My experience was wonderful! I'm not an easy person to deal with, I ask lots of questions. Ivan answered them all without being annoyed. He was honest and very fair. I would absolutely recommend 1rst national auto group

Plesent atmosphere. Ivan and Abe were a pleasure to deal with.
Steer clear of this establishment. They advertise cars as being serviced and inspected. I was sold a 2012 Volvo S60 with extensive rust underneath impacting structural components with various other problems estimated at 9k in repairs by an independent Volvo shop. Had to trade in the car for another vehicle at another dealership. They never responded to me when I provided an update about the condition of the car and the outcome.

I just had a fantastic experience at 1st International Auto Group. Test drove a gorgeous BMW 2-series and it was a blast! The car was in great shape and the sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend checking them out!
where do i start. they ask for you a 1000 DOLLAR DEPOSIT to run your CREDIT . no dealership does that. unless you have a guaranteed approval. they also say it’s a non refundable one. On top
of that once they do run your credit MULTIPLE times they still don’t even offer simple communication of whether you were approved or not. i’m convinced all those cars are just for show bc they all been on the a lot for more than 2 months yet people are putting ‘deposits and down payments’ yea right

ZERO STARS- This dealer completely lied about the condition of the car. Ivan indicated
things had been checked and replaced as their materials state- but less than 30 days later
we had over $3000 in repairs- ENGINE repairs, that would not have gotten past a legitimate
inspection. In addition- see the 2nd email after several phone calls: they expected us to pay
$600 to tow the car to them and charge us for fixing it there- but never sent an estimate,
never called back, and the owner did not answer our email below. These people are croked.

We were trying to buy a used car and the salesman said he could get an 8% or less loan but would
need money down and we would he would only take the deposit if we bought the car. His interest rate
came in over 10% and way over budget for what we discussed. If you call he sends you to the finance
guy and the finance guy sends you back to sales. It is a total run around. Andre took a $1000 deposit
and will not return it.
Please be careful if your driving a long way to look at one of there vehicle. I specifically ask if there was
any rust on the truck bed rail back toward the tailgate and was told no. the back passenger corner had a hole at
least 6" in circumference and covered with sheet metal and then the bed covering that. They have this truck listed
almost $4,000 over NADA book value and is not even close to being worth even book. It is the Blue 2007 Toyota Tundra
that has 70,000 miles at $19,990 I also had an appointment with the salesmen and he new i was traveling 2.5 hours
and never showed up.

Range Rover has several repair items after only one week. Not happy about that but as a whole the people are nice. I don’t expect a used Rover in perfect condition but a bit better than this.

I didn’t buy a car from them as I wasn’t impressed with the model I had drive there to see. They answered my text right away and were very accommodating. When I pointed out the car had some flaws, the salesman seemed surprised. The dealership was a bit dated and the bathroom was a bit dirty but they market bargain prices so I was hoping the facilities would be bad but the cars would be great. I only test drive one car and that one wasn’t great. Perhaps the others where nicer.
I spotted this car on their website the day it was posted, before they
even had a chance to conduct the service and repairs they planned
to do on it. I went to see it and agreed to purchase - they did the
planned service and repairs anyway and rushed it to get it to me
before their planned company vacation. Vlad was extremely
accommodating, friendly and professional. After purchase, I took
the car to my regular mechanic for a good going-over. The car is
perfect and I couldn't be happier with it. And the car was sold
significantly under KBB retail price! They will be my first stop for my
next vehicle purchase!

I found this 335i on CarGurus for sale at First
International Auto Group car look great. So I decided to
give them a call.. I spoke on the phone with Their sales
and finance department. Both were Very patient and
explained everything about the car and the pre- approval
And the documents that I would need. I explained that I
live far away from the dealership. So they told me
everything that I would need to know before I drove an
hour and a half to the dealership. To my surprise when I
arrived at the dealership, The car was everything they
said it would be. I love the fact that they don't have
someone following you around. I wanted to test drive this
car So they took the copy of my license, put a dealer
plate on the car, gave me the keys and told me To Take
as much time as I need To check the car out and test
drive it alone. I gave them a deposit to hold the car then
came back with a friend to have another look And they let
me test drive it again. Going back today To pick up my

I called to make an appointment to test this car, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful on the phone, the car was as described but felt mechanically a little off, and the dealership showroom made me feel very uneasy as a woman shopping on my own.
Aside from that, I was permitted to test drive the car alone, which I thought to be a bit bizarre but not unpleasant.

Terrible experience. Bought a truck from them and first day driving it check engine light came on. When I called them about they told me there was nothing they could do as I didn’t buy the extended warranty. Was told it had a 30 day warranty but that was a lie. Very untrustworthy. AVOID AT ALL COST.

We were looking for a specific model and he didn’t have any in stock; however, he recommended us to another nearby dealership that he knew had a couple in stock. We ended up buying the car at that dealership, and were very appreciative of the recommendation.

The owners were polite and they actually have a lot of inventory to choose from that looked really nice. Unfortunately, the truck wasn't in the kind of shape that the photos made it out to be. It was still tempting because of the warranty offer, but I passed on buying the truck. That's not to say I wouldn't go back to look at something else, because I would.

Car was not exactly what I wanted but dealer was reasonable and helpful.
Staff were nice and informative. I called and was told someone
else was coming to view the truck but I was welcome to look at it
afterwards. Truck was in rougher shape then I anticipated for the
price.
They called me back a few days after the test drive to check in on
my thoughts but we couldn't come to an agreement on price.
Overall a good experience and even though this specific truck
wasn't the right fit for me, I would visit them again.

The WORST customer service. Made an appointment for noon, got a call asking if it was for 9am, called back to reschedule to 1:30. Showed up & was left sitting until 2:10, being told the car was out on another test drive. Walked out.

We don't recall anyone named Josiah as a customer of ours nor that someone with that name made an appointment with us nor that someone was sitting and waiting for the car that was test driven by other people. Also we simply couldn't call and ask if the appointment was made for 9am cause we open from at 10am. So our guess is that this person made a mistake and reviewed the wrong dealership or its just evil joke of someone.

I flew 2000 miles to buy a vehicle from 1st international and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. It was exactly as described and the guys at the dealership were great about being in contact and helping me get information along the whole process. Definitely check these guys out!

I found their 2010 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen TDI that met all my requirements but one(dsg transmission, not manual like I had wanted), so contacted the seller to make sure it was still available and good to go before I made the 500 mile/8 hour drive to pick it up. I got the green light that it was still available, so I hopped in the car with my wife and new born daughter and started on our voyage to get our new car! We left at sunrise in a rental car and GPS put us at arriving around 1pm. At 10am we called the dealership to make sure they know we were on our way. When we arrived we found the car parked at the end of all the cars and it was filthy. That was the first turn off. After standing in the rear parking lot for 5-10 minutes with no one coming out to help us I sought out to get some help. I found an employee sitting in a back room where he could see us standing outside, he just chose not to come out. I told him I was the one that had been asking about the car the past week and had called first thing in the morning. He immediately knew who I was and after taking my info he gave me the key for a test drive and he threw a tag on the car. As soon as I started the car, my heart dropped! It sounded like a piston was slapping the side of a cylinder. My wife immediately cringed and was hoping it would clear up. It didn't get any better! We decided to take it for a test drive anyway and the car had no power. We didn't even feel comfortable enough driving 2 blocks away let alone 500 miles back home! The car was not throwing any codes on the dash, but I decided to hook my scan tool any way. I quick scan showed that the check engine light had been recently turned off and there was a pending code for cylinder 3 pressure sensor not sensing pressure. I went back inside to give the employee the keys back and he asked what I thought. I was polite and said that I was not impressed and that I was pretty sure the engine was shot. He was sitting with a father and son that were in the process of buying an e46 BMW and he immediately got up and pulled me to the side. He assured me the car was fine that he still had some work to do to the car before it was "ready". I told him I still wasn't interested, but was thinking to myself that the car had been listed for almost 3 months and I had been calling for a week about the car. When was he planning on doing the work and why wouldn't he tell me on the phone before coming to check it out that it still wasn't ready to go. I don't know. All in all I believe in karma and even though the trip cost me a ton of money(rental, gas, tolls, hotel, food) my family got a nice unexpected New England vacation. Do your self a favor and take your business to a more reputable dealer!

lack of paying attention to detail, communication, and concern. I
guess Honda Elements sell themselves so that some owners
don't really care about their customers, or being professional.
