I did not get that email, and there were no follow-up calls. Maybe they are all swamped, because when a salesperson gets a lead, it's normally like a pit bull not wanting to let go."

We found the 2013 Optima through internet sales search, called and were immediately connected with "Jennifer" who confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot and available. We arranged a test drive the following day and Jennifer had the vehicle waiting for us. We took a drive, she answered all our questions and we purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was immaculate. My only suggestion is one of follow up. We purchased an actual spare tire for $79 to be added in place of the emergency kit unit. When we called to see if the vehicle was ready, it wasn't. The tire had not been placed in the vehicle. Not a huge deal, but was slightly disappointing in light of the excellent service we received up to that point. We took the car anyway and brought it back two days alter where service installed the spare in a matter of about 30 minutes. Again, not a big negative, just would have like the vehicle agreement gone completely over before handing us the keys. Given that, would I buy from Southwest Kia again? Only if Jennifer is there to sell it to me. I'm a new Kia customer now!"

Brett, the 'salesman' continued to send me text messages.. guess he thought it was funny. He asked if I was still interested in the truck. I replied and let him know that I'd already bought a truck. He asked, 'Okay, where and when?". I replied and said I was no longer in the market, that I'd bought a truck. His reply again was, "Okay Where and when did you buy?". I replied 'No offense, but it really isn't your place to ask." and "Please remove me from your call list. At this point it was obvious that 'Brett' is not only unprofessional but entirely too immature to to selling cars as his response was, "Okay, so how soon can you make it here today to check out a few cars?" I asked again for him to remove me from his call list and not to contact me again. His reply? "Aren't you looking to save thousands of dollars on your new vehicle purchase?" So.. I called him and asked why he would continue to text me when I'd told him I already purchased a truck and was no longer in the market. He said the same thing, over and over again.. "Okay then, where did you buy it????" I asked him what his name was, so I could pass this juvenile treatment of customers on to the ownership - who I'm confident would not think it was as funny as he did. He said, "I asked you first, where did you buy it???" I asked again if he would remove me from the list. He said, "You haven't opted out!". I informed him that I had replied TWICE to his text messaging asking to be removed and not contacted any longer. His reply was epic, he said, "well, obviously you didn't read the first message.. you have to reply STOP to stop getting messages LOL." I said that I bought prior to going there, that I would definitely not want to do business with someone, or a business, that treats people like this.. it's annoying, rude and honestly.. just goes to show level, or lack thereof, the salesmen that they hire their. I'd highly recommend buying elsewhere. Where? Well to answer Brett's question.. I bought a 2014 Ram 1500 with low miles and a like new interior for less than book value at a dealer in Bonham! The sales rep was a incredibly helpful, professional and just down right good person to work with. I'll definitely do business with Jeff again. Not so much with Int'l Auto Sales."
