Which Honda Ridgeline trim should I buy?

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline offers these trims:

• Sport: the entry trim, with standard AWD, a 9-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, and a strong value position for shoppers who want the Ridgeline’s core formula.
• RTL: adds a more upscale equipment mix and sits as the best-value step up for many buyers who want more comfort and convenience.
• TrailSport: adds all-terrain tires, unique suspension tuning, and a front skid plate for the most off-road-focused setup in the lineup.
• Black Edition: adds the top-end presentation, including an eight-speaker audio system and rear USB-C ports.

What Honda Ridgeline do most buyers choose?

The Honda Ridgeline years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2022.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they offer a broad mix of availability, pricing, and deal opportunities. They also sit close enough to the current generation to give you modern features while still landing at more approachable used prices than the newest model year.

What is the Honda Ridgeline's resale value?

Most Ridgeline model years are down year over year, which creates better opportunities for used buyers. The declines are strongest on several recent and mid-cycle years, while one older year is moving in the opposite direction. The 2014, 2024, and 2019 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
