When I picked it up, Dylan showed me how everything on the car operated and gave me his cell number for any follow up questions. I would give him 5 stars! The guy named Mo, however would get 1/2 a star. He was very pushy, not willing to accept my choice, to decline the addition of an alarm system and extended warranty! He left me with a bad taste, for Volvo of Tucson, that only Dylan was able to somewhat remove."
