I came in looking at a 2019 Ram and ended up leaving with a 2020 Ram 1500 that made even more sense. Traded my 2014 Ram 1500 and the whole deal was smooth and straightforward. A2Z Auto Group does business the right way.

I came in looking for a specific 2019 Ford F-150, and even though that exact truck wasn’t the best fit for my needs, salesman took the time to understand what I was really looking for. An identical truck had just landed.. a new arrival that suited me perfectly. Everything was explained, clear pricing /finance breakdown. these guys care about putting customers in the right vehicle. Im very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend A2Z Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle

They advertised one price online and over the phone to me, once I get into the office they took me to the back room because "numbers are confidential". They bring out a Microsoft word document with a bunch of typed up fee's on it making the vehicle higher than the price advertised. Your experience may vary.

Terrible experience. Made plans to come and buy my dream car. Snow storm hit day I was supposed to come and after discussing with the dealer we both decided the next day was better. I was coming from almost 4 hours away. I even asked if they would ship the car because I was sold on it. They said no, just come see it first. They let me know that evening they sold it, even after I was willing to put a deposit on it to hold it and was coming the next day. Very shady. And I was paying cash. Financing was not an issue. Had the total from the finance manager and a cashier check and everything. Terrible way to do business.

The dealership salesman/lady & man didn't tell me that the front windshield was cracked and the truck needed brakes and when I was given the keys to start truck up it didn't start cause battery was 80dead plus after looking at truck notice rust pieces under truck and found out the truck frame was twisted and I wasn't told by the salesman who gave me the keys.I knew the price was to good to be true and how clean the truck was and staged on the checked floor.Just a sales gimmick so please stay away from the truck and watch this dealership cause the truck was a death trap.

They need to take down the site for the Ford F-150. It's rusted out junk with holes in the floor an fenders are rusted out. Panels are missing but they want to sell it, they really need to send it to junk. Or part it out.

Awful experience. I drove 2.5 hours to test drive this car, the car was disgusting- French fries on the floor, bubblegum stuck to the carpet, every surface dirty. There was corrosion on the car battery and he claimed it was salt. Didn’t wear a mask when I first entered the building.

After several attempts to contact them by text, then email I was finally able to speak with someone phone after four attempts. I understand them being a small dealership, but I would expect them to be more not less attentive. The advertised price of the car was fair and in line with the condition. I asked for an out the door price broken down with shipping. I expected the usual the usual dealer doc fee and taxes. What I got was not only an outrageously high doc fee (apparantly VA is unregulated), they tack on an Auction Fee, transportation fee (not shipping), prep fee and reconditioning fee. Nice way to earn my business! What's next? removing each fee reluctantly to prove to me how much they can work with me. Nice car or not, I moved on. So should you.

Our Doc is $398 lowest in town plus we always make sure that our price are low enough that even after taxes you still under NADA retail value in most cases. NADA is the only book banks, insurance companies and credit unions go by so I know you're mixing up dealers with this review... Arrogant salesman who described a carfax listed ACCIDENT as "NOT AN ACCIDENT! but only a scratch". They thought their used dirty carfax truck with high mileage was gold and were arrogant on price not willing to even bargain $1. Hence 4 weeks later they still own it gathering dust.

I was contacted a couple of times and was never given the additional information I requested. Additional requests went unanswered. Add is still posted, but with no response from the dealer I don't know if the vehicle is still available.

I drove 90 mins to see a truck only to find out that the windshield was cracked and it wouldn't even pass inspection. For the price, I certainly understand that I'd be buying "as is" but something like it's not and can't pass inspection until I replace windshield was something that I think should have been shared with me before I drove 90 mins to see it. However, the dealer was very responsive in responding to my original inquiries and, once I got there, they were also helpful in showing me other trucks but nothing even close to the specifications I had originally discussed. Overall, disappointed

We were offering these units for people that like to repair their cars themselves and they are only looking for a good engine and transmission.. But the hassle is not worth the reward. We wat happy customers and these units are causing dissatisfaction to other customers.

They were somewhat helpful. I was told the car needed tires the lights cleaned and the exhaust had issues but the oil temp gauge was almost on hot and the car wasn’t even drove. I was told it was a trade in but I wouldn’t have drove 2 hrs to look at it if I’d have known it was that bad

Hello and Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like an AS IS sold car and I'm pretty sure you're referring to the older Equinox we had. Those cars are sold for a very low price to those who are looking for a good engine and transmission commuters. We disclose what we did and what we didn't do on them to keep the cost down and even give the consumer a chance to choose what we can re-condition on this As Is vehicle. Something we are actually thinking to not do any longer to not cause inconvenience to who expects more than what we are offering when it comes to these AS IS units.

Don’t listen to the wired reviews. Unbelievable experience we dealt with the owner Zeke. I was impressed and surprised with every stage of the process. Very impressive. We ended up choosing a different car than what we originally inquired about but we are happy and we highly recommend visiting A2Z to check if they have what you want first. No other used car dealer I know is nearly as knowledgeable and professional plus they beat my credit union rates. Its this hidden location where you find nicer cars for less money!

All I can say is WOW!! The sales consultant Maya was not only courteous and professional, but she went above and beyond to assist and answer all my questions. The sales manager ZEKE knowledge and sincerity and expertise were the reason I will purchase my 2007 Chevy Colorado soon! I contacted the dealer, they got back to me the next day. I feel they did a very good job on their end, although I ended up not getting the vehicle. I would not be afraid to buy from them as they gave me the option of taking it to a mechanic of my choice if I so desired.

Loved this vehicle and wanted to complete purchase, but the vehicle had an engine light and odor problem. After about 5 weeks, just completely gave up on the failure to deliver the vehicle, especially after 3 attempts to start out to get it. Communication was nice but I cannot rate this dealer well. Especially after traveling 3 hours to get there to test drive it and then be disappointed after waiting for repairs to be made. I would watch my step with this dealer.

A2Z was great to work with! They were very personable, not pushy; we were treated well. Unlike other dealers they do not drown you with fees and extra costs. We would recommend them.

The dealer responded promptly. When we called to arrange to see the car we were told it was having a new headliner put in but they would have it available. The car did not meet our expectations and we felt we had wasted our time. The personel of the dealership were reasonably knowledgeable and helpful but it is obviously not a top notch car dealership.

Here at A2Z we have a selection that fits a wide range of clients And as not all clients have the same taste, we learned that even the not so perfect car has it's low budget buyers as long as it is mechanically sound. The car you came for was a good example, it was listed well bellow market value and was mechanically sound but it was a smoker car and had a very common rust issue over the wheel well. We value all opinions and criticism helps us grow. We tried to be given a chance to see where things went wrong.  All I found is that we didn't come to an agreement and we ended up selling the van to someone else which triggered what seems to be impulse review. I personally tried to contact you and we did respond to your e-mail. There might be a misunderstanding due to communications via email. But we do apologize for anything that sounded as an insult, we certainty didn't mean but to talk business and we really couldn't accommodate an offer being lower than cost.

The owner is incredibly nice and will try to work with you as best he can. So far no complaints about our van we purchased from them. We are enjoying all the space for our family.
