decided to see what else was available around that price range.
He found me a vehicle which was quite a bit more to my liking. He is
doing everything in his power to make this deal right for me. I went with
the intention of just getting something reliable to get me by and to trade
in my old car. I came out very happy with the trade offer and my “new
to me” ride!

Upon visit, the mileage was not as listed, off by around 2,000 miles " Higher " over 17,000.
Interior was cloth, not leather as listed. Parking was awful to park my vehicle when we arrived.......We rarely complain but we drove over 60 miles to get there. They will be way down the list to visit from now on.

ALM did contact me promptly. My initial contact was with Kelly and was an excellent sales agent from beginning to the end. I did a great deal of research on this vehicle and it was exactly what I wanted and the price was fair. That being said it was a sale from the beginning all they had to do was treat me right and they did a great job.
Drove 3 hours to see it, even called while driving there to make sure it was available. I get there and they say the car didn't pass inspection and they had to send it to the auction . Then they try to put me in something more expensive. The sales guy was apologetic but it was a wasted 3 hour trip and a waste of time.

Car was much different than the advertisement. Not a good experience.
Person that was supposed to help me, did not. New salesman took over 45
minutes to find the car and bring it up. I came in ready to write a check and
buy it but I did not. I would not go back. It did not feel like a legit business.
The car that I was interested in had already been sold, but they pointed out a new arrival that hadn't been posted yet. I went to take a look and loved it. It was priced below its value, they readily showed me the Carfax, everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat. They offered that I drive the car over the weekend and have it checked out (which I did), andI purchased the car on Monday. The paperwork process was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. The car had a small dent in it, which they pointed out to me, and they had it repaired, then the car was buffed and detailed before I drove away with it fur the final time. In addition, they replaced the two back tires. The only negative thing I can think of is that the salesman was a little slow to respond after I had purchased the car. Other than that it was a very positive experience and I would definitely buy from them again!

I️ was watching a car that was listed for 75 days. It was listed for $8,995 then was changed to $13,995 overnight! I️ sent an email to contact them and then called on phone. I️ was put on hold and forgotten so hung up. I️ had to call back to be told it was sold. It is still on the website, $5,000 higher than it was and nobody could answer why. I️ waited a couple of hours and called back to have the stock number checked to be sure and again put on hold. The salesman came back and said it was sold. Now 3 days later it is still on this website as well as the dealer website for $1,000 more and apparently “sold”??? Very deceptive dealings. The vehicle had three different tires and they were all bad. Would not feel comfortable driving it home. They were NOT transparent about the vehicle. When questioned, they acted put out that I questioned them. Car looked like a repo. Interior pieces missing and the vehicle had external damage that was not communicated to me. I drove 4 hours to get the vehicle. Shady dealership. Steer clear !!!

Called about 2015 fusion titanium one salesman said they had it. It was 165 miles away from us. My husband called back not 10 minutes later to ask something else and another salesman said that it had been sold the day before. So not real sure about the reliability of these people I would stay away.
Initial price quoted was $1,000 more than the advertised price on CarGurus.
Asked for their best price and they came back with the CarGuru price as the
best price + fees/taxes. Didn't feel like the dealer did their best in getting the
best out the door price if all they did was just look at the price online.
The listing was for a CTS-V wagon with a manual transmission. Working out some details and getting financing in order I was ready to progress only to find out in the end that this was labeled incorrectly as a manual transmission when it is in fact an automatic. I know everybody wants the manuals, but please don't post it's a manual when really it isn't

Had a great buying experience at this location. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the SUV my wife and I purchased. The price I paid was very fair. I will be back in the future.
Terrible service. I called the dealership the day before to confirm that the
Hummer H2 was available. They told me that it was and to come over. I
drove 45 minutes the next day to have a look at the Hummer. On arrival at
the dealership, I was greeted by the sales man and given a seat, where I
waited 30 minutes. I was told that they were getting the Hummer H2 out of
the back of the lot. Thirty minutes later I was told that they did not have the
vehicle that I enquired about but had another Hummer H2. I went to take a
look at it and was told it had no battery and could not be moved. It was
shoddy inside and in poor condition. I left immediately unimpressed with
their lack of integrity and customer service. I asked myself if they did not
have the vehicle that I originally enquired about then what vehicle were they
bringing out that had me wait 30 minutes to see it? Not the black Hummer
H2 that had no battery and which was the only Hummer H2 that they had on
their lot!

If I could rate this dealer lower, I would. I inqiuerd about a vehicle, came in, test drove the car and agreed on a price. We negotiated the price based on work that I could see the vehicle needed, including several tires. The engine chamber and the interior of the car were filthy, which indicated they did little to no prep work before listing the car for sale. But that didn't bother me to the point of losing interest. However, I did requested to have a pre-purchase inspection, and they agreed. The car needed some basic maintenance items... radiator fluid, brake pads, rotors turned, etc, but nothing I'd consider a deal-breaker. When I returned the car to the dealership after the inspection, the higher level manager decided not to honor the agreed upon price. He was extremely rude and very aggressive and would only say that he wouldn't sign off on the price. That's just bad business...If we hadn't already ageed on the price, I wouldn't have wasted time and money getting an inspection. Learn a lesson from my experience, customer service, honoring commitments and plain common courtesy are not common with this company.be forewarned... Didnt go to the dealership but talked to 2 different associates only to realize that the price on the car on CarGurus was not the same as the price they told me on the phone. But what's funny is that, that same car has dropped $1000 from the time I talked to them. Wonder how hard it will still be to get this car now.

They actually called me to answer questions.
Inquired about a vehicle. I then received several contacts regarding the vehicle. The day of my appointment they contacted me several more times. I was literally around the corner and I talked to a sales associate. Once I arrive they tell me the vehicle went to auction that morning. I was not pleased with their service.

They did reach out and I told them I am very serious about buying this particular make and model but their price was way too high. I never heard back after I stated that. What's so bad is.....I'm even local. I'm having more conversations with dealers out of state than here locally!!

Vehicle was gone before I could get a chance to visit. They should work to remove cars faster from sites once they're sold. It seemed as if they kept the car posted so people would call and they could try to sell you something totally different. If I'm in the market for a car I already know ideally what I want. You either have the car(s) I want or you don't.

Im still waiting on a refund check for an over payment that i was charged for
Im not sure where to start--This was the scariest ALM site ever---the cars
were dirty:bird poop on a lot of vehicles, one truck had a bag of cookies in it-
-another truck had stagnant water in the truck beds w/ odor present along
w/ cobwebs all over the truck. Although the salesperson was present he had
no idea where vehicles even were on site let alone the one I was inquiring
about. Keys to the vehicles could not be found for a test drive. Even if I had
found the vehicle of my dreams I was not going to purchase it at that site do
to the "sketchy" feeling the place brought. To me if you are trying to sell
vehicles they should atlas be cleaned esp if an appt was made!! Trust you
me---I will be talking about this for a long time--"Buyer Be Aware" PS--the
word is out because another ALM salesman from another location stated
"Oh you went there, that place is no good" when heard of my visit to the
Pleasant Hill Rd Site in Duluth!!

Thought the floor manager was helpful and gave
some good insight into quality of cars.
Salesperson was good at the art of selling while
test drive. Finance leaves much to be desired. Be
honest (stretch) to avoid leaving a bad taste in
someone's mouth. Did not want to return my
down payment after deal did not go through
after telling me I was approved, then nickeled
and dimes me until the end. Soon as I asked to
speak to a Sr. Manager or owner, then was I
given back my deposit. In two separate charge
backs to my bank account, rather than the check
he said I was waiting on for them to cut. Never
will I recommend or shop with them again.

Dealership has an out of state doc fee that exceeds $800. To suggest mildly that this fee is excessive and greedy speaks to the broader issues of dealing with car dealerships who motivate only for profit, not the customer. I have heard the rep of Atlanta car dealers charging excessive fees extra to the purchase of a car and one salesperson told that car dealers are only following state laws . No such law exists and if it were would not consider Atlanta for my car purchasing..

Drove 3 hours away to look at a vehicle and scheduled a test drive. Little did I know they sold the week before and the guy told me it was still available the night before I made the drive. Nothing I saw online was in the lot either. I read a bad review about them that said the same thing I'm saying and I overlooked it thinking they were lying... They weren't.

Rude. Ignored me. When finally someone asked if I needed assistance, I said yes. Was looking for a 450 gl. When I asked for keys to view inside and for a test drive, he had the nerve to ask me if I was interested in buying a car. If I wasn't in the market for a car, I would not have been looking. Anyway, I ended up with a 2014 450 gl for a great price.

It took a long time to get assistance from a salesman. We tried paying cash for the vehicle and still through poor communications the transaction didn't occur. This dealership is going to lose a great deal of business because of poor judgement.

We went to this dealer last week. The sales person is polite, but with not
much Luxury Car experience. When we talked about the price of the car,
the manager is not in the office. But, the sales person's supervisor was
there. He has been so ruled & madness to us. I am not sure if this is the

Found the RX I was looking for. Great price, really great price. I was ready
to buy. Test drove car late in day, thought about it over night, contacted
salesman next day at 11 am, told him I would be there to buy car in 20 min.,
salesman says car is ready, when I got there my salesman not to be found,
another salesman tells me car is sold. I said I just called 20 min. ago, next
day car is still for sale, so I acted like new customer, car is available still.
This is a classic bait and switch.
I should have known. All the red flags were there, dealership looks more like
a sweat shop, found several cars that look like bait and switch type on Car
Gurus, I had been told of a similar experience from my inlaw, they switched
salesman on me three times. These are all RED FLAGS! If I were IRS, they
would be audited.
Not much you can do in a case like this. After all it is only wasted time - no
money lost. These guys are your typical used car salesman Joke!
Save time don't use these guys unless you want to play their game.

hmmm they called but not really interested in making a sale!
They were definitely persistent, but when I went to
look at the car, the salesman questioned my
integrity because HE read the odomoter in my car
wrong and accused me of changing the numbers
from when I bought it. I said, "You need to look at
that again." To which he replied, "Oh my eyes are
bad." Definitely had the wrong approach from the
beginning.
Then they lowballed me on a price for my car.
When I asked for my keys, he got upset. Then the
manager called me to make a deal the next
morning. Would not recommend AT ALL.

The dealer did contact me, and attempted to get me in to see
the vehicle. However, I am 200 miles away , and before I could
arrange to travel there, the vehicle sold. Melvin was very
courteous and knowledgeable though, and promised to
continue searching for just the right QX56 for me. I rated them
good and not excellent only because I've only worked with them
over the one phone. I have not had an opportunity to visit the
dealership yet.

Showed up for a scheduled test drive but they did not have the keys so I wasn't able to drive. Told them I would come back on the weekend as I was heading out of town until then.
They called me on Friday night and left a message asking if I was coming back out to look at the car again. I also noticed that they had dropped the price on Friday.
When I followed up on Saturday, they told me the car had already sold on Thursday. This did not make sense as they had dropped the price on Friday as well as called me on Friday to see if I was coming back out on Saturday,
Why would they have done that if the care had already sold earlier in the week.
I tried to follow up again but got no response.

I did purchase the 2013 Lexus RX 350 from the dealer, and
everything was as presented with the exception that their
advertisement stated all major credit cards accepted. I only
wanted to finance a certain amount I already had my check and I
wanted to pay the rest on my credit card. I was told they had a
$3,000 credit card limit and I had to pay the rest with a personal
check or pay a 3% surcharge for every dollar over $3,000; okay
which one is it a $3,000 limit or a 3% surcharge. I asked if I
could use two different credit cards to prevent the 3% surcharge
and I was told no I still would be charged the 3% and I could only
use one credit card for the car purchase. I was told that I couldn’t
even use my debit card for the remaining balance I would be
charged a 3% surcharge for every dollar over $3,000, I would
have to have a personal check; I was informed this was
mandated by the owner, and no one there was able to help me or
accommodate my request.
I purchased the car because I liked it, but the payment portion
was painful even with me having my own money. I could only
imagine if I had to use them for financing. The finance guy
became frustrated and stated I am trying to be respectful, but this
is how it is at this dealership.
The condition of the car and price was as advertised, but
clarification should be made as it relates to payment options state
the $3,000 credit card limit or surcharge which ever it is, so if a
customer comes in with their finances complete they can
complete the sale without having to return with a personal check.

Went to go look the car on a Wednesday, the car was in the mechanic shop. I then received a call on Friday from the salesman stating that he wanted me to come to do the paperwork for the car. I took 1 1/2 hour off from work to do the paperwork. As I was filling out the paperwork with the salesman, he stated he sorry, but an employee at the company bought the car yesterday. I then called the Supervisor to tell him about the situation, he said cars are being sold everyday, things happen. I tried to express to him that procedures need to be in place to avoid situations like this. Not only did I miss an hour of pay, but the Supervisor didn't have any concern about the situation at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!!

This dealership is filled with swindlers and shizsters.
We were interested in 2012 Lexus. When we got there the car had
FIVE huge dents, holes, dings, and scratches. The pictures that
were taken of the those sides were far away and they pleaded "we
didn't know". 3" Hole in the trunk, Rear Right Bumper smashed in,
3 foot scratch left side, right side caved/bent in, 3" dent on hood,
rims scratch up. There is no way they couldn't have known.
THEN they tried to sell the vehicle to us 3K higher than the
advertised price from ad we responded to! (25,999) Even though
we called ahead and made an appt. to come in, when we arrived
we had to wait 20 min. for them to "find" the car, let alone the rep
we dealt with on the phone. Are you kidding? But the real kicker
is when we got the price down to basically 25K with tag, title, doc
fee, delivery fee, etc OTD, they STILL wanted an additional $116.
Unbelievable. In the end they said, we will "probably" fix the
damage. What??? The TRUTH is, this dealership deals with
luxury vehicles bought in auctions that have been involved in
accidents (sometimes multiple accidents), they buy low and try to
make cheap repairs to make a quck turn-around profit. For the
most part, ALL their vehicles are "AS-IS". The are actually willing
to play the game of letting you walk, only to call you back in. The
general manager really did sing the song "Till we meet again"... In
our case, we walked 2 dealerships down and purchased a
beautiful NEW car, with warranty, service plan etc. for $2000
LESS with NO hassle at all (Gwinnett Place Honda - General
Manager Kristian G.). They were awesome. (all the while with
ALM trying to call us stating "we aren't the real decision makers")
ALM was the biggest wheelin/ dealin waste of time my wife and I
ever experienced in our car shopping lives.

was filthy, damaged interior, and did not start after just arriving
from auction (I guess). Had to wait for vehicle to be "Jumped off"..

Atlanta Luxury Motors tried to sell me a lemon. I got a pre-purchase inspection for the car that they have advertised with a clean car fax. 9 things was wrong with the engine. The car had been in a wreck. It had been repainted on the front and the back bumper. The check engine light had been turned off. There was rust underneath the bottom. The manager MAC was the main person steering me to the lemon. I showed the general manager the report from Toyota, yet it is still listed as wreck free. They are NOT to be trusted.

Mac called me back in a very short time from my inquiry. He was very friendly
and helpful. I then set up a time to visit the dealership. When I arrived at the
dealership i was greeted by Mac. Mac is the sales Manager. He then
introduced me to Kyle the salesman I would be working with. Kyle and Mac
both did an excellent job. They both were very professional and took care of
my needs. The car had few things that needed to be done, Mac and Kyle both
made sure it was taken care of. I would highly recommend dealing with Kyle
and Mac at ALM.

I must say this was the easiest experience I had buying a car. My sales rep Mike was great!! The service was excellent! I can't remember the manager name, but he was awesome as well. There was no hassle...I called over the phone and they took my information down. Once I arrived, test drove the car and about an hour (only because someone was ahead of me) later signed my documents and I then drove off the lot.

I believe the ad placed by this dealer for a 2012 Lexus RX 350 was a bait and switch deal... When I contacted them initially, they asked me to not come immediately to see the car because it needed to be "cleaned up." A week later, after placing the car on hold with a deposit, there was a problem with the AWD system, they offered to find "another" comparable car. Since the drive was 3+ hours, I couldn't just go look at the car, so I cancelled my deposit. I don't trust their methods.

I have never been to a dealer that did not do a tank of gas esp with high
end cars. They didn't even bother to detail the car and knew 2 weeks in
advance when I was scheduled to fly in and pick up the car. It took 2
weeks to get my initial deposit credited back to my account. My salesman
was a very decent guy however. I am a yearly car buyer and I am sad to
say I'm not sure I would consider this dealership again.

Nice facility with lots of luxury cars on the lot. Very friendly and very accomodating people.
Many of the cars they list online are not available, having been sold already but not updated online. I even saw many of the "missing" cars relisted on eBay weeks after they had been sold off the lot.
I found some of the advertised features to be wrong, also. For example, one car with 4wd with no navigation was listed as a 2wd model with navigation. It was listed that way on the sales sheet, too, so it's an internal problem. But most of the cars I looked at were accurately described.
The (very young) salesman jerked me around some by promising to fix some items on the cars when I was looking at them but then pulling back on those promises when we were completing the sale. He did finally keep all his promises, even though I think they went against their lot policies in some cases. It helped a lot that I had another car lined up at another dealer for the same price and I knew they would take care of these little items there(replacing broken interior trim pieces, supplying missing manuals, etc.).
I did ultimately buy my car there, and I do still love it.

Im from North Carolina and drove to Duluth to see a Lexus LS 460 L . The service person was nice however the vehicle was in bad condition. When I test drove the car it appeared to be having transmission problems ,bad breaks, and alot of scratches. kind of made me wonder about the dealership as a whole and the type of vehicles they sell.
