2005 MINI Cooper Hatchback Review

“Fabulous”

Performance is great. Would recommend the manual transmisson. Quality solid except for minor interior plastic details coming a part. Styling is sporty and easy to customize. Cost can be pricey once you start adding details. Too much fun!!! Love this car.

My sales agent (Shariff?) at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle in question, but did overstate some of the features of the vehicle just a bit. I won't deduct points for that though, he was upselling the car to me I'm sure, as is common in the profession, but I don't believe was intentionally being misleading. No pressure sale as they are not commissioned (although I have to imagine they have some sort of quota, otherwise there would be little incentive to sell), but also no pressure, as I was basically sold on the vehicle before getting there, and was just looking for reasons NOT to buy it. "
